I enjoy staying there around shopping clean rooms nice people

Our room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the fresh cookies in the lobby. The front desk staff member when we checked out early Monday morning was very friendly and thanked us for staying and to have a safe trip home. She also made sure I took cookies for the road.

Unfortunately the breakfast was not good compared with the last time. It was inedible as it tasted as though the eggs and sausages were fried in rancid oil. Then, the following day I ordered a yogurt and it was one month past the expiry date. The staff were very kind and offered to reimburse. The staff was excellent. Also, the room at times smelled of urine. Our last room was very clean.

Front desk and cafe safe was nice and friendly. The rooms had a musty smell, the microwave was dirty, breakfast wasn’t included after I picked the room with breakfast added, tv’s didn’t work in my mom and sister’s rooms they had to be moved.

The location was very lovely and environment calming I did not enjoy that I reserved a room with a format that I had seen photos of, but then got switched to a different hotel across the street with a completely different room that I did not even get to view first. Staff offered me a $20 dollar discount and I had no choice but to take the room since it was very late in the day and me and my partner were exhausted from traveling. The hotel itself smelled like pool cleaning products from the hallway till our room. The room accommodated to us was a handicapped layout and some of the features were uncomfortable, such as a very low leveled bed.

I did not like trying to pack in the dark. No lighting in room besides 1 lamp. I wa double charged on my room. I want a refund

The printers and computers were non-functioning but did not have signage informing guests. There was only one person to provide breakfast service.

Room had someone elses hair in the bathroom in multiple places. Toilet didnt always fill up and water continued to run. The A/C was very loud when turning on (kept waking me up) - the lighting in the room is really bad. I put a sode in the door of the mini fridge and it froze into ice. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

I asked and was told some would be brought up but never came.

Great place to visit

We didn't utilize the bar. Service was great. The rep at the counter was very helpful. I think his name was Q or LaQuinterius. He made sure our room was serviced early during our stay. When there was a language barrier with the house keepers, he quickly assisted in order to get what we needed at that time. Thanks so much Q. This won't be our last at this particular Courtyard.

We had a magnificent stay! The front desk staff were some of the best I’ve ever encountered. They were helpful, kind and friendly. We will certainly recommend this hotel to friends and family for future stays!

The room was nice and comfortable. I loved having the little seating area with TV and desk. The bathroom was spacious. The staff was very friendly. The only problem was that they lost a couple of packages we had mailed to us that were delivered there but they couldn't find them. Other than that though it was great!

Our room was clean and comfortable. No one came to straighten up the room during our three nights stay so the trash cans weren’t emptied and the soap wasn’t replaced. The hotel charges $10 for parking even though there are plenty of parking lots in the area that you could easily park in and walk a few extra steps. Breakfast is not included. The gym has a peloton bike, which was fantastic. The other equipment is not in great shape and the gym wasn’t super clean, but all in all it was good. The staff was all very nice except for one person. I was very impressed.

Room was not fully cleaned. Used toilet paper in the toilet. Balcony above hotel entrance. No privacy- Noisy and uncomfortable.

The water pressure in the shower was very low. Bathroom could use a little more cleaning.

The location is very convenient, close to lots of restaurants and a Costco too. The only thing is the bar in the hotel is quite slow for breakfast order, even for coffee, not for people with a busy morning schedule. The facilities are outdated, but rooms are clean and quiet, and beds are comfortable. Lots of parking space, with a 10/day charge though.

This was an amazing place. It was very clean, quiet and the staff were nice and accommodating.

They overcharged 160.00 on my credit card because the smoke policy, me and my wife don’t smoke or vape. Manager not present to discuss the situation. Have to call the 1800# for the Marriott and put a complaint, also I contacted the expida web site, for the issue. Hopefully it get resolved, also we didn’t have a mini fridge, I hope I don’t get charged for this too.

The staff is very helpful and there is a bar/restaurant where you can order food that is filling into your tummy if you need something before the end of the night. It’s a great location.

The room was not what was represented in the pictures. The room smelled like mildew. The hallways and elevators were hot. They charged my card twice for parking and incidentals.

Very little service for too much of the price. We were here for competition and were charged twice the rate through competirion third party. No breakfast no tea in the room no cleaning of room in 3 days

Filthy Pool probably had diphtheria. All Arlington hotels are the same. Doesn’t matter if you pay 400 for two nights you’re still gonna stay in the same ghetto rooms. I’ll never stay in Arlington again! And this is a Marriott??? I’ll bet the higher ups have never seen your place. Gross!!!

I didn't care for the bug I found in my room or the cricket I saw on the morning I checked out. I am unhappy about the rediculous cost for a soft drink in the little store in the Hotel. $5 for a pop? Really? The room was comfortable and clean (other than the bugs). The road noise was noticable. I dound the hotel staff nice and attentive. There was only one regular coffee package (normally two). This is somewhat better than a Motel 6 but I will look for better lodgings next time I am here.

The air conditioner did not get cold like it should. The pool was dirty.

I did not get the person’s name who checked me in. He was professional and courteous. He represented the Marriot brand very well as do the others when I stay here at the Courtyard..

Room and bed was comfortable, but the fire alarm went off early in the morning and took hours to resolve. There was an issue with the fire alarm.

I was swayed by the Marriott affiliation. Turned out a huge disappointment. I booked a twin queen with a sofa bed but when I got to check in, I got a twin queen alright and just a chair. Went to complain at reception and receptionist got apprehensive right away. "That's all I got" he says, "I don't have anything else for you". My family and I were tired as it was late. Didn't bother arguing, just went back to the room. The shower pressure was pathetic because it wouldn't switch completely to shower. Lots of water wasting through the bath tub faucet. Valve issues obviously. Good thing it was just one night. Next night was at Comfort Suites Arlington. For 50% cheaper, we got everything we expected to get at "Marriott" and more! Disgraceful.

When I informed staff maintenance cane to check and agreed , my daughter was displeased with the way this issue was handled. I’m seeking a refund for staying in that room with that condition.It was not cleaned well . There was an insect by the charger as well

None of staff even cared about anything at this hotel. water on floor by ice machine which I nearly slipped on. Clerk at check in and out was busy gossiping with another worker or maybe someone who was staying at hotel (maybe??) my whole experience was not what I expect from Marriott.

The room had only one chair and no table to eat at. The Bistro was awful. The beds are still the most comfortable. Roxanne the desk clerk was very nice funny and attentive .

The front-desk staff in-particular, were great. We were a bit disappointed after having to schedule housekeeping three different times before they actually came to change bedding/change waste-cans. Nonetheless, this was an above-average experience as-is often the case with Mariott hotels.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. We had a suite, lots of room. The hotel could use some sprucing up. We had easy access to major highways, lots of shopping and dining options near by.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, and always greeted me with a smile and fun conversation. The little cafe could use better staffing though. There’s only one person on to run the register and make the food so the wait can be a bit much

The only thing I didn’t like is that you don’t offer breakfast (free) the prices for food was a bit expensive a cup of tea was over $4

The sweet lady working the front desk grabbed a last minute second room for us on a sold out night and made sure we were across the hall from our kids(teens). She was wonderful!

The courtyards is one of my favorite places to stay, the hotel and the rooms are very nice and cozy. The staff is a different story, I’ve been here 3 times and every time they notice I book 3rd party I get treated differently. The last time, I asked for 1st floor, she said no problem, after pulling up my information, her friendly attitude changed, and proceed to tell me, no 1st floor available, and the only one they have is 4th floor, mind you, check is 3pm, I was there at 3:05pm, and continued to pressure me about their rewards program. I think this is something that should be addressed, all people regardless how they book chose to stay at the courtyards and not Fairfield, and if they don’t want to be part of some awards program, everyone should be treated with some fairness.

Check staff was very unfriendly. Didn’t have access to room keys so was only able to give one and it had the name of a different hotel on it. Room was very unclean.

It was a great stay. The hotel was very clean and the staff was amazing, great customer service! I would definitely stay there again on my next trip to Arlington.

The staff was especially accommodating. They were helpful with information of surrounding eating places and assisted me with luggage. I was on a walker and scooter. This was much appreciated.

This was the worst hotel experience the bed was so atrociously bad my husband and i both barely got any sleep. Bed was low to ground and had no support. We were placed in a handicap room which was not requested. Handheld shower only tooblow.

2. Could not control temperature of refrigerator, drinks never got cold, just cool after 2 nights 3. AC was extremely loud and woke me up when would cut on 4. Charged $7 per night for parking lot parking 5. No breakfast provided and very expensive at bistro in hotel.

Taniesha at the front desk was so helpful and very nice! The check-in went smooth and the rooms were very nice and clean! The bed was too soft for my husband but was comfortable! Convenient for shopping and restaurants! Will definitely stay again!

We had a reservation at Courtyard and upon arrival was notified that the hotel had a water leak. The staff went out of their way to relocate us to another Marriott property.

Nice stay..staff was awesome

I guess, after seeing the blood shot eyes and steam coming out my eyes I’m sure he thought it would be a good idea to cool me down but what ever, if that so to be true fine. But I booked my room 2 days advance, checked in almost 24hrs BEFORE check in and called to speak with someone directly! Absolutely unacceptable and very poor customer service skills!

Staff were very friendly and accommodating

I stayed in room 202 and it seemed like a gremlin was in the electrical system during my stay. My CPAP machine shorted out, some days my phone would charge some days it would not. I finally had to plug my phone into the tv port to charge it! Though my watch seemed to charge just fine.

The room was clean and the service was awesome. The rooms are quiet and the Bistro is a nice place for a snack. Definitely will be back!
