It was close to the church we were going to for resurrection Sunday and the staff was pretty nice. The floor we were on smelt like cigarettes, the shower door wouldn’t stay shut, there were spots on the blankets, and they charged us for parking although booking.com says parking is free.

The property is being renovated. The staff was very helpful, and the pool and outdoor lounge area should be very nice in the summer.
- 2.5/5
I didn’t know they were renovating and the pool was closed and we came for access to the pool
- 5/5
The cleanliness was good and the scenery
- 2/5
Shower took forever to heat up. My room phone was broken so I had to call front desk with my cell. The staff was kind but each time I went to them, I had to wait a couple of minutes for them to appear. No bell to call them either. It seems the staffs family just hangs out in the lobby as well. The room was alright. Not the worst but not the best. I'd give it a 2.5/5.

Due to being really sick I had the DO NOT DISTURB on. Well lot of good that did. The maid knocked twice and the front desk 3 times. They are doing work in the hotel that sounded like the building was coming down starting at 830 am and ending after 6pm. No buffet breakfast at all, that was a first in the last 37 hotels in 5 months. Let’s not even get into the the front desk guy with huge hair just being extremely rude, incredible. Oh the remote takes three pushes to work once and you need to be perfectly position for it to change the channel.
- 2/5
Because of remodeling, had to run the shower for at least 10 minutes for lukewarm water. No breakfast. Way overpriced for what was provided.

Room was clean. There was coffee in the room but no cram or sugar. I chose this hotel because they advertised a restaurant and buffet breakfast. The restaurant had a small menu and sandwiches. There was no buffet breakfast. It was cereal and fruit so I was disappointed.

Staff was friendly
- 2/5
I love the room but the fire alarm kept going off in the middle of the night
- 3/5
The check in staff was very friendly. Bruce, the courtesy van driver was SO WONDERFUL and the best part of our stay!! He took us to 3 locations. I would return to your hotel if I knew he was working. There was a roach on the side of my bed covers. The ice machine was broken and I was told I would have to go to the 3rd floor to get ice. Was too tired to make the trip. At breakfast at your food bar, only one young man was working and doing his best, was friendly...but very stressed. But apparently, the main person was out that day. The wait was too long. The commode ran all night.

Service ok room was very nice
- 5/5
The fact that all the items in the little convenient store were complimentary. That was outstsnding!
- 5/5
Excellent choices, energizing good quality.
- 1/5
What I did not like was the water! Water in the sink never got hot, toilet wasn't working properly. Had to flush twice on numerous time!
- 4/5
The hotel was clean and everyone was friendly. The room I had needed some upgrades but it was ok
- 1/5
This location was in the midst of renovation and the staff were doing the best they could under the circumstances.
- 4/5
Great area for shopping and dining.
- 3/5
My room was full of mold, the linens were not clean. My door was previously kicked in and wouldn’t lock I had to put a chair in front to feel safe. The lighting out back in the lounge area was broken
- 4/5
Very nice stay and close to stores and restaurants.
- 2/5
It needs to be renovated. There is no free breakfast or a bar.... which Marriott brand is known for! Would not recommend this hotel and I wont be going back
- 2/5
Horrible experience. Hotel charged for parking even after i showed them the booking stating they have free parking. Shower had no body wash and when i asked for some they stated they had no more and would give me the little bars of soap. When they generated my key they must have only done it for a day because i returned to the room on my second day and was locked out. Had to go back down and deal with the rude front desk to get me back in my room.
- 1/5
Don’t stay here. Was not worth it
- 3/5
Check in took much longer than it should and although the issue was ultimately solved there was an issue with the parking being listed free online and them charging $5 to park which seems crazy given the location.
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful
- 5/5
The staff was EXCELLENT!! The rooms were old and sofa was stained
- 4/5
There isn’t anything that makes this hotel standout. This is your average hotel. They have limited dining services in the morning from 6am-10am and dinner from 5pm-9pm. Your room key resets at 12pm everyday so you will need to stop by the front desk for them to reactivate your key, which can be annoying when they have a line and are assisting other people for the same issue. We spent time at the pool for 2 days, but had to sit it short due to the large amounts of wasps and bees in the sitting area.
- 5/5
Nice place
- 3/5
The stay and hotel lobby is very nice. I am a courtyard Marriott member and have been for years. As a travel agent I always book my clients and my travel with Marriott. My experience here at the airport location was the worst. We experienced not one bug in our room upon arrival but 2. There was a bug on the curtain that we had to kill and there was one on the bed covers. On the inside of the covers, thankfully I always spray my beds first and noticed it. Needless to say, we wasn’t able to get a good nights rest. We paid for double beds but wasn’t comfortable sleeping by the window or in the bed by the window. Upon checkout no one at the front desk ask how was our stay?
- 1/5
This was a bad experience. The tv did not work, the coffee tray insert was the wrong size, the place smelled bad and the property was just “tired”. No ice machines were working and the pool water looked more green than blue. Bummed I stayed here. The only positive was the proximity to the airport.
- 1/5
Well to start off the a/c didn't work in the living room area, the tolet wouldn't flush, the whole area had a fowl smell.
- 5/5
A great stay
- 4/5
It was a good stay
- 4/5
Good location and friendly staff
- 2/5
This was the most run down Marriott I’ve ever stayed in. I have pictures and it’s nothing short of disgusting.
- 5/5
The rooms were nice & clean. The beds were comfortable. The hotel smelled great too. Definitely recommend! They made me want to stick with the Marriot name for all stays.
- 5/5
Beautiful, clean, properly. Professional and nice staff. Will stay every time I’m in Atlanta
- 4/5
Property was nice. Close to shopping and dining areas. Staff was nice and friendly. Room was nice and clean. The only bad thing was the outside sitting area and pool wasn’t clean, and the breakfast options were poor.
- 5/5
Disappointing to find out they didn’t serve alcohol
- 2/5
The customer service was rude and disrespectful after he told me I couldn’t get another or a different refrigerator. Me being on meds and they needed to put in the fridge. But thank God for the young lady Chelsea who was working with him. Went and got another fridge and brought it to us. She was very very helpful!
- 4/5
Was close to the Airport
- 5/5
Great overnight stay
- 4/5
Pool water was green, uncleaned. Only 1 washer out of 2 working
- 5/5
It was good
- 4/5
It was great honestly except they didn’t provide breakfast like they said they would so 4 stars. Best hotel in that area. Shopping center has good stores but rough crowd.
- 1/5
Room was fill with ants. I walk out the room for a coupler hours and came back to ants eating my food.
- 3/5
Condition of hotel from outside and lobby is not bad - when we get there and get our keys, the battery on the door lock had to be replaced....then we get in the room and begin to notice things that arent 'clean' including HAIR ON THE CEILING in the bathroom and WATER STAINS on the bathroom ceiling. For the price they are charging AND charging extra for parking....they need to do a better job AND they need to offer a free breakfast buffet - they dont even have coffee (complimentary) available...Elevator - 1 of them was out of order and I was told by another guest, was out all week; ice machines were all out of order and that earlier in the week, for 2 days, there was no hot water...There are other choices that are less expensive - this is disheartening as I am a Marriott Platinum member and expect better

Terrible, nothing in the room was clean and the bathroom was dirty
- 5/5
Very pleasant room was nice
- 2/5
First the people were very nice, the shuttle drivers and front desk were nice. However, when I arrived and got my first room the fridge was broken. Asked for a fix, I was in a king suite, got down graded to a double queen, but yeah the fridge worked, had a place for my diabetes medication. Took a long time to get up and down as one of the elevators was broken the whole stay. Second room, bathroom door was broken, wouldn't open all the way or close completely. Internet and tv, my tv would not connect to the netflix or max, just spun and said no connetivity. called the front desk 4 times over 2 days and said we will send a person, never did... overall a very sad stay, one of the worst Courtyard properties I have stayed at...
- 1/5
The property representative double charged me for the room and then laughed about it. Told me funds will be returned to my card and it has not been returned. The water in the shower would not get hot and I let it run for over an hour.
- 3/5
Just stayed because my family had an early flight. I love Marriott but this one was just “ok”. I read reviews before and after booking decided to stay away. Front desk I got today was friendly and accommodating. Rooms rather old felt dusty..very dark .. wallpaper needs to go. The old bathroom fan ran 24/7 rather annoying. They should renovate that bathroom altogether. Toilet seat wobbly, didn’t flush well. sink drain didn’t drain well just filled up. Personally if they should switch to no carpet.. made me feel icky cause it was clearly not clean. However, even though I was physical uncomfortably with the surrounding the bed was comfy. And sheets appeared clean. Was the only 1bed suite available on short notice to accommodate my family. Would not stay again though.
- 4/5
Stayed for a soccer tournament. Staff was very friendly. Only negative was the ice machines were all out of order.
- 3/5
The property manager was very nice and supportive. But rooms was average at best. Drugs smelling coming from multiple rooms.
- 5/5
They did not have a hot tub or serve alcohol on site as advertised. However, the stay was nice and quiet. The staff were friendly and it was in a good location
- 5/5
Clean hotel, friendly staff
- 1/5
After prepaying our stay we arrived to a long line and one person working. After about 30 minutes the guy finally came out and said they had no rooms left. There was a line about 10 people who were all turned away. I will be seeking a refund! The hotel was dirty inside too!
- 4/5
This property is in need of some renovations. The rooms seem dingy. The headboards are atrocious. They are slip covered and have holes in them. Other than being conveniently located and friendly staff it leaves a lot to be desired.
- 1/5
Room (and hallways) smell HEAVILY of smoke, please pick any other hotel. When I complained, I was told rooms were sold out (though a simple check online proved otherwise) and that they were trying to address this as this had become a big issue at this hotel. I was told to open the window to air it out in 30 degree weather, and that it would be written up — but no one came to check on the room. I was later placed in another room that was slightly better. We additionally were told that they were checking people into rooms that already had guests inside them, which was causing confusion for everyone the night we stayed here. Receptionists sit on their cell phones and talk to friends while guests are in the lobby, or are generally apathetic. Breakfast also does not open on time - if you advertise a start time at an airport hotel where people have flights to catch, you should probably open at that time. People were waiting over twenty minutes for an oatmeal. There are many other options near the airport (including another hotel right beside this one) — don’t make my same mistake.
- 5/5
Customer service was amazing
- 5/5
Weather was terrible and staff couldn’t get to the hotel. But the staff that were there were great and worked hard to provide excellent service. Because of icy roads, Patrice took 2 1/2 hours to get to her shift at the bistro. But she was wonderful and provided excellent service.
- 5/5
Everything was pleasant. The only thing I didn’t like was that room cleaning only happens every other day.
- 1/5
No hot water. Someone was yelling and cussing in the hallway at 3am
- 1/5
Check in was rude. Tv had the wrong remote in room and internet was hard to get up
- 1/5
Initial front desk was extremely rude. Ignored me even tho I said hello n excuse me. Original room assigned had maintenance still working in it. Went downstairs and got another room and the door lock and key would not work. Maintenance “changed” the battery on door lock and still unable to access room .. every time I left the room and came back, I had to constantly ask front desk to “fix” or “reset” the key and no luck… spent everyday going up n down the elevator looking for someone to open my room .. front desk would not change room but kept “resetting” the key with no luck.
- 2/5
poor services through my 3 days stay my room was not clean.
- 5/5
Property is close to all we want … restaurants, stores, groceries and entertainment. Property well maintained and well lighted for safety. Will definitely be back in future.
- 5/5
Good
- 1/5
The sheets/bedding had what appeared to have blood and soiled. The deadbolt door lock was broken also. Another guest mentioned having bugs in their room, broken bathroom fixtures and another persons hair attached to the bar of soap.
- 5/5
I love the convenience of the location
- 2/5
I have stayed at Marriott properties for many years and this is the first time I have been disappointed. The house phone didn’t work. The iron didn’t work. I noticed roaches dead in the laundry room for two days. And the dead bolt didn’t work until the day I was checking out and at that point, I couldn’t close the door at all. The pool was not clean. The only thing was good was the staff. I will not return to that property again.
- 4/5
Rooms need more cleaning but overall ok.
- 3/5
I asked politely and respectfully to the front desk to switch my room, it wasn't even a whole 30 minutes in my room and they gave me every excuse in the damn book once I checked into my room why they couldn't when other hotels will do with no problem. So all night I had to hear loud freaking noise and conversations when I immediately called soon as I got up to my room and noticed all that going on, I immediately called the front desk only to be dismissed on the matter and was also told they had other complaints about the same dang room next to me! But if that's the case, why was nothing done before I even got there to that floor? The YOUNG MAN was polite but you could tell he wasn't trying to do no work or move from behind the desk to help anybody. I will not say his name, even though I should since he claimed he didn't know where the master key was at AND HE KEPT EXPRESSING to me that if he switched my room that SOMETHING COULD BE broken in that other room or may not work and I MAY NOT BE HAPPY!!!!!!! How do you tell a guest all this crap and expect them to be comfortable? SO WHAT! I asked politely to be moved and those excuses are unacceptable! NEVER AGAIN! I CUT MY STAY SHORT AND I DID NOT STAY THE SECOND NIGHT THERE! I was suppose to be there until Monday morning and I checked out Sunday night! PAID FOR 2 NIGHTS BUT ONLY STAYED ONE! NEVER AGAIN!
- 5/5
Good stay and easy access to airport.
- 5/5
The lady who check me in was such a wonderful woman. Hotel is close to everything shopping grocery store restaurants and airport is maybe 10 minutes away
- 3/5
The cleaning service didn’t come to clean are rooms or replace the towels after the first night even though we asked. There was a daily $20 service fee that was not included in the original reservation price. The fee would’ve been fine if there was at least complimentary coffee/tea or other items but there wasn’t.
- 2/5
This Courtyard didn’t have a room for our reservation, claiming since we arrived at two minutes after midnight, our room had been given away. However, they DID have another room for $40 more!! Classic bait n switch!!
- 2/5
No hot water, My credit card information was stolen
- 3/5
Property has not been kept up. Staff was friendly
- 1/5
Outdated lounge area, the restaurant almost doesn’t exist. The ambience is scary…: I will not reserve this place…., very weird for Marriott brand.
- 3/5
The first issue i had was they charged me 590 but gave me a reciept that said 516. Second was the old ac that only ran on hi at 65. If you adjusted either the temp or fan, it would cut off.
- 4/5
As expected

I love this hotel, it’s my go to when in Atl. I’ve stayed here more than 10 times. Always a good experience.
- 3/5
The thermostat didn’t work and there was no hot water for our showers.
- 5/5
love this property!! staff is nice and it’s very clean
- 5/5

This hotel was a nightmare stay. I check in and turn the tv on and it crashes 15 minutes into my stay. I pick up the phone to call the front desk and it’s dead. I call the front desk on my mobile and guess what? They transfer me to tech support. Are you kidding me!!!! I wait and talk to tech support and they transfer me back to the front desk…. Nothing resolved. So then I go to take a shower and I see black mold where the tub and shower meet. I place a towel over it and begin to shower. During the shower the hot water turned ice cold. At this point I am just ready for day to end, so I lay down for sleep. At about 2:30am the front desk call to see if my issues had been resolved and offer to place me in another room…. This definitely qualifies and a never again for me!!!
- 5/5
Great location close to many restaurants
- 5/5
I didn't like the costumer service i received when i arrived i had to wait a hr then as im sitting in the lobby waiting a lady comes up and ask me oh are you still waiting to check in yes this is what yall told me to do then the lady had an attitude as she was helping me telling me i dont know who ruined your day but we was busy and had no control over this as if i had an attitude lady you the one with the attitude other than that your front staff people need an attitude adjustment
- 2/5
When I walked into the lobby the bar area was full & busy (good), you could tell that the area had been cleaned (smelled floral cleaning scent - like fabuloso) but the music was so loud it felt like I was clubbing or bar hopping. The next morning while showering a bug crawled out of the drain. Needless to say we did not stay for breakfast!! (I did ask the front desk mgr to have the room sprayed for bugs, at which point the hotel rep tried to indicate that maybe the bug was brought into the premises by me (landed on my shoulder or bags) - really?!? It came from the drainage, once I stressed this she acknowledged and proceeded to coordinate for big remediation
- 3/5
We were given the wrong rate for overnight parking, and the elevators smelled like smoke.
- 5/5
Was great as usual
- 5/5
From the time I got there everything was clean a cozy. The last night I sat at the fire pit a really enjoyed it.
- 2/5
Liked the staff but 1) no hot tub (hot tub was listed in the Expedia profile) 2) the pool was closed 3) the staff at the bar was short staffed so the bartender had to prepare meals and work with customers creating significant delays
- 3/5
Room was nice and roomy but the side chairs in living area were filthy. Didn’t feel comfortable even sitting in them . Also went down for breakfast (made to order) about 7 am and they only had one server working and this server was also their only cook. So they would take an order and run back to cook it. Took over 45 min to get a breakfast bowl and coffee. Also wanted the breakfast bowl w brown rice (which is on the menu) and was told they didn’t make any this morning also asked for over easy eggs (menu stated “eggs ur way” ) and was told “I don’t know how to cook that I can only scramble eggs?!! Spent $25 on this meal for it to just be thrown together and not at all like menu listed it.
- 4/5
In a great area and convenient shopping and food
- 5/5
Staff was very customer oriented. Property was very clean. Several dining options close by
- 5/5
The desk staff did an amazing job with providing us with the room and information about the hotel.
- 3/5
No hot water, Coffee pot and tray was very dirty. The room floor was not vacuum. Smell dope by the hallway coming out of room close to the elevator. Locked out of room the second night and we have to wait for maintenance man to come and force the door open. We have to demand for a relocation to another floor, and the staff gave us 20,000 points for the inconveniences. This Very unusual for Marriott Hotel.

Room wasn’t the cleanest. The bathroom shower had stains on the wall and the shower handle was broken and kept turning continuously. I wasn’t able to get hot water for the entire shower. It was hot for about 5 min then cold. I wouldn’t stay here again.
- 2/5
This property did not have hot water. It was very unfortunate to learn this after already booking.

It was a quick overnight stay everything was good, except bathroom floor hadn’t been cleaned when I checked in
