Luxurious showers, instant hot water, the amenities in the rooms, and the toiletries in the rooms are definitely high quality. A great breakfast with a lot of options and is honestly fairly cheap. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. The rooms are sound proof as not to disturb other guests and pretty spacious. (It may seem petty, as this was one of the best hotels we've ever stated at, but- I was unable to connect my PS5 to the internet and it kept disconnecting from my phone, despite paying for premium access. The desk lamp in my room didn't work and I felt the lighting was a little inadequate in the room.

Breakfast was good Air was not working in the pool area so it was 150* in the pool area . Which caused my son to get sick from the heat.

Excellent beautiful property and friendly staff

Room was nice and the bed comfortable. The under window air unit was very loud and old. Staff were friendly and professional especially Mildred in the dining room for breakfast. Breakfast was very good and freshly cooked to order. Afain, Mildred is fantastic!

The location and staff were super nice Never got clean towels or sheets had to ask very disappointed in that and the price was different on booking then what they had on the receipt

Ms Lisa was the most helpful as it was a full on Monday. Whatever could go wrong was going wrong, but she had the greatest attitude.

Parking and location were good. Room had past water stains on the ceiling and some stains on the carpet. Shower curtain was breaking. Layout of the room was great for our family of four.

Parking was good. The bar and grill was excellent. Lobby was nice. The rooms need to be updated. The elevators creak and moan. There was no menu in the room for room service. There was no stationary or pens. It was okay, but I wouldn’t stay there again. They also charge $100 to your credit/debit card to cover any amenities, which is suppose to be returned to your card.

Everything was great. They did charge extra for what most hotels give away for free, but it wasn’t much. Still a little annoying, but outside of that it was a great stay.

Bed was hard to me.

Most other hotels now offer free breakfast and coffee throughout the day. I was given 1 regular coffee, 1 decaf, 1 tea, and 1 hot chocolate for a 3 day stay. No other coffee after 10am and i had to ask for some at 7am.

Good price on short notice.

The rooms were large with comfortable beds but were a bit dated. While the room was clean, the common areas and elevators were less so. Check in and out was smooth and quick.

Nice clean room, staff were friendly, parking is easy. Air conditioner was a little noisy, but would stay there again.

The room was very clean & spacious. Our dinner was very good. The breakfasr was exceptional. We were extra time to keep our room as our vehicle was in the shop unexpectedly. We were not charged for the extra time. The only negative was the tub was incredibly slippery.

We had reservations at another place that were unacceptable so we moved to the Hilton Garden Inn where we felt safe and the accommodations were terrific. It was a great relief to me and my kids.

Very nice staff and very clean hotel. The location was great being close to the highway but you never heard traffic at all. A great BBQ restaurant just in front of the hotel too!

Upscale, nice property. The room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and neat. Quite a bit of trucking noise from nearby I-85. Breakfast was the most disappointing thing of my stay: lots of variety, but everything was cold! Even the coffee was just lukewarm!

The hotel is clean and the check in was fine. Everything was fine until I tried to sleep on the pillows...all the same and very soft. Bring your own.

The only issues I had, which I am certain would have been rectified if I had made and effort, was that I ran out of toilet paper, tissues and lotion.

We had just a shirt weekend stay. The rooms are clean and we liked the indoor pool.

It was what we were looking for. Would have been nice to have a breakfast buffet.

I have stayed twice now and the people are friendly and the hotel is in good condition. The rooms are ok. One time I had no blackout curtains so I had to use the clips on the hangers to shut the curtains. Overall, not a great value for your $ but better than the competition in the area.

There was a roach in my room.

The room was great, quiet and clean. However the mini fridge was off balance which left it unable to be used easily. The microwave was the same. The notes on the water I felt was in poor taste, after all we were staying in a "HILTON' as a Hilton rewards member.

Hotel was clean and well maintained. Water pressure in the shower was fantastic. The bed was comfortable. Parking was very good. My only complaint is that we were near the elevator and listened to it chiming every time it opened during the night….which was a lot.

I was so disappointed by this stay. There was hair all in the bathroom from previous guests. The windows were dusty on the inside and rug looked it hasn't been vacuumed. The canke was out and we were here on vacation for New Years. We had to go out to watch the ball drop.We didn’t even return. Front desk agent looked annoyed when I arrived. Very disappointing for a HGI.

Always a great stay.

I've stayed here before. I knew it would be a quality hotel. That is why I booked another stay. The only drawback came upon my arrival to the room. Someone had smoked in the bathroom and managed to keep the smoke stench inside the bathroom. When I opened the bathroom door, the stench poured out. It was truly disgusting.

The stay was amazing. We needed to disconnect and the hilton was perfect. Clean tooms and very friendly staff!

Staff were exceptional

My experience has always been great. But, on this visit, the downstairs gill was not up to standards. I ordered a burger and fries. Thinking it would be handmade and tasty. It was a frozen patty dry with no taste. The fries needed seasoned too. Very sad that this happened. I have eaten at the grill several times with my stay and the food has always been good. New cook? The second day of my stay, I order from another restaurant in the area. The grill is so convenient, ordering and staying in for the evening. Sincerely, Angie Wilson

A little older hotel but well maintained and updated. Good value for price on a non-football weekend. Very friendly staff. Well lit safe parking lot. Close drive (1 mile) to many restaurants.

We literally had the noisiest next door neighbors last night …. About 3:30am they had their tv on full volume so that was no fun!

No continent breakfast and room was not serviced the second day.fresh towels bed made up replace coffee. I was told that 2day stay was accused it’s every other day! I paid the same price for 2days so I paid for a service room .

This property is okay. It is not bad nor great. The breakfast is overpriced for what it is.

We only stayed one night for better proximity to our son's college graduation ceremony. The hotel was clean and comfortable, nice staff. One drawback - we arrived around 8pm and were disappointed there was nowhere to grab a beer with out of town visitors, either in the hotel or within walking distance.

We love staying here as it’s close to my family. Also having everyone meet for breakfast was a bonus!

It was just a simple overnight trip to see our parents for Mother’s Day room was really clean and very nice. Check in with easy air condition was nice and cold.

My room only had 1 bath towel in the bathroo for 2 guests. I called to ask for more towels but the phones in the room did not work at all. I called on my cell phone for towels and was instructed to go down stairs and grab at frint desk.

Check in was a breeze and our room was clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Everything was in working order, and we had a good night's sleep. Would definitely stay here again.

I really like Hilton hotel, I’ve been a rewards member for years and have never had a problem but this bed was horrible. Worst hotel bed I’ve ever stayed in. You must have a lot of complaints about this, I’ve been to Iraq and slept in a shipping container so I’m not a really fussy person so for the bed to be bad enough for me to repair to this request It was bad
