There was a cockroach in the room. Some of the lights did not work. The toilet barely flushed. The room smelled like cigarette smoke (it was non-smoking!). We did not end up staying the night

The photos they have are misleading. It has rooms faced outside. They gave us a room that had not been cleaned. There were bugs all around the floor, all on the tables, all over the bed! We even video LIVE bed bugs crawling on the bed! It is not clean and needs to be removed from this platform. Nobody should stay there unless it’s the LAST option and your life is in danger. Rather stay in the car!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, beds were a little uncomfortable but fine for a couple days, rooms were very spacious, breakfast was just grab and go muffins

David, the night manager, was divine! That is why I scored as high as I did. He took immediate action on an issue which arose in the 1st room. There were no real amenities for the price I paid. I had to ask for dishes but was not able to get plates, bowls, or cups. No toaster, coffee maker, or hair dryer in the room. I was able to get a pot and a pan, Silver for 2, and what appeared to be 2 toy spoons (the next day after 10 am); when I asked for it, I had to pick it up. Breakfast was the worst. Only 1 carafe of coffee (when it was gone, it was gone). Crunchy granola bars, blueberry muffin (in packaging), instant oatmeal. I expected more compared to the to competitor's this wasn't even mediocre, at best, it was below sub-par. I could go on but this book would be longer.

Not very welcoming. Say’s continental breakfast, but what was provided was just prepackaged not very good muffins and instant oatmeal. The coffee was not very good and only two kinds of creamers and both were sweet. The toilet didn’t flush properly, we had to take the cover off so that we could get to the float to get it to flush. The bathroom door didn’t shut and open properly. They didn’t come by and leave fresh linens, we had to go ask for them.

When they say breakfast don’t think cereal, or oatmeal or anything like that. Coffee was pretty much all they had

I booked this room for my adult children to attend a conference. Upon check in they had to wait 30 minutes then were told the room that I booked over a month in advance was not available. I booked two double beds and they were put in a TINY room with one double bed. Once in the room, they discovered the sheets had not been washed. The manager was not accommodating and took advantage of their young age.

It also said there would be shampoo and conditioner. There was only shampoo. The only positive was one of the staff members who was very sweet and offered to give us a ride to our room.

Room we booked wasn’t available. Had to find a new hotel at 11pm with two kids.

Room was very clean and the area is quiet. Room was large with a full size fridge in the kitchenette. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is coffee, tea, instant oatmeal, packaged muffins and granola bars- great for grab and go. Cracker Barrel is right next door if you prefer more options. Would stay again especially if I needed an extended stay with a kitchenette.

Floors sticky, horrible sewage smell whenever toilet was flushed, stayed for 4 days and never once got house keeping to come by and restock towels or toilet paper, had to go to lobby and grab ourselves everytime. Mold on ceiling of bathroom, would like a full refund really unbearable.

The breakfast consisted of a packaged muffin and coffee. The TV remote control in the room never worked so I couldn't watch TV. I had to call the front desk a couple times. There was no blow dryer in the room or at the front desk. Upstairs tenants were up all-night walking back and forth.

Room was dirty to include the bed coverings/blanket. Stayed two nights, they did not service the room. Had to go to office to request towels and toiletries. Bathroom mirror frame was falling apart. Will not be recommending this place to anyone asking.

Need a better breakfast

Thought the property was presentable. The room was a bit dirty. The small dining table was under a light which had small dead moths on the table top. We then received a call from the front desk asking if we were using the shower. We were not and the same front office person came to the room to check the bathroom. We let him know the water pipe under the sink was not fully engaged to the wall possibly leaking to the room below.

The whole area was fenced I liked that, quiet area and convenient to the stadium.

The room was quite clean. Staff were friendly. For the price, surprisingly nice hotel. Laundry is great. The "continental" breakfast was a bit sparse (I saw only oatmeal), but the coffee was good. A coffee maker in the room would have been nice.

I guess it depends on what room you get because we had 2 rooms booked. The 1 room my brother had was clean, bug free it seems, and newer microwave. On the other hand, the other room we were in had dirty sheets with hair and random debris that isnt ours and roaches crawling on the floors and tables. To make it worse, the fridge in this room had hair in it and rust on the front doors and rust in thia microwave. The good thing about this place is, they did have fast service to come and change out our bedsheets and pillow case for us. Even so after the change out of bed sheets it had a weird sticky/stiff feel against my skin i did not like. This room gave me the ick.

I definitely think if you are in town for an event and are looking for an affordable place, this is the place. It doesn’t look 100% the best but it is what it is. I had to wait over 10 minutes to check in because the front office lady was somewhere else. Also, I will say be careful with parking because my car passenger side was dinged twice with paint left on it. Mind you I didn’t even park close to anyone. My mirror also ended up folded in so I’m not sure what was going on. I will not be staying again because my car has never been tampered with like that at any other hotel I’ve stayed at.

Would never stay here again. Had to change rooms because the first room had no working AC and reeked of cigarette smoke despite the property being smoke free. Vending machine took money and didn’t give drink. Massive bugs inside the room. AC in second room was fine when I first arrived but quickly stopped working unless you cranked it down to below 63

The smell of cigarettes in the room was overwhelming. We checked out of the hotel 20 minutes after we arrived.

We booked for two nights but only stayed one. The front door and bathroom door had multiple dents that were repaired poorly. The room smelled like broccoli and pot. The property and area were run down. I usually only leave reviews when I enjoy a property but I felt this one warranted a warning. The price was great and the AC was very cold but we spent the night and got out as soon as we could.

I stayed here for a convention at the ATT Convention Center. The room was good for the price. Hot water, air conditioner and easy access.

There was a methed out looking lady in the lobby and her partner in crime was hanging out in the parking lot with their belongings. Oh and there's a cracker barrel next door

Fridge smelled and was not cold enough, tv did not work well, space was cramped.

Great stay. Will come again. From none AI or staff customer. I just need clean room, air conditioners, WiFi, and pet allowance. Also Six Flags must be around the corner. Only issue was toilets did not have good pressure. Love all the cable channels, electronic inputs, and safety.

The front desk was not very friendly. They did the job but not very helpful. Our key stopped working. My reservation was for a double bed and a sofa bed. The room had a sofa bed but the sofa did not have a mattress. The front desk changed my room and gave me 2 beds after arguing for a minute trying to tell me that it just said sofa on the reservation. Thanks to Cracker barrel next door we could have breakfast. Other than that the place is isolated.

The suites that are intended to sleep 4 do not have a mattress in the sofa bed. They moved us twice before coming to the 3rd room and arguing that sofa beds don't have a mattress. They finally gave us two queens instead and charged us extra. Roaches everywhere (I have pictures). The grab and go breakfast was a basket with two muffins sitting in the lobby. Building is in need of repair. Two women opened the door without knocking and then asked if we wanted our room clean (we had just checked in). They were not wearing any sort of uniform or shirts that would let you know they worked there. Horrible all the way around and then the manager asked us to leave a good review.

I like it's location.It was near Globe Life Field and Six Flags.It was clean. The only problem was the toilet didn't flush most of the time. The breakfast consisted of coffee and oat meal. I wouldn't call it a breakfast.

I personally had a bad experience. I called in the day of check in and the representative told me that I could do an early check in at 12 noon. I got there and then he proceeded to tell me that there were no rooms available and that he had told me 12:30 noon. The issue was resolved. However, the non-smoking room given to us, had a very smoke smell inside. The only good thing was the room was clean and that it was close to thebplaces I was visiting.. That is all.

The property was older, they had done some upgrades. My daughter said she had to kill a few bugs. I know that happens. It was nice enough. Nothing too fancy. The bed was kind of wobbly and the topper was really thick, so you sink into it. The bedding was itchy and the cleaner they use has a strong sent.

It was advertised that breakfast would be provided. But when I got there there was only oatmeal and coffee.

You get what you pay for. Check in took forever. The room smelled SO BAD! Poor cleanliness, poor quality amenities, poor quality bed. AC was divine! Definitely a place to just sleep, nothing fancy.

Pricing was good. The room had a strong smell like curry. I know the rooms have kitchens are used. That room needs to be cleaned harder. The deluxe king was spacious and location convenient to activities in Arlington.

My husband and I booked this hotel for one night. The property looked nothing like the pictures online. The front desk staff was not very friendly. We got to our room and it smelled terrible in there. I sat down on the bed and the sheets were sticky and the pillows were wet. After less than 5 minutes in the room we grabbed our stuff and walked out. Very disappointed.

My remote for the TV was missing battery. Front desk said they would send someone to fix it. Hour and a half later and still not fixed.

Called ahead let the hotwl know i was checking in after midnight, arrived on loction to find that my reservation was canceled by the hotel then they tried to upcharge me for the stay , poor cistomer service Saturday night attendant was useless and unhelpful. Made the trip with my 2 kids and wife he couldn't care less, propery was not as described anyways, stay away

WE DID NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. We left within an hour.. I Booked Because Me And My Spouse Both Worked The Day Of The GNX Concert, 4/26/25, Just Got The Room And Dropped His Bag In The Room, And Went To The Concert, So We Knew We Would Be Tired And The Traffic Would Be Terrible. Went Back To This Room, After The Concert.. Roaches Everywhere, Even On The Ceiling, Headboards Of The Bed, Entertainment Stand, Bathroom,, I MEAN EVERYWHERE.. WE CHECK OUR BAG, AND CLOTHES, WENT TO THE FRONT OFFICE, RETURNED THE CARD KEY, EXPLAINED THE SITUATION, AND RESEPTIONIST SAYS, SOMEONE STAYED THERE THE NIGHT BEFORE WITH NO COMPLAINTS,, I ASKED HOW NOT, ROACHES EVEN ON THE CEILING,, SMH,, HE TOLD ME TO TRY TO GET REFUND FROM EXPEDIA.. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY THERE.. NEVERRRR.. NEVER EVER

I had to switch rooms on the first night due to an odd smell and roaches. Credit to the front desk man, he apologized profusely and didn’t hesitate to get me a new room. The second room had a smell and hadn’t been deep cleaned in a while. It served its purposes as I only needed to sleep there. It was quiet. Air conditioning unit worked. I never attempted to use anything but bed and bathroom.

The property is a motel, so not much to expect about it, poor cleanliness, rude personnel, other than that, I only stayed for about 4 hours waiting for my flight the next morning, so it was ok for the price.

We got to hotel at 6pm and was told our 2 paid rooms were not available and they overbooked and we had to cancel and rebook at the walk in rate at a much higher price. It was too late to cancel on Expedia and will have to now deal with trying to get our money back!

This stay was very pleasant, it was pet friendly and the service I got was one of the best I’ve gotten in any place…would recommend this stay to anyone around the Arlington area visiting

Could use updating. The floors could’ve been cleaned better. Walked around in socks and they’re filthy. The tub drain needs to be cleaned out. While taking a shower, you stand in about three inches of water. Absolutely no kitchen accessories. Suck as silverware, dishes, pots. Couldn’t cook if I’d wanted too.
