I loved that the hotel was located near shopping center. Make the room temperature a little bit more accessible. You CAN NOT adjust the temp. guage in the room. When clicking the buttons, they don't move. My room was soooo hot. It remained on 78 degrees after attempting to lower it. I was very hot and uncomfortable. I literally got up to get ice to rub on my skin in order to bear the heat.

Everything was wonderful! The staff was professional and cordial, the room was big, nice, clean and the bathroom as well. I felt safe in the parking lot, as well as in the hotel. Also, the location was convenient with food and shops in walking distance.

We were in town for baseball tournament so checked in around 10:30pm. Staff was really friendly! Our room was very clean and comfortable! The only I might say is the price was higher due to F1 race in town. I don’t believe prices should change due to certain events in town. Would stay again

When we checked in, late Christmas night and the attendant had to ask the manager why the computer wouldn’t release our room. Finally she got keys but I had a feeling it was an “overflow” kind of room, not your typical nice room. The blow dryer was all sticky, the wall paper in the bath was peeling, the chair at the desk had torn upholstery. The AC worked fine but it was squeaky and loud. It was not my typical experience at a Hilton Garden Inn. In fact, I have stayed at this very one before and it was great. I took photos to document. I did not complain…it was Christmas and just an overnight.

Overall the stay was good. Breakfast was kind disappointing since you have to pay extra for it. But the pool was open and my kids loved it.

Had surgery. Staff was very supportive asking if they could provide any assistance. It was nice that a wheel chair was available for me to use. I was not expecting to need a wheelchair so it was nice one was available

The staff were very helpful and provided superb customer service! The young lady who checked us in on Wednesday after 3PM, rearranged our room situation so that our stay would be as comfortable as it could be. We really enjoy staying at this hotel. We stay here every time we come to Dallas. We love the location.

The service was amazing, the host up front was very friendly. The room was clean. The beds are terribly hard and uncomfortable, but otherwise it was excellent!

For the amount of family staying here, everything on the menu should’ve been free for the wedding guest ordering breakfast

Stayed at this hotel for a business trip and it is by far the best hotel I have stayed at in Arlington. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything from quickly fixing an a/c issue in my room to recommending food and drink.

Staff were friendly and flexible. Nice vibe, our small conference went off smoothly. It worked well when we moved furniture in the waiting lounge around, to make several smaller spaces for flexible small groups to chat. Thanks very much! I was at an earlier conference in 2019, it was fun then too!

Beautiful hotel

The perfect distance from everything you could want to do, it was quiet and comfortable. We came here for a concert and they had a shuttle opportunities which was really nice even though we didn’t use it because we came with a plan lol. The stuff was super nice and check-in was a breeze!

This was a great hotel nice and quiet had a breakfast down in the lobby. I thought was good. It was 1295 which I don’t think I could have bought that anywhere else for that price although I thought they should’ve offered a continental breakfast. The only problem with the hotel was the shower head in room 505. The pipe was not attached to the wall other than that it was fantastic. also, they offered a shuttle to the Cowboys game and or the concert that was going on for $20 which I thought was really good.

I will note that the exhaust fan - or at least I assume that was what it was in the bathroom didn’t work or not functioning. That I feel is a must for any bathroom for many reason. Also, the AC was so loud when it was on. I had mine set at 72, but it wouldn’t kick on until it was about 74 - 75 in my room, and it felt toasty. I feel like I didn’t sleep well because of this. But the bed was decent at least.

Everything was good except the bed, it was very hard and uncomfortable. Also the fridge was not very cold and there was no freezer section. Other than that, it’s a nice hotel. Staff was very nice, pool was good and room was very clean and quiet. Parking was easy too.

Check in and out was super easy. Great location. There was visible mold on the ceilings hallways and bathroom. The room smelled strongly of mold and mildew. Our eyes were watering and throats itchy upon waking. Otherwise very clean- saw cleaning staff in hallways and elevators the entire stay. Lots of chemical smells from this as well. Perhaps they are aware of the mold issue?

The water was out for about 4 hours after we checked in, so we couldn’t use the toilet or showers before we went to dinner. They didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience. I even tried to call down to the front desk/manager and no one answered the phone. I know that this property is also a pet friendly hotel, but our room smelled like cat pee and we had to use a room deodorizer every time we entered for it to be tolerable. Upon check out, since I’m a Hilton member, they said they would give me “points” to make up for the inconveniences and nothing ever showed up and there is no record on my account. I gave the person at the front desk my email, phone number, and rewards number. I know the water situation could not be helped, but nothing was done to alleviate the situation. Overall, not impressed with how everything was handled.

The room was advertised as a “Premium” room and it was nowhere close! False advertising. I will never use Expedia again.

The staff at the Hilton Gardens Inn in Arlington was very friendly and check-in was a breeze. When I arrived in my room, the bed was turned down, the room was cool, and the TV was turned on and with text on the screen welcoming me by name. I thought that was a nice personal touch. Little things like that tell me that this business owner definitely cares about their clientele. Next time I come to Arlington to see my tattoo artist, I will definitely be staying here again!

Good stay at a good location near shops and restaurants. Bed could be more comfy. Walls are thin. Front desk service is good. Ensure that you’re not charged for the bottled water if you did not use it. I was initially charged although I did not touch the bottled water. After calling twice, I received a refund.

It was nice and clean HOWEVERRRR, the beds were brick hard, our refrigerator went out and spoiled all of our food and snacks, they didnt offer any type of compensation. The fire alarm went off at 3AM, waking up the entire hotel, and all we got was "false alarm, sorry folks" no explanation of why. The breakfast was not included (13$ a person) and when we sat the bar for 10 minutes waiting on service, just to to hunt someone down to tell them wed like to order drknks after not one, BUT TWO employees walked past us not saying a word. The hotel was nice, but the service, and the staff were horrible. I travel to Fort Worth often and my spouse is a Hilton member, we dont mind spending $200 a night for a nice hotel, but the service should match. We will not be using this hotel or Hilton again. Horrible service.

We wanted compliment LaQuita for doing a great job with our booking! Cynthia and Terri were awesome checking us in. LaKita and Jamal took care of us at the bar and served us the best burger in town. The rooms are great and convenient to our work but the staff puts Hilton Garden Inn Dallas/Arlington South above all others stays. And that is why we always choose this location.

The hotel staff and room was very nice. The only issue was that the walls are extremely thin and sound from other rooms and the hallway are very loud. add some sound proofing materials in the rooms and hallways.

Property was very convenient. Right off of I-30 and close to AT&T stadium(roughly 15 minutes, very easy drive). Plus there was round trip transportation available for an additional fee to get to AT&T stadium.(charter buses) Staff were extremely friendly. They go out of their way to ensure you have an excellent stay. Hotel is very clean. Tons of restaurants and shopping available around hotel. If we are in the Arlington area again we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Convienet location. Mattress Sagged in the middle. Night stands were quite small. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Dog barking in next room woke us up hours early.

The overall stay was great. The only real issue I didn't like is that it is "pet friendly", but it will cost $75 NON-refundable pet fee, and they do not offer free breakfast..it is $12.95/person. Other than that it was great. Room was mostly clean, there was an additional blanket that wasn't folded and put up, but that was the only thing about the cleanliness of the room. It was sparkling! The staff was nice and professional.
