This was our second stay at Oak Hill and we look forward to more stays in the future. The house is wonderful and makes an excellent base for daytime and evening adventures and events in the Ashland area. Each day at Oak Hill beings with an excellent, and varied, breakfast -- ideally served outside on the lovely patio. There you can enjoy the beautiful garden, tasty food and coffee, and perhaps enjoy a pleasant conversation with the other guests. Beyond the facility and food, what makes the stay so good is the service provided by Anna and Brian. Thank you for a great stay in Ashland!

This is a most wonderful B&B. Beautiful in every way. Incredible food, homemade cookies, teas and fresh coffee all day. A garden to lounge in and eat outside with comfortable seating and swings and shade with a beautiful veggie garden. The hosts are so very welcoming. Highly recommend. Just a quick 3-4 minute drive into Ashland.

Excellent Breakfast and Company!

We loved our stay in the lavender room! Check in was quick and we’re offered coffee, tea, and peach shortbread-yum! After a quiet night we were served a delicious baked peach and a twist on Eggs Benedict which we enjoyed on a beautiful day on the patio. I wish we could have stayed longer but this was part of a long road trip. We hope to be back again!

Brian and Anna are wonderful hosts, and Anna is a domestic goddess.

We enjoyed the owner's photography.

We were a little nervous about our first stay at a B&B since the beginning of the pandemic. We weren’t comfortable with the idea of having breakfast around a large table with all the other guests, but Oak Hill had many outdoor seating options in their lovely garden and our hosts were very accommodating. We’ll definitely be back.

We stayed in the Lavender Room, which was cozy and well-appointed. We especially liked the BeeKind toiletries! Breakfast in the garden was beautiful and so well-prepared. Anna's biscuits are unusually good with butter and/or jam. Since we are traveling when the Delta variant is on the rise, we appreciated the observance of appropriate COVID protocols.

Our family stayed at Anna and Brian’s Bed and Breakfast for 2 days and they were terrific hosts! Their friendly hospitality showed through and through, from the fresh baked cookies set out each day ( gluten free for our son too!) to the coffee station available 24/7, to the serene garden seating, a homemade delicious breakfast, to the conservations, They made our stay memorable and we will be back. This is a great location and a great welcoming home! Anne is a great baker and fantastic cook! They are a good team!

What a perfect get-away! Everything was so thoughtfully prepared and our hosts made us feel right at home. The room was so comfortable and the sheets and bed were like sleeping on a cloud! Breakfast was delicious and served in the beautiful garden….the experience was a true slice of heaven. I can’t wait to return again!!!!

The breakfast was fresh and tasty, and we had the option of eating in the beautiful and private garden area - just wonderful. The parking was easy, and conveniently located off the main street. We'll definitely be staying here again!

Visited for a night over this summer. Attractive property with a relaxing atmosphere. Well kept. Attractive décor. Plush towels and robes. Easy to locate. Secure surroundings. Parking in front. Quite neighborhood that's 5 mins drive from theatres, main square and Lithia Park. Owner welcomed a suggestion to improve a minor inconvenience. Lastly, the latte / cappuccino / espresso Swiss coffee maker was quite the treat!

We visited Ashland, OR for the Shakespeare festival and stayed at the Oak Hill B&B. The B&B hosts Anna and Brian are really great hosts. They were very friendly and really polite & nice. They even allowed us to extend our checkout time from 11AM to 6PM with no additional charges. The rooms were great, very neat, and well decorated. The breakfast was awesome and we finished every meal wanting more. Overall great trip and everytime we visit Ashland, we will always stay at the Oak Hill B&B

What a great little place! Friendly staff, lovely house and gardens and close to SOU. Don’t miss the cinnamon rolls- yum!!
- 5/5
Enjoyed our time in this comfy B&B. Room very nice, bathroom small but efficient. Big plus - 2 luggage racks. Only minus is the plastic-like mattress pad. Made for a hot, non breathable bed despite the lovely linens. Breakfast delicious and espresso machine well loved!
- 5/5
We stayed one night at Oak Hill on our way north and never wanted to leave! The rooms were comfortable and had nice amenities (like a guest refrigerator). Breakfast was lovely and Anne made sure everyone had something wonderful that fit their preferences and eating requirements. It's close enough to downtown to ride a bike (there's a bike rental right across the street!), but it's far enough out of the hustle to be quiet and cozy. I would highly recommend Oak Hill!

This is a wonderful hidden gem in Ashland. We were greeted by the charming owner Anna and shown our beautiful room the Garden Suite. The breakfast was delicious, the grounds beautiful and the hotel conveniently located to town. We will definitely return and I highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone.
