It's proper to inform your customers before hand about any fees you're planning to charge No wonder nobody comes back here, neither am I now but Somebody should explain what professionalism is to this wonderful gentleman before he sabotages this place.

Pretty much nothing it was rundown dirty had very few options was kind of off in the middle of nowhere order. Nothing was accessible or really around. I didn’t like the fact that it was so outdated. I didn’t link the fact that the furniture seemed old tired years, and I didn’t like the fact that there was a roach problem.

It’s not a 5 star hotel but it was clean and close to shopping and area I needed to be. Walls are thin. That’s for sure.

We were there for 3 nights and never got room service. We did go up and ask for towels the last night because all the ones we had were dirty. We asked for garbage bags because the trash was over flowing and the guy just told us to gather up the garbage and set it outside the door. The last morning we were there the smoke detector went off. I went down to the front desk to let them know. He followed me to the room, walked in and basically shrugged his shoulders. We packed up and left.

We did not eat breakfast.

Reservations were made and requested a Hanid-Cap room. The room was very sparse but the one thing that upset me was the Handi-Cap room did not have a walk in shower. At 79 I am concerned about stepping into a tub.

Stay was fine for a last minute trip. Check in was horrible. Employee kept putting wrong zip code into credit card machine and causing card to get denied. Explained issue to him and he did it again. Finally went online and reserved/payed for room and past that no other issues.

The check in was smooth. The staff was kind. However it is in a lower income area, so the hotel is pretty old and I felt a bit uneasy staying as a woman solo traveler. The front desk has a massive glass surrounding it, which I’ve never seen. You typically see that in potentially dangerous areas. I just wouldn’t recommend it, unless you just have no other option. I’m unfamiliar with Dallas/Arlington etc. Just came in town for my son’s basketball tournament.

We left because there were ants in the room and on the bed. The room was in terrible shape and it was super hot. Cracks in all the cealings and windows. Dirty as well

The pool was under construction, but the location was ideal for a tournament at the local sports complex, Patterson Park. Rooms were reasonably priced. The place is very basic but just needed a good place to sleep for a couple of nights.

We didn't have breakfast there. The room was not really clean. There was used food containers in the nightstand and lots of hair in the bathroom. Also, the second floor smelled like all kinds of smoke.

Owner or manager give ne a gatd time cause i booked thru expedia. .🙄

I liked that is was quiet and close to everything i needed. So close to the mall, movies and places to eat. The price was excellent for the location.

Very dirty, toilet did not work, bath tub was very dirty, no soap, shampoo was provided microwave dirty, fridge dirty, there was no pool and they said there was, no breakfast, coffee was pretty much water

This Property Is A Great Location and Convient For Just About All Your Needs!

The guy working the desk asked if i was ready to check out 3 times. Twice almost right after i checked in.

We stayed for two days and the whole time the hotel didn't have hot water and had bed bugs I woke up with bites all over me. This hotel should be shut down. It's actually against TX law not to have running hot water in a hotel

The room was nice, but a little cramped as it was a small room with a king sized bed. However, the bed was very comfortable. There is no breakfast, but coffee is available (ONLY n the mornings). Except for one employee, I found the staff to be rude and impatient. Also, a simple maintenance request was never completed during my 3-day booking. In all, my short stay was acceptable for the price paid.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the microtel the man in the front seemed very tired but at the end was very polite and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean had a dirty towel in the room but was off in the corner no biggie. The rooms DIDNT have a microwave or refrigerator, but the check in area had a microwave and coffee. The hot tube in the room made up for the missing thing in our room. Over all stay was nice, will be returning especially if a refrigerator is put in.

Horrible staff, horrible service. The manager doesn’t deserve to be a manager. He can’t manage his own self. He will never let you speak. He would constantly try to talk over you does not deserve to be in the hospitality business. If ever in Arlington, avoid this place at all cost.

The stay was absolutely horrible. They have people working at the front desk. They don’t know how to do their job. The manager always thinks he’s right he tries to talk over people instead of listening to what they have to say. I would not recommend anyone ever stay at this hotel they lied about room availabilities. They lied about floods. They lied about everything and when you called him out on it, he wants to over talk to you and then threaten to cancel my reservation. Horrible place I would never recommend anybody to ever stay there and I’m gonna tell this many people as I can to never stay there.

Clean quite area ducked off not to far or to close to all the main attractions South Arlington has to offer.

We were there 5 nights and our room didnt recieve service a single time. No new sheets, no new towels. Nothing. Very limitted facilities. Would have rather spent the extra money to stay somewhere nicer. Do not recommend.

Wonderful place

Was informed by the clerk that their rates are $85.00/night of which I was charged almost double by Hotels.com. Tub / Shower would not drain, A/C would not cool below 72 degrees and refrigerator was too cold and froze all items. No housekeeping at all and location with lack of guests made to feel very unsafe. Just a Horrible experience.

bathtub didn't drain, curtains (on first floor) wouldn't close completely and something was spilled on the bathroom floor.

Tooo old and the pictures I saw online was not at all what was on site

Big huge water bug going from room 106 to 104. Very strong smell of cigarette smoke coming from room 106. Had to spray entire can of air freshener to get the cigarette smell from my room 105. Front desk were nice on night shift. Day shift personnel were rude.

Hotel was clean and staff good. The only complaint I have is that I had trouble sleeping because of the hotel guest next to my room had the tv turned on loud all night and yelling on their phone at 9 am in the morning.

No ice, no soda place is dirty. Not worth the $$ they all for for 1 night

I booked this as an extended stay for my family until my kids finished school. The manager is a horrible person. He is very rude. the place was empty and they put us under a room they worked on everyday little by little. He kept barging in the room for one excuse or another, not sure if he was just being nosy or was bored but I addressed this with him on the 14th day and he kicked us out. refused to give me my pet deposit back as well.

I loved the place was a perfect environment for me to relax and do my homework from my room.

Continental breakfast is just package of mini muffins bought from grocery store and coffee tasted bitter and burned.

The first room had what looked to be snot on the walls the floors were dirty moved rooms but he had a problem moving me. The second room was right next door and the ac only worked on continuos fan mode

Bed was comfortable but couldn’t sleep due to the constant beeping and the loud motor.

It was clean nothing fancy, but the noise was really bad and we complained and it still went on for another hour and this was midnight.

I notified them of this when I checked out since I was only for that day and was leaving early. Attendant said he would called maintenance.

Website said Breakfast included. Only coffee. No other items. Ice machine was broken and no plans to repair.

In the room the mini fridge and microwave was gone the linen was dirty and people walked down the hall all night I ended up checking out early because I couldn't get any sleep

The main issue i had is the bed or bed sheets. I could not sleep due to itchines all over my body. Itchines never went away until i took a hot shower with lots of soap. I highly suggest to check for bed bugs or dust mites on those beds. room 107 thank you.

It's disappointing that daily housekeeping is not a requirement. Guests shouldn't have to go to the front desk daily to request basic hotel toiletries & necessities.

I should’ve known the place was bad when I pulled up and there were literally only 2 other cars in the whole parking lot. There is no elevator, which is fine unless you are someone who needs accommodations. The towels in the bathroom were so dirty that I went to Walmart to buy towels. Also, the man at check in was flat out RUDE! Never again.

Property was in poor condition and not as advertised. Was told at check-in that there wasn’t an elevator when I initially chose the property due to it being advertised as having an elevator because of mobility/knee issues. Room was in poor condition with cracked crumbling drywall, mold issues in the bathroom, and a stale smoke smell even though the property is advertised as being a smoke free property. Front lobby had no working air conditioning. Front entrance littered with trash and cigarette butts. Front desk staff employees were the most unprofessional staff ever encountered, and made excuses as why the property was falsely advertised and in such poor condition. Warning, always check a room for yourself before letting the hotel charge your credit card.

You are not getting a fancy place although they have done some upgrades. This place was all about location location location and it was perfect for our travel sport’s weekend. The pool area was pretty much unusable because the mosquitoes were thick and vicious! Lots of things to do in the area a very convenient location. If back for travel sports will book here again!

Very dirty. stains on the pillowcases, towel, and shower curtain. You could tell the floors had not been vacuumed either.

It is close to where I need to be in mansfield while still being cheapest. Love that, I don't care what it looks like tbh just need a bed!

Customer service rep upfront was rude. The breakfast was coffee and "some kind of muffins" like the front desk rep called it. There is no daily room cleaning so your trash piles up.

The front desk guy was rude. Always on cell phone. Floors was dirty. Bed were dirty and very uncomfortable. Pictures that are on your website, doesnt look like that.

I get to my room and there wasn’t any toilet paper, towels, the toilet didn’t flush, the shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. There was nasty dirt on the base boards, the AC didn’t work, and their were roaches. The sheets were used and it smelled like a sewer. So i went to the front desk asked if i could get my money back for at least one night i was willing to pay for one night. The guy was super rude. Looked a piece of paper and said that the room was fine and it had been cleaned. I told him if definitely was not and i wasn’t staying there and he could have the rooms keys and at this point i didn’t care about the money. Little did they know i can block pending transactions and that’s what i did! Do not book this place, they are horrible!!!! If i were these people i would be ashamed to charge people to stay here.

Very quiet

The room and bedding was clean except the bathtub was moldy. The lighting was either very dim or very bright over the bed flood lights. No table lamps. No way for one person to read while another tried to sleep. Our room for two people had one bath towel. The breakfast room was about 5' by 10' that had three types of dry cereal, milk, coffee, with sugar and power creamer. There was also a choice of bit sized cinnamon rolls or small muffins. Nothing else. Overall it was a very disappointing stay.

The walls were bare looked better online. Breakfast was made. The customer service was amazing and it was very clean.

The pictures on Facebook are not the same as the hotel rooms. Our room was so small that I hit myself whenever I got off the bed, and it wasn't a king size bed.

Unfriendly staff/service

Had a change of stay from 4 to 3 days from first day. Refund 1 day but had a charge of $50. Was not inform and cannot find anywhere in their policy of late charge. Then had verbally negotiated to $40. But again not written anywhere. Management looks shady and not friendly.

Honestly overpriced. I paid almost $1k for less than 2 weeks and it. Wasn’t worth it. Most employees were extremely nice. The front desk had multiple employees. The 2 main ones were decent but one had an RBF and he’s the boss. Can get an attitude sometimes. Cleaning lady is very nice tho.

Room was clean but has no microwave or coffee pot. Pool was filthy and not cleaned during stay. Internet was terrible. Nic e location though

Absolutely do not stay here! We felt like we were checking into prison. It smelled funny and just seemed “off”. We went to the room and lasted 10 minutes before we left. There’s just white walls and a gross looking bed. We left without even asking for a refund. We just wanted out!
