At night, I was bothered by the faint, continuous sound of the toilet running, as well as noises coming from the floor above. The room lacked a couch (even though one was visible in the photos shown at the time of booking); while the room itself was spacious, it contained only a single chair.

I liked how it was close to food areas The room looked outdated. The toilet had shit crumbs in it. The shower hole on the bottom didn’t look like it was scrubbed right. The second night stay after coming back from knotts berry farm, there was these annoying kids being loud all night and almost got in a fight with an old man that was also frustrated with the kids. The front desk didn’t kick them out for being loud and disturbing . I had to call front desk at 2 o’clock in the morning to have them stop being loud. Which idk why it wasn’t taken care of the first time. then waking up I found a cockroach in the restroom. The toilet seemed to be weak. It wasn’t relaxing at all.

Rooms were very outdated but that wasn’t even the real issue, it smelled like a terrible stench of smoke even though the rooms I booked were supposed to be non smoking. I let them know the toilet was clogged yet they never came to unclog it. They refused to open the pool. Very unsafe, people screaming and homeless people coming in and out. Wouldn’t recommend.

The location was convenient for us and had few shopping and food places nearby. Rooms not cleaned, found dwad cockroach, socks from previous tenants. All 13 days same bedding, only towels changed and bed redone. Towels didnt sesm fresh too. Microwave is not important, but didnt work safe. Kettle to boil water didnt exist and we were told to microwave, but no cups to microwave water. Poor, but could be better, looks like management doesnt care and staff operates whatever. Also no security 2 nights other people acted loud and strmarted fights. Sink could not get water to right temperature.

Just the fact that there were a few prostitutes around the hotel they kept to themselves so it wasn't that bad but I would not take my daughters there.

I love the cats they had there.

The location was perfect for us. The Stater Brothers and other amenities in the shopping center across the street plus the mini fridge and microwave in each room helped us reel in costs. Not much — the hotel was very decently priced. I had to extend our stay at the last minute twice, and staff were very helpful and accommodating.

I finally found the guide channel but you can't choose a channel from the guide. So frustrating. Made the TV almost unusable. Long lag when changing channels added to the frustration. Not likely to return.

It's has been close to ten years since I visited the place. And STILL, for the simple yet smart “prospective guest”; you would be greeted by very hospitable customer oriented front desk staff, and housekeeping is well-maintained. Conveniently in close proximity to every needed establishments (restaurants, Malls, drugstores, gas stations, etc.,), major freeways. I'm just a very much satisfied guest.

Our heater did not work, it was so cold. Also the room smelled like smoke. It was so loud from cars. Do not stay here!

The room had a mini fridge and microwave as listed. You could see the walls had some water damage and little nicks here and there. but it was clean for the most part the price was good.

We've stayed at this property on more than one occasion and this was the first time we were extremely disappointed. They recently changed the WiFi and it is a complete diaster. No single on the TV. They allowed us to change rooms and the 2nd room had a dripping sound in the ceiling that kept us awake. We're currently debating if we should go back or not

Felt so uncomfortable

This was definitely what you'd expect from a room less than $100/night. It is very outdated. The beds are old and too broken in, there were holes in the floor and doors, the dresser drawers were broken, the microwave didn't spin, and the shower water pressure was bad. There was a huge gap under the door too, so if someone wanted to break in, they could. With all that being said, there are some positives! The air conditioner worked AMAZINGLY, the staff are nice and polite, it is a very quiet area and right up the street from Knott's Berry Farm, and I couldn't hear the neighbors at all. I feel like of the rooms got a little bit of an update like new beds, brighter lights, new dressers, a new paint job, and fixed the door gap it would be a 5/5. All in all, I'd stay again since we only used the room for sleeping, we explored LA the rest of the time.

Not my best stay. Bed was very comfortable. That’s why I give it 3 stars. Otherwise, not the cleanest and quite noisy

What I didn’t like was that the room needed a little update and a better job at being cleaned. The door had a big gap to the point where I can fit my fingers in the door frame while the door was shut. The walls were yellow from not being cleaned properly, the towels were stained and the pillowcases and sheets were too. The bathroom door frame needed to be replaced it was chipping at the bottom and the shower drain needed to be either cleaned with bleach or changed out. Also the bathtub was chipped.

Staff was very helpful. Our room had a smoke odor, told the front desk and they put us in another room. Appreciated!!

Additionally, the toilet hardly worked and water leaked inside the bathroom. I told the manager this information and the best thing they can do is offer 20% off for my next trip and I think that is not enough to compensate for this room. Very disappointed.

Smelled of foreign chemicals in the room. Also had a large gap under the door allowing the smell of outside smoke in. Beds were not comfortable.

Rooms where big that was a plus the restroom could use some love beds where good to sleep on the down side the WiFi sucked and AT&T hardly had signal in there other then that good place to stay at.

First day was okay until later Saturday the room next to us sounded like a room full of teenagers with no supervision it got so bad we chcked out a 12 30 in the morning, when mentioned to staff it seems to be the norm with this group. Wanted to stay but didnt want to know what couldve been next

Called a few days before my check in made sure that they saw my special request for a first floor room because I have a bad hip. they said I would have one, well when I checked in there wasn't one I had to go up the stairs not able to bring anything upstairs and the guy said he would give me a first floor room in the morning. We had to change roomsThe first room ac/heater didn't work. There is barely and water pressure and very little hot water

The place is falling apart, towels looked old and dirty, smell like smoke with its supposed to be non-smoke, sheets had holes in them, went to the lobby a couple times and there was no one to help and called as well and no answer, bad smell in the room and the A/C, on the good side we were just glad there wasn’t any bugs or roaches in the room, quiet area and spacious parking

This review is for Expedia’s pathetic customer service. We reached this hotel after 10-11 hours of driving to find that there was no reservation. After talking to Expedia customer service for 1 hour, no help, no remorse, no compensation.

People partying all hours of the night above us though (multiple rooms) and car alarms going off all night.

They have nice hotel rooms. I just had a few minor complaints: 1) They should hire more front desk clerks. 2) The toilet seat covers up the flush handle when it is up. 3) The shower doesn't have a place to put the soap/shampoo. You have to put those items on the floor.

I don't ask too much, but I've been a loyal client that sees everything as according to my liking, especially with it being close to the 91 FWay, and close to food establishments, and Cerritos Mall. More importantly, the very accommodating staff who all have gone over and above what is expected of them.

Early the next morning, I saw a HUGE cockroach crawling on the dresser below the TV. I had to reluctantly kill it & told the front desk about it.

Entrance door had a quarter inch gap and cold draft was escaping into the room. Had to put a towel over it at night to make sure no insect or rodent go under. Also the bathroom door made loud creep sounds when Open or closing it.

Bathtub was damaged, besides that everything was good.

The room was outdated, the table in the room was not clean. When I showered in the morning there was no hot water. The clerk asked for a 100$ deposit which was not mentioned on the website when i booked. Overall, I will not be staying here again.

Will never stay at that hotel. Bare minimum for $122 per night. Initial price was less and then suddenly jumped to $132. No amenities whatsoever, small soap and small bottle of wash. No coffee or tea. Nothing! Very outdated bathroom. Thin blanket and it was cold at night. Air conditioner turns on not the way it should, but by playing with buttons on the electric outlet. There was dried up vomit on the stairs and stairs were littered with potato chips. Next time I definitely will pay more and stay in the better hotel.

It does look like they've made improvements to the exterior and some of the interior. The property appears newly painted and well-lit. In our room the beds were sufficient and sheets were clean. The bathroom was in pretty bad shape. Dated fixtures, running toilet, cracked and moving floor tile and inconsistent water temperature while showering were the most noticeable issues.

This place was absolute trash. The room was filthy; stains on floorboards, cracks in walls, dirt and stains on walls and throughout. The front door was bent and wouldn’t shut all the way. We found hairs on our pillows that we hadn’t laid on yet. Told the employee we wanted our money back so we could get a new place to stay. They said they’d give us our money back and then fought us and never did. This place was gross and I’ll never recommend it to anyone. Unsafe for family.

Id say this is a 1 star hotel based off how dirty the place is. The pictures are not truthful. The floorboard molding are stained brown and water logged. The bathroom had feces all over the walls. The blinds are sticky and dirty. They were broken as well. The toilet had stains and was clogged. The bathtub is extremely dated and gross. The paint in the room is all gross and dirty. The white door frame as you enter the bathroom was brown from dirt. The light switches were so dirty my wife had to clean them. The hair dryer had physical dirt all over it. I cleaned it to use it. The ironing board had brown dirt all over it. The ceiling had brown splatters all over it. The sink area was clean, the bed sheets clean. The floor looked nice and that was clean. The calking job on everything was so sloppy it looked terrible and made things just appear even more dirty. The tv remote was beat up and missing parts. The dresser was broken and missing all the handles. The bathroom door had 2 holes patched poorly from someone punching through it. The towel rack by the sink was barely hanging on. The place is a mess. It's a 1star and id honestly tell you to stay away. I go for lots of 100-150 dollar rooms that are 2star rating. This place is the 3rd worst place I've ever seen. The only 2 places worse were drug dens and prostitution hotels. My wife wanted to leave right away but the beds were clean so I said let's just stay the night and lessons will be learned. It was extremely disappointing.
