Mid hotel 1 night stay was my limit

I have nothing negative to say about my stay. From the beginning of our stay, the staff were very nice and helpful with a 4 hour early check-in. They got our room ready quick and we were able to relax. The room smelled fresh and clean the whole time. Very affordable and even provided free breakfast. I will definitely stay here again…thank you!!!!

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. It's close to restaurants and a Starbucks. Room had been 'hot boxed' prior to arrival. Upon arriving around midnight, man taking bong rips in the hallway, another man by our room looking at us, then at the sky and looked truly lost.

Location was why we chose to stay. The building and rooms need to be renovated properly. The swimming pool was clean!

The only thing that was negative was google kept showing me arrived at a shopping center and I went around twice wonder why Google was showing me the area. There was no visible sign and it was literally inside the shopping center. So that was a bit odd.

My family and I stayed at Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Artesia on May 30–31 and had a very disappointing experience. Our first room had extremely dirty floors that turned my son’s socks and feet black, a strong marijuana odor, and roaches. After being moved to a second room, we found additional roaches, spiders, and visible mold in the sink area. We documented these issues with video footage. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was told one would be available the next morning, but no manager ever met with us or followed up. Although the staff we interacted with were courteous and attempted to help, the property’s condition was unacceptable. Due to the dirty floors, odor, pests, mold, and lack of management response, I am requesting a full refund.

The rooms are so spacious nice and clean, has microwave mini fridge, iron hair dryer I was impressed with the room.

Price was right for a one night stay for business, the room was clean but the property and pool were not, for business I would stay there again but not for a vacation.

Friendly check in and breakfast staff Thin walls. Could hear couple talking till 3am and having sex. Also was rushed out of room on checkout day 15 minutes before the 11am checkout time so didn't do my usual room canvas so left my $7 drink and a few water in the fridge.

It is on the cheaper side so I would recommend it in a budget, I would just wish the breakfast had a bit more variation, and the place feels very sketchy when late but other than that it was ok.

Very nice staff and rooms are clean. My only suggestion would be to have security walking the property to see guest being stupid at late hrs,and not have to call front desk. But once I called problem solved.

We stay every year during memorial weekend, the manager is so great and staff are very welcoming. Rooms are clean.

The hallway above us was very noisy one night. But it didn’t last long. Our second time staying here. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff greated you well. Parking can be a hassle when the banquet hall next door was busy.

One night stayed it was fine

The room was clean. There was a terrifying cat at the property. While me & my children were trying to go to get food the cat kept running to our door hissing at us. We were told no pets but we saw several cats at the property. The cat outside was being fed by the hotel employees as well as the owner wife which is what an employee told us. Property didn’t have many towels in the room when requesting more towels I was told they didn’t have any more & I needed to ask house keeping.

Bad. Light didnt work right. Bathroom horrible old. Bed was good . Privacy bad. Breakfast horrible. Nothing to choose from. Not good. Sorry not trying to be mean but honeat.

Needed a place to stay the night. Did the job. Room was Alittle older, not much hot water. Slept well and close to where we needed to be.

Honestly the room size was great and beds were comfortable, however it wasnt the cleanest hotel, there were aunts in the bathroom and one of the heaters did not work.

Only had two options of hot food, one pot had round scrambled eggs and other pot I believe was sausage. I didn’t like the options so we went to eat at a restaurant. Got an apple though they were tiny and seem to be stored for a bit. In our room the sheets had a strong odor, like being too long in the dryer, chair was scribbled, love seat was dirty, and you could see all repairs done in shower. Front desk service wasn’t too friendly, was treated more like business and forgetting that welcoming service. Too many little details, I can’t really describe, it just didn’t feel welcoming.

I never thought Days Inn is an awful hotel, at least that location in Artesia, Ca., the environment imside look like an underworld hotel. I had a feeling of discomfort

The staff were very nice. The configuration of the hotel was interesting, but I would have been a little more comfortable if all the "hallways" had working lights, or new lightbulbs, so I could see the whole hallway. It was an older hotel, and I like those. They had only one drink vending machine, and it wasn't working... that was a bummer! But the Walgreens was right next door!

Only thing was with the ADA room was kind of far from the front.

We always stay here when coming to California. This place does not disappoint. The room is clean, and the staff are pleasant. Every morning, they offer complimentary continental breakfast which includes egg with cheese omelets, oatmeal, muffins, toast, variety of cereals, cocoa, coffee& juice. I definitely recommend staying here when visiting.

I didn't like that the breakfast was the same every day. They should have different items everyday. Other than that, my room was clean, hotel is near a lot of food places and walkable.

Room was clean and just as pictured but the A/C filter should be cleaned and the room is not easily accessible to differently-abled people with all of the stairs.

Second time staying here..We got the one bedroom and it was perfect for the 4 of us..We didn't get to eat breakfast because we had to be at the airport at 6am..We would definitely stay here again in the future..

Floor felt dirty, some hair in shower, one of the towels were dirty, and light fixtures in bathroom worked, but were broken and not flush against wall/ceiling. Fine for a place to sleep, but not the best. Get what you pay for. Liked that you needed card to get into room/pool area, but door would not always be closed so anyone could get in. Police officer for security at night though which was nice.

Need at least 2 options for breakfast and alternates between the days, always the same cheese omelet, no meat or potato for garnish. Need few other healthy options then apples and oatmeal. I know that is a complementary breakfast but eat the same 5 days straight is boring.

Just enough for a one night stay if you’re passing through town.

We had a very nice time overall, the only reasons I rated it 4/5 is because we saw approximately 8 sugar ants in the room, mostly on the linens and sink. We didn't say anything to staff (probably should have), but we were only there for 2 nights and we were overall happy with the room and location in the building. The staff were very nice, the breakfast was pretty decent (ran out of milk for cereal, but we also showed up right at the end of breakfast time). We would most likely stay again if we came back!

It is very accessible for individuals needing accommodations. This is the 1st hotel I gave ever seen with a chair lift for their pool.

Room was very roomy and clean. Staff was very friendly. Only issue, the remote control to the tv had a short in the buttons.

Easy parking, decent breakfast. Comfortable and clean room,bed sheets and linen. Cleaners are honest when I left my gadget in the room, they made sure it was turnover to the frontdesk.

Good location with many restaurant around and near. The morning complimentary breakfast is good, hot and cold foods. Not your usual coffee and pastries type of breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very secure location, only wish that more coffee packs were in the room, maybe 4 instead of the two. Rooms have microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. My only negative was the tv, I was not able or did not know how to get a full screen. I was watching programs with a screen within a screen. I didn't bother to ask for help, therefore not hotel's problem. I have stay here before and enjoy the safety and easily access to and from freeway. Will definitely return.

Everything was average but the most annoying thing was there was no water fountain or water was available on the property. With 2 kids it was bit difficult with no convenient access to water.

This area is including Indian/Asian district. It is close to Asian market and shops. The lobby smells like Indian spices. The room is clean and comfortable.

The location is great near plenty of grocery stores, restaurants and banks. Not far from the 91 highway. Checking in was easy and simple. Parking is in the back. The parking lot is patrolled by security. The room was big and comfortable. The only complaint I have about the room is the lights in the bathroom would shut off as I was in there along with the fan. The motion sensor in the switches must have been faulty. The remote to the tv was not working properly. Other than that it was a great place. Quiet and safe. I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Safe neighborhood with stores and restaurants. Smells like weed/cigarettes in our room from the neighbors. Breakfast is sub-par. Parking can be a longer walk if your room is at one end as you only have side door access at night. I do like that they change our towels every day.

Stayed 4 nights, room was cleanish. Can tell they painted a few months ago - landlord special if you will. Bedding was clean, as were the towels, but not soft. Bedding is only changed out every 4days, which wasn’t a problem, however the bed was very uncomfortable and noisy. Could not get into or out of the bed without it squeaking; as were the floors. Walls are very thin, could hear our neighbor snoring. Walking through the halls, the walkway/floors felt very squishy/soft, walked around those parts as I felt I would fall through. Breakfast wasn’t all that great. Couldn’t finish the egg and cheese omelette, cheese didn’t taste good. Staff were super friendly, and helpful. Parking lot was fine. General area was fine, located not far from a couple of freeways. Overall, would not stay here again.

The parking was a real problem - there were just no spots to park. Our beds were never made - the did bring clean towels so we know they were in our room but the beds were not touched. I could not recommend this hote.

I never leave reviews, However this place had two major problems, The staff at night was nice to check in, No complains there, The room had a giant roach! A giant roach! I had a non smoker room yet it smelled like smoke, I woke up late because the power wasn’t working, upon checking out the girl next to me said she was in the room next to me and her power went out as well, my phone didn’t charge and I was late to my meeting. I should have asked for a refund but I was already late. The woman who stayed next to me said she stays there and they have a pest issue and she also said her power wasn’t working. I don’t like to complain at all, But that’s unacceptable, I don’t know if it was the outlets, or in general, Or the rooms we were in, And to have huge roaches, I almost threw up. Please make sure you have pest control in this property, I have the picture of the roach it was disguising. Due to my phone not being able to charge I was late to my meeting. They should have issued an apology but the woman was complaining about the issue who had a room next to me, and I was already late. That’s completely unacceptable. The check out staff should have apologized or they should let guest know that they have a roach infestation. Truly unacceptable.

Run down. For the price I would definitely stay somewhere else. Bathroom was terrible. 1 inch caulking around the tub. The exhaust vent was on its last leg. Sounded like a Vietnam Huey chopper. Smelled like mildew. The bed was on an old spring box, not kidding. I would highly recommend passing on this hotel.

My only negative is that the shower is lacking water pressure..... That needs some attention. Breakfast was good also. A lot of choices.... Overall, a very positive hotel experience which seldom happens.

The hotel was clean and nice but the room we were in for 3 nights we had like warm water. I expected hot water for being a hotel. And the breakfast was okay. Wish there had been a little more variety instead of the same thing every morning

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The area was a little sus and noisy but they do have multiple doors that require a key to get in. Which for me made it feel a bit safer. The building was a little run down. Decent continental breakfast.

When I walked into my room after check-in, there were a broom and a dustpan left on the floor. One of the beds was lifted on a paint can for cleaning the floor under the bed. When I complained this to the front desk person, he removed the broom, the dustpan and the paint can. I requested for a different room, but he said that the hotel was full and the room was clean and usable. He did not apologize. Other than this, the hotel was ok

I paid extra for a hot tub and there was no hot tub!!!
