Everything was clean. The staff was super helpful. The breakfast was decent. Beds were comfy. But were not a queen size bed. All in all. Great stay and will stay again

I booked a King bedroom with an accessible bathroom that clearly showed a bathtub with grab bars in the Expedia confirmation. At check‑in, I was given a standard shower‑only bathroom. After I complained, the front desk moved me to another room, but it was still the wrong type — a roll‑in shower with no bathtub. Even after I showed my confirmation and photos, the staff insisted that the bathtub room type “did not exist.” I contacted Expedia, who spoke with another staff member and the manager. I was told to come back the next day at noon for the correct room. The next day, they said the room wasn’t ready and would call me when it was available. I waited in my room for FOUR hours with no call, and only when I went back to the front desk did they finally give me the room. In that room, the bathtub drain stopper was broken and couldn’t hold water. Other issues: ants in the room, housekeeping not cleaning as promised (every other day), the drinking water dispenser not working properly, and parking at $28 per day with limited spaces, so we often had to park in a neighboring lot (overflow parking area) and walk in the rain. The location and breakfast were good, but overall the stay was frustrating. I will not return.

The hotel itself was fine but parking was very inconvenient. The parking deck was not attached to the hotel so you have to park, get on an elevator, then walk to the hotel and get on another elevator to find room. Will not be staying here again for this reason.

The location Service was poor, ordinary things not in stock like black tea, lights not working, they don’t clean the room daily, shower not strong, breakfast full of processed garbage food, eggs from powder, would never stay there again.

The staff did a really good job. However, I’m on business Travel and they had no Wi-Fi. I had a long day of travel and I got to my room at about 9 o’clock and it was about 85° and I think the bathroom was well into the 90s. It was not a great way to start my trip. It’s a clean and well maintained property with good staff just some hiccups and bumps.

Everything was great except the parking and our beds were hard, well, the mattresses were hard. My husband and I had no idea we had to pay for parking ($28) a night. It was not specified when we were originally booking the hotel. So, that was a surprise to us when we were checking in. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Conveniently located a few miles from Chastain Park, where I attended a concert. There are also bars and restaurants within walking distance. The only inconvenience is when the main parking lot is full. There is no indication outside that it is full. You then have to go inside to the desk to get a pass for the overflow lot. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and will stay here again if I need to.

The bed wasn’t comfortable at all, and not hot water out of the sink, and incidentals were 100 a day, 28 dollars to park per day.

My ONLY issue was the pull out bed didn’t have a comforter and when I called down for more blankets, a man came to the door and dropped off two sets of sheets…no blankets…no comforter. It was late and we were tired, so I didn’t complain and demand they bring something else, BUT there really should be a comforter in the room for the pull out bed not just a sheet set and thin cover.

The air conditioning didn't function for the first 2-3 days I was there for, thankfully they fixed it for the most part halfway through, but come on guys you couldn't have made sure it was working before a reservation made 6 months in advance arrived?

Place is absolutely gorgeous, rooms are clean and up to date. The only knock for me is the pool looks like a decent size from the images, but is actually quite small. But staff was amazing, everything else was perfect??? 9.9/10

The morning breakfast was great, with a rotating waffle flavor of the day left me excited to see what the next day would bring. The room maintenance was orderly and neat, and when our AC stopped working. They fixed it so quickly we didnt even know they came in while we were out. The rooms were clean, the hoteliers were friendly, the art pieces were very cool, i loved the crystal chunk ceiling in one area. All in all a great stay, definitely left us with a good view on Atlanta as a whole while we were visiting.

Everything was great but just be careful when booking with this hotel website doesn't tell you it's a $100 a night deposit instead of $150 for entire stay like Aimbridge hospitality I work for. Just be prepared to pay $100 deposit for each night that's what Front desk staff said no cash card deposit only.

Breakfast was a bit off the morning we were there. Some hot items were not replenished when container empty, but it's likely because of a disaster that happened when replacing milk in the empty dispenser. Milk went everywhere and the attendant was addressing that issue.

Parking was a problem; the staff gave inadequate instructions about using the overflow parking lot and so we paid and extra $28 for overnight parking to the other garage. It was simply poor customer service and basic rudeness in the manner the front-desk staff communicated. The room was spacious and the elevators really fast. Shower pressure and water temp were great. Towels were not soft and not large. Barn-style doors on the bathroom are not my favorite, but it's a trend that will eventually die out I hope. The mattress was good but not great--not quite firm enough for my taste so I woke with a stiff back.

The lobby is nicely presented. It gives a high-end vibe. However, the hotel rooms are 80-90s basic rooms but spacious and newly renovated. The beds are comfortable. The towels smell clean and plenty of them. Personal hygiene items (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion) are available via wall dispensers. The room amenities are a microwaves, refrigerators, a shabby ironing board, and an iron. Parking is $29 per night which is steal for the Atlanta area. Currently, road construction is happening close by. Guests can miss the entrance. Also, there is a Hampton Inn motel style nearby that create confusion, beware. A restaurant is downstairs and a Louisiana Bistreaux is next door where I can say the food is delicious. A fitness gym is nearby as well. The location is perfectly seated for shopping, entertainment, and casual/fine dining. I have stayed twice. I am willing to book again.

The staff was pleasant, helpful, and professional . I liked the convenience of parking on site, although I was initially surprised at the cost. Continent breakfast is always a plus.

I have never stayed at a hotel where noone came and serviced our room. I did see the sign that said they only serviced every other day(which I thought was strange for a HILTON). But upon arrival we(a group of 3) only had 4 towels and 1 roll of toilet paper. Even after our second day we still had NO SERVICE. I was able to ask the janitor for a roll of tissue. Even when I went to the desk after being out all day i was told the best they could do was bring us some towels. Needless to say I will NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN. And I am a reward member with this chain.

Breakfast was convenient but should start before 7 AM in Atlanta. Most coffee shops are serving by 630A. Parking is $28.00 in Buckhead not The City of Atlanta under the hotel with a very limited amount of spaces. The overflow is next door in a public parking garage without a less secured feeling for any single traveler. The AC/Heating unit was popping and smoking in my room. Management removed a day of parking fees for the inconvenience of sleep. Hilton Honors Membership was honored.

The hotel had a bad smell when I opened the door, and the toilet flush didn’t work. Even when I moved to a different room, the clog persisted. I won’t be returning to this hotel and won’t recommend it to my family and friends.

This hotel is very basic like the 70s-80s amenities. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.There was a microwave and small refrigerator in the room. Parking is limited and it is about $30 per night. It's located near Buckhead Mall. Lastly, the bathroom sink faucet was loose.

I specifically chose this hotel because it had an outdooe pool and the picture on the website showed lounge/pool chairs. Our plan was to lay by the pool. This was not possible because there was not a single lounge/lay by the pool chair around. Very disappointing and falsely advertised.

Hotel was clean in itself and front desk staff nice. Our room however didn't get cleaned properly(bathroom) which is the main area I would check for cleanliness. We could tell nothing was wiped down.

The breakfast menu was very delicious.the room was always prepared every time we arrived with new towels, freshly made bed and everything very organized. Definitely will stay here all over again considering it's very close to everything we wanted to do.

Check in was good but the clerk checked me in under someone else's reservation. I was quite embarrassed when the original customer walked into the room. The clerk on staff corrected the situation and I was able to keep the upgraded room plus a void of the incidental fees.

They do not serve a continental breakfast - it is a full hot breakfast with eggs, usually potatoes and bacon or sausage. Sunday morning it was biscuits and gravy. They also have waffle makers, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, and pastries. It is served 7am to 10 am every day. Loved my oversized room, too!

When returning to ATL, this will def be our top pick for our stay.

Surprisingly outdated facility for area. Parking in the bottom garage filled up quickly and did not offer a safe, protected feeling when going to and fro at night. Front desk staff not as inviting or cordial as you'd expect from a hotel, especially in the area.

Breakfast menu was random selection the food wasn’t tasteful or the presentation. The rooms need to be repainted and upgraded some. Housekeeping should be available upon request. I waited 1hr for clean towels. The check out process was horrible nobody was at the desk at 6am I waited for 30 min until someone arrived. Still haven’t received my incidental deposit as well. Staff wasn’t very friendly

It was clean. Staff very nice. However, that mattress on the beds were the worst I have slept in. Those mattresses must have been the first mattresses ever put in the beds. They were so broken down from where people sat on the edge that I thought I might fall out of bed.

Very good we had a good experience with the staff. And my last day the temperature outside was 3° and the heater stopped working. I called the guest services. They immediately sent a technician they couldn’t fix it and they move me immediately with no problems. I will definitely stay there Again. Also, breakfast had great choices.

Front desk was friendly and everything was a fast process. The room was clean and nice. We stayed the night of a windstorm and the ac thermostat was not working. My room was very cold the heat would not come on. Overall my stay was nice minus the cold.

Worst experience at a Hilton Inn ever. Not expecting that at all, especially in Buckhead part of Atlanta

Room was in good condition. Hotel receptionist did not mention the temporary hold until we had to check in. The hold needs to be placed on the website and on booking sites.

The staff was very accommodating one woman found out. It was my son’s birthday weekend and gave him a little candy and then my son got a terrible stomach virus and they let us stay past regular checkout for a small fee which I thought was very fair considering we couldn’t go anywhere due to his stomach virus. If I was to visit Atlanta again, I would definitely come here.

Austin was terrific but other agent gave me attitude when I checked in over the very different fee rates between both Hampton two blocks from each other. Guests smoking pot in parking garage so building smelt like it. Brand new TVs that aren't smart TVs with limited streaming apps and no ability to mirror or cast from phone. Waste of money!!

I didn’t actually stay at the hotel. I booked the hotel but then within 24 hours had to cancel my trip but the hotel said no refunds. I was out a.LOT of money. I bought the insurance but after further reading the insurance was only if you stayed and tore stuff up.

Stayed for a week. The clean room and the towel replacements were incredible, and the breakfast was amazing.

Was not worth what I paid. Rooms were not that clean. Breakfast was average, they only have apple juice available AND the machine ran out and they never replaced it. Tissue holder was broke, scum on the bathroom walls and the elevators are broke down. The best thing about my stay was Ebony’s customer service and the area has a lot of walkable streets and stores.

Do not recommend. Breakfast was very minimal and the quality was not good. Only 1 worker was at the hotel and the door keys would not work. He advised for either me or my daughter to stay in the room at all times instead of fixing the problem. There were no garbage bags in the receptacles.

Check-in was quick and easy. Room was clean. If you have dogs or cats they do except. Just bring your items need for your pet. Everyday my family was there. The staff was friendly and helpful. One thing to ask for is the overflow parking pass when you check-in. They only have a small underground parking and once they are full. You have to go to that overflow garage anyway so ask to be setup with that so it saves you the headache. The hotel was conveniently located by restaurants, gym, Publix and more all in walking distance. The hotel itself was located in a great location so you weren't too far from surrounding attractions.

The amenities were okay but they never informed about parking being extra or having to pay a deposit of 100 per day which was basically like paying reservation twice

I never was able to get the room do to me arriving late from being stuck in traffic. Was told it was $200.00 for the two nights which really was going to be one . Property wouldn’t work anything out.

One star off for odd incidental policy; most hotels place a small hold but this location put a $400 hold despite my stay being prepaid. I also didn’t get my receipt till I called. Elevators were fast and went straight from lobby to parking garage. A pleasant and comfortable place to stay!

Great hotel. Within walking distance of Publix and great restaurants. I like the parking garage in the basement that has an elevator that takes you directly to your floor room.

Staff member at front desk extremely rude. Said she would no longer talk to us (and refused to speak), left with my husband's id for 10min, and then said she would cancel our reservation if we didn't shut up and do as she said.

Overall stay was great. However, we ran into an issue with our room but was moved without hesitation. All front desk folks were nice and helpful. Location was exactly what we needed. Only thing I would recommend is going down on the daily parking fee. When I arrived the fee was two more dollars than what was on booking site.

House keeping was to be every other day. We were there for 4 nights. No house keeping the entire time. The desk chair back was broken. The lampshades were broken. The room was in need of repairs. Overall it was a decent stay. Unfortunately when we arrived and went to shower, we found the shower covered in long strands of hair and (yes I’m serious) pubic hair. Then there were either coffee grounds or dirt swept next to the wall in front of our closet. Last but not least, the view from our window was literally a lower roof with a generator or something sitting right in front of us. We couldn’t see the building around us. Aside from those thing, the employees were so sweet and our bed was comfy. The rest of the room was fine.

He knew I was nervous about a procedure I was having at Emory Hospital, and he was so sweet and calmed me down and I will always be grateful to him. Thank you.

Tub not draining during shower, window shade didn’t come down so all the light from front of building and business across the street lit up my room all night. I could clearly see thru the curtain into the building across the street everything they were doing so I know they could see me too. I also asked for a wake up call THAT NEVER CAME. I could have missed my flight.

Very nice hotel and the staff was very responsive. With that said, lots of construction going on outside, which has traffic snarled up and parking is $28 per night. Another thing of which to be aware, this property is 2 blocks from another Hampton Inn on the same street. We (and the people in front of us at the desk) both stopped at the first property we came to and were told to proceed to the next Hampton Inn just up the street.

Nov 5, 2025 7pm. 6th hotel we checked in due to our roadtrip from CA to VA not happy how the front desk receptionist do his job he seems mad because I dont know what hilton honor is. He said he enrolled me hilton honor which he didnt explained what it is. I just want to check in and rest thats why we booked a hotel. The five prior hotel experienced was great bc i didnt have any comment to their receiptionist. This guy did not even metioned free breakfast so we have to call when we get the room. Other than that great room and super clean and the food is also good.

Maintenance was running a very loud motor, room by room in all the unoccupied rooms around us and above us late at night (past 9:30pm). This finally abated, then at 10:30pm they ran an extremely loud concrete polisher outside our window.

I was able to upgrade my room effortlessly. At the time of my booking my preferred room wasn't available. However, on site was a different experience. Both rooms were clean and the hallways were clean also. I utilized the gym- clean space with excellent equipment. Breakfast was something to look forward to, everyday was not the same. Whatever it was, there was something hot everyday. I enjoyed the self-made waffles varying in flavors. Coffees, teas and waters were available 24hrs. At the front desk, a snack choice was available everyday, I won't spoil the fun. You have to go to know! Shout out to the front desk who made my trip extra special..your professionalism, attention to detail, meticulous handling of your guests. Everybody left with understanding what was said. Your patience, unmatched for the challenges faced with a busy front desk...guest always left with laughter and a smile. Thank you to the staff who madw sure breakfast was hot, fresh and replenished. Thank you to thr staff who always help to keep the establishment clean and smelling good. Late night crew was a young man paired with a security guard. I see you and Thank you- i know it isn't easy! The staff at Hampton Inn was pleasant and friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The rooms were comfortable. The location of the hotel, near a small shopping area with a grocery store and a few restaurants made dining options easy. One minor drawback of the stay (not the hotel's fault) is the construction outside. There was a metal plate that would make a loud noise when cars drove over it. You got to hear the noise all night.

I liked how walkable the area was and the hotel was quiet and clean. FYI for people who book through 3rd party apps, there is 100 per day security fee and you have to pay daily for parking.

Let’s start with pricing… for the amount I paid for 4 days 3 nights, PLUS $300 of a deposit that was nowhere on the site about it being “$100” a night. I was very pissed that I had to not only pay for the stay at the hotel but an additional $300 for “deposit”. And this hotel is not worth what I paid. It is a very subpar hotel. I’ve stayed at way nicer hotels for the same amount or less. And we had to pay $28 for parking a DAY. Very unnecessarily expensive. Very limited parking in the parking garage. Staff weren’t the nicest. Rooms were decent. Beds and pillows weren’t comfortable. Bathroom was decent, like I said we paid a lot of money to not even get an updated stand up shower but a traditional tub/shower. There was a lot of construction right in front of the hotel. On a positive note, there were many food and shopping options around that you honestly could walk to. Aside from that, that is the only positive i can give about this hotel. I would not recommend staying here.

I stayed one night at this hotel in Atlanta. The rooms were clean and in good condition, and the check-in was very quick and friendly. However, when returning late at night there was no parking available because there are few spaces and the area is under construction. Fortunately, I was offered to park somewhere else nearby. Overall, a good experience for a short stay, although parking can be an inconvenience.

It was clear from the beginning that the staff was working very hard to keep customers satisfied. Very clean hotel, and very comfortable. I was going to get my passport and it was fairly close. I would recommend this hotel highly.

The hotel was centrally located near shopping,and great restaurants. The breakfast selection could be better but was ok. There was a long black hair on the bathroom floor and the a/c unit could use some updates but otherwise the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We would stay again.

We nearly changed our mind about staying there. There was uninviting wire drenching along the entire front of the hotel in Piedmont. Fortunately manager Adam saved the day. Talked us in to staying

Two issues. One is that $28.00 a night to park seems excessive to me. You should give a reduction to people staying multiple nights. The biggest issue was the people across the hall from me had two dogs (& they were little yippy dogs) they kept me up with their constant barking on both Friday night & Saturday. People with dogs should either not be allowed or should be placed in rooms distanced from others so they are not disturbed. The dogs really made for an unpleasant experience.

We enjoyed our stay at this Hampton Inn. It was conveniently located to everything and not far from major tourist attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okay and the pool is small but we would definitely stay here again.

Poor customer service that has been documented at the location and a improper charge that caused a fraud alert and a refund that had to be disputed by CheapTickets.

Overflow parking was a convenience considering we came late every night. Staff was friendly and courteous. I gave it a 4 because there was an unusual smell in the room I had to buy Febreeze to eliminate the stale smell. It went away quickly after I sprayed the room and unfortunately I had to do that daily in the room. If it had no smell or pleasant light clean smelling scent it would have been a 5.
