Front desk was amazing. Had an awesome time watching the Knicks win the Championship at the bar!

The street noise was bad until after 2:00 am. There are LOUD motorcycles racing down the streets. We were on the 6th floor.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was exactly as described and we felt very safe during our stay. This hotel is at a perfect location when visiting Buckhead. The mattress was a little soft for my preference but was fine for our stay,. I really dont have an complaints.

The front desk staff were exceptional. However, the night security stated we were extremely loud and were non-compliant with the quiet time schedule. Although we were in the garden area where there wasn’t a notice that extended quiet time to that area. The security guard needs to improve on his professionalism.

It was one of the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed I checked out two days prior . The carpet was dirty service was terrible I had to ask to have my room cleaned daily and even after o asked my room was not cleaned when I got back I had to ask for clean towels over all very bad service will never stay there again

We stayed in the 2 Queen suite and had plenty of space for the 5 of us. The hotel is in a great central location for going to the Aquarium & Truist Park. We enjoyed being able to walk to the grocery store, shops, & restaurants near the hotel as well. The parking was convenient. The overall price was very reasonable & affordable.

Gave at Hyatt Place Atlanta/Buckhead a clear chance to address the theft of my earbuds. He dismissed my concern and never followed up, despite asking for my number as if he intended to call. It’s the principle — customers deserve to be taken seriously. The hotel itself is outdated, lacks basic amenities like microwaves, and the breakfast doesn’t match the price point. Overall, the experience felt more like a Motel 6 with a Buckhead ZIP code than a Hyatt. WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!

The room smelled like a nursing home every time the air conditioner came on. The carpet felt slightly damp and were outdated. The shower drain was clogged, so we were moved to another room. We had trouble sleeping because you could hear the loud cars revving down the main road. The staff was helpful and friendly though and the location is very convenient to everything.

Breakfast was cheap. Bacon bits? Seriously? At the price you charge, real bacon should have been standard. It is in most of the other places I stay at. No grits, food was generally cold and the hash browns were all soft. Have your crew work smarter and harder to provide something better than old food. Carpets not cleaned, the breakfast was subpar. Staff was excellent, location was excellent, as was that restaurant you offered a 15% coupon for. Louisiana Beaurdoux. Damn, that was the highlight of my stay! Also, walking so far to get your car was a PIA. but that's why I avoid cities.

Nowhere to park during peak check in time. Check in was slow. Can only park on certain levels in the parking garage. We wouldn't have known unless we asked. The room was cramped, nothing like the photos on their website. Sofa bed was not comfortable when used as a sofa. Chair at the desk was old & beat up. No microwave. The view was a white wall to the building next door. Shower doors were off kilter. The outside noise kept waking us up. Loud traffic could be heard & we could hear whatever it was that kept turning off and on below us. Sounded like a plane taking off. Guess you get what you pay for. I expected more from the Hilton brand.

Clean and nice hotel in an excellent location in Buckhead. The parking situation is not the best as you have to walk outside to get into a parking garage and then walk out again to the hotel. But the staff is very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and very big - great stay overall!

Great Location, room was spacious. Parking is weird. Not enough info regarding parking before you arrive. The spaces reserved to park during check in were taken up by guest who used the spaces to park for their entire stay. I paid for two spaces for two days while I noticed the guest who were taking up the checkin spaces avoided the parking fees by not moving from the timed spaces the entire weekend, The clearly marked check in only spaces were occupied my entire stay by the same three cars that were unpacking to check in when I arrived. I had to park on the fourth floor of the parking deck check in, pay for the two days for two cars go back to the parking deck drag two cars worth of luggage back to the hotel. The guest spaces went unchecked the entire weekend resulting in the guest who parked in the spaces at the same time that I arrived had to receive free parking and the conscience of not having to hike back and fourth to their car. No way was I the only guest upset by the same three cars utilizing the loading and unloading spots for three entire days. If I noticed it how could the hotel staff not see it, but had stressed to us at check in that we needed to pay the parking fees?

Room wasn't cleaned even if I asked the cleaner on the floor unless I went to the front desk and asked for it. Even then the room was barely cleaned. Outside of close proximity to the conference in buckhead I would stay somewhere else. Most of the area around was under construction.

I stay here most of the time when I visit Atlanta. It is in a very walkable area. The hotel is nice. The carpet could use a deep cleaning. As a matter of fact it would be even better if they renovated and just added hardwood floors. The location is convenient. Next to a Publix grocery store and plenty of food options. Also not far from the mall. Parking is pretty easy. The rooms are large and offers a refrigerator in the room. No microwave but there is one downstairs.

We parked in handicap space in front and never moved the car (I have a sticker on my tag, so it was a legal park). At check out, we were charged parking for the lot, and we told the lady we didn’t move the car to the lot. She said ok, it’s not on your bill. We load the car, and the receipt still has charge on it. So back inside to get that straight.

The hotel was not clean we arrived and the King room we booked was not avaliable. So we were given a double room which smelled like dog urine. I went to lift up the toilet seat and there was urine on it which means the room wasn't clean. I called the front desk and the switched my room to another room. The second room didnt smell good either the couch in the room was dirty. The next day we went back down stairs and asked about switching to a king room. They had a king room being cleaned and so they switched us to that room. That room was a bit better but still not up to Hyatt standards that I used to there was to big stains in the carpet and the shower wasn't very clean. I expect more when staying in a Hyatt hotel and especially it being in a nice area I was very disappointed with this hotel.

Tears in rug in hallway, carpet in room was dirty/burn marks. Mold in shower track, dust on room divider, light scones, dirty/stained curtains. Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. Parking garage elevator was not the best. Would “stick” before opening. Room faced towards garage/restaurant and there was a lot of noise at night.

Late check in for our group because of a soccer match. The front door was locked for safety reasons, understandable. But the staff member that opened the door reeked of marijuana. The desk person who actually checked us in had issues with the card reader for the credit card and this apparently made her rude toward my wife. Not a good start.

This is my go to property when visiting Atlanta. The rooms are a great size, and the customer service never disappoints. You also cannot beat the location! Easy access to restaurants, shopping, and even a huge Publix is around the corner.

Front desk stuff had a bad attitude and looked like they don't welcome customers when I checked in. Room was spacious but at late night there were very loud motorcycles sound every hour or so down the street and that definitely disrupts the sleep.

Every person I encountered at this location went above and beyond. When travel plans were effected for both my check in AND check out the staff was incredibly helpful and really saved my daughter’s birthday. The extended options for early check in /late check out were extremely helpful.

The high-light of the entire stay was the lady who helped us with breakfast - her kindness and professionalism was so refreshing.

Overall, the stay was ok. Our room was at the front of the building and around 2am there would be street racing going on. Super loud cars. Really didn’t like listening to it all night. There was a family reunion going on while we were there and the hotel said at 10pm - 6am was quiet hours. It was not. The reunion was loud and outside the front of the building. So we could hear them as well. Breakfast was alright, although they did have something different that was hot/cooked each morning.

This Hyatt is in a great location surrounding lots of dining and shopping. However, the breakfast experience made me think twice about considering complimentary breakfast as a good reason to stay here. But more importantly, my room door did not truly lock. In spite of informing staff, we were not moved to a different room. Fortunately, we were not broken into. But I will not take this chance again.

The property does not have adequate parking. They use a parking garage located near the hotel. Hotel guests can only park on the 3rd and 6th floors of this garage. Both nights we had to park on the 6th floor. On Saturday night me and my sister almost got stuck in the elevator going to our car. The elevator stopped on the 5th floor. We had to walk upstairs to get to the 6th floor. This was around 9:45pm. After returning back to the hotel the elevator did not work at all. We pushed the button elevator doors never opened. We had to walk down from the 6th floor. This was around 1:30am. When got inside the hotel we informed the front desk clerk that the elevator was broken. He stated that “the hotel doesn’t own the parking garage but he would call and try to get someone to come out.” We checked out on Sunday and the elevator was still not functioning. Again, we had to walk up to the 6th floor to retrieve our vehicle. Parking at this property is $18 a day. I would not recommend this property to anyone because of the parking situation. Having to walk up and down stairwells at night is dangerous, especially in an area where homeless people can easily access the property.

The room was okay not great. No sheets for pullout sofa , not enough towels . The front desk not helpful and when asked about towels none were available. Did not sleep but a couple of hours all we could hear is loud racing noises sounded like we were at a car show . Very hard to sleep with all that noise every 5 seconds. Pillows and bed not comfortable.

What I liked most about this property is that it feels well-kept and secure. The layout is practical, and I can really see myself being comfortable here. The neighborhood also seems peaceful, and that’s important to me — I’m looking for a place that feels like home, not just somewhere to sleep.

Staff was average. Could do with some additional customer service and presentation training. Had an incident where staff accessed my room for cleaning an hour after checking in. Also, tried to check in early and was told check in is at 3pm and there would be an early check in $40 charge even though a room was available. Then began working in the lobby only to be told about noon that I could be checked into my room. Convoluted, unnecessary and inconsistent

The staff, all that I saw the 5 days of staying there seemed young, untrained, no hospitality training, could careless about guest. When i asked young girl who worked maybe 3-11pm, she had a not so great attitude, almost made me go there with her. The night audit guy, he seemed sketchy, i didnt feel comfortable giving him information to charge items to my room. At Check-out early AM..before 6am, he just told me to leave keys on counter, and hed take care of it...i was not offered a receipt, or anything, these people work in the wrong industry. I guess this hotel just needed people to work, but, at least spend time training thrmand how to treat a ghest. I have work in Hotels over 15 years, and felt like this was very unacceptable, especially when i asked about how do I find something to eat around, the young lady just told me go on Uber Eats, or the other delivery services, abd look them up. She didnt offer to assist, give me suggestions, let me know what was open at the time of night I got in..i couldnt wait to get out of there. I didnt even feel comfortable having housekeeping serve my room, but one day of the 5 days of my stay. Im sorry. I dont think id stay there again.

Will definitely stay at again next time I’m in Atlanta and highly recommend!

We experienced bed bugs on our room and also some other type of bugs crawling in the next room they put us in. It was unexceptionable

Only major issue the elevator, they took forever and seemed like they barely worked. Kinda scary. Nice enough and decent location.

This is the place to stay in Buckhead!! Don’t pay more for anywhere else it won’t be worth it!!! Rooms are incredibly spacious with living and sleeping areas, could stay here a week at least comfortably and I’m sad I’m only here one night!!!! Perfect hotel with convenient parking!!!!

Staff was friendly. Had to ask every day for towels and pillows for my kids. Every time they cleaned they wouldn't replace what they took. Breakfast was fantastic. Beds are not very comfortable. Bathrooms were oddly configured.they hold 50 per night on a card. But again tye breakfast was delicious and the staff were extremely friendly. Many food choices and walking distance to a grocery store. Nice ice cream parlor around the corner for the kids. Very clean rooms too!

Room was dirty, elevators were smelly, you could easily hear road noise in the room. Unfriendly staff and during breakfast time, hot water for tea was dirty and it was just not positive experience in any shape. Highly disappointed with quality and services received.

Excellent hospitality

I was very disappointed with the lack of hospitality at this hotel. When I first walked in I didn't even know where the front desk was. A lady sitting in the lobby in a far corner acknowledged me after I said how do I check in, where's the front dwsk. She got up to check me in , gave me directions on where to park and that was it. I had to ask about any other services you may have offered. My husband and I were disappointed about where we had to park. We had to do two trips to get everything we needed out of the car and into our room. When we finally settled in, I realized the phone didn’t work because I was trying to call the front desk about the fridge that didn’t seem to work. The new guy at the front desk didn't even answer the phone, he just kept placing me on hold. After being on hold twice for 5 minutes each time, he finally answered. I told him of my problems but I just wanted to know which way do I turn the fridge dial to make it cooler. He said I'll send a maintance man and hung up. The maintenance man showed up in a dwcent amount of time and showed me how to use the phone. I had to push a green button to turn it on. As for the fridge, it never got cool and I didn’t feel.like dealing with the front desk anymore. He told me if I wanted a microwave I had to go down in the breakfast area to use the guest one. This was my 50th pre-birthday weekend girls staycation trip. I was so excited to spend the weekend in Buckhead. I had no idea that the hotel room would be in bad shape and that the hotel wasn’t like the pictures. First, the furniture is old, dirty, stained and outdated. Second, the bar is basically the front desk counter. The restaurant is the front desk counter as well. Third, the bathroom toilet kept running while not filling the tank. Fourth, the sofa had a musty smell and it was sinking in. Fifth, the bed is so small that only one adult can fit. Lastly, on Saturday morning we left and enjoyed the city for the day. When I returned around 2ish my room was never cleaned and the dirty towels weren’t replaced. I tried calling front desk but the phone didn’t work. So I took the elevator back down stairs to the front desk to complain. I received a set of towels from the gentleman but it clearly wasn’t enough towels. I had to ask him to send someone up to bring more towels and get the dirty towels and trash from the room. The housekeeper came up with 50 gallon trash bag for the small trash can. He had to tie it multiple times to fit. I left the room to get a massage and returned back later in the evening. The smell from the sofa was getting stronger. At that point I was so over it. I had enough with this hotel. I packed my suitcase and headed back home.

Check in wasn’t smooth but everyone was polite.

Several outlets in the room didn’t work. We arrive after midnight and room wasn’t ready.

Very average property, there are better hotels around this area.

My fav hotel

During our stay on April 30-May 2, 2025 Room 625: Wet blood was found on the bed linens. Room 316: Bed sheets were soiled with a brownish residue. Room 123: The shower was filthy, containing hair and grime, and the sofa was heavily stained and soiled. The GM, Dan offered remove the cost of our room our stay for a day on e we spoke with him directly. Consequently, Dan didn’t follow up on the status of our refund.

Nice hotel in the heart of Buckhead. The room was great- comfy bed and good shower. Nice breakfast. The paid parking was close and secure. Some street noice overnight, which maybe typical for the area.

Did not have the room type I reserved and paid extra for. Strange staining in the curtains. Rude staff. Unclean breakfast area.

The only complaint is the nightly noise of traffic but the Hotel and staff can’t help with that we are aware. Thank you Martha for going the extra mile!

I stay here at times. In this trip breakfast was not food at all. Cook must have change. Very disappointed and the room they gave me I was hearing music from the window. It was a work trip like always and a good night sleep is important.

Very nice and helpful employees. One suggestion for guests. If you think you may need a microwave let them know when you make your reservation. They can put one in the room for you upon request.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I had my 13th year daughter’s birthday here and it was amazing. Ali had amazing customer service. She was very professional and helpful.

The staff were friendly and helpful, parking was convenient (a little expensive) and the hotel was very conveniently located for anyone wanting to be near lots of food, entertainment, and shopping options. The only negative was the breakfast arrangement. It was chaotic and disorganized. Not once were there enough plates, bowls, or cutlery for the very normal number of guests present. More often than not, the actual food was all gone as well. The staff did their best to replenish, though!

The room was the most disappointing. The room itself was large, which was great but the cleanliness level was disturbing. Tons of mold in the bathroom, it’s obvious they’re struggling with a leak in the ceiling because you can see the bubbling and previous repair attempts. The bedding and bed underskirt was dirty and not a little dirty, it was very dirty. Walking from the parking garage to the hotel, all you could smell was weed, which was interesting explaining to a 9 year old. Also there wasn’t good lighting considering the closest entrance is at the side of the building. If you’re looking for a place to stay with your family, I would not recommend this one. I would add the little staff we did see, were very nice.

It smell really bad of Marijuana in the lobby and on the elevator. We went to enjoy with my family and explaining my little ones what is that smells, and i wasn't told Hyatt charge for the parking.

I liked the area but the room was dated and didnt look that clean, i found a hardboiled egg in my fridge and hair on all my towels!

Soon as I walk in the room it had the strong smell of urine. The second room I was given had ants all over the restroom floor. Finally given a room that wasn't bad, but the remote didn't work. Really spoiled my evening. Barely recieved an apology. Not what I would expect from such a high end area. I don't recommend this hotel. It won't let me download the pictures I want to share.

hotel was great and customer service was great. the only down part is that i was told that the parking was gonna be charge when i check out but which i did and still received a bill from the parking company that i need to pay
