I have zero complaints about my stay and will definitely be staying here the next time I’m in Arlington!

It was actually pretty nice and clean. It was going over renovations so some areas were closed but other than that I would return to this hotel

The breakfast was great. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the interstate, plenty of food options, and ample shopping close by. The size of the bathroom was a concern, but it was doable.

There was renovations happening and and it seemed like they had a hard time with room number signs sticking to the wall. I'd rate the whole experience 4 out of 5

The room was clean and comfortable. Two things: the TV in the room does not work properly with the remote. We could not find the guide to see channels. Second, the sound the elevator makes going up or down is super annoying, and quite frankly, frightening to hear.

It’s a great place to stay. The staff was polite and ready to help and most of all the rooms emasculate. A great recommend. I like everything

Good clean room

This hotel was conveniently located and in the process of renovations. It’s a comfortable stay but the bed was hard as a board. The cleanliness of the room floor and the floors in the main lobby area left a lot to be desired, but overall it was a good choice.

I'm disabled to the point I can walk a long way did not know till I got on the floor that the room was at the end of the hallway so I was in pain the two day of stay but that was my bad for not speaking on the subject but t thought the cain I walk with would give the person and idea.

Very well maintained and excellent staff

Even though we booked over a month in advance and asked at time of booking, they could not give us 2 rooms close to each other or even on the same floor (one on 1st floor, one on 3rd floor. 2nd floor was closed for reno).

Awesome location just outside the business of the city of Arlington Texas. Quite and clean area but close to eateries, parks, Food stores, etc. Lovely cosy part of Arlington - no large traffic backups. Good value for money.

Clean room and staff

Property was fairly new and the suites were roomy. Bad WiFi, slow speed, keeps disconnecting. Bad front desk customer service, especially the person working on Friday/Saturday night. She was very rude and had an attitude. Low water pressure in the shower. Toilet bowl does not refill properly after flush, sometimes have to open the tank to “trigger” the water to refill in the tank. Eggs for breakfast was not fresh eggs, but powdered eggs. Very disappointing for a Hilton brand, but the hotel was fairly new and the suites were large and roomy.

When we ordered a Lyft or Uber, they would go to the hotel next door because the addresses are the same/similar. We even specified which hotel but it showed up online differently.

The hotel seemed severely understaffed. To save money, it only provides room cleaning on alternate days. This was not made clear during the booking at all. To make things worse, they announced that there will be no room cleaning on Jan 1st. Which means our room was not cleaned 3 days in a row. On day 3 morning I went and asked the front desk for a cleaning. And was told fairly coldly and bluntly that the cleaning staff is busy. Not getting room cleaning service 3 days in a row is pretty unacceptable for a such a top brand hotel. While the breakfast was mainly fine, we noticed that items kept running out and took a while to be replaced. Again the overall impression was that the hotel is fairly understaffed to save money. Breakfast was not offered on Jan 1st which was again pretty weird. We understand staff wanting Christmas off but New year's day?

The property is in desperate need of upgrading. Our room smelled like urine, the floors in the kitchen and bathroom were filthy, and the sinks needed a deep cleaning. It was so disgusting it made us want to vomit. The bedding didn't look clean, the bed was only half-made, and we even found trash left in the drawers. The bathtubs were hideous, covered in green lime scale. When we brought this to management, we were flat-out dismissed and told the room had "already been serviced." We were treated like third-class citizens. Housekeeping is doing a poor job, but ultimately that falls on management. As a Hilton member, I felt incredibly disrespected. Loyalty clearly means nothing at this location.

Excellent visit

I had a great stay. The only issue was 2 power outages during my stay. I know there were storms in the area but I would expect a hotel to have a generator other than that not complaints.

We were not told that housekeeping is every other day, we skipped the first day, so with the holiday season we didn’t get any for 4 nights. Bathtub fixtures came apart first time we used it. Nobody answered the reception desk in the evening

The room was nice and large for a very reasonable price. The hotel itself was in good shape and the amenities were pretty good. Breakfast was simple continental but it had premade omelets which aren't stellar but they are better than the plain eggs you usually get. Nice change up. Friendly staff as well.

We had a great time at Homewood Suites. The room was clean and well-stocked. The sitting area in the lobby was great—our toddler ran around and enjoyed himself. The staff was so friendly. 10/10 we would stay here again.

I loved the hotel. I was surprised with how spacious the room was. The only think would have made it better was better pillows. The was very flat.

Everything was so comfy felt at home everything was clean!!! Loved the stay!!!

Breakfast was great and I wan pleasantly surprised with a free dinner and Beer. It was super close to Summit racing and the car dealers. Plus a QT market and fast food choices right next door.

Staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The room was beautiful and clean, it felt like a luxury suite. My only complaint was in the morning when I went to go in my fridge, there was a giant cockroach on the floor dying right in front of it. Clearly the place is treated for bugs, and it IS Texas, so not a huge deal. Just a little startling and gross: first world problems. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed this hotel, the room was spacious. We We went on a holiday week end, we would have liked the buffet to remain open longer on the Labor day Monday. Staff were friendly and accommodating!

Everything was okay except breakfast. The items on the buffet were out. No one refilled items fast enough to know what was offered. The breakfast serving area needs attention with cleaning. I went to breakfast fairly early to expect options not not I came down at 5mins till ending.

It was a great experience from the decorations to the cleanliness, the room was well equipped with a comfortable bed and pillow. Then the breakfast was simple but yet rich and satisfying. Overall my family was very pleased .

This will definitely be the place I reserve whenever I visit Dallas.

Room was not cleaned by house keepers on 4 day stay. Didn't provide enough towels. No assistance offered with iur luggage. Lots of random people in lobby and pool. Breakfast hash browns and tater tots gross.

Had a great experience here at this hotel will highly recommend. The room was clean and spacious with the added bonus of refrigerator microwave and overall full kitchen can beat that. Will definitely be back.

The room was spacious and clean. The young lady at the front desk was working alone, however, she handled it with grace. She was also very friendly.

Hospitality was excellent.

The check in process was slow. The desk clerk wasn't available (sign placed asking us to wait). Then the process to get checked in was very slow. He wanted to give us an upgrade to double bed suite but we reserved for a king bed suite. Then the wifi wouldn't connect. Had to go back down and the desk clerk wasn't available again. Waited and got a promotional code to connect with wifi. Overall stay is good but the check in was not smooth.

Laurel did a fantastic job with our check in.. we appreciated the warm welcome and professionalism.

Clean and beautifully decorated front lobby and dining area. The suite we stayed in was nice, however, the hotel doesn’t have WiFi readily available for streaming channels. There are no security cameras in the public areas, except for front lobby. None in hallways or exercise room.

I do appreciate the fresh fruit that was perfectly ripe. In all, it just wasn't the quality or taste I am accustomed to at a Homewood Suite. Definitely a great place, decent location, safe area. Would definitely recommend especially considering the price for this area.

If you are looking for a hotel that will give you a comfortable night sleep, after a long drive, look somewhere else. This is not your hotel. We will not be back.

Awesome stay! Very clean and very friendly office staff.

The hotel is well decorated and has a strong presentation. The beds slept well! The staff was kind! I enjoyed the breakfast. My only complaints, the flowers at the front entrance are so sad compared to the rest of the hotel. This amazing hotel and then cheap plastic and poly flowers shoved into a pot with the tags still on them. Also, children under a certain age should not be allowed in the food area, but should be served by their parents.

I honestly hardly ever write reviews….however this place was pretty cool! I’ve stayed in some swanky places but the staff was and is top tier! Everyone is extremely nice and genuine! My two favorite are Laurel (I hope I have her name right) and Melissa! Super sweet ladies and I hope to see them again next time my husband and I are in Arlington 😃😃 and breakfast was awesome!!

We stayed in a king suite. We did find the lack of overhead lights (including toilet room) curious but after inquiring at front desk we’re told to turn on the red switch. Nobody mentioned previously. Staff was uniformly pleasant- particularly dining area staff. Loved the dinner on weeknights and breakfast was fine (better than some and not as good as others). Area was safe and moderately convenient but harder to get out of than some others and restaurants within drive across highway vs walk. Facility was clean. Spacious rooms. Tv harder to view from almost anywhere in room but table. Not on swivel base. WiFi was out our second day. Curiously all elevator areas were not cooled (saving on utilities? But rooms could be controlled separately and dining areas were fine. Only one elevator worked and sometimes was slow. But overall quite a well maintained and clean facility.

Great stay overall. Two things could have been better but (1) the A/C was not working when I first got there but they corrected it so I should let that one slide. (2) the water pressure in the shower was extremely low.

Our room was great, friendly & accommodating staff. The breakfast was very tasty too. We appreciated the full size refrigerator & kitchen sink. I was expecting a door between the fold out couch/living room area because we had another couple staying with us, but we managed. The shower head needs replaced. The water sprayed in all directions, but down and the soft water made it seem like the soap wouldn’t wash off. Haha We were grateful for the clean room.

We left for wedding in Austin to only return to this branch of Homewood Suites for our final night in Dallas, TX. This night we met Andrea. She too, was the cream of the crop. She was friendly and inviting as well. She also spoke very highly of her co-worker Laurel. I HIGHLY recommend Homewood Suites by Hilton Dallas Arlington South. Its pretty close to most places

Room was ok. Shower pressure was minimal which made for a longer shower. Front desk was friendly but computer were down, not a fan of someone taking my debit card to another room (without explanation at first). Was several loud groups in and luckily we were far enough away to not hear it all. Overall a decent stay for the money.

rooms need more cleaning

The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the room was perfect for our needs. The cleaning staff did an excellent job and the breakfast was decent. We were in town for the total eclipse on April 8, 2024 and the hotel put together a very nice party for all guests(Hot dogs, drinks, potato salad, chips and even eclipse glasses were provided.

The Arlington - Homewood Suites has become our go-to accommodation whenever we're in town. The proximity to shopping, restaurants, and our family is incredibly convenient for us. The entire staff is exceptionally friendly and personable. Breakfast was outstanding, and the spaghetti dinner couldn't have come at a better time for my husband and me after a long, exhausting drive from Indianapolis, IN. After enjoying such a delicious meal, we were out like a light! Thank you to the Homewood Suite Staff for providing us with such a fantastic stay. Whenever we visit Arlington, TX, this is the place we'll be booking. The hotel exudes coziness and comfort.

Our AC was out on the first night and was told no rooms were available to switch. Was told a credit would go back to my card to compensate for the night. The AC was repaired the next day while we were out. Upon leaving, the front desk told me she couldn’t credit my card but would add points to my Hilton account. This review is written 3 weeks after our stay and we have yet to receive points or a credit. Found a Barbie next to our bed and a wrapper under the table. Clearly these rooms aren’t cleaned thoroughly. Breakfast was good, I liked that the same thing wasn’t served 2 days in a row.

The products in the room were nice. I loved that you had a makeup remover towelette available.

Clean, friendly, and the coffee was good and ready early. We lived here a while during a remodel project. Would recommend.

There was only one and a couple people were there already. They do have a fenced in pool, I'm assuming it is heated because kids were swimming and it was COLD (check with hotel to confirm). The room was HUGE with a sleeper sofa, full size refrigerator, coffee maker, dishtowels, paper towels, dishwasher, two burners for cooking, some cups and plates... There was even a ceiling fan above our bed!! Downstairs there was a nice gas fireplace and TONS of tables and chairs (eating area too) and plenty of other couches and cute tables with 2 chairs. The downstairs area was quite the entertainment space for people who come as multiple families to hang out in one area! The FREE breakfast was great. most of the normal bread offerings and waffle maker. Cool toppings for waffles. My two favorites were the FRESH fruit salad and the turkey sausage links. The breakfast staff was ontop of everything and made sure nothing even LOOKED low! Fresh juices in pitcher, not in machines. No regrets; nice over night get away.
