- 5/5
Elevator had stains on floor and butlers dolly to put luggage on needed to be cleaned. Rooms were very clean, staff wonderful. Food good and by an large nice place to stay.

The breakfast was very good. I had the french toast and it was light and fluffy. The coffee was hot and flavorful. Service quick. We had breakfast there the two days we stayed.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean, and in a good location.
- 4/5
Very good
- 4/5
No substantive food service available.
- 3/5
Location was convenient, especially if your going to visit Biltmore House. The hotel itself was not what i expected from a Doubletree Hotel, dated and the rooms were average.
- 5/5
We loved our stay. Staff is wonderful, rooms clean.

- 4/5
The property is in a good location. It is dated and could use some updating and a thorough cleaning. The staff was top-notch, super friendly and very welcoming.
- 4/5
Very good
- 5/5
Clean and great location!
- 4/5
Nice hotel but could use some updating. Wallpaper in the rooms was coming off. Our room had an odor to it and the carpet was sticky. Bathroom could use more lighting too dim for me. Breakfast area had 2 waitresses that seemed rushed. Overall the place was good.
- 4/5
The property is beautiful & in a perfect location. The rooms are just okay.
- 4/5
We enjoyed our stay at the Doubletree in Asheville. The facility has plenty of parking and is clean and kept up with nicely. Having a room near the elevator was a little noisy at times but we managed. The bed was clean and comfortable. One concern was that it appeared our one bag was gone through while we were out. Can’t be 100% sure but, highly suspected it. Don’t leave valuables in the room. All in all a good stay. Free cookies appreciated!
- 4/5
Dog next door started barking at 7:30 on our morning to sleep in. Management could not locate owner for 2 hours of constant barking. Will request a floor with no dogs .. didn’t realize it was going to be an issue

This would have been a perfect stay if the room had a microwave. Staff was nice and helpful and property is nice, but please add a small microwave to the rooms.
- 5/5
Parking secure, luggage carriages available clean room quiet air conditioner and heating excellent excellent view would stsy again and recommend
- 5/5
What a wonderful property! We came soley for the purpose of visiting the Biltmore Estate and were so pleased to find it only a couple of minutes away. The staff were all so kind and helpful. The warm cookies on arrival were a special treat! The breakfast was very nice and we also enjoyed the indoor pool. It is an older hotel but we found it clean and well kept. Super convenient parking too.
- 2/5
Disappointing
- 5/5
Room was very clean and staff was very helpful and friendly. Would stay again also l location was great.
- 4.5/5
Breakfast was delicious. TV channel selection was limited and weighted heavily toward ESPN.

- 5/5
Grounds are a bit under early renovation.
- 5/5
Rooms and overall hotel was clean. Beds were comfy, pool area was nice. Hot tub was closed, but we had a great time and would stay here again!
- 4/5
Room, bed, AC was great. Cookies at check in were delicious. Starbucks across the street was nice because the restaurant was under construction. Water pressure in the shower was excellent.
- 4/5
The room was clean and parking was easy to access. The air conditioning kept the room cool. The only problems we had were that the shower was very difficult to engage and the housekeeper was almost pushy. She asked us twice on the morning of our checkout when we were planning to leave. I understand that she probably had several rooms to clean but my husband felt rushed to check out, even though he had to kill an hour and a half until my conference was over. He ended up checking out early and sitting in the car for over 2 hours. Thankfully the weather was nice.
- 4/5
Better than expected. Very clean room and well maintained. All staff were great. The chef was incredible! Best breakfast I ever had.

Staff was great, quiet atmosphere and comfortable surroundings
- 3.5/5
It’s a typical Hilton property, with some additional historic displays about the Biltmore nearby. There was an indoor pool, which we did not get to try. We arrived in the evening and the person at the check-in counter gave us a couple of recommendations for dinner. The property is close to a busy road, so not great for walking, especially with kids. Breakfast was very basic, the potatoes were way over-spiced.

Overall enjoyable stay. Great location. Clean. Staff was fantastic. Had some trouble with room keys and door locks. Bummed that the hot tub was not in use. I would stay here again.
- 5/5
Very quiet location
- 5/5
It would of been nice to have a jacuzzi the breakfast choices were ample and good loved the potatoes if we plan to come in the area again we would stay
- 5/5
Staff helpful, pleasant. Parking was fine. Temp control worked fine. Price was very reasonable.
- 3/5
Pleasant
- 5/5
Very convenient location for our Asheville visit. Pleasant room
- 5/5
Clean, quiet, great shower, roomy, attractive, good breakfast but you did have to pay but nominal amount
- 4/5
Coffee isn't readily available in the lobby - just in the morning. I like coffee at other times of the day, too. The coffee makers in the rooms....I don't trust those in any hotel. I had to wait 10 minutes to check out. The clerk was being overly helpful to a lady inquiring about local breakfast venues. That was nice of him, but she could have googled on her phone. Small things, but a good stay overall.
- 2/5
We had a large suite that we paid full price for with a private balcony and a comfortable king size bed with a Jacuzzi tub. When we arrived, the granite countertop on vanity in the bathroom was crumbling and appeared to have been caulked to attempt to repair. But then minutes of our arrival, a huge piece fell off.. I called the front desk and notified the young lady about it she was apologetic. She wanted to call maintenance, but there was no way maintenance. Could install a granite countertop during our stay. I just wanted to report it so that we would not have been held responsible for it.. The sofa table had crumbs on it, and there were water stains on the coffee table..
- 3/5
Rooms are dated. For the amount of money you spend for a night.
- 5/5
Nice hotel and staff
- 5/5
It was a fantastic stay. Will stay again.
- 3/5
During our stay the elevator closest to front entrance was out of order so we had to walk long distances to access the other elevator. For 3 senior ladies this was a bit much after days of exploring Asheville.
- 3/5
No hot tub! It has been filled with concrete. The pool room is so loud and echoes really bad! They allow British swim school to give swimming lessons in the pool so when they are there you can only use a small portion of it and it feels like you are very inconvenient. The hot water in the shower took 5 minutes to get warm on multiple occasions. The door handle to get in our room barely worked and we had trouble getting in every time. The automatic opener on the rear entrance door stopped working so we had to pry it open with our hands when we came in. Our room was pretty nice but that’s about it. We wouldn’t stay again.
- 5/5
Room was excellent, staff friendly and helpful, facility exceptionally clean and upscale. I would have preferred breakfast to be less expensive, considering I had paid for a room at the hotel. We skipped breakfast due to the cost. Everything else was perfect!
- 5/5
Very nice place, with things close by.
- 4/5
This was a nice hotel, a little dated. Only 1 usb port in the room. No microwave or freezer with the fridge. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. The breakfast is not free but what we had was really food.
- 5/5
Everything was very nice. The lady at the front desk Carla was especially kind and helpful
- 5/5
The room was very nice. We did notice that the bathroom does need updates. Also the towels were very scratchy. Otherwise we did enjoy our stay.
- 5/5
Great Staff
- 4/5
Room was nice and clean, quiet. Staff was very helpful. No breakfast included though
- 5/5
Great breakfast! Friendly staff.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay and especially loved our waiter Cedric for our breakfast every morning.
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Pet-friendly hotel that manages to stay impeccably clean. Great & friendly service by the front desk, nice details like a warm cookie and welcome text make a difference. Definitely a better experience than any we had from their competition in this town. We visit AVL often, and this is definitely our best experience.
- 3/5
The hotel is ok - a bit tired looking. Bathroom in room is VERY small and tight - tub is old and worn out.
- 5/5
I was very pleasantly surprised, and I admit that I'm pretty picky. Eveeything was very clean and comfortable. Exceptional location. The property overall is a tiny bit dated, but actually in a good way if that makes sense? Hot cookies - if you know you know. We are already planning a summer trip so we can enjoy more amenities.
- 4/5
Nice property and amenities. Lacks free breakfast, Desk chair in room was severely worn and needs replaced
- 3/5
Yes welcomed pets. High up charge for bringing a dog. Breakfast sucked
- 4/5
Clean rooms. conveniently located, professional and friendly staff.
- 3/5
.but I like Plush
- 3/5
Was bummed the hot tub was out of order , a pool and hot tub were advertised.
- 4/5
Great front desk staff! Room was very clean upon arrival but did not get cleaned the second day of our trip.
- 5/5
Yes, the room was spotless. You personnel at the registration desk were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the waiter was wonderful. DoubleTree is a great place to stay.
- 2/5
There was no hot tub like described, room outdated, loud banging noises day and night…maybe the plumbing.
- 1/5
Elevators down and no hot water
- 2/5
I requested fresh towels (3) times before it arrived. The elevator was being repaired. The breakfast was pricey but the quality didn’t match the cost.
- 4/5
Great location, good price, extremely friendly hotel staff. The only reason i gave it four rather than five stars was the out of order elevator at the front. I was given a room on the fourth floor at the front near that elevator (as far away from the working elevator as possible). So I took the stairs rather than walk all the way to the back corner to/from the elevator that worked.
- 5/5
Awesome pillows! Very comfortable beds and really great ice.
- 5/5
The location was very convenient for visiting Biltmore Estate. Would stay again if needed!
- 5/5
Clean rooms and wonderful staff. Cedric was amazing!
- 4/5
It was hard to find the room due to elevator issues
- 4/5
Clean room. Friendly staff.
- 4/5
We booked this hotel because it was close to the Biltmore House. The staff was very kind and helpful. The only complaint we would have is that it seemed noisy in our room. It turns out the toilet in the room that butted up to ours ran all the time and when it stopped you could here the pipes “banging”. The toilet ran every few minutes, as in less than every 5 minutes. We stayed at this property for two nights. The room was clean, as was the rest of the property. I would stay here again.
- 5/5
Great location
- 2/5
Got sick went to take a hot steam shower which caused the fire alarm to go off wasn't able to call front desk because the phone cord was missing then i get charged 300 extra i guess for the fire department coming out for their defective equipment I've never had an experience like this from any rental or hotel
- 5/5
We traveled with 2 dogs. The dog area was clean. The breakfast was delicious and great service. The shower was hot. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We did not hear any noise outside the room. Nice lobby and an assortment of snacks/beverages to buy. I would definitely stay here again.
- 3/5
not too good
- 4/5
Good for the price and the location is amazing. Very helpful and polite staff. We will be back!
- 5/5
staff was very nice
- 5/5
Very good customer service
- 4/5
Negative: The toilet paper can cut you and the towels are hard enough to shave your legs.
- 5/5
Clean room. Nice staff. Good location
- 4/5
Great staff, clean room, and nice dog walking area.
- 5/5
It's a good hotel close to everything. Carla from the reception is the best. I asked if I could check in early and she said she will text me when they have a room ready. She called after 30 mins , my room is ready and that's 12 noon, check in time is 3pm.I will stay again.
- 4/5
The temperature in the room was 76 degrees no matter what I set the thermostat to. Window doesn’t open, there really wasn’t a way to lower the temp unless I turned on the AC in December. That was the only drawback. I find it hard to sleep when the room is that warm.
- 5/5
When you’re dealing with a Doubletree property, they’re always consistent. You know what you’re gonna get. There’s a comfort in knowing that when you choose this brand.
- 1/5
This place should not carry the Hilton name. It's a dump and we're very disappointed from the property to the staff. The damn elevators also went out during our stay. I rather pay $300 plus per night at Grove Park or even more to stay at the Biltmore Inn and will be making arrangements in advance in the future
- 5/5
Room was great. Staff personable and attentive.
- 5/5
The room was clean and spacious. The shower was excellent. We would definitely stay again!
- 4/5
My only complaints are full trash cans at hotel entry and their main elevator out of service for repair.
- 3/5
The hotel was clean and the staff people were nice. We were not able to stay the night there because of bad weather. Can we get a refund for 12/10/25?
- 3/5
Lacked complementary breakfast
- 5/5
Other than that, it’s conveniently located to biltmore, the beds are very comfortable, and everyone was very nice. I would recommend this location and stay there again.
- 4/5
Room was clean, beds were comfortable
- 3/5
The elevator was broken in the front of the property and the bed had me tossing and turning all night with no restful sleep.
- 5/5
Everything was nice and neat. We were very comfortable. Carla at the front desk was helpful and kind. We definitely enjoyed our stay
- 4/5
Location great. Trees in parking lot left stains on car… we moved after figuring this out. Elevators were out of service. Outlet next to bed did not work. Breakfast was not complimentary. Most hotels offer free coffee during day. The ambience was excellent with historical pictures. The staff were very nice and accommodating.
- 5/5
Didn’t eat breakfast so don’t know how to rate
- 1/5
They should have mad other arrangements for us . They didnt even offer . Both elevators were out.
- 5/5
Very nice; staff was pleasant. Room was great.
- 5/5
Blackout curtains and low light pollution. The room was quiet and clean. The pool and jacuzzi were a perfect ending to our days after being out in the cold.
- 1/5
Bathroom not ADA compliant breakfast awful, poor staff in breakfast area,
- 5/5
GREAT LOCATION.
- 4/5
We enjoyed the stay, convenient to Biltmore and restaurants. The 2 things no microwave to reheat food, the other was staff made cookies both days and you could smell them everywhere . However when questioned for my 4 year old granddaughter she was not offered one. A little disappointing. My family has always elected to stay there because of convenience . Love the cabinets with history. I hope they decorate for the holidays.
- 4/5
Clean accommodations - friendly staff. Beds were a little too firm. Otherwise would stay here again
- 5/5
Located minutes from the Biltmore House, nestled among trees, within walking distance of food and shopping. The one bedroom suite with balcony overlooking the courtyard was just what we needed. Super friendly staff. Very quiet atmosphere. Breakfast was very good.
- 5/5
All the above!
- 3/5
The room 224 needs to be updated with new doors and carpeting. The carpet had an order like pet urine and the doors were chipped at the bottom of them where the wood was coming off. The couch was also worn out and needs replacing. You almost sink to the floor when you sit in it. Basically for the age of the hotel and the history of the hotel some time needs to be put into updating the rooms now.
- 5/5
courteous staff, nice clean room.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is a nice and clean environment at a good price. We stayed there last year and chose to do so again this year. The complementary warm cookies are a delicious bonus!
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Staff was great, room was clean, everything was nice
- 3/5
The front desk staff could do better with sharing details about the hotel, particularly amenities.
- 5/5
Carla is wonderful!
- 5/5
Really a great stay at the Doubletree by Hilton-Biltmore in Asheville, NC!!! Will definitely stay there again! Sincerely Delilah Chandler remotethebedroom Tv remote was missing
- 3/5
I booked a king bed room with a pullout couch and they put us in a room with two double beds.
- 2/5
Broken elevators moved to a horrible room. Long wait for check out.
- 3/5
Needs updating. Elevators didn’t work we had to use the stairs(not good for older people). Gym needs newer equipment. Fire alarm went off & we had to call front desk to verify the fire alarm (might need to look into procedures for guests safety) We think breakfast should be included with the stay.
- 1/5
The AC in the room would not turn off could not figure how to get it off no adjustments on the AC panel. Found the wall panel hoping that would help then heat came on then AC then Heat then straight to Ac all night was really cold ended up with a headache! Then woken up at 6:15 am to the fire alarm! Carla at the desk said they would credit us or give us Hilton points don’t want a Hilton points not going back. Could not comp us or give us partial credit since we went through Expedia. It was a terrible stay! Janette Reda [email protected] 442-864-0080
- 4/5
Nice room. Clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Clean, large room, easy check in.
- 5/5
Courteous staff, room not fancy but was clean. No complaints.
- 4/5
The location was great and the staff was very friendly. While it was clean, the rooms could use some updating.
- 3/5
Junior suite, terrible couch, needs remodeled
- 2/5
The property had only one working elevator. The furnishing needed a refurbishment. The breakfast was a disaster. Not enough staff to serve or cook. Food was expensive, limited menu, served cold. We will not be back.
- 2/5
The property is in sore need of a refresh. I gave DoubleTree a direct review stating that I don't trust the brand anymore due to the state of this facility. Sad!!
- 4/5
Clean spacious rooms. Hope the refrigerator would have been larger and mini kitchen. But worked out. Didn’t use hot tub. Parking convenient. Staff helpful. Enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
Proximity to the Biltmore Estate
- 4/5
Nlo
- 5/5
This is our second stay at this hotel! It is super convenient to Biltmore and restaurants. The suite was perfect for us and was very clean! Will definitely stay again! Desk staff was very friendly and don’t skip out on the yummy cookies!
- 5/5
I had a really great cookie dealer who was always friendly and of course gave me a warm cookie.
- 4/5
While the lobby was very nice the rooms were worn.
- 5/5
Phone did not work, however they did send someone right up to fix it ,however, he was unable to get it fixed. Wallpaper was peeling on the wall. Basement room was musty smelling and bedding felt damp. Cracked glass in paper sleeve. Very convenient location to Biltmore and downtown. Carla at front deck extremely helpful and friendly. We did change rooms and the gentleman that helped with this was extremely kind.
- 5/5
Easy parking well lite
- 5/5
Pillows were the only negative
- 5/5
Loved staying here, very close to the Biltmore entrance, vealking distance to Ruth Chris Restaurant, close to breakfast restaurants. Easy to get in and out of.
- 3/5
Room was clean and would have been a better stay if the AC worked.
- 5/5
All good
- 5/5
The staff was nice
- 4/5
Rooms are a bit outdated, but great location.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 4/5
We were there for a pickleball tournament, so we didn’t do any of the typical Asheville things - shopping/Biltmore. Traffic was constant, but I suppose that’s normal for a tourist town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Jacuzzi tub was very nice. Bathroom was large. We did have to ask for more towels, but they were out from the area at the front desk, so we just took pool towels. Pool was nice. Hot tub was very hot. Didn’t use the fitness room, but it seemed very nice with newer machines.
- 5/5
Nice place. Convenient for trip
- 5/5
Great Stay
- 4/5
A bit old property, can do improvements
- 5/5
I really liked this property even though it’s a little bit older I thought the location was really nice and I kind of like the 90s feeling of it
- 1/5
Rooms are not good . Very old and not sufficient space inside the room and bathroom
- 4/5
The property & room were very nice. We didn’t care for the quality of the breakfast - or that we were overcharged. The sign at the entrance of the breakfast room said breakfast was $15 (tip included) - and we were charged $18 and $20.
- 5/5
Needs alittle sprucing up
- 5/5
Check-in process was quick and easy through the app
- 4/5
Not bad
- 5/5
Love this hotel and it is my favorite location in Asheville when traveling with my dog. I love the ability to walk the dog around Biltmore Village.
- 4/5
The hotel is a quick walk to the Biltmore historical village. This is a very beautiful area.
- 3/5
The front desk staff was great!! They were super knowledgeable and had great recommendations. The actual lobby of this place was great and the pool was nice although it said heated but def did not feel that way. The hot tub was also nice, both of these were clean. As a whole though the hotel needs an update. The bed wasn’t super comfy but okay, the wallpaper was peeling a bit and we could def feel our room was extremely damp. That might have been just our room but can’t say for sure. The hotel didn’t feel damp as a whole. That said, the location was really great, a short drive into downtown and close enough to the highway to get to other places.
- 5/5
Hotel is old but functional. Carpets old but clean. Very quiet and friendly staff. Pretty good food market on site for food and wine.
- 3/5
THE ROOMS ARE OLD AND IT SHOWS
- 4/5
It was okay
- 5/5
The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and accommodating.
- 5/5
Great service
- 5/5
Staff was very professional
- 5/5
beautiful hotel with plenty of room to explore and hang out. Breakfast was not included $12-$15 pp/p day. Room was clean with plenty of room. conveniently located close to Biltmore Estate and many breweries. Would def recom. staying here
- 5/5
The rooms were very comfortable and clean. I also enjoyed the chocolate chip cookies. They were delicious.
- 4/5
The carpet in the room had some moldy smell. Dont think it was ever been steamed cleaned. The elevator was so old. All the business around the hotel were mostly out of business. There was no place to visit or walk nearby. The hotel should lower the price or include the breakfast for that price.
- 5/5
Overall a quiet comfortable stay. Hotel was amazing!!
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
Love this place. Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff, and love the room with the couch! Would choose this hotel over any others in the area!
- 5/5
Clean, coffee was good
- 3/5
Excellent check in and area but front door and patio door could use some work (bout broke my shoulder trying to get in)
- 4/5
Comfortable in general. Staff was attentive and efficiently resolved an air condition issue. On site dining for breakfast was good
- 5/5
The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are very professional, informative, attentive, and helpful. The overall hotel is nice. The room is a bit small and not quite a nice as the rest of the hotel. But it served our needs just fine. We would stay here again.
- 5/5
No restaurant for lunch or dinner. Had to leave premise. This was very inconvenient, especially since I just checked in after an 8 hour drive nd was tired and hungry
- 4/5
Great location. We got a different type of room than what we’d reserved which was disappointing but not terrible. We just wanted the seating area that the room we reserved should have had. We’d also requested a microwave in our room and never got a response. We didn’t but the front desk about it as the hotel was packed with no vacancy and they had their hands full. Check in was not as simple as most Hiltons that just allow me to check in via the app and our key cards didn’t work more than half of the time, but the digital key was fine and we didn’t bother to spend our time or the staff’s getting our key cards fixed. If we hadn’t had the digital key we would have had to, though. The hotel is nice, very clean, the staff is great, and it’s very conveniently located. We chose it for this trip because it was more affordable than our usual place and we’d stayed there before so knew it was acceptable. We will definitely stay again, though it doesn’t surpass our usual place on our preference list.
- 3/5
Staff was very nice but didn’t give any details such as breakfast offerings or that the attached restaurant was permanently closed. Also $75 pet fee for a one nights stay seems crazy high. Expedia mentions $50 pet fee, not $75. Need to change this. I rarely get charged a pet fee in Charleston at similar hotels. Room was quiet but entire hotel decor is outdated. Elevator closest to our room was out of order.
- 5/5
i liked everything, would stay there again !
- 3/5
The stay was okay. Everything was good until bed time when the people next to us were so loud they woke us up.
- 4/5
Staff was courteous and professional. Room had carpet frays in areas( needs remod) Ptec unit was filthy!
- 5/5
We were greeted with a smile and friendly conversation.
- 4/5
The hotel has seen better days. Last year’s storm didn’t help and was likely the culprit .
- 5/5
Very clean and nice.
- 2/5
Dingy and would not return
- 5/5
Great!
- 5/5
It’s convenient, hopefully all businesses will re open after the hurricane damages.especially all the restaurants bc it’s easy access to interstate too
- 5/5
This is a great place to stay
- 5/5
Clean, cute w big room, nice bed. Very friendly staff.
- 5/5
Very nice
- 5/5
Clean; quiet; very safe; easy parking; yummy cookies
- 5/5
Great place great staff all super friendly
- 4/5
I liked how clean and quit the hotel was. I didnt like that the ice machine on our floor was not working.
- 5/5
easy
- 3/5
Also asked the front desk for some directions & recommendations around town and the lady me told that she didn't know much about downtown Asheville. So much for a helpful staff
- 5/5
Amazing staff and nice rooms. Indoor pool and hot tub were nice. Only complaint is the queen beds are not much bigger than the double beds.
- 5/5
Great property and the room was excellent
- 4/5
It’s ok
- 5/5
Neat, clean rooms. Staff very friendly.
- 5/5
It was all good
- 1/5
The room smelled moldy and there were mosquitos and small flies everywhere. Couldn't stay another night unfortunately.
- 4/5
AC not working everywhere, sink in my room broken, elevator missing a button, otherwise all was good.

The bathroom was dirty. Mold in crevices of the shower area. Dirt and dust on the decorative part on the the sink. Rust or something unknown on the bathroom vent. The bed is uncomfortable on one side of the bed and feels like a spring is broken. Pool was out for half of our stay. It was the only reason I booked the hotel. When we asked to move there wasn't a guarantee we'd get a room with the layout we asked for and was offered a downgrade. Some of the staff is super nice. Some of them made you feel like you were a nuisance. $50 refundable incidental charge that came as a suprise as it wasn't disclosed on things I read, but I could have missed it. This was supposed to be a babymoon trip planned for September and due to something I missed it was an impromptu birthday trip.

Place was nice and quiet. Very clean, check in was easy. They were able to give me extra time to check out with no extra cost. The only down fall was the pool was under maintenance so we couldn’t use it. Wish there was a note before I booked it but other then that place was great.

The gym was nice. But the pool was closed down. There is no longer a restaurant in the hotel (used to have a Fridays). Its permanently closed due to damage from the hurricane. Very few delivery options. I, personally, would use the Hampton Inn next door.

Hallway smells like cigarettes. Room is incredibly outdated. Pool was closed. Gym is a joke. Way overpriced.

Very nice. Super friendly staff, clean room, beautifully landscaped grounds.

Nice and quiet in a convenient location.

I especially liked how peaceful and quiet our room was. The blackout drapes covered the entire window, and our complimentary breakfast was delicious!!

Pool nice. Room comfortable. Great staff.

The bathroom door was ruined at the bottom and coming apart. No towel rack in the bathroom was a problem. The walls were marked with spots. the tub appeared dirty.

It was a nice quiet stay. I will come back again

I enjoyed my stay. Nice, clean room and close to food.

Tub drain was clogged and flooded while showering. Toilet tank stopped refilling after first flush despite water valve being fully open. The wallpaper and floor were both ripped, and the edges of the floor were filthy. You could see the years of dust pushed into the corners of the room and against the edges of the beds. The ac unit was extremely loud and woke me up several times throughout the night. The staff was polite and professional, but not nearly enough to offset the terrible room I got. Nowhere near worth the $200 total I paid for one night and breakfast.

Great location, outdoor garden and lobby was large. Room was clean, but was on the first floor after heavy rains and the room felt damp. Good value.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, quiet lobby, and relaxing indoor pool/hot tub.

Hotel is a bit dated, but service was excellent and rooms were very clean and quiet. Was perfect for my situation. I left early to catch a flight, around 4AM, and did see security patrolling the parking lot, so it definitely felt safe as well.

I was just one night. But we enjoy been there. Was cozy & Elegant. Has and indoor pool, gym, interior patio, and and art historic gallery. That we enjoy very much.

Our say included the Biltmore which was very close by and restaurants in area were convenient.

Room was very clean. Housekeeping did a super job. One of the reasons I wanted to stay at this hotel was for the pool, which was sadly going through maintenance. Thankfully, hot tub was open. Property was well cared for but a little old, showing some dings here and there. Ice machine on our floor was inoperable.
