    I loved the nice comfortable king bed. Had a refrigerator and microwave. Only thing is they don’t clean the rooms every day. You have to take out your own trash but not bad cuz trash cans right by room. I had to take my dirty towels to lobby and they gave me a set of clean ones. The breakfast is really good. I loved how you use waffle batter to put in waffle maker. They came out so thick and big. They also have biscuits and gravy that was good and a bunch of other goodies like muffins, toast , cereal, juices and more. Pool is really nice and good sized. All in all it was a really good stay. Thank you.

    The location of the hotel was great. The staff was exceptionally friendly and great! The room did, however, smell a lot like cigarettes and was not as clean as I would’ve liked. The sheets and towels appeared to be stained and the floors had visible dirt on them that hadn’t been cleaned prior to our arrival.

    When we checked in the room it was in disrepair. The shower head was hanging loose on the wall with no casing around it. The floor at the entry was very sticky, possibly due to the mat in front of the room entry that was grossly dirty and worn. We told the Manager we could not stay there. He told us we would have to contact Expedia since we made payment through them. Expedia evidently does not have a Customer Service department to be able to talk to anybody though.

    The hotel was absolutely terrible. The room was filthy, no furniture, just beds, mini fridge and microwave stacked with a lamp on them. Extremely dirty, had electrical wires sticking out of the wall with ends exposed. We would have left the property, but we checked way to late at night after a concert to find a better situation. The property was disgusting, stay somewhere else.

    - the floors were dirty - there was paint on floor and window shade, alot of paint - the top of the window shade was missing - the tub area was beyond discolored, and the nozzle was coming off the wall. I can't imagine how old it was - there was no place to hang clothes - the door was so out of wack, there was light pouring in all around it - ice machine was disguising I understand this is a budget friendly hotel and honestly we only booked it because they took dogs and everything else was full because of a concert in the area, but this property should not be renting rooms unless they do some serious renovations. The on-line pictures were not even close to the room we stayed in, they must have gotten those from another facility.

    This motel is grossly overrated. Random pieces of furniture are sitting outside of rooms on walkways. I think my room was supposedly newly renovated, but the result was substandard: toilet paper holder hanging out of the wall and never properly installed, shower bar not installed (just two holes in the shower where it’s supposed to be), dried paint splatters on the tub floor and other random places in the room, and general dirtiness throughout. Hair in the tub and dirty surfaces: nightstand, vanity, etc. I reached out to hotels.com to help resolving the situation, but the hotel staff never responded.

    This property is undergoing conversion / renovation and operating while doing so. Had to “clean” the room (wipe down vanity, shower, floor, door mat). What appears to be a new BR door stuck to the point of not closing and had the latch removed. This property is DEFINITELY pet friendly (dog allowed in the breakfast area).

    rude illegals running this place. the skiny one thinks shes a model and double charges for rooms using the old " it didn't go thru " watch out for bed bugs in every room all guests were at breakfast fighting noisy basically build on i -85 a hundred years ago. strong curry smell in this one

    Do not book this hotel. It is not a Wyndham Hotel. There is a sign in lobby that clearly states it is privately owned even though it is advertised as Wyndham. Room was beyond dirty, smelled like stale smoke, bare lightbulb on bathroom ceiling, cigarette burns on tub, no covers on electrical outlets, dirt smudges on walls. There seem to be people living in one section of hotel. Seemed unsafe. I did not stay. They refunded my money. Receptionist at desk did not seem surprised that I refused to stay at this horrendous hotel.

    The good: Staff very friendly. Beds seem new and were comfortable. Area is good and co vient wirh places nearby to eat. The bad: Condition of property is lacking. I had to move after first night, A/C unit not working. The rooms need a lot of refurbishing. It was noisey with a lot of people coming and going at night. I would not stay again.

    Mixed feelings… Brandon (manager) was fantastic! He went above and beyond. But,.. the check in clerk was rude and made check in difficult. Room was clean but parts of the property need attention. Several rooms appear to have tenants living there. Convenient location, good nights sleep.

    I called the day before my arrival to confirm my reservation was correct and even had the online agent verify the reservation and pet policy. When I arrived, I quickly noticed the clerk picked up her cell phone and began calling the owner because when I gave her my name she could barely explain WHY my reservation was cancelled and they had NO more rooms. The manager who was on the phone indicated the lady earlier attempted to run my card and it was denied. They were not of any help or care and neither was the agent from Expedia. It is scary to know that you make reservations and when you show up no room or place to stay in the area is available unless you pay for premium rooms which were about $60.00 more than the room already reserved. The hotel looks nice from outside, but take a few seconds and observe. While inside dealing with the reservation issue, my friend waiting in the car and observed a drug deal, 2 prostitutes working a car in the parking lot, and children and people walking the balcony of the second floor. The entire place quickly felt very unsafe and definitely not a place you would comfortable stay EVER.

    During Hurricane Helene, My son and his pregnant fiancé, 2 and 5 year old were without power for 5 days, i booked room and the same day their power came back and this hotel not only wouldn’t refund what i paid, they also charged my sons card for a huge fee for incidentals for a room he NEVER even stepped foot in and won’t refund that money either.

    Door frame in bathroom chewed by a dog, and that dog used the rug to pee on. When we arrived the carpet was wet and we sat on it not knowing it was there. Moldy shower curtain. Dirt smudges on walls in bathroom.

    This was absolutely the worst!! Property is definitely not how it was pictured! My wife and I had to go to Walmart to get cleaning supplies to clean the room. The walls were dirty, the carpet was disgusting and appeared not to have cleaned in months to the point the room smelled dirty and mildewed. A roach was crawling in the air conditioner, a spider was crawling in the bath tub, ring in the toilet. The wash clothe and towels were dingy, the iron tore up while ironing we asked forva replacement and we were ask if the blow dryer would work instead which by the way a previous visit wrote on the wall the blow dryer nor the socket worked and they claimed they didn't have anymore rooms. The linen didn't look very clean.either. YUK..Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Unacceptable ESPECIALLY for the price!!

    We booked for 2 days and on the 2nd morning we asked them to make the bed and bring new towels before we left to enjoy our day. We came back to find they had thrown our food away that was in the fridge as well as thrown my insulin pens away. We were told he knew they threw my insulin away cause the owner does stuff like that. We're from Ohio in SC on a work trip and now I have no insulin. It coats me 1200 a pen. They said they would replace it, so when we were checking out we asked and they said there is nothing they can do about it. Extremely pissed as it was a new insulin pen.

    The room was on the second floor and they do not have an elevator. They had a jacuzzi tub but the controls were outside the bathroom. The room was clean enough by the bed was not so comfy. The bedsprings had big stains on the side. Was good for the price.

    First of all, its a nonsmoking facility. At 10 pm we had to walk through people in chairs smoking outside of their rooms, blocking the hall. One lady was standing in the doorway smoking. Our room was disgusting. Bugs everywhere, smoke smell, holes in the shower, furniture from 1970 and in bad shape. The bed was not fit to sleep in. Toilet was nasty. Lamps were falling apart. An area of the rug looked to be blood stained. It was so bad that we left due to the condition and the fear of people standing and smoking outside of our room. The pictures of this motel should be taken off the advertisement. It does not represent reality. I would like to get my money back, this was a intentional fradulant misrepresented room.

    There were bullet holes in the front door. The coffee maker has a 1/2 inch layer of mold. There was a huge draft from the door and window. The heating unit smelled like it was burning 15 minutes after turning it on. The bagel was hard as a rock. The furniture was either broken in numerous places and torn up. Not a pleasant experience overall. The outside looks fair but inside was comparable to a slum.

    Too many issues. I’ve booked hotels in this area before, but this hotel had many problems. I would avoid this one and look at other options. In this instance I booked two rooms. Both were in poor conditions. The bathroom in the first room did not flush well (this however was an easy fix, someone came and repaired it), the bed wasn’t too clean but manageable. The second room’s toilet had a loud water running noise, nail clippings, stains on the covers and sheets, and for a room that was considered “non-smoking” it smelled like bleach and cigarettes (I’m asthmatic so both smells are hard to deal with). I requested a new room due to the smell and the new room was not as bad. However, there was dried blood and yellow stains on the covers just like the previous room. All the rooms did have a bleach smell so if bleach triggers your asthma I would avoid this hotel!

    The property outside looked really nice. Inside of the room was old and run down. The carpet was badly stained. The bathroom and sink area floor was really sticky and filthy. The furniture was old and chipped. There was hair on the drinking cups, a back to an earring on the floor, and stains and chips in the bathtub. There was constant slamming of doors throughout the night. Our stay was not enjoyable and we will never stay here again!

    The towels are small and threadbare. Not enough towels/washcloths in the room. Had to go request more from the office. Not even a spare roll of toilette paper. We ran out the morning of our checkout. Shower had a drip that couldn't be turned off. Overall, I could not recommend this property. Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere for a better value.

    This property was very run down, needs new paint, furniture updated etc. that said, the staff was very nice. I had a booking glitch with Expedia and the motel staff was very helpful, even though the Expedia representative was very rude and even told me he had been disconnected from the motel staff on the phone when I was standing there the whole time and they had not called. Expedia kept trying to get me to pay a penalty. Finally, issue was resolved.

    The Maids cleaned the rooms as well as they could - did well with what they had. All of the employees were great very nice and polite. The property is horrible. Run down poor condition, ownership should put more effort into maintenance. North steps are crumbling and nearly impassable. Do not even bother with breakfast - stale bread no juice very unlikable. The room smelled of smoke and fried foods. Do not waste your money.

    We stayed here about 5 yrs ago and it was much better. It has been neglected and in poor condition. Room was musty and sheets dirty. Staff gave us new sheets and were apologetic and friendly. Rooster is someone’s truck was annoying from 4am…on. 👎

    1. Multiple “patched” holes in the walls 2. Stains on the walls and bathroom door 3. Outdated furniture and fixtures 4. Obvious leak with patch job above toilet in bathroom- attempted to fix, but still leaking when we left 5. Mildew on old shower curtain 6. Bathtub needs to be replaced 7. Staining on sheets Breakfast was so-so Staff were nice, but do not WOW with excellent customer service skills For what we paid for the stay, these things can and should be fixed.

    My room was clean and in nice condition. The bed looked clean and I slept well in it. I was impressed in that they had a separate building dedicated to their morning breakfast. They had a nice selection of goods and you could tell that there was a custom hands on touch from the person providing the goods. This is the nicest Wyndham that I have been to for a while and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

    Trash was full when I checked in. No toiletries at check in. Outdated and nasty. The manager cursed me when I called about them charging my card twice for my stay. It's basically a crack hotel!!! Pool was disgusting.

    Sheets in “freshly cleaned “ room had a large stain, that looked like dirt or mud or??? Manager/owner said” may be just a stain, but not dirty” I suggest passing on this place. However the desk clerk was very pleasant and accomodating. A recent emigrant from the caribbean, he seemed excited for his chance to work in America.

    Both ice machines were broken/ out of order. Facilities and room made an overall rather tired/run down impression. My room had a decidedly weird smell, two tree shaped air fresheners (one attached to the A/C outlet) were placed in it. It felt as if someone had smoked in there and that’s how the smoke smell was remedied. Both staff members I came in contact with were super friendly, polite and helpful.
