Abigail's is a lovely B & B and the hosts are quite accommodating. We felt very welcome in their home and were provided several amenities including a blanket and seat cushions for the play we attended in the outdoor Elizabethan Theatre.

We did a last minute trip to Ashland to see a few plays this past weekend. Susan and Adam the owners were wonderful hosts and very friendly. We left early in the AM of our check out date and was going to miss the scheduled 9am breakfast. Susan and Adam had a to go plate of the pastry being served that morning along with some berries to take on our drive home. This was a very nice surprise. We plan to go back and stay with them again,.

Susan, the hostess, was fabulous. Very british, which was very proper amd nice. She makes a fantastic breakfast!! It's a cozy English Inn, perfect for Shakespeare.

This is a great B&B. The proprietors go out of their way to think of every detail that will make your stay special. From the beautiful garden and comfortable room, to the daily complimentary fresh baked goods and the fantastic breakfast, during your stay you will feel pampered. The owners are also interesting and friendly if you want to engage.

The property is very charming. Host & hostess are very detailed oriented, accommodating and catering to guest's needs. All around was super clean. Breakfast was 2 course truly gourmet and very special. Highly recommend it.

Best B and B in Ashland we have ever stayed at in thirty years . Amazing food and very comfortable.
- 4/5
I’m a light sleeper so the nonstop traffic noise was a problem for me. (I’m stressing the last two words of that sentence.) Otherwise, Adam and Susan were excellent, pleasant hosts, he with a wealth of knowledge about Ashland, and she la chef supreme. Bonny gigantical breakfasts each day!
- 5/5
Just a great place, short walk into town, very friendly host's who went out of their way to accommodate a vegan in the party. Would definitely stay again when I'm in the area.
- 5/5
A very beautiful home and very friendly host and hostess. Walking to downtown Ashland. Highly recommended.

This B&B is EVERYTHING you want it to be! The owners are fantastic people! They have taken EVERY measure for cleanliness, sanitation, and comfort in this beautiful home away from home! The room was spacious and immaculate. The attention to detail was impeccable; from the warm & friendly welcome upon arrival, the “wine bottles for purchase” cubby, abundant hot tea selection, pre-packaged snacks for our late-night sweet tooth, and the comfort and warmth of the lovely Victorian; this is the PERFECT place to stay when visiting Ashland, OR! The icing on the cake: Susan’s AMAZING 2-course breakfasts comprised of a tantalizing sweet course, followed by the most amazing savory course! The meals alone are reason to return again and again! With their charming South African accents, Susan & Adam are the PERFECT hosts! If I could rate them higher than a “Perfect 10”, I certainly would! A “must stay”, most definitely!
- 5/5
They do not miss a best. Like studying at your own home. Second, it was the best breakfast I have ever had anywhere. Seriously. The best. Fresh baked blueberry cake. The best. Also had fresh chocolate chip banana bread as a snack. Just perfect. Coffee, Teas, soft drinks and more. I could not ask for more.

Beautifully decorated old fashioned feel to the hotel. Homey touches. Great bed.

Wow! What a beautiful B&B! The grounds are impeccable, the rooms are comfortable and the hospitality of the hosts are off the hook!

Staying at Abigail’s B&B was more than having a room and breakfast. It was a relaxing experience with excellent lodgings, service, convenience, and food. The proprietors, Susan and Adam, were extremely welcoming, friendly, and attentive to the needs of myself and other guests. I will definitely stay there again. In fact, I met a couple who stay there on their anniversaries. I’ve added two photos of one of the two-course breakfasts. Delicious.
- 5/5
Susan is an amazing cook. Each breakfast was a two course meal worthy of a fine restaurant. Susan even gave me her recipe for her unique delicious pastry. I’d like return to Ashland without obligations and simply stay at Abigail’s B&B to relax and enjoy the grounds. Stefani any Milt

Abigail’s was unique in that every aspect of it was perfect. Who would think that you would have Kuerig (sp) coffee maker in ones room? Our breakfast was superb. Adam and Suzanne have created a lovely place to stay. We spent one night there but would have like to spend at least two nights there.
- 5/5
We felt very welcome and they took peronal interest for our time there The breakfast was outstanding

Boutique hotel with Victorian era decor. Adam and Susan will make you feel like you’re coming home. They are so welcoming. Susan is a chef who prepares the breakfast and serves it to the guests. Loved the experience and would so recommend. Can’t wait to come again.

A traditional bed and breakfast with great amenities, good huge breakfast and interesting hosts.

Very clean, with fabulous breakfasts served outdoors.

Our overnight stay was very peaceful and relaxing in a beautiful Victorian house. Innkeeper and owner Susan was a wonderful hostess and welcomed us into her cozy and immaculate home. She upgraded our room to a more comfortable bed for my 6’8” husband! The best part was Susan’s homemade 2-course gourmet breakfast. Simply delectable! We will definitely return to this B & B and hopefully meet her husband, Adam the next time we return to Ashland. Their newly designed guidebook online was an informative gem!
- 5/5
Adam and Susan are so gracious - and Susan is an amazing cook. The rooms are very quiet and comfy and the location is great for walking to plays.
- 5/5
We truly enjoyed our stay at this elegant, comfortable, distinctly "early 20th-century" b&b in the historic district of Ashland. The interiors are clean, beautiful and provide modern conveniences while also paying careful aesthetic tribute to the building's origins. The innkeepers were personable and attentive, and the two- course breakfast was delicious! We will definitely return.
- 5/5
And exceptionally well thought out environment with a host and hostess that were congenial and helpful. The breakfast was superb and more than generous. There was a lovely view from our room as well as the balcony looking out on the mountains Truly a quality experience
- 5/5
Comfortable common area and beds. Location is close to theaters and restaurants. Adam and Sue, the proprietors are friendly and accommodating. Great experience!
- 5/5
This place is so special. The innkeepers are very cordial and the food is excellent. Felt like a king and queen.. Looking forward to staying again on our next trip to Ashland.
- 4/5
Very much enjoyed the lovely owners and their delicious, extremely generous breakfast. Our room was comfortable, very clean. Interesting and friendly other guests. Location was fine for walking to town but because of all the wildfire smoke we ended up driving into town.

On August 7th, the air quality in Ashland and on the key highway through Grant's Pass were listed as hazardous. Thus my husband and I decided to cancel our stay. Since he had a heart attack 5 years ago, it wasn't worth the risk to his health. Absolutely no accommodation or kind gesture was made by Adam. Even a minor credit toward a future stay would have indicated some empathy with our situation. We were told we had to pay for the full stay, since it was well past the 30 day cancellation period. It left us with a really bad feeling about the people who run a place that everyone else seems to love.
- 5/5
Adam and Susan were excellent hosts. Adam went over a map with us and made a great recommendation for a quick meal before the play we attended. And Susan's breakfast was delicious and so huge we weren't hungry for lunch. The room was very comfortable. Small touches everywhere - tea/coffee in the room; snacks (including amazing home made almond cookies); a bag to take to the theater with cushions for the (hard) seats and a blanket, which we luckily didn't need. Can't wait for a return visit!

(For some reason the website won't let me select Outstanding which I would have liked for some of the reviews)

We loved our visit at the Abigale and our hosts Adam and Susan. Very interesting people. The two things that would bring us back there are the location and the food. The place is a pleasant walk to downtown Ashland and the breakfast was the best I've ever had! Exquisite!!

Susan and Adam, the Innkeepers, provide a wonderful, clean and comfortable nest to base your Ashland experience from. The rooms are comfortable, with ensuite bathrooms and everything you need to make for a pleasant stay. The common areas offer great places to hang out, indoors and outdoors, with Susan and Adam balancing being available to help with questions with providing you the privacy to use the common areas in comfort. Tea, coffee, water, sodas and snacks are always available. The breakfast deserves a special mention. Each morning, Susan cooked up an absolutely delicious 3-course breakfast, in my case specifically designed to fit into my vegan diet. And each day had a different set of courses! I couldn?t believe the effort Susan went to. Just outstanding! Speaking of outstanding, at the end of breakfast Adam came around and provided individual itineraries for each guest, with brochures, driving directions and useful notes, all based on what we?d indicated we were looking to do during our stay. Again, above and beyond what you could expect. Abigail's Bed & Breakfast Inn is the perfect place to stay for your Ashland trip. We?ll definitely be back!

Hosts are very friendly, and the house is a charming Victorian. Downtown Ashland is an easy walk.

Our stay was lovely with a comfortable room, good location and outstanding breakfast. Adam and Susan have thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again.

For some reason, this review would not allow me to click Outstanding, so I just have to say that Adam and Susan were wonderful hosts and the food was outstanding! I believe Susan is a gourmet cook! They were both very helpful in assisting us with what to do and where to go. The place is within walking distance to downtown, which is important to us. We highly recommend this B & B.
- 5/5
Meets the definition of a fine B&B. Good location, convenient to plays. Welcoming hosts, excellent food, homey atmosphere.
- 4/5
Overall its a fine place to stay, but for the price, I expected more. The rooms look kind of shabby. And the breakfast served in the cottage is good, but not amazing like so many B&Bs.
- 4/5
Abigail's B&B is a wonderful place to stay while visiting Ashland. The hosts, Abi and Patti are exceptionally nice and friendly, and Patti's breakfast was definitely worth waiting for. They were very accomodating when our arrival turned out to be later than we had planned, even though they had to go out that evening themselves. There were all kinds of goodies waiting for us, including homemade cookies and tea or coffee. The room was much bigger than I had expected (we were in the Abigail Alcott room) and very nicely appointed. It is a nice touch to include the history of that room's Abigail in a binder in the room. The location on North Main Street is a little too far from the theatres to walk to a play, so expect to have to deal with downtown parking. I also would have preferred the option of an earlier breakfast (9:00 am was the only option). We had intended to get on the road earlier, however, as mentioned before, it was worth waiting for. Seating was family style, since there were only 5 of us in the main building. However, if there were more guests, there were other small tables in the breakfast room to accomodate separate parties. We definitely would stay here again, on our next trip to Ashland.

We stayed in the garden room and loved it.
- 5/5
Wonderful hosts and delicious breakfasts. Room was very comfortable and hosts went out of their way to be accomodating.
- 5/5
Abigail's of Ashland reflects the owners' special touches--quality landscaping and gardens viewed from the breakfast window, coffee and sodas available at all hours, and safe off-street parking. The walk to OSF's three theaters takes just 10-12 minutes along Main Street. We particularly appreciated Patty's tips for short day trips to nearby wineries, cheese makers and chocolate shops. Temperatures topping 100 F. in the summer of 2012 were beaten back by excellent central air conditioning.
- 4/5
We stayed 2 nights for the Shakespeare festival. Our hosts Patty and Abi were so gracious and helpful. Wonderful breakfasts! They printed out a day trip for us to Crater Lake which was fantastic. Comfortable rooms, standard cable on a nice HDTV. Downtown is an easy 10 minute walk to the festival grounds. The burger place across the street was easy to get to and we had a really good burger. The hosts offer many special touches including afternoon treats and refreshments around the clock. Highly recommended!
- 5/5
The Abigail Inn is the best place to stay in Ashland, Or. Patti and Abi, the hosts, take such good care of you. We really appreciated how welcoming and helpful they were. Our room was so comfortable and quiet. Our own air conditioning setting was a real plus! To top it all off, we had two of the best breakfasts we have ever eaten. Cold drinks and snacks are available for free 24/7 and Patti bakes special snacks for afternoon treats every day. So yummy! In addition, the Abigail is just an easy 10 minute walk to the plaza and the festival theaters. We want to thank Patti and Abi for perhaps one of our best vacations and stays ever!
- 5/5
It took us only 10 minutes to walk to downtown and the plays. So, you can park your car and relax. We left the Abigail so relaxed and well fed and eager to return next year when we are in Ashland again. We travel a lot and this has to be one of the nicest places we have ever stayed at. Thanks again to Patti and Abi for making our trip so enjoyable.

Very friendly and knowledgable hosts, wonderful breakfast, beautiful and comfortable rooms.

Denny and Pat from Seattle thought that Abigail's B&B was excellent. The couple that owned and operated it were very gracious and took good care of their property and their guests. The wife, Patti did the cooking and she served an excellent breakfast the two mornings we were there. Abi, the husband of the this team, was the greeter/"PR man". He was very knowledgable about the town, the history of the house and what plays would be available to see the nights we were there. This B&B in Ashland was fabulous. We would stay there again.
- 4/5
Innkeepers are very pleasant and accommodating, in particular to my wife's dietary restrictions.
- 4/5
The home is beautifully decorated complete with a welcoming front porch straight out of Martha Stewart ? lots of comfy wicker sofas and armchairs ? a great place to spend a peaceful evening with a good book. Abi's passion is gardening, and it shows in the lovely yard that surrounds the house complete with birdbaths, rock walls and garden benches. We stayed in the Abigail Rockefeller room which was beautifully decorated with antiques from the late 1800's and a 4 poster bed. Everything was sparkly clean with new carpets, paint, wallpaper and bedding. We were delighted with the breakfasts provided too. The first day we started with poached pears in cream sauce followed by a yummy quiche and chicken sausage. Abi kept our coffee cups full throughout the meal. We had forgotten to let Patti know that my husband is allergic to chicken sausage. So on the second day, we were delighted when she thoughtfully brought our plates filled with chocolate chip pancakes, maple syrup and turkey sausage. Abi and Patti were warm and friendly hosts and made us feel very welcome. We could tell they really enjoy what they're doing. We'll book again on our next trip to Ashland and highly recommend it to anyone who plans a visit there.

Gracious hosts in Abi & Patty. Ideal location with a pleasant 10 minute to Town Centre
