Exactly as advertised. Decent bed. Large room. Newer fixtures, everything very clean and well maintained.

We arrived at 1130 pm and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was so clean, and especially wonderful after driving 6 hours and arriving late. In the morning, staff at the front desk was again friendly and helpful. I was so impressed with the young adults on duty at the front desk. I was grateful for a clean room and bathroom and comfortable lodging!

The hotel is RIGHT next to the I5, you hear trucks and cars every second and the hotel you can feel the vibration of the semis on the highway. I was a room facing the interstate. Everything else was great!

When booking the room, I specifically looked for a wheelchair/handicap accessible/shower. Although the picture showed the shower being handicap accessible, it was not.

Will definitely stay again!

Luckily I had booked a room 45 minutes before we were arriving. One king standard. When we checked in, the only room left was the king with another bedroom. We were given that nice room at the standard king price. The gentleman was very nice at checkin. We like Holiday Inn Express.

I brought this up to the front desk along with pictures and they apologized, but told me they were unable to comp or discount our room because we booked through Expedia. They moved us to another room, and offered some drinks as a way to apologize. I brought it up with Expedia, who called the hotel on my behalf, and they were told by the front desk once again that a discount was not happening despite this safety concern. That we already were moved, and that they don't know what else was expected. Expedia is escalating. Needless to say I'm pissed. I'm waiting for some accountability from someone. I wanted to make sure before checking out that it was fixed, and the front desk once again tried to assure me "it wasn't live" (how could you know without a volt meter?) and "it wasn't even really hazardous" which infuriated me a bit more. I DARE you to touch a random bare wire with your bare hands without checking it with meter. Tell me how that works out for you. Not necessarily the front desk person's fault. Just don't assert that something is safe when it comes to electrical safety.

When I came down and let the front desk women know that, she said that it's because I booked through Booking.com and not directly with the property. She blamed it on Booking .com and said they don't let her know what was reserved. She did not offer to move me to a King bed room.

The staff was friendly and responsive. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom, especially the bathtub, was not clean. The breakfast was marginal, and was not restocked on a timely basis.

The mattress was more comfortable than I was expecting. The suite was very spacious.

My husband and I travel back and forth to Portland, OR, from Auburn, CA, and we stop half way in Ashland coming and going. We always stay at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Ashland. From the time we arrive we feel welcome. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our room is clean and inviting. The breakfast has an excellent variety of food and drinks, and the area is immaculate. The woman working does a great job of keeping everything filled. My husband love staying here and highly recommend it.

The Breakfast is fresh and good! Clean rooms and the bathroom has a fan which is always a plus. The location is convenient and right next to the freeway! A nice place for family with spacious rooms and a pool!

Clean if old room. Heating/cooling loud and inconsistent. Room ran too hot then too cold etc. had good shower soap and shampoo which was really nice. Did not hear road or traffic sounds. Convenient for our purposes. I would stay again.

Great location next to the brewery! Enjoyed a beautiful room with a view of the mountains. Bed was comfortable, felt very safe, staff was friendly, and loved that they had real 1/2 and 1/2 for the coffee! Parking easy, lots of space in room, and loved Ashland. The ONLY negative was that the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak. But still 5 stars. Would come again for sure.

Breakfast menu was excellent. Room was clean, the nicest hotel we stayed at on our week vacation. Indoor pool was nice. We didnt use the gym. Hotel is right off the freeway so was very convenient.

I reserved 2 rooms for t5he day before Thanksgiving. and we didn't arrive unt6il 10:)) PM and they held adjoining rooms for us. I have had other hotels sell the good rooms to others and give late arrivals the less perfect rooms.

Toilet kept making noises and hard to fall asleep.

We were in need of medical care and the staff was able to provide us with information on an urgent care clinic. Our room wasn’t ready when we checked in (early) but we were notified by text when we could check back in. We didn’t have breakfast there so can’t comment on that.

Stopped by the Holiday Inn Express in Ashland, Oregon on my way home with family. Really enjoyed the pool.

Parking lot is a little small as well. But the room was very well kept, clean and comfortable.

This was a quick overnight stay. Arrived late, left early next day. Our room was in the front of property and we could hear the I-5 traffic at night.

It was comfortable, clean and the breakfast was good, nothing special but very good. A very good restaurant around the corner. The Tesla superchargers are real close to the hotel. We will definitely stay there again.

Room was larger than I expected and very comfortable. Great location just minutes from the festival. Nice indoor pool and spa. My kids loved the “pancake printer” at breakfast. We look forward to staying again in future!

Easy access off I-5, lovely large rooms. Great pool & hottub. Pancake mix could be better. Eggs & bacon was good. Hot coffee was tastey.

This was the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed at. Our room was very clean! The bedding and linens were clean and smelled like they were just laundered. We loved our pillows and wish we could have kept them! We were surprised when we saw our room had a coffee maker with coffee, a microwave, and a fridge. The lady that checked us in was very sweet. She told us to let her know if we needed anything at all. We have stayed in many hotels. This one surpassed our expectations. Housekeeping works really hard here and it shows. Our family was blessed to be able to rest our heads here for the night!

Our room had a shade that would not go up and down, and the power outlets between the beds didn’t work.

It was easy to get to and pleasant hotel. Liked that it was very quiet for a first floor room.

The night manager was trying so hard to make it right but the property owner should be ashamed at the state of the property. Spend money on the property instead of an automated pancake machine that doesn’t fully cook the pancakes.

It was a great space to enjoy with my teen daughters. Great location for our type of traveling which included a lot of winery visits and traveling further north and back. Staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was a typical continental. It had decent offerings but designed for bulk needs - meaning nothing stood out but nothing was bad.

I wanted two queen beds and was given a handicapped room which is not what I requested. Not sure why this happened. Also toilet runs constantly

Property is very modern. Swimming area is too hot. Not really close to shopping area which about 2 miles out.

We checked in quite late during a road trip, and it was extremely easy and quick. We were in bed asleep within 15 minutes of arrival. The breakfast was great, and we were back on the road by 7:00 the next morning. It was clean, quiet, and exactly what we needed.

Typical Holiday Inn Express just off I5. Next door is a family owned Mexican restaurant. Gas stations are nearby. Easy to get into downtown Ashland by car.

I stayed here last year in January 2024 and my experience was excellent, so I decided to come back and stay here again this year. When I got to my room the bathroom floor was dirty, and the sheets had spots in it. The pillows smell of the previous guest odor and the blinds were tattered. When I called the front desk, he immediately came up and tried to fix the problems and changed the sheets and pillowcases. He also tried to mop the floor but it looked like the stain in the bathroom floor was hard to remove and so the stain remained.

Very straight forward, reliably clean and comfortable. The location is a little set apart from the main street of Ashland but the quick trip made it worth it to have a newer, cleaner room. Every member of the staff was perfectly accommodating. I would stay here again for sure.

The breakfast was marginal at best, greasy bacon. There was only one luggage cart for a three story hotel and of course someone kept it in their room so no one else could use. The front desk should control it if only going to have one.

The front desk at Check-in lied about the Broken Spa that was Broken after I specifically drew interest in using it. It didn’t have Jets working in Jacuzzi Spa!! And their Pool is ICE COLD Temperature!!! Very unhappy. I could have booked at another Hotel that had these amenities, though it wasn’t a Known Brand like this one. Also the Vents above the Jacuzzi were very Old- Rusty and Uncomfortable to be in that area. I felt almost sick just being in the Pool Area. I would strongly suggest this Hotel to live up to its name and fix these issues immediately and refund my stay. Although the room is clean and Beds are very comfortable.

The room and common inside areas were fine, but they gave us a room with the world’s worst view almost completely behind their sign. To make it worse; disgusting actually, the window was filthy and there are 6”piles of pigeon poop dominating the view of the back of the sign.
