The hotel rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast options were good. The only issue was that one of the two elevators wasn’t working, so it made for long wait times for the only elevator that was working.

One elevator was not working. The other one took forever to come down or up. The sink and the tub in orb room were clogged up. Drained very very slow. Pool wasn’t open when it should have been. It’s was ok but have had better for sure.

The leaning was clean and the staff was nice The bathroom door kept locking the air worked sometime not all the time especially at night. It doesn’t work. I didn’t like how the bathroom was so small in the mirror was outside the bathroom that was weird to me. The beds were OK.

We had to change room 3 times. 2 rooms has leak on the floor from the air conditions. . Even on 3 room i got the lights wasn't working. The property is not as clean & maintained as the pictures online make it appear. The rooms are definitely dated. The wifi would disconnect all the time, the Google Chromecast would not work, the tv remote wouldn’t work majority of the time. The fridge didn’t work and had to be replaced. The AC unit was unable to keep up and the room stayed at over 75 degrees despite blasting cold air nonstop. All of this said, the staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be. No problems with them whatsoever but the facility definitely needs some work done.

Our first room had a broken bed. Our second room had ants in the bathroom. Air doesn’t circulate to the living room area of the room. Breakfast was minimal.

The breakfast was good, staff ready to help, and bed was nice and comfortable. though aging well, the place is getting a little long in the tooth and there was a noticeable "old" smell in the hallway of my room.

Everything was fine during our stay, but the weekend we were there the elevators were not working properly, and we didn’t have a microwave in our suite. Otherwise the staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

The staff was great! They were really nice and friendly. They made us feel like we were at home. Although the hotel isn’t really fancy and luxurious, it was well maintained you can tell the staff takes their job seriously and professionally.

Hotel did the job; however elevators were very slow, they did post a sign that they would be worked on. Our room was clean whenever we walked in the first day, but we had no body wash in our dispenser. Aside from that, breakfast was okay had a couple of options but some items ran out faster so you really had to get up early. Another downside I didn’t like were that the charging outlets weren’t on the nightstand, you had to use the extension cords under the bed :/ Other than that, staff was friendly and we had a comfortable stay.

Staff was absolutely amazing! Property was very clean inside and out. The rooms look kind of dated but everything worked properly. The only thing I didn't like was there were no microwaves in the rooms. You had to go downstairs to the lobby area to use a microwave. Overall, it was an ok stay.

Breakfast was okay but the tortillas were cold and the fruit was warm. The front desk person who checked us in, Shanelly, was super sweet and was the only person on duty to do everything from checking in guests to cooking dinner for The Placery orders. She did a fabulous job with a big smile and made us feel very welcome. She is amazing at multi-tasking.

Professional staff and well maitained property with complimentary our room was clean and instant hot water in the shower. The window AC unit was noisy even fan mode was set to low level.

The bar was non existent as advertised. There were no do not disturb signs so we were afraid someone from housekeeping may walk in at any moment.

We stayed there with 4 grandkids and the staff went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. Rooms were clean, breakfast hot with a wide variety o choices. We never came across an employee that didn't have a smile on their face. The staff made our stay a pleasant and memorable one. We will definitely be staying there again.

What made it even worse was that it seemed like everyone who had booked through Expedia was being delayed, while people who walked in later were getting their rooms right away. It felt unfair and poorly managed. After waiting for hours, seeing others come in and immediately get rooms was extremely upsetting. There was little communication from staff, and no real sense of urgency to fix the situation. Overall, very disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here, especially if booking through a third-party site.

The staff was great and having the shuttle service to take us to the concert was also great. The refrigerator never got cold enough and the shower took forever to get warm.

The property and staff were amazing and we were close to our venue. The only problem was that when we got back from our event and was getting ready for bed, there were no blankets for the pull out couch.

Fridge and air conditioner made a lot of noise. Key card wouldn't work for the outside doors. Bathrooms are small and outdated. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Night clerk was very friendly at check in. But the morning lady didn’t acknowledge us until we approached her for check out. A little rude if I’m passing by you and you don’t even look up from your phone to say good morning two days in a row..

the room was lovely and met the needs of me and my friends! while there, i enjoyed the 24hr gym. the gym did not have air conditioning, unfortunately, but other than that it was fine.

The room i booked on hotel. Com wasn't the room i received, my wheelchair wasn't accessible to get on the toilet because the sink was in the way of the toilet ,had issues getting in the bathroom with the wheelchair because the bed was in the way of the door, i have pictures, tv didn't work or remote,shower didn't work correctly the water was spraying in the ceiling, bed wasn't n the best condition, i had to get another hotel and would like a Refund!!!

It's close to the freeway, a gas station, and a burger joint. The breakfast was also a highlight (especially their pancake printer which was my favorite!). They had fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, yogurt, bagels, you name it! The gym was open 24/7 along with a laundry room (you'll just have to provide your own soap and stuff) Overall, it was an amazing experience (especially because of the staff) here and my family and I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you! <3

Not well lit, a little scary considering the area. Minimal staff. Had to tell the receptionist a few times to turn on the valet and parking lot lights so we could see our car and feel a tad bit safer. We went for a cowboys game and it was a ten minute uber ride. Not worth the 300/night.

Nothing because they sold my room to someone else. Hotel overbooked me even after they confirmed my reservation via phone call. I did not have a place to spend the night and had to paid over $200 on uber to go for nothing.

My favorite place to stay overnight when in town . Roomy rooms , clean and quiet. Great hot breakfast and accommodating staff .

Another big issue was that there was no microwave in the room or easily available. That’s really inconvenient when you have children and need to heat up food or drinks quickly. It seems like a basic thing most hotels provide. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it for families.

Amazing Staff!

The staff were very kind and helpful but my experience at this hotel was not the best. There was no hot water to shower for two days, the bed sheets were stained, and my first room reeked of cigarette smoke. The staff were very accommodating, but the hotel itself needs modifications.

Southwest cancelled my flight, no explanation, and booked me for the next day. That would not work so I booked a new flight, at 4AM, with American Airlines. I had a hotel reservation and tickets for Dallas Cowboys vs LA Rams. I cancelled the southwest flight and they wouldn’t give me a full refund. They gave me credit towards a new flight in the future. The problem is, I have no confidence in them and never want to fly with them again. Also the hotel in Arlington TX had no hot water for two of the three nights we were there. Awful!!!

The location was convenient to the Cowboys' stadium and the airport was only 15 minutes away. Overall, it was a decent place to stay for our visit.

Ordered a crib. It wasnt in the room. Took over an hour to get one. That one was broken. Next one took about an hour to get which was good. Expected more being a hyatt hotel but it lacked alot of amenities. The lady checking us in was great. But being a game weekend i think she could have used some help

The room was very clean. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable. Room had a mini fridge and coffee maker. The breakfast was good with pancakes, yogurt, fruit, eggs, ham/sausage, oatmeal, cereal, etc. The room didn't have a microwave but the breakfast area had a very tiny one for anyone to use (popcorn). The pool was gross. It looked more like a duck pond. My kids did not want to get in. We would stay here again but don't plan on swimming.

The elevator had missing parts to the floor, so it’s very dangerous to walk on and off of it. I was gonna feel like my kids were gonna fall. Also, there was holes in the tiles on the way to the elevator. Staff was great. Breakfast was a little bit on the burnt side and dry housekeeping came by did their job wonderful job and they gave us fresh pressed towels

The rooms were okay.However, the bathroom had no slip bathmat or the bathtub.So anyone could slip and fall. The blankets had holes in them, and there were stains on the curtains.Also the sink was cracked. The elevators floor tile came up and anybody could have tripped and fallen. The girls upfront at the desk were not that friendly. The shower curtain was too short and the water went on the floor. I do not recommend this hotel.

We chose this hotel to the Kansas City, Chiefs and Dallas Cowboys game. Pictures are not what they seem like on the Hotels.com website. The bar is very little and your treat selection is very minimum. We tried to get some drinks from the front desk who is supposed to be the bartender, I guess as well . We were given attitude each time we order a drink. The breakfast was horrible . The selection was the same every day with a minimal selection.

Front desk night person was not friendly. Also, wanted a couple of beers and they did not have an opener.

The hotel charged our card before we arrived. One room was supposed to be on another card on check-in. No one could figure out how to refund the extra charged room. The manager shannon, said it was because of Zhotels.com, she couldn’t give the refund

The 1st room the window or AC was leaking, floor was soaking wet. When we got from the day, the smell was horrible. The beds are very old not comfortable. We moved to another room, it was missing the remote.

It was often difficult to interact with the front desk as they were frequently on their cell phone. The staff was friendly but just didn’t seem to care. Breakfast was decent with lots of options. I would not recommend this hotel. We booked as we wanted to be close to AT &T stadium…it is a considerable driving distance.

Positives: The breakfast was good. When I reported the bug issues, the friendly staff provided some compensation for the bug issues. I read some negative reviews before I booked, I figured they would have corrected the issues that were brought up, but I was wrong.

Overall was ok. First night was the worst. Air conditioner very noisy. Put it on off and still continued to be very noisy. Didn’t sleep at all that first night. Worst part I asked to speak to the manager and never attempted to speak to me. I will not ever stay here again. Manager didn’t take the time.

The staff was generally friendly and the hotel lobby was well kept. There was also a great restaurant next door called Mixed Up Burger that was to die for. Our issues were the breakfast was pretty terrible, the TV kept going in and out, there was no list of channels, so finding something to watch was difficult, and our in room phone did not work at all, so calling down to the front desk was not possible. The room was pretty good, except there were no extra blankets for the pull out sofa bed and there were some pretty large stains on the carpet.

The room flooded and they wouldn’t move us to a different room. Said they would comp 2 of our nights. Haven’t seen that yet.

End of September in Texas and the pool is locked so we weren’t able to use.

The hotel looked clean and nice. We stayed one night and left the next morning. After we got home we found we were covered in bug bites on our legs and arms. This hotel has bed bugs not a couple. It had to be several. Atleast 20 bites on each of us. We also found a bedbug in our luggage.

The condition of the room was not what i expected. I looked like dirt and nuildup in the tub.

The staff was nice and the room design was great. Unfortunately, the bed was uncomfortable and the floor had not been cleaned (spills in the carpet, food particles) and bugs. A couple of my towels had been moved from the normal room clean position, so I don't know what happened. A good carpet clean and a new mattress in that room would bring up the rating quite a bit.

The fire alarm was blaring for over an hour. An hour with high pitched alarms that literally hurt your ears. No fire and no explanation, some communication would have been appreciated and let me know they respected their guests.

I booked this room because it was going to Chris Brown concert. Checked in at 3:10ish. Went upstairs and I died on the inside. The rooms are very dated and the carpet was filthy. I called downstairs and they apologized and offered to move me. Next room same complaints. I got dressed went to concert came back and now driving 3hrs 20 mins home because I refuse to sleep in somewhere I can walk barefooted.For the price it was not worth it. I anm not over exaggerating my experience. Disappointed mostly because it’s a Hyatt brand and the price. I have pictures..

Rooms were clean and perfect size. Staff was helpful and friendly. The lobby smelled great! The area around the hotel was a little sketchy with homeless and trash everywhere. Not on the hotel property, just around the area.

Additionally, the breakfast options were limited and did not meet expectations, and the surrounding neighborhood did not feel safe. Unfortunately, due to these circumstances, I will not be staying at this property again.

Had a GREAT experience upon walk in! Was able to check in early because the room was already available. The front desk staff the whole stay were personable, helpful with suggestions, and overall a blast to talk to. Some guests were extremely messy, including tracking water from the pool everywhere. Staff was on top of it! They were constantly cleaning up behind these messy guests. Would definitely stay here again should I come to the area.

I was surprised to find carpets in the hotel room, as they gave the space an unclean and slightly unhygienic feel—especially with sections that were damp. There were also visible, longstanding stains that clearly needed attention. I believe the hotel can do better in maintaining cleanliness and considering more modern, low-maintenance flooring options.

Checkin was super easy and quick. Busy weekend - lobby was crowded at times. Bar closed before 10pm on a Saturday night and there were no signs/details. Staff was friendly. Bathroom in room was super small. Cute and clean property with games for kids inside and cornhole + outside sitting area for all.

Didn’t like the smell of the room. AC unit was giving a mildew smell. Staff was great and were accommodating to switching rooms, but the other room smelled similar. And the pool was cloudy didn’t care for that.

We had a great stay. There was issue with the restroom but the staff quickly moved us to another room. Breakfast was amazing.

Convenient location.

The breakfast was amazing

This hotel is good for a quick stay. The area right around the property seemed a bit dingy. Inside our first room there were a few ants that were crawling on the night table. (They were not bed bugs). Anyway, we did have to switch rooms as a result of it. Of course that’s a bit of an inconvenience, but the staff was helpful and gave us another room. The breakfast setup was nice and the food perfectly fine.

Carpets very dirty, light by the sink went out mid stay, ac didnt cool room down, needs major updates.

Everyone that works in that location is amazing very welcoming and very respectful. Good culture in that hotel. I will be sure to stay there every time I visit in Texas as I already do.

The only thing I didn't like was that the booking said 2 queen beds and it was 2 full size beds, and no microwave in the room

It was in a perfect location to head out in your way anywhere due to it being right on the highways

Beside the receptionist being extremely short and seamed irritated to deal with us at check it and the room smelling like wet dog, and the AC unit so loud you can’t sleep it was a great stay. We won’t be back but I’m sure it’s good enough for some people.

Great hotel

The person at the front desk when we checked in was great. However, our room wasnt great. The beds were comfortable but we found items from previous guests in our room like an earring, and other things under the pullout sofa-bed. Our shower head sprayed water out of the side, and over the shower door, onto the floor. There was supposed to be a microwave in our room but there wasnt. We had the cleaning service skip our room 2 days in a row so we had to request cleaning to come back to our room. I called down to ask for towels and was told to come get them because they didnt have time to bring them up and when I went to get them, the lady at the front desk was on her personal phone watching videos of some kind. I usually make 1-2 trips to Texas per year for about 7-10 days. Id probably stay here again but only if nothing else was availabe at the time I need.

Bed was small and very uncomfortable. Everything else was great.

Property was great. Loved the room. So spacious and clean. Had me on top floor on the back being a single occupant. Night view was nice. Check in was quick and friendly. Breakfast was good. I was late getting down, but still had a decent plate of food. (Sausages were tasty). I just happened to catch a room here for the concert at Globe after having to change hotels at the last minute. Will recommend for concert friends.

Bed bugs in the pillow cases

This building is old and the property is not well managed. Elevator, toaster and printer was not working. The only good thing was the bed that was very confy.

It was great so close to everything and it was very clean very friendly staff

Light switch didn’t work for the lights and was plugged into a power bar that was exposed and broken

Nice wonderful hotel

While the room was clean, I did experience a couple of issues. The TV didn’t work, but that was not a concern since I was only there for one night to attend a concert. However, the tub did not drain properly, and I had to shower with standing water. I informed the front desk about this on the morning of my checkout.

I absolutely love staying at this location! Its always my go to when traveling to Arlington for events.

Hotel is very close to Six Flags. Location is quiet and convenient. Room is very spacious & comfortable but bathroom is relatively small. Breakfast is great.
