    Upon arrival I was greeted by front desk very helpful. I was very early and was able to check in early. Clean room. AC was on. Room had a lot of space. The bar, staff and the breakfast were great. Everyone was friendly. I will come back.

    The rooom was decent but, there was only one person checking people into the property and they took about 30 minutes trying to find someone else’s reservation on the persons phone while what looked like a manager kept passing by not offering to check others in. Also there was no tv service available the whole time and we were not informed of this at check in. They stated it would be up around midnight and it never happened. We wanted to relax before our long flight and unwind but that wasn’t possible

    On top of that, there was a strong smell of marijuana throughout the property. We voiced our concerns, and as we were walking away, we overheard one employee say to another, “Do they realize where they’re at?” which felt incredibly unprofessional and dismissive. Overall, this was a very negative experience, and based on what we encountered, I would not recommend staying here.

    My favorite property is still beautiful, however the furniture in the rooms will need updating! Wood furniture was nicked and became a distraction to me. Had to change rooms to feel comfortable After changing rooms, my stay was completely comfortable.

    I was locked out of my room for approximately 45 minutes. Staff repeatedly gave me a key card, but no one came to investigate why the door would not open. Fortunately, a staff member happened to be walking down the hallway and attempted to assist me. He eventually retrieved a computer device and was able to open my door. He also stated that he would report the issue to the front desk. I understood the cleaning policy; however, I specifically requested that my room be cleaned. I spoke directly with the supervisor, who agreed to have it cleaned, but the service was never completed. I also informed the front desk clerk of my request. Upon checkout, I asked the front desk clerk whether my complaints had been documented. He informed me that I would need to speak directly with management regarding that matter. I am disappointed with the lack of timely assistance and follow-through during my stay. I would appreciate a response from management regarding these concerns.

    Only issue was there was no shower soap in container on two nights. They cleaned prior to me checking in and at 1 am in the morning had to use shampoo soap. Left early the next morning and came back later that evening after they cleaned the room again including changing my towels and the shower soap container was still empty. Don’t understand why this is not checked before customers check in or when the towels are exchanged. Other than that the room was great.

    4 Points offered a very comfortable stay near the airport, restuarants and shopping. It has a bar and dining options on the premises as well. The staff was great to work with and as a bonus, we found that we could leave our car parked there for a daily rate while we traveled, that is less expensive and easier than the local park and rides in the area that we have been using for many years. We will definitely consider 4 Points West the next time we have a very early flight and for future airport parking.

    The room was dirty. We pulled up the Detective with his lights on and lots of people were outside doing drugs. The bathroom was dirty and i would not step on the carpet barefoot. I ordered a cheeseburger medium with fries - it was 30 minutes before closing. The burger came out raw and the fries not cooked all the way. I did not eat it but paid for it. it is a very unsafe place to stay. THE SHUTTLE WAS 445 MINUTES LATE picking us up from training. we were out in a parking lot terrified. I called three times, finally the sales guy Asian Eric they called him came to get us.

    When Delta completely let us down, and I mean completely, at least Sheraton was there. We aren’t big travelers, so when I found out I was going to have to miss an extra day of work that I could ill afford for multiple reasons, (I had no idea the airline would pick up the tab…it’s happened to us a couple other times and they’ve just smiled, waved and said, “Sorry guys, we’ll see you tomorrow!”👋 I was looking for something close to the airport… Long story short, I had to pay, but I wasn’t mad. I got a good sleep and believe me, I needed it for the day that followed…🙄

    The staff was very professional and friendly. An issue that I noticed was the ADA. There was no ramps for any handicap person. There was no accessibility reasonable for a handicap person. Expedia needs to look at their ad and redo the accommodations. There is too many misguided items put in the ad for example breakfast included however, guest would still have to pay an additional charge. only setback I witnessed and observed is the staff from the front who does the check-in needs to coordinate with staff from other departments. Note of concern, the showerhead and assembly was unable to connect to the Guide code, leaving the showerhead and assembly non-hands-free.

    First room they put is in, 126, when we turned the water on for the shower, the handle just completely came out of the wall. The room had a very funky smell as well. I called the front desk and they switched our room to 607. The room was nice, but the air con was nonfunctioning. By the time we figured that out, it was already 2am and we were exhausted. Hence, needing a hotel room to sleep in. Woke up sweating multiple times. They also charge $10 to park your car...like what? Would never stay here again.

    Not a great night. The HVAC was so loud and making a horrible noise, kept us up all night, each time it kicked on or off. The faucet leaked all over the bathroom counter every time it was used. The bathroom door took some serious effort to even close it. We had a noon check out but at 9:30am staff opened our door, thankfully the top was locked so they couldn’t come all the way in. Staff also rudely stated, someone is in here. Well if we weren’t awake, we were now. Staff at the counter was extremely nice at check in. We were on the second floor, end of the hall. Walking down the hall all we could smell was pot. Guess you can’t smoke cigarettes in a room anymore but everyone can stink the place up with pot smoke.

    The walls and light switches in the room especially the bathroom were really dirty. Not like stains just dirty that can be wiped off so that tells me the rooms aren’t cleaned very well. And there wasn’t a single hook in the bathroom to hang a towel or even the hand towel.

    As far as the room, it was ok, I only stayed there for a couple of hours while waiting for my flight home. Bathtub had the piece of metal in the drainage hole unattached by other than that, it was an okay stay. Not too great, not too bad. The disappointment is on the deposit not being refunded in a timely matter, I am still waiting…

    I needed water around midnight. I called front desk and asked if I can buy water and have it delivered to my room. They said they cannot deliver to my room. I asked if he can do it as a one time courtesy because I had removed my contact lenses and I was unable to see. He stated that he has customers coming in for check in and just put me on hold for minutes until I eventually hung up. Poor customer service, looking for every dime out of your pocket.

    We had an unplanned flight cancellation and had to find a suitable hotel. This one was so reasonably priced, had shuttle airport pickup with the greatest drivers, and shuttles to the nearby mall. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the availability of an in house restaurant. We ate there and found the menu, though limited, had delicious entrees. I had the salmon with capers and mashed potatoes and my husband had the Caesar salad with salmon and the mashed potatoes. The portions are huge. The salmon was cooked just right and piping hot. The mashed potatoes were humongous in size and also piping hot and delicious. Breakfast had great offerings including lots of fresh fruit and very delicious home fries. The staff is very friendly and professional and bends over backwards to make your stay enjoyable. The shuttles run on time. Pickup is every half on the quarter hr with departure to the airport on even half hrs. The room was a nice size with an easy step in shower. What is not to like? There were at least 6-7 guests who they addressed by name because they routinely stay here. They met needs in a very pleasant and fulfilling way!

    i was moved from one room due to bugs, the next room i was in the tv’s wouldn’t stream netflix, youtube, or hbo. when i called downstairs they said they would send someone to my room and it never happened. i went back and got a number to call.. they escalated the issue and never followed back up. very inconvenient..

    We enjoyed having our junior suite for 3 nights but I can only tell you something very important never ever ask them to give you a wake up call because the girls sit around and don't bother to remember the Wake Up Call!! The hotel is 30 minutes away from downtown Atlanta so it's important to order a lyft car and pay $20 each way! Very nice lady driving the Airport shuttle van

    Our stay was perfect for us — we loved the location, the environment, the perks, and especially the comfy bed. The gentleman who checked us in on October 29 provided superb service, just as warm and professional as when he assisted us earlier this year. He went above and beyond — we requested extra towels, a blanket, and a pillow, and he personally made sure we received them. When we later asked another front desk agent, she said they would be delivered, but they never arrived. Kudos to him for his excellent service! We also didn’t realize housekeeping service was every other day, which would’ve been helpful to know in advance. Additionally, the front desk staff should be more familiar with extensions to other departments. We tried to order dinner, but the staff member wasn’t sure how to connect us — isn’t it called room service for a reason? The housekeeping team could also keep their voices lower when preparing their trolleys in the morning. Since our room was near the elevator, we were woken up a few times. Overall, it was a great birthday celebration, and we’ll definitely return!

    We had booked a double queen bed room when we arrived they gave us a single bed. When we talked to the employee they refused to give us the room we have booked and proceeded to tell us that we were wrong and that’s not what was in the system even after we showed them our reservation. There was also roaches in the lobby. The employees were rude and unprofessional.

    The room was surprisingly quiet for an airport hotel, and very clean. All amenities were as advertised. My license was left at the front desk at check in. Cedric promptly brought to my room avoiding a next day catastrophe trying to get through security. The only thing is parking is at the back of the facility and can be a long walk to the room through a back door. Be sure to unload in the lobby before parking.

    To make matters worse, I was double charged on my card. I was told one of the charges was a “mistake,” but no clear explanation was provided, and I was informed I would need to wait 10 days for the $135 to be returned. That extra charge was money I needed to travel back home, and as an out-of-town guest, this placed me in a very stressful situation. Between the room issue, the lack of urgency in resolving it, the financial mistake, and the fact that I paid over $500 for just 2 nights, I feel my stay fell far below the level of service expected from the Marriott brand. Given the significant inconvenience and cost, I am requesting a refund, or point equivalent to the amount I paid which was over $550

    A nice hotel close to airport, has a free shuttle but we rented a car, a lot of parking area. $10 a day not a bad price. Very spacious rooms and comfy bed. Pleasant front desk agent and bar tender. Side bed table in room not as clean but not a big deal to us. Shower only got warm and not hot but still enjoyed taking one .Had a great sleep before our departure the next morning back home. We will stay again and recommend.
