The sheets seemed clean and the bartender friendly. That’s perhaps where the accolade ends. Front desk person were lackluster and we had to ask for pool directions multiple times due to lack of signage and a quick point down the hallway from staff. After arriving at the pool, I wished we had given up before finding it. The hot tub and pool were ice cold and the hot tub disgusting. Went to the dining area for a quick bite. We were not the only guests; a few other patrons and a roach decided to join. There are not many amenities close by. This property did not live up to the Sheraton name I was accustomed to.

Room was very nice and our bed was made even though our stay was short! Staff was kind. Breakfast was subpar especially for the price. Parking was included with our stay which was nice.

The pool was small, not very appealing. The jacuzzi was out of order. There isn’t much signage in the hotel, it was confusing to go about. Not great food options in the small bar. The lobby could’ve been cleaner. Not great honestly overall, needs a lot of updates.

The location is amazing ! It’s in the middle of Cerritos and you have a lot of options near you, without having to commute so far. It was very clean and has a nice aroma. The fact we had to pay $19 a day to park our vehicle was kinda off to me personally. Almost paid an additional $100 to park, if that’s the case that should be included with the overall price. Along with signs saying the hotel isn’t responsible for any lost items if your car is broken into. Why not just pay a flat fee for the time you stay there ?

My stay was very pleasant. Smooth check in and check out. Spacious, neat and clean rooms with comfy bed and pillows. The cleanliness of the room was spotless! I am impressed. A lot of parking and easy to find a spot.

Walls are obviously not soundproof. Staff were okay parking was not very designed so that we could differentiate between the guest and surrounding buildings parking area. We did not use the dining facilities. There was a mini Starbucks situated in the dining area. I will seek other options for accommodations in the future, unless it’s something in particular part of town.

Property and location were great. Our room needed maintenance, the shower handle was loose, the hallway outside our room had a bad smell the first night, but it disapated the next day. I would stay here again, but the room just seemed average.

Very clean and exterior environment nice and neat and classy, close to cultural music theatre. Love it, but the parking is not included.

Love staying here whenever I come to California for travel! My only complaint is the parking fee! If I’m staying at your property why charge for parking! The parking use to be $12 per night but this most recent time I went it was $19 per night, that’s a bit much. But overall everything else was great!

My stay was ok. The room was fine, bathroom can use a makeover. Have to pay for parking $19 per day with no security, big sign says they are not responsible for car breaking or if your car is stolen. No security, they only check to see if you have a parking pass. What are you suing a parking fee for? To have your car stolen or broken into and the hotel is not responsible? Breakfast is over priced. Rooms are out dated for the price.

Stayed at the same property on Thursday with a great experience. Checked out Friday and decided to return later in the afternoon for another night due to the hot tub. However, the hot tub did not work. Requested compensation to no avail.

Location The room had no safe and no proper closet to hang a dress. Was there for a wedding and had no way to hang my outfits .

Room carpet terribly stained, bathroom need exhaust fan and remodeled, jaccuzi not warm, no additional blanket in room, phone doesnt work in room, windows are filthy dirty, walls very thin and room needs updating.

We went for a concert. We knew the venue was close but didn't realize how close. Best ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was a nice area and so convenient. After the concert we walked over for dinner. We did feel safe and it was late. Hoping our group continues to book there... I don't see anything being better. We enjoyed the stay and the property was beautiful

Booked a king bed, got a double. Went back down to notify staff. All booked and next day I was told I would get a different room. When arrived back at hotel I spent 30 min waiting for room despite being told that morning it would be ready.

I will say the room was nice. But, I was placed in room 328. The room shares a wall with an elevator. All night long, I kept hearing the ringing sound of an elevator. At first, I thought I was getting text messages. Soft rings every 10 minutes or so. Very annoying. I had interrupted sleep all night long. I was too tired to pack everything up and deal with the hastle of moving to another room. If noises bother your sleeping don't stay in any room ending in 28.

Gold earrings were stolen from the room. We all know you aren't supposed to leave valuables in your room but it was done by mistake. What was disappointing was when we notified the front desk the girl just dismissed it. She didn't offer to note it in case they are "found" or report to the manager. With key cards, they know who went in our room so it could have been addressed. The dismissal by the front desk was the problem. Beware when you are staying at this hotel.

Everything was fine until heated pool was actually NOT heated. They said it is heated but our family and other guests couldn’t even put our feet into the water because it was ice cold. They should not say it’s heated. So disappointed!!!

The first room given to me when I checked in had dirty linens. Second room had super old flat lumpy pillows and the rooms were very dated. Didn’t sleep very well.

Nice location for our concert and the facility is really nice. Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff are so nice and accommodating. Great location for places to eat. Much to do and see within walking distance. Parking charge and WiFi was weak.

The location was very convenient for shopping and it’s close proximity to the Cerritos performing art center. I was quite surprised that there was only one set of elevators for the hotel. I would be very hesitant to recommend this particular hotel for those who are in need of ADA accommodations.

Room was clean but felt a bit stale. Rooms could use a remodel. Beds/pillows not super comfortable but not worse than expected. Staff was friendly and helpful. We tried to sleep in but you can hear everything in the hallways. I thought it was a bit strange the bathroom did not have a fan in it. Overall if I had to come back to this area I would likely stay here again.

As expected everything is going well!

Breakfast was not included as was previously stated on the Expedia website, now it states breakfast is available. I don’t blame the hotel, I think that’s an Expedia gimmick. The hotel could have been better maintained, there’s some areas where the wallpaper is visibly peeling off. There’s no check in parking spot. It’s a nice hotel and decent stay in the area.

Overall room was nice and clean, and parking wasn’t too bad. Area was relatively quiet, but there was an issue with being charged $200 on a security deposit for a 2 night stay when it’s disclosed that it’s supposed to be $50 a night. Thankfully its just a pending charge but what a mistake, outrageous honestly. The staff at the front desk was courteous

All Marriott’s are not made the same. Last week I was in Woodland Hills and they were so much more accommodating. I also disagree with the fact that don’t have microwaves. Do better!

The room was not clean when we checked in. The sofa had a large brown spot that I truly believe was poop. The carpet had a large 5 inch spot on the floor. It was gross to look at. The housekeeper came in to clean the spots and the poop came right up the the floor spot stayed. Im sorry but it was very disappointing for a hotel of this status did not see that before we came it. And they did not offer any compensation. I dont like to ask.

The housekeeping staff was great and the front desk service was very good. I had a problem with being asked by a recording by room service to leave a message twice. Because of some technical problems at the hotel there was no movie service available.

The place was great…. Minor details like bathroom cleanliness, carpet cleanliness was needed. Bed set was chipped at the bottom, makes a beautiful hotel less beautiful. Other than that was a beautiful hotel with an amazing location. Staff was welcoming.

We enjoyed our stay! Our room was clean and had everything we needed, except for a microwave:) We had an unfortunate event where my mother left her wedding ring behind after we checked out. Thankfully, the amazing staff found it, (might have been housekeeping), and turned it in! I appreciated it so much for their honesty, because it could've been easily stolen. Thank you again to the staff of Sheraton Cerritos!!

Checkout was a terrible experience! We were attended by an older oriental male (not being racist, I am oriental). I booked from the Sheraton website and unfortunately, I was re-routed unknowingly. I asked the guest agent why my address on my profile has my previous address. He responded that I have to contact the 3rd party. And I explained that I booked directly to the hotel main website. However, his response was "YOU MUST BE CONFUSED" I responded to him that I am not confused & I must have been rerouted. He continued stating his facts, & I repeated to him that I am not confused, and I've done this many, many times. His rude, impolite and improper comments to a guest was not acceptable. And to add, this establishment has no bellman, no concierge, no valet. I will definitely not return to this hotel

Very pleased with my first stay a the Sheraton Cerritos Hotel. Loved that the check-out was 12pm and front desk was able to accommodate a late check out request. The facility was very clean and staff was friendly. Free parking and large parking lot was a huge plus. If I need a hotel in the area again will be staying here. Thanks.

Hotel in a clean and safe condition

They charged us for parking which was an unexpected extra $95. It is unclear that there is a charge for parking on this app ehich just says oarking is available. We used to love down the road and this area if town is wide open and suburban. There is no reason for this hotel to charge for their large open parking lot, so that part was disappointing. Otherwise it was nice/clean/safe/comfy as expected. One staff member did knock on our door one night in the middle of our stay to ask why we were still there and hadn’t checked out yet, but she seemed to have the wrong room.

I believe we were in an ADA unit. The restroom toilet was not clean. Shower flloor pan did not feel secure. No hanging space for long garments. No magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Outlets on the task table didnt seem to work.

I think charging almost $20 to park your vehicle in the parking lot of the hotel should not be. I think it should come with the accommodation you’re paying a nice price for a nice facility and I just think the $20 for parking is a little too much

I stayed in a supposedly "deluxe" king bed room. Phone did not work in our room so I was not able to call for towels or room service or any other reason. I reported it to the front desk but they never fixed it. The bathroom door kept sticking and you had to push hard to open it. All four pillows were super flat even if you doubled them! I woke up with a sore neck both days. The refrigerator was so small it barely fit anything in it and the wood framing around it was all broken and chipped. Overall, I was very disappointed with my room.

Hotel is nice however, carpets look dirty and stained in all carpeted areas. Bar was understaffed. Called for room service and call went to vm. Front desk staff was professional and courteous. Elevators worked on and off and management staff provided access to additional elevators.

The room was very clean, tidy and comfortable! Very close to supermarkets and restaurants. The location is remote and far from Disney. You should consider the driving distance instead of the time. The water in the massage pool is warm, not hot, which is a bit disappointing!

I haved stayed in an other Sheraton Hotel before and i am disappointed of this one in specific. The room it wasn't as clean as i expected. The shower it shows signs of not been clean in a while. And the beds were really uncomfortable, maybe old mattresses, and too small for us. The bar lamps were terrible dusty. Most of the time i never complain, but for the price and the brand of the hotel we pay for it, i was expecting better rooms. The staff was really nice, no complaints about them. I hope y'all get a better cleaning services.

It was very great the visit room looked fabulous whenever they cleaned it looked great only downfall i’d say is the spots they have in the lobby where people rent out to do things in that the last night there was a big 15 party for this girl which ended up being very loud considering the door was open to it (it was only loud for the lobby) and sometimes there was people in the way of us trying to get out especially during that party

The hotel is clean and parking is reasonably available though there is a daily charge to park when you are staying with there and it is an outdoor lot with no security. The room was very clean but could use with replaced mattresses and shower heads.

At stay at the Sheraton because my son was having his senior prom at the performing arts center and it was conveniently next to the hotel which allowed my son and his friends time to hangout, get ready and have a great time! Room itself was clean, supplied well and peaceful.

The Sheraton Cerritos is a beautiful hotel! The lobby decor is amazing! The junior suite was surprisingly high end and I love the decor and wallpaper! We hosted an event in the Emerald room and our captain Noel B. was the best! He made sure we had everything we needed and was so hospitable! The staff was super friendly and helpful but young and almost always needed to defer to management for simple requests! We had the best time!

The rooms are nice, but there are not enough lights in the room or the bathroom. No end table on one side of the bed. The on-site restaurant is VERY good. Best breakfast I have had in a while. PERFECT bacon and eggs over medium with great toast and perfect hashbrowns. Coffee is excellent too.

Fire alarm sounded at approximately 11:40 p.m (wife and I were already asleep), and guest were ordered (via loud recording) to evacuate to rally point at rear parking lot. There was no staff to direct, advise, or perform guest accountability at ANY time during the alarm. And while guest were ordered to evacuate, a party of an estimated 100 guest was taking place on the property, yet none of these people were ordered to evacuate. Staff NEVER gave an all-clear, or ANY direction whatsoever regarding the alarm. After some time had passed (approx 45 minutes) and no emergency services of any kind showing up at the property, guest simply meandered back to their rooms, as did we, only to find that the flashing strobe light continued to flash within the room until approx. 1:40 a.m, by which time our hopes for a restful stay were shattered. Had this been a real fire or other emergency threatening life and limb, I believe that people would have died, due to the staff's indifference and complete failure to take command of the situation. Upon checkout, I made my dissatisfaction known to the morning staff, who offered a verbal apology and nothing more. Paying close to $200 a night for a room carries an expectation that the property and its staff would be professional, safety-minded, and perform to the highest industry standard; Sheraton Cerritos FAILED in meeting that expectation. If you value rest, safety, and customer service, DO NOT STAY at this hotel.

Nice room, clean and comfortable. Lots of plugs for laptops and chargers. Full length mirror was a nice touch for getting ready:)

Good and quiet

There were holiday parties three nights we were there and it made parking very difficult and we could hear them in our room. The music stopped at 11pm which was ok for us but for someone with a baby it would have been rough. Our toilet didn’t work very well. They tried to fix it but it was never great. The room was spacious and it was very continently located near shops, restaurants, and the 91 freeway. Our room didnt get cleaned despite being gone all day with the do not disturb sign off the door. Overall id recommend it.

It’s the nice stay with the staff being friendly and the rooms were clean. Bed is comfortable for a good night sleep. Pillows were too soft for me personally.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Accessory table had faulty wiring = non-functional. No bell service and appalling lack of luggage trollies was annoying. Almost no parking at entrance… came in through the back which necessitated weaving our way through the various convention crowds. Perfect venue for Performing Arts Center. Good Restaurants close by.

Was great until we saw a few roaches in the bathroom ):

My bathroom was infested with ants. Upon mentioning it to the front desk. The option given to me was to spray it with chemicals. Felt as though I didnt want that done while I still staying in the room. So I dealt with it until my checkout. Upon checkout I brought it to thier attention again and the only option given to me was breakfast that morning the day I actually had to depart to the Airport.

Great Hotel. We stayed there 3 times on our visit. The only thing I have is the pillows were too soft for me and my wife. Our head sink in the pillow. I recommend they get some memory foam pillows for guest for them to request as an options. There customer service is great.

Very convenient for going to the Cerritos Performing Arts Center!

We visited for music at the Arts Center, just a 5 minute walk, and were very happy with the hotel. Enjoyed an early supper in the very informal dining room. Very good service, limited menu, however food was satisfactory. Disapointing that only room service was availabe after 10ppm when the show finished.

Here on business / personal, this place was surprising - good food and service and walking distance from the venue where we were performing. Pool was great. Walls were thin, unfortunately, but otherwise everything was lovely. (I use my rating system as a sliding scale. If something is best-in-class and that class is a three-star hotel in a business park, it's getting a 5. Make sense? Good.)

The male worker was amazing he was very hands on professional at one point my key was not working and maintenance had to be called he provided free breakfast vouchers. I only rated it a 4 because of the inconvenience of my key not working 3 times and I had to keep going up and down to get another solution and it was late.
