It’s a beautiful hotel. It’s in a fantastic area- close to a lot of stores, restaurants, and activities. Most of the staff was super-friendly! The manager contacted me about the issues we were having when she returned on Monday morning (we checked in late Friday) and offered her apologies and made some of the issues right- she was very polite and kind. (She was not made aware of my issues or text response to the hotel inquiry asking about your stay, but she saw my comment on booking.com and reached out to make things right.) There’s a nice (small) gym. The indoor pool was nice, not crowded (but cold and lots of chlorine) and it has 2 outdoor showers to clean up before and after getting in. Breakfast- several good options. The spinach quiche is divine! The lady that worked breakfast is the sweetest person in the world- or at least top 10. Our reserved room was given away - the comparable room we were offered was really not acceptable. Went from 2 queens and a sofa to one king and a sofa. They did make it right (and were very kind and understanding), but we had to wait for another room to be cleaned and then the one we were getting- still, not a big deal.. The new room door was broken- didn’t close unless you slammed it. Someone opened our door after we left on the first day (with a dnd on the door) and left the room open all day- not obviously open, but still accessible if anyone had just pushed the door. The Wi-if was awful. I didn’t realize it kept disconnecting me until I got notified that I used up all of my data (that I needed for gps)- yes, I’m THAT old :). The bed (and this is my subjective opinion) was comfortable in small doses but too hard for me for overnight. I’ve had several surgeries, so I had very achy joints and bones every morning of my stay. The tv was a mild nightmare- they fixed it the very first morning (needed a code), but even still, we had to turn it off and on several times every time we used it to make everything work together. The shower head was a disaster- leaked everywhere and almost no pressure, but they fixed it the last full day we were there (after I spoke with the manager). After being gone for much of the (same last) day, when I opened the fridge, it smelled awful. Our food was pungent, the fridge had been turned off. There is a breaker box in the room, so I checked and the breaker was flipped off- I don’t know if maintenance did it or it was coincidence. So our leftovers (dinner) no longer sounded appetizing and our milk was room temperature. The last “kick ‘em while they’re down”. Even after all this, I still think it’s a very nice hotel. But for the price, I expected comfort and security and this vacation just fell so short.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I love the scent throughout the hotel, it was a really clean scent from the entrance, to the elevator and to the room, the smell was pleasing. This is the only place I will stay at when I come for a visit now.

I like the front desk ladies The pool was closed the whole time even after I called and asked if it would be open.. breakfast was nasty everything was cooked in microwave and was always running out of stuff the tv n our room didn't work even we told them and they promised to fix it.

The breakfast was amazing my son really enjoy the waffle station and the pool. The different menu for breakfast is really nice. You can get fresh coffee and water all day. The grill area is really nice as well as the patio my older children really enjoyed connect 4 and chess. Walking distance to the movie theater we had a hiccup to where our tv wasn't working they couldn't fix it so they switch our room, with no problem. The afternoon staff was very nice and some of the morning staff was nice. The young lady with the blonde hair could work a little more on her personality and being nice. But, all and all the stay was very pleasant. N/A

One of the best hotels I have stayed in around Atlanta. Easy to access, a lot of stores and restaurants around it and the best staff you could ask for. Only thing that was slightly off was the pool water clarity. It was foggy and enough so the kids didn’t want to swim in it. But, I will not hesitate to stay here again with these fine folks.

However our bathroom door was off its hinges, and I called to report it and the hotel apologized and said there was open rooms to move to, but they would have maintenance come and fix it; no one came. There was no housekeeping done during our three night stay. Shuttle was convenient! Breakfast was acceptable; lots of families with lots of kids staying so they ran out of things very quickly, had to get there early for even a small chance at bacon or a waffle.

The deck to ask again, then he was told there was no one to help. I then called the deck and asked for another room since we can’t get anyone to help us. And then 5 mins later we got help! If I never called the desk to insist on changing rooms, we wouldn’t had never got any service for the TV! So on that part they definitely need more work on!! Other than that service was good!

Very disappointing stay. The room was extremely unclean with hair in the bathroom and on the bed, dirty walls, and a filthy ice bucket. The floor was so wet it was slippery and unsafe. When I asked to change rooms, I was told the hotel was sold out, and the front desk agent was unprofessional and dismissive. Despite prepaying through Expedia, I was charged again by the hotel plus a $100 incidental hold, and I never received a receipt as promised. This experience fell far below expectations.

This place was very pleasant. It was clean and seem new. Easy drive in from the west. Shuttle to airport was excellent. 5 am is early but my driver was exceptional. He did everything he could to make sure I got to where i needed to be at Atlanta airport for my flight. I will stay here anytime i fly out of Atlanta airport. I felt very safe here at 4 pm and 3am.

My room was pretty awesome. We had no issues. The breakfast needs work. Overall it was lovely. The outdoor fire pit was a wonderful time with my family. The lobby has more than enough space to relax. If you bring your own chair, there is a beautiful peaceful view of a lake seen from the hotel. All of the staff had perfect customer service.

The female at the desk even said they don’t even have my reservation which I knew was a mistake. Then the following tuesday because this was labor day weekend tried to charge my card as if i stayed. what kind of business are you guys running there when I book through work get denied yet you still try to charge me! I only stay one night. It was quiet, clean and close to shopping area. It seemed to be ran by a family. All of them were polite and friendly. The room needs some slight updates such as new lamps as the metal was a worn. There was one lady at the front desk that was seemed a bit unwelcoming.

LUV'd the room which was Oversized like an Apartment! Checkout morning was a Nightmare. Housekeeping started knocking on the door at 8am, then, 9am, then 11am. I couldn't sleep. Was Exhausted for the rest of the day.

This was the last hotel on a 15 day trip. I will tell you i am glad it was the last hotel we stayed at. It was amazing from the room to breakfast to the amazing staff our stay here could not have been more perfect. If this hotel would have been the first one we stayed at it would have made all the others look bad. Now don't get me wrong we stayed at some other great places but this place and people are truly 5 stars

Overall great experience. However the Housekeepers did not make my bed up properly. The bed skirt was actually on the top of the sheets and not under the sheets. Also another waffle maker would be perfect, one isn’t enough for the amount of people that are staying there.

We booked our room after verifying that we would be able to use the facility amenities after our check out time, as we had a late night flight. However, the pool was being cleaned the entire time and we were unable to use it. I had switched our reservation from another hotel and then was disappointed that the amenities were not fully accessible. Staff were accommodating in allowing us to store our luggage until we left for the airport, and we had a lot of luggage. Breakfast was severely limited. It would have been nice to see some fruit at least. Also, my husband grabbed a milk out of the cooler and it was completely spoiled despite it not being past its expiration date. The breakfast room tables were a bit sticky as well. The room itself was clean and comfortable.

So let me start by saying. Updates are needed , ice machine was not working on 3 rd floor, my door on my room. Would not lock had to be repaired and what was done was not sufficient or safe. No one came to clean room. Not even a knock at the door! Had to request towels and then told they didn’t have any. So we had to wait. And the was a mildew smell For almost 600$ This won’t-happen again and was not told about incidentals until at the hotel … and my daughter ear pods came up missing … tracked them to the hotel but they said they haven’t seen any !

We normally enjoy our stay at Home2Suites and that is why we chose this hotel. However, this is the worse Home2Suites experience we have ever had. We arrived very late only to find that the bathroom was dirty - hair, bugs, stains on and around the toilet, and toothpaste stains on the faucets as if it hasn't been clean at all. Since it was late, we tried to ignore the grossness and quickly took a shower only to find out that the only 2 towels available were WET but folded up. We weren't sure if it was clean or dirty and had to go to the front desk and asked for new, clean and dry towels. We also had to make another trip to the front desk to get beddings for the pull out couch which was not readily available in the room (like usual). By then, we were tired and exhausted to even make a complaint so we just went to bed. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel at all and will not be returning. The cleanliness of the bathroom was gross and unacceptable.

When we arrived, the room was not clean. Hair in the room and shower. Used soap in the shower, and no TP. Electrical outlet hanging out of the wall. Stains on the light switches that resembles dried blood. Smells like cat or dog pee in the room.

Two night stay and Mr. Hilton must be rolling in his grave. Upon checkin, our room door was open, lights on, and the TV said welcome Jeff. My name is Larry and though we were in room 216 the TV said Room 206. The toilet seat was like sitting on a slip and slide it was so loose. I repaired it using a butter knife as a screwdriver. Yes, I washed it. Bathroom had mold and hair in the shower, giant cobwebs by the bed, only a half roll of toilet paper, towels that smelled like grease, a rusty lamp, no lid for the ice bucket, cups and fixings for the coffee maker but NO coffee maker, bathroom faucet with an aerator that hasn't been cleaned in a century, entry door was super hard to get closed, and last but not least, there were BOOGERS ON THE WALL. Yup! BOOGERS. Right by the bed. All that combined with the daily car full of the same people (employees?) smoking pot in a car in the lot left me giving this place a rating of DUMP. Lobby area was nice, our room was gross. Pictures below, including the boogers. I can only surmise they have a lazy cleaning staff not doing their jobs at all and a manager who clearly doesn't give a rat's about his/her hotel and how it looks to customers. I wouldn't put my worst enemy up at this hotel.

My first room the shower ha black mold on the door and inside the shower and the room was not properly cleaned. The room I was moved to had hair all in and around the tub and there was a dirt ring around it. Anthony made sure the night person cleaned it. The morning of the day I left the bathroom door had air on the back of it like someone had shaved. I was totally done when I seen that because I was confused on how that happened. I have never experienced uncleanliness in a Hilton property like that before. There was trash when I got off the elevator and all down the hall. Anthony was very apologetic and accommodating.

Arrived to be told our prepaid reservation, which was made months in advance, was canceled due to overbooking. I had received a confirmation 3 days prior! Manager at the desk was unapologetic and unhelpful.

Our room was not cleaned when we arrived and the only other room was just one king bed and a pull out couch. Our party of 6 had to fit in there as there was no one available to clean the other room. There were no more pillows available for the pullout couch or the people who had to sleep on the floor. The one redeeming feature was the helpful employee who was working the desk and tried his best to help us through the challenges. He did manage to find us some clean bedding for the floor, which was much appreciated!

When we checked in the entire front desk area smelled strongly of Marijuana. When we walked into our room, there was a gatorade bottle on the floor and it appeared someone had been on both beds. The 2nd room we were given there were no sheets on the couch/bed. When we asked they said they did not have any clean bedding available. There were also no clean towels in the bathroom and none available in the entire hotel. At breakfast everything ran out and they did not refill. There was a large dog thumping and barking on the 3rd floor above us until about 1AM. There were only a few staff members who actually showed up to work and all were friendly. I do give them credit for trying.

This hotel did not have any clean towels or soap in the rooms. The receptionist said the washcloths were “on back order”. She said she checked all of the empty room and couldn’t find any towels. Many patrons were complaining that they also had not towels!!

Overall, just a little dirty with minor defects in fixutres, like TV and Kitchen sink. EG, had to hold remote about 6 inches away from cable box to change channels.

Check in took a while because they couldn't figure out the free night we were using. The room was spacious. Bathroom was big, but the soap/ bodywash dispensers were empty. Blackout curtain in the main room didn't work (electronic). A/c in the suite bedroom only cooled room to 74. Door from bedroom to bathroom didn't have a handle, so was difficult to close. TV remote missing battery cover. If this wasn't a free room, i would be REALLY disappointed. Not worth the money for issues we had. Will not stay here again.

Great. Already booked again. Spacious, comfortable. And Thank you for being so pet friendly. Most places will not allow dogs or have strict weight limits. I have a large dog, but he doesn’t bark, sleeps on the floor, and is as well behaved as a dog guest can be! But many hotels discriminate, allowing small breed, ankle bitting little terrorist dogs only and won’t accommodate my super chill Great Dane. Thank you for not discriminating!!!

The front desk associate was so helpful. She was eager to help me resolve my issues after checkin such as logging into wifi which was not working using the credentials I was provided.

Hotel is very nice. Some of the room doors are very hard to close. They don’t automatically close shut like other hotels. You have to slam them. So you will hear doors slamming all night.

My flight was severely delayed and I informed the hotel of this issue. When I landed at the airport I received a call from customer service stating my reservation was canceled and room was given away. I was told it was due to missing check in although there is no end/cut off time for check in. The booking was prepaid and I have not received any refund. My party was stranded at the airport trying to search for a hotel to accommodate us for this trip. When speaking to customer service my call was terminated TWICE. This was an extremely underwhelming experience and the lack of concern of the staff was mind boggling. Now trying to reach out to customer service to speak to a supervisor regarding this issue has been ridiculous and my calls are being transferred to incorrect departments or being placed on extremely long hold times.

The property itself was in a good location with lots of parking and nearby shopping and dining. Upon arrival, I was greeted by an unfriendly associate who had nothing to do with signing guest in. The lock on my room door was broken, I booked for 2 guests but we only had 1 set of towels, dishes were still in the dishwasher, the shower dispensers were empty, there was no coffee pot or trash can. I was very unhappy with my experience. Luckily I was only booked for 1 night or I would have switched locations.

When I arrived my room didn’t have a television & I was told that I would be able to switch rooms the next morning, but the hotel was booked. So for 4 days I was given misleading information & my room never got switched. There were also bugs (roaches) in my room

The service was poor. I advised the property that I would arrive late and asked for Shuttle pick-up. After I landed, I called the front desk likely about 10 times, but no one picked up. I took Uber to reach the property they have allocated a room but the room key did not work. The front desk person tried to help them find another room and she did but the room was half clean. The bedding section was cleaned but the bathroom was not cleaned. The bathrooms did not have supplies. I would characterize my worst service in the Hilton brand of hotels. Because of this encounter, I booked my next two nights with the Marriot brand and will continue to go elsewhere.
