I like the look of the hotel. The elevators need a serious upgrade. The elevators are slow and old looking.

The property was excellent. It was clean with very nice decor and they staff very accommodating. The property had a very nice bar, indoor pool and patio/courtyard There was nothing worth mentioning to say there was something I did not like.

The hotel itself is veryyyyy nice and modern. Loved the look. The suite was very nice as well with the kitchen appliances. The bartender had the energy. The staff were great too. The breakfast tacos 10/10. My only complaint was the AC unit. It makes a loud scary noise everytime it’s getting ready to come on. I could not stand it. I don’t sleep hard so it literally woke me up everytime.

The over All experience that you anticipate. This location and all the comfort you desire in the Heart of The One and Only most highlighted places of Atlanta know worldwide as BUCKHEAD!! You can get no closer, Finer nor all day everyday entertaining and relaxing than the Home wood suites on Pharr Rd. Look no further nor wider or you will miss the Bliss of Atlanta. Park, Walk, transit you name it this Hotel is Bulls eye!! Book it and you will not regret it. Just stay not one at least two nights and each visit to the ATL you will repeat your stay just as I do and will continue to do!!!

Location was great, and my room was clean with plenty of natural light, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the service experience overshadowed the positives. The receptionist was very rude and barely acknowledged me upon arrival. At 11 PM, the front door was locked, and when I knocked, she seemed visibly annoyed and treated me poorly. The breakfast buffet was also disappointing. Several items were missing, and when we asked for replacements, the staff appeared bothered and took about 25 minutes to restock the food. To make matters worse, I was charged for parking even though I clearly stated that we did not use the parking garage. Overall, the lack of hospitality and poor customer service made this stay far less enjoyable than expected. Very disappointing experience from beginning to end. I booked a room for me and family. I ended up not going. I changed the name to my daughter's. The lady at front desk Angelica had an attitude and gave us a hard time. My daughter had to put her make up on in the lobby. And was late to her concert. We were very disappointed.

Breakfast was delicious. Loved that there were a variety of items to choose from.The chicken carnitas were awesome, so good:). The staff were friendly. The seating area was clean and comfortable. The elevators were a bit slow. And the water in some areas didn’t get hot.

It was all ok except the carpet in my room was stained and had an odor. I get that it’s a pet friendly hotel but that being said it should not SHOW or SMELL as if there was one there. I didn’t have a pet so I should not have been put into a doggie room. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good.

I loved the staff and facility layout. They meant it when they said breakfast, it was delicious and filling Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Lots of areas to explore and comfortably relax with friends. Roadway/entrance was a bit dicy but I'm not from the area so unused to big city driving

There were lots of kids going back and forth to the pool. I think they were on Spring Break. It was often loud even in my room with the door closed. I was on the 4th floor and I could still hear the traffic outside. The inside of the building is much older than it appears and the drainage system is slow in the bathroom.

The signage wasn't as clear as I would like at the Pharr Rd. entrance and as to the parking while I was checking in. I had to wander about trying to find the lobby entry.

I liked the full kitchen and complimentary breakfast. The hotel was very clean. The pool was cold. I thought my room had 2 beds but it had a bed and a pullout sofa. I was disappointed that my room didn’t have a bathtub.

Beautiful/comfortable property. The front desk staff didn't match the quality of customer service (attentiveness) Upon entry, no greeting until I got their attention. When inquired about something, no eye contact with response. (Customer care basics lacking)

The hotel itself felt very safe, which was something I really appreciated during my stay. Another big plus is the free self-parking, which is a great benefit in Buckhead where parking can often be expensive. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The suite-style rooms are spacious and perfect if you’re staying more than a night or two. I also liked having the small kitchen area, which made the room feel more like a home away from home. The complimentary breakfast was another highlight of the stay, with great breakfast options and a nice variety to choose from each morning. The staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out and always willing to help whenever needed. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay. If you’re visiting Atlanta and want a comfortable place in a great location with free parking, a safe environment, and great breakfast options, Homewood Suites Buckhead is definitely a solid choice. I’d gladly stay here again the next time I’m back in ATL.

Not 100% the hotels fault, but it’s very noisy at night. You can hear every time they through something in the garbage bins outside.

The amenities in the suite make life so easy when traveling with family or for an extended trip. You barely need to leave. The hotel enhances Like a lifestyle building or apartment. I love the breakfast, small apartment feel, lounge areas, gym is good for getting the body moving, the pool was clean and a cute outside area. It’s my go to when staying in ATL and it just keeps getting better! Customer service was as warm as I’d like. Strange vibe honestly.

The location is close to Buckhead neighborhood but traffic into downtown is horrible so if you have plans at GT or anything downtown allow 30+ minutes for travel. The gym is horrible. Breakfast is amazing.

The pillows were the only downside for me. I’ve had worse pillows, but I’ve also had better pillows.

Everything was very nice except the reception during check-in. I was polite and pleasant and the guy checking me in was dry and seemed bothered by me asking how his day was going. The man checking me out wasn't at desk when I walked up but he entered with an immediate apology and kindness. The check-in person, Gideon. I spoke and asked how his day was going. He responded dryly and seemed bothered by me.

I made the reservation on behalf of my wife. Homewood refused to let her have the room. She had to spend a half hour calling me and I had to speak with the manager twice before we got a “once only” exception.

Nice room, great breakfast. Only stayed one night & that night there were multiple car break-ins in the parking garage. We counted at least 7, we were told by another couple that it was 10-12. All SUV’s and all passenger windows. That’s Atlanta for you. Don’t keep valuables in your car and you won’t be a victim.

Loved the large fridge. The microwave and kitchen were nice to have. The room was very comfortable and perfect for what I needed. The elevator was a little slow and could be nicer. Although I used a local gym nearby and didn't really need them, the pool is small and there's not much of a fitness center. Overall the room was great, check in was quick and free parking was helpful.

Wish there was a “very good” category because that description would apply here. Homewood Suites in Buckhead had reasonable rates, a friendly, helpful staff, clean room, & most public spaces were very well maintained. Disappointments: Limited or no overnight security on our first night, several cars were broken into. (Apparently, other hotels were also hit. Better security was addressed for the rest of our stay.) Elevators need overhauling. They were safe, but shoddy compared to the otherwise lovely facility. Better pillows, please. Despite these points, I’d gladly return for another stay.

Parking was easy, check in was easy, they always had free coffee, the location was close to everything we needed, and our room had a full kitchen including fridge, hot plates, dishwasher, sink, garbage disposal, and dishes. The breakfast was good, the wifi was reliable, and there was even a decent table in the room that allows multiple people to sit at at once.

Upon arrival, there were two employees at the reception. One was on the computer, very unfriendly, not even a smile and said she was reading. The other was on the phone. Asked for my ID and kept talking without acknowledging us. Waited, waited, and waited. Angy must have kept us waiting for close to fifteen minutes. Finally, off the phone, and she didn't apologize for keeping us waiting. The other girl didn't even budge or do anything to help. It was a terrible check in!!

The location was ideal. It was a lot of areas of the hotel under construction which made it a bit of a headache for entry including parking. The room could have been cleaner but overall roomy and well decorated. Decent selection for breakfast. Friendly staff. Part of fee/cost taken a day or so prior to arrival.

I had a great stay

The property was good in a nice area. The check in clerk upon arrival was friendly and professional. The breakfast was nice and a decent assortment. It was quiet and peaceful, no disturbances. The room was very clean and the toiletries were of excellent quality. Streaming on the television was easy. My reason for not 5 stars, is that the pool needed to be cleaned. There was lots of hair in the pool, so we did not use.

Clerk who checked us in was not very personable. Not rude or hostile, just not very welcoming. HVAC system was very loud and blew cold air directly onto the bed. No place to hang clothing or robes in shower area.

Staff was noticeably inconvenienced having to get off the phone when I was trying to check in. Rude not inviting, not helpful and constantly playing loud videos on the phone. Not acknowledging guests entering the building, just zero customer service. My husband and I got sick in the evening and needed a new blanket. After calling they told us we have to come and get it. We were both throwing up and very sick and just ended up sleeping without a blanket. Property is under construction and is outdated. Breakfast was terrible. As a Hilton honors member this was the most disappointing stay I have ever had.

Room was clean and quiet. The hotel is going through renovations, so there are a few rough areas with construction, especially on the grounds and parking garage.

Upon arrival there is very minimal signage for driveway entrance and the actual hotel. A bit confusing parking garage is very tight. Front desk staff was pleasant. Hotel is undergoing renovations I was surprised at how clean the main areas and hallways were considering it is a pet friendly hotel. I will definitely be back and recommend to my family primarily because it is a 5min walk to my daughter’s apartment. The hot breakfast at no charge is a plus as well

Great overall stay. Renovations were going on while we were there. Clean building tasty breakfast. Strange homeless lady in the lobby when we came in last night, with her cart and all. Sitting right across from the host. Rooms were nice, bed was nice. Maybe a ghost in room 411. As we lost the remote control and searched everywhere three times before finding it in the center of the floor.

This property is being remodeled. The normal street entrance is closed and blocked with construction equipment such that when we arrived (10/28) at night, we were afraid we had been hoodwinked into booking a closed hotel. The current entrance is through a small alley that is shared with the building next door, also being remodeled. The inside was nice and the room clean. Our potty ran, but the sound was drowned by the AC. They had an odd setup where the bathroom lights were sometimes turned on with a motion sensor. If you are sleeping with your spose and get up during the night, you will both be shocked awake with the bright lights shining in your face. I say lights because it was both the bathroom and the little area in front of the bathroom. We could not figure out how to turn that off and we are half way smart people. The neighborhood is rough. We walked around to eat dinner and after going to two closed places finally just bought some frozen food at a Circle K and took it back to the room. Do not walk around alone. The hotel breakfast was good, but both mornings they had MSNBC playing loud on a large screen TV which detracted greatly (this was right before the election). The staff was nice, but not very energetic. I give it 4 stars because the inside was nice and clean and the price was good, but I would not stay there again.

Elevator button area was dirty/old. Before I used any towel there was a hair imbedded in each one as well as hair on the pillows before I even got on the bed. The vent in the bathroom did not work. There was no wear to hang like my razor or loofah in the shower. Usually there is like a soap dish holder or wall shelf in the shower to hold toiletries.

Worth every penny. I was extremely surprised at the level of luxury of this hotel based on the price. It has all the amenities and more of a luxury hotel. Kitchen, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, etc. The bed was super comfortable and everything was extremely clean. If I return to Atlanta I will definitely stay at this place again.

Loved the area and the property and the room. Only two quibbles about the room: a long-term stay room needs a comfortable to lounge in, and the shower room needs garment hooks. Front desk staff was polite-once they finished on their phones. Breakfast spread was wonderful.

Manager and staff were rude. We had bugs. They had cold breakfast. Terrible customer service. The parking was outrageously bad. And the garage stairway is very dangerous. I heard someone cuss me out. The water pressure was bad. The bathrooms werent cleaned properly. No room service. I wanted to cry and get out of there.

The front desk rep service was excellent, we arrived early and I stopped the earliest check in available and he allow us to check in that early and gave us and upgraded room. The only thing I didn't like about it is the garage is too small, I had trouble driving around because I drive a truck but with an small vehicle is much easier.

The two ladies at the front desk Ms. Amber and Ms. Pauline was so accommodating and helpful, friendly, spoke to all the guest with respect. The airline lost our luggage and they was telling us the closest places to the hotel to get things that we needed. They held the bag once it was found and delivered. 5star hotel and 5star host.

The gentleman that checked us in barely said a word to us. We had to ask where the elevator was. When we got to the room, there was only one towel. I went back downstairs to request another and asked where the nearest convenience store was. The gentleman at the desk never looked up but said "down the street." Breakfast was missing half the items, they were refilled 10 minutes before the breakfast area closed. Their was dirt in the bathtub corners. Other than that the room was clean ablnd the bed was clean.

We had a nice evening in ATL. The hotel is located in an area that makes it easy to get to the interstate but not super populated. It has went under renovation recently and is going to be really nice once completed. Our suite was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable and sheets soft. I have paid a lot more for less in Atlanta.

As we walked in she was fussing with the guests in front of us and then when we got to the desk she gave us a hard time about one of guests not being able to use his card for incidentals unless we added his name to the reservation and then told us we not going to be able to add it but we just called hilton and they were beyond happy to do it. She had a very bad attitude and is not nice at all. They are gonna have alot of bad reviews on account of her and the way she treats the guests. It's like she is mad at the world and doesn't know why. This hotel will not be our first choice in the future due to Amber working there. They really need to get rid of her. She is the first impression of the hotel when guests arrive and she is a bad one with an extremely bad attitude. and she had this smirk on her face like she was getting pleasure out of us not being able to check in after we've driven over 2 hours. She was so negative. At any hotel anyone guest can add their card for incidentals if they're present and hotels are different so we had no problem doing it but she was taunting saying we won't be able to do it and it's like she was getting pleasure out of all of this. She is not a good look for that hotel. Hopefully they can do something with her.

Stayed for a night, thank god it wasn’t for more than that. There was no toilet paper and covers for sofa bed, when asked for both the front desk says you need to come downstairs and get it.

I was surprised to read some of the reviews on Google about this hotel and was really worried about our stay. Gladly, our stay here was better than expected. The only complaints were that the room was not really clean and the parking ramp. There was a used washcloth on one of the lower shelves of the sink, some spray residue on the bathroom door, etc. The ramp was a little sketchy with some random people hanging out there.

Check in was smooth the room was clean. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will be back next time we visit Georgia. My only complaint was the water pressure but it wasn’t a deal breaker for us.

The rooms we stayed in were well appointed. King sized beds were comfy. The AC in the standard king suite we stayed in was quite loud. Couldn’t watch TV over it, loud. That’s really the only complaint about the room. Staff was friendly enough. Had a couple less than happy interactions with the front desk but no one was outright rude, and overall I felt the staff was nice. The grounds need work. There’s no pedestrian access to the hotel currently, you have to walk up the on ramp to the shared parking lot/garage with the adjacent office building. There’s also no good place on site to walk your dog, should you bring one. There’s what looks like used to or will be a courtyard, but apart from that you’ll need to walk across the street to get some grass. I’d think once the renovations are done a lot of these issues with be resolved. Overall I’m pleased with the stay, but don’t think I’ll go out of my way to stay here again.

Hotel is being renovated and rooms are very comfy and spacious. Cleaning crew was awesome and always kind to us. The front desk guy that was there at the time of our check in was unkindly and seemed to be bored working there.

The room was comfortable. The hot water in the shower was not instant, I had to run it for at least 10 minutes before I got hot water.

We entered the hotel after check-in time but they still had to check if our room was ready. The room was 76 degrees when we entered and putting the air conditioning on full blast never got the temperature below 73 which is not a comfortable sleeping temperature especially for our 8 month old (it was in the 30s outside so we couldn't open the windows). The newly renovated room already had ripped carpet, the dishwasher had glass, a random piece of metal, smashed beans and what looked like hardened oatmeal in the bottom. We saw a cockroach in the cabinet under the sink in the kitchen, witnessed a bug crawl out of a crack in the kitchen backsplash onto the counter and the bathtub had a layer of grime and dust that we had to clean before putting our kids in it for a bath.

The place looks amazing! Even with the renovation on going. The PLACE LOOKS AMAZING. THE ROOMS ARE ALSO AMAZING...

Great location and great area

There is no signage in front of this hotel. I circled 3 times before figuring out where to park. There is lots of construction and the room I had was not yet upgraded. Bathroom faucet didn’t work so I used the kitchen sink. Hope they can take these notes and make quick improvements.

Didn’t disclose that they are currently under renovation. All public areas closed. Will be a nice hotel once done. I wish though they would have been more truthful about their current state.

We enjoyed our stay, will be back for sure! Hopefully by summer 2024 all renovations will be completed

Clean! Wish we would have known that the pool and hot tub were going to be closed though as we intended to enjoy both amenities while there. Otherwise, clean and comfy.
