Hotel.com lost my reservation. I was in Atlanta for my son graduation… and missed all the memorable moments as I worked on finding a hotel to stay the weekend. Lost $200 on the graduation dinner that evening and lost the $50 from the uber from the airport to the “hotel”. As well as the $47 third party charges for booking the hotel that I never received. I rate hotel.com negative numbers for I was on the phone with them for over 5 hours with no resolution. it was an awful weekend due to hotel.com

Couldn’t get connected to WiFi for over 12 hours. Staff directed me to a technical support hotline that tried to trouble shoot my devices for over 30 min. All my devices couldn't connect and I work in tech so this was not the issue. Support people were supposed to call back and never did. After talking to the desk for the third time I finally got an employee who addressed the problem and fixed it in 2 min. The sink in our kitchen leaked and it took hours and a visit to the front desk before someone came to fix it. The restaurant in the hotel was closed the majority of our stay and the only time it was open it was being serviced by an assistant general manager who clearly never work in the restaurant industries!

The noise from the pool area at night time, and in general the noise from the other guests in the evening. Service was ok. Overall not what I would expect from the Hilton brand.

Despite being surprised by the non-optional valet parking ($50 per night per room)when we arrived....we had an amazing stay. The staff were very friendly and it was very clean. We stayed in the king suites on the Home suite side. Loved our rooms. The complementary breakfast bar was better than we've ever had anywhere else. The location was perfect for the aquarium area. We would stay here again!

The property is next to highway 85/75. Very noisy! The property does not honor Expedia VIP either.

Beautiful hotel. Excellent location.
- 5/5
This was a wonderful place to stay in Atlanta. Centrally located, walking distance to the subway, clean and spacious room and a buffet that was better than most with some food changes daily. My only complaint would be that there was no notice in the Expedia listing that there was a charge for parking - $50 per day for valet parking. It would have been nice to have had advance warning.
- 4/5
Friendly staff, nice breakfast options, room not super clean, was rushed out by housekeeping before checkout
- 5/5
Breakfast was great valay parking was excellent

The property truly exceeded my expectations! Great location and the room itself was very spacious. One of the elevator buttons did not work - it was stuck (the lobby one HA) & the elevator was not marked out of order which caused a little frustration considering we had to play around to get the other elevator to stop instead of the broke one. BUT, that’s truly the only downside of the entire trip.

The staff were great and it was very clean. The room was spacious and breakfast was good. Booking advertised a heated pool for this hotel which was a large reason for why we chose the property. The pool was located on the fifth floor outside which received no sun and was way too cold to swim in. We told our three kids that they would be able to swim here and this was a huge disappointment.

Quiet nice size room

The receptionist needs to be more welcoming, and when we arrived they told us that they were over booked and there were no more rooms available with 2 queen beds and that made me very mad. How do you reserve a room that you already paid and they said that now they are going to give you another room and they are going to give you a room with a king bed and they are going to take you a personal bed to your room. I did not like that at all. But aparta of that, everything looked clean, breakfast was not bad but the fruits were options missing.

The staff was friendly and the morning security guard was very friendly. The pool area is beautiful and very comfortable. I liked the kitchen/living room separate from the bedroom. I also liked that they texted me check in and to let me know they were available if I needed anything. SOOO Noisy, noisy, noisy from the traffic outside. Traffic from 6-lane freeway and cars/trucks/motorcycles on the access road below us is 24/7 and kept us up all night. I didn’t like that dishes were in dishwasher and not in the cupboards so I had to start my vacation unloading dishes. I called for an extra blanket and towels and they had me come down from the 11th floor to pick them up because housekeeping is every 3 days.

I think this hotel is overpriced. The overall experience was just OK. Not worth the prices we paid.
- 5/5
The mandatory valet was a little surprising, but understood with the limited parking. Every member of the staff was phenomenal and so so kind! The only “issue” we had was that we booked a room that sleeps 6 because we have a family of 6, but the bathroom was only stocked with 3 towels. Easy fix! The mattresses weren’t the most comfortable ones we’ve slept on, but after a long week of travel and being ready for our own beds, I think that was to be expected! Their breakfast was delicious, but the area could use a little restructuring to make for an easier flow. All in all, would definitely stay here again!

Cleaning tried to enter the early
- 4/5
Everything with the hotel, staff and room were excellent. The only issue I had was the required $50 per night for valet parking. There is no self parking option. I did not see this requirement when I booked
- 4/5
Breakfast honestly wasn’t great the options did suck, no waffles or pancakes. No options to drink, extremely limited and flavorless.
- 3/5
We have a child at Tech and the location is very convenient for us. It’s dated. Only single use cups in the bedroom. Coffee was terrible. There was a Peloton bike in our room, we’d rather have an armchair. No good reading lights.

Hotel had one single outstanding staff; all others were disrespectful and neglected us. They did not take actions when some other drunk guests were disrupting the hall area and entering the breakfast area at night, standing up on the tables and taking pictures with alcohol.

We enjoyed our two night stay at this hotel. Rooms were clean and shower was nice. All staff were interacted with were friendly and helpful. Food at the restaurant/bar was very good and quick service.
- 3/5
The room was great. The hotel staff were awesome. The reason I would never stay here again is valet parking. You have no other choice. It is $50 per day. The guys working the valet were awful. The cars backed up. They seemed to not know how to keep them moving. It's a small space under the building.
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff
- 2/5
The room was not clean. The amenities in the kitchen were dusty and I found bugs on the carpet and near the windows in the room. The bathroom vent was not working either.
- 0.5/5
The facility maintian very clean the bed was comfortable. I didn't like the breakfast; there was no staff to ask for any assistance. We went to the breakfast area at 9:30, there was literally nothing to eat. I requested two queen beds I was given a king with two children. I’m not sure how they assume that four people would be able to sleep in one king bed.
- 4/5
Clean room and staff was extremely helpful

Rooms are clean and big. Every one was friendly and the environment was very nice. The free breakfast was really yummy. I truly enjoyed my stay.

Nothing everything perfect

Tiffany was great , very helpful and friendly! We were there for our sons graduation so very convenient location. Walking distance to midtown restaurants. The room was ok but bathroom had loose bars, missing hooks. Kitchen hood and fan had missing nobs. The highway traffic was loud.
- 4/5
The suite was nice and spacious. We did have to request maintenance shower head, and they came quickly to resolve the problem. Also needed more care with housekeeping which was also taken care of quickly. The staff was polite and responsive. Location was very convenient. I would stay again.
- 5/5
Clean. Very friendly staff. Lovely holiday decorations.
- 5/5
Hate i overslept for both nights for breakfast but the dining area looked nice. Very clean. Wish we could enjoy the balcony but it was very cold out. I love the texts you get from the hotel that check on you daily.
- 5/5
From check in, the valet, and our stay we had a wonderful visit. Nice roomy rooms, good breakfast and good location to the aquarium and botanical gardens. We'll be booking more with Hilton. Everyone was very nice and accommodating

During check out, the lady at the front desk asked me how did I enjoy my stay so told her how I suffered through the hot nights here at this hotel and she offered to at least take ONE of the $50/night valet fees off my bill but I learned after returning home the next day that the HOTEL MANAGEMENT declined her request because they felt like giving me $25 worth of Hilton Points and a free drink at the bar was enough...this is what you can expect when staying at this hotel!
- 5/5
Great staff and amenities. Great location. Clean room and facilities.
- 5/5
Room was immaculate, the front desk staff were so sweet and checked in to make our stay was going well. Great location!

We enjoyed our stay here, the service was great and the room was clean.
- 4/5
Staff was excellent, they took care of everything. Switched me to a more quiet room when I requested. Traffic on the highway side of the hotel was disturbing my sleep
- 5/5
We don't drink, but if we did, I'm sure it would be nice
- 5/5
Room was comfortable and location was great
- 5/5
The room was cleaned only once during our stay.
- 5/5
Very comfortable for our group to come to college football game
- 5/5
Convenient location for ridesharing.
- 2/5
First when I walked in the room the lady at the desk didn’t say hello. She said do you have a question. Keep in mine I just started using homewood because the one in Tampa was soooo great I committed to only staying there. Then I confirmed the morning of checkin was 50 dollars. When I told the rep no I didn’t have a question I wanted to check in she said oh what’s your name then she said the incidental fee was 100 I left an stayed to Hilton in buck head. This hole surely did give me the experience we go it Tampa. Do better
- 3/5
All the staff we dealt with were extremely friendly. We especially had great service from the guys working valet. The bed was comfortable and the room was laid out well. We didn't like how it was 2 hotels combined together. We wouldn't have stayed here if we had known because it caused some confusion on multiple occasions. We also didn't like that our room reeked of pot. It got so strong we had to open the balcony door to get fresh air. We were traveling with our babies so it was very off putting. The room was also very loud with street noise so if someone is staying they may want to consider that. For some reason in our room the noise was louder in the bedroom than living area.
- 2/5
Thermostat in room didn’t work properly. You could change the temp and was warm in the room. We called and they couldn’t move us till possibly the next day. We had a full day planned and had a lot of stuff. We wouldn’t be able to move till after 4pm in the afternoon so we opted to deal with it. They said they would give us more points and some money off the room but never did when I checked my statements. The last morning the shower glass door came off. It was just glued to the track and no screws going through. Luckily we weren’t hurt. Front staff didn’t seem to care. No house keeping and they didn’t state so when we arrived. Pool was nice, room was clean, and bed was moderately comfortable. The service and maintenance need some work. I won’t be going back.
- 4/5
Overall very good experience

- 4/5
We really enjoyed this property. The staff was next level amazing. The hotel was clean and our room was very comfortable. Great art. Overall super pleased with this stay and Homewood is def a brand we will stay at again. Only thing we didn’t love was breakfast.
- 5/5
Convenient valet parking, nice restaurant and bar on site.
- 5/5
Call well in advance for your car if you have a time deadline to meet.
- 1/5
Electricity goes out for about 45 minutes then off and on then this property lost the keys to our car which we had to be at the hospital next morning so we had to take a Uber ……. Which made us late to our surgery appointment 45 minutes…… was not a good experience at all
- 5/5
Very close and walkable to many restaurants
- 4/5
It was a good stay with the exception of parking. Kind of sketchy to park in the garage next door which was about $34 per day and then walking the street side to get to the hotel. The bus stop in front of the entrance had a few questionable individuals. The bathroom wasn’t spotless but we were only there for a night so nothing crazy. Breakfast was ok. Staff was ok. Not great but not bad either.
- 5/5
Room and service was really good! Antonio was really accommodating
- 2/5
The workers are amazing. That's all that I can say that is good. There is no where to park that doesn't cost you $50 (plus tip) a day for their valet service. The valet stand is blocking the walkway, so if you're handicapped, it's tough to get to the doors from the garage. The smoking area is in the garage, and is NASTY. Twice a homeless man was in there getting very close, begging for cigarettes. The bedrooms are lovely, however the bathroom and kitchens are gross. There was mold in the bathroom under the cabinets because it's a "wet room" but the sink cabinet is wood and very close to the shower. There were *hairs* behind the toilet. The kitchen seems fine until you try to use the provided pans. The nonstick coating is flaking off in nickle size chunks. Their free breakfast is great until you watch a bug crawl up into the waffle batter, and see dead bugs in the bowl that holds the jelly. The hotel could be amazing. They don't seem to clean. EVER. There was a bag of trash someone left outside the MAIN FLOOR elevators. It sat there for two days. Also, be sure to fully inspect your vehicle before you drive out of the garage every single time. They scraped my car against a pillar, we saw it when we stopped ACROSS THE STREET to get gas, and thy won't take care of it because I left the property. All things considered, it's not the worst place I have ever stayed at. But I won't ever go back.
- 1/5
Upon entering our room, we were immediately hit by a pungent odor of cigarette smoke that was not only overwhelming but utterly unacceptable. It was clear that the room had not been properly cleaned and maintained, which is a basic expectation for any hotel, let alone one affiliated with such a respected name. The lingering smell made it difficult to breathe, let alone relax or enjoy our stay. As we walked down the hallway, the situation only escalated. We could smell the odor of marijuana wafting from other rooms, adding to our discomfort and concern for our young son. This atmosphere was not what we had envisioned for our family getaway. When I approached the front desk to address the issue, I was met with indifference. The staff informed me that there were no other rooms available, leaving us with no option but to endure the unpleasantness. It was incredibly frustrating to feel dismissed, especially after serving my country and expecting some level of respect and accommodation. Ultimately, we decided to cut our stay short from two nights to one, as the unbearable smells made it impossible to stay any longer.
- 5/5
I love it very the people was nice
- 5/5
I don’t like the $50/night parking fee
- 5/5
We were down for a wedding and Antonio was amazing there! He always said hi to us and knew who we were! Complimented us every time he saw us!
- 3/5
It was over 100° and the pool was still freezing. Finally, the parking. It said nominal fee for valet parking in garage, however, it does not tell you that there isn't ANY other parking and you are forced to use valet. This nominal fee is $50.
- 5/5
Nice & clean. Spacious room. I would stay there again
- 1/5
I stay for three days and no one cleans my room and bring me any essential items even if I called the front desk several times, I was the one to drop the trash cans also, I didn't face this kind of terrible situation in other states. I feel like I stayed in apartments not a hotel because of the lack of service.
- 2/5
For the cost of the night and the extremely expensive parking, save your time and money and go elsewhere
- 5/5
Stay was nice. Still trying to get used to not having daily housekeeping. Had to ask for room to be made up and fresh towels after 2 full days. Valet was expensive and not the best. Breakfast was good each day
- 4/5
The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
- 5/5
Staff was excellent and so kind. Room was large and clean! Excellent stay for our family.
- 2/5
The front desk clerk that checked my family and i in on Wednesday was nice he tried to be accomodating however the facility was not in working order. The pool was not available, there were no pamplets for tourists attractions in the area. I asked for my room to be refreshed and it was not refreshed i had to constantly ask for towels and bedding. I asked for a receipt when checking out i was told that there system was down. The valet guys were good and prompt when i requested my vehicle. Overall i was very disatisfied with my stay.
- 4/5
I had a great stay. Staff were amazing. The only issue I had was the poor WiFi .
- 5/5
Great option for a trip to midtown Atlanta. Great staff. Great room.
- 4/5
Great room really, spacious and comfortable for a disabled person but the acces from street to parking lot and to find the front desk a little difficult
- 5/5
Breakfast (in the lobby level) was included and was qiote satisfactory. There was a problem with the card-key system which was "down" for about a half day, requiring me to download and use the Hilton App until it was restored. Also there were some minor maintenance issues which I explained to desk staff as I checked out. Altogether I was very satisfied with the property.
- 4/5
Breakfast was not acceptable. Nothing ready and had toast 30 minutes. It is Atlanta for goodness sakes. You know your accommodation and how many people. Have your breakfast ready. No excuse.
- 5/5
It's smell good at a lot times the bathroom downstairs and the lobby of smelling good was nice and clean.

The accommodations were excellent. Loved amenities which made our stay great. Was able to cook instead of ordering out. The comfort of the bed made for a good night's rest.
- 4/5
I liked the property look
- 4/5
Didnt like - hi speed wifi costs 4.95 per day extra. First whole day of stay key system was down. Housekeeper took 24 hrs and 3 phone calls to get extra pillows. Laundry experience was not great.
- 3/5
System down- no room keys.
- 3/5
Very basic breakfast. Not done right! Dissapointed with that.
- 5/5
Room was large, clean and comfortable. Didn’t feel safe walking to restaurant at night and parking was valet only, very expensive and took a while.
