The suite we had 2 full bathrooms. The breakfast each day was nice. The staff overall was pleasant and knowledgeable about the area. In the second unit the toilet had a problem on the second day I had to make 3 calls to get it corrected. It was fixed the next day later in the afternoon. The television in the living room remote wasn’t working properly.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was located near the highway and not to far from downtown.

Everything was fine for the price. Plenty of lighting at night, plenty of parking. Room was clean. Staff was friendly.

Good breakfast. Free parking. Good location with fairly close distance to MARTA station. Nice little welcome bag with drink, cookies, and chips for the kids. Pull out sofa bed was not very comfortable.

The real disaster, though, was the Wi-Fi. Because my last name and room number didn’t match in their system, I couldn’t get access at all. I called the front desk, was given a number to call, and then spent nearly two hours trying to fix something that should have taken minutes. I’m not technically challenged. At one point I said it really shouldn’t be this complicated just to get Wi-Fi, and the person on the line hung up on me. I had to start over with another operator and patiently go through the whole thing again. After that experience, I didn’t even have the energy to think about how awful pillows were or the fact that my room was right next to the highway, which meant there wasn’t a single quiet moment. The only saving grace was that it was just for a night and a decent breakfast. Other than that, I would not stay here again. After losing hours over something as basic as Wi-Fi, it honestly feels like I should be reimbursed for that alone.

I was dumbfounded to learn that housekeeping does not clean rooms daily; I was informed by the front desk staff that you have to "catch them" in passing. This was not communicated to me prior to booking my stay, and I find it unacceptable. We had to request clean towels, toilet paper, and water, which was not consistently filled in the dispenser near the elevator—where the oranges were located. I managed to refill my water bottle using the fresh water in the exercise room on the second floor. It's the small things that count. I booked this hotel primarily for the hot tub, due to my medical conditions. Unfortunately, the jets worked on only two spouts; the others had very low pressure or were non-functional. However, I did find the water temperature and chlorine levels to be excellent. Positive: On the plus side, the rooms are clean and include a full kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, and range, as well as a coffee maker.

Nice staff
- 5/5
Easy access to the area of interests. I really enjoy staying here.
- 5/5
The front desk staff were awesome and the beds very comfy
- 5/5
The staff was nice. The Area was perfect if you like night life. Short drive/walk from a train station. Will definitely stay again. Only issue is that housekeeping didn’t change my sheets for my next night stay.

Internet access was not the best. Our sink was backwashing someone else hair but it couldn’t get fixed until the next morning, the safe wasn’t working after we reported it but they never came to fix it. The pool was dirty and no towels on site. We never got our room cleaned and we had to go downstairs to collect towels.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and checkin was a breeze. Our room was clean and cozy.
- 3/5
Needs major updates though staff is very friendly and facilities are clean. Breakfast is surprisingly decent. Too close to highway and noisy at night
- 5/5
Staff was outstanding; friendly and very helpful. Suite was small but comfortable - everything we needed. Close to our destination.

reservations, They say they don’t have to honor third party reservations. I had to make a reservation by airport. I got reservation at Comfort Inn and pre paid on Expedia ap. Expedia sent confirmation but Comfort inn said Expedia declined it. I then had to pay hotel directly .Please cancel AM Ex charge $1500. James Lynch

They said they do not have to honor third party reservation. Busy week so they could rent it for more money
- 5/5
Convenient to I-85, clean, comfortable, good priced suite for family of 5.
- 5/5
The location was nice and the staff was very friendly When trying to wash dishes, the sink pipes was broke so water was everywhere in the kitchen
- 5/5
The room was nice it was in a nice location the front desk clerk was so nice
- 3/5
This room is in need of refurbishing. Otherwise a good stay.
- 5/5
Our one bedroom only had a single lamp (on order) and there was only a single office chair to have dinner in our room. Two nights before leaving we were told that we could have a chair from the breakfast room.
- 5/5
We were here for a concert and the staff was absolutely the best.
- 3.5/5
Furniture in rooms were outdated and couch had holes in it, and the bed was very uncomfortable. I could feel the springs.
- 5/5
Ruby and the whole staff made us feel like being at a home way from home!
- 3/5
Dirty, old building, limited dining options.
- 5/5
Great service!
- 1/5
They doesn't have poll and hot tub either. I'm not checking in though
- 5/5
Convenient location, clise to everything. Nice amenities such as free parking, wifi, breakfast. In room kitchen fridge, sink, utensils, sitting area are all nice and convenient. There is an in rooms afe that does not work and its door keeps popping out requiring the closet door to stay close on one side. Not a big issue for us. Would definitely stay there again.
- 4/5
Great breakfast
- 5/5
Great place to stay for our family for a one night before heading elsewhere. My only note of critique would be that we had chosen this specifically for a pool and it would have been helpful to have been notified that the pool was not available until after the May long weekend.
- 3/5
The hotel & staff were nice enough, & the room was actually a small suite with a kitchen. The shower had good water pressure, but there was paint peeling off the wall in the bathroom and the sofa bed in the "living area" looked like a cat had attacked it! The Continental breakfast left much to be desired - prepacked "egg McMuffins/quiche", cold cereal, bagels, yogurt, etc.
- 4/5
Great shower pressure and comfy bedding.
- 5/5
Good location, helpful staff.
- 5/5
Painless
- 5/5
Very friendly staff and clean rooms and great breakfast! No complaints!
- 4/5
Everything was as expected, pleasant stay.
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
The breakfast was very good and a wide selection of items to choose from. I had booked this hotel mainly for the hot tub, it should be listed as a seasonal item that won’t be open year round because I was highly disappointed as a mother in single parent mode for 6 months and was fully looking forward to relaxing. If guests don’t choose to go outside if it’s chilly to use a hot tub, it should be up to them.
- 1.5/5
Breakfast was decent. Location was ok The rooms were dirty and very outdated. Overpriced for what they offer. I would never pay that price to stay there again. Plus the A/C unit is in the living room, not the bedroom. Makes no sense. It was hot in the bedroom.
- 4/5
Fitness center needed more equipment (barbells, etc.) Stairwells could have been cleaner. TV connection/reception in living room was not great.
- 4/5
Everything
- 4/5
It was convenient for food, entertainment and proximity to airport. Breakfast was decent. Hallway and room had a funny smell. Bought a candle at the target across the street. Other than that hotel was good for the price.
- 5/5
The staff was so kind. Hotel was super clean!
- 1/5
I’m disabled. The elevators didn’t work the entire time I was there. I couldn’t get out and go to the pool and go out and enjoy myself because I couldn’t walk down those stairs. It was a terrible stay. I should get some of my money back.
- 5/5
Excellent staff. Fantastic location. Wonderful breakfast options.
- 3/5
Overall ok stay minus climbing 4 flights of stairs cause elevator broken also warm bedroom, but nice breakfast, kitchen and staff nice. Won’t stay there again though.
- 2.5/5
I wouldn’t stay again… Pool was dirty, jacuzzi was nasty, the rooms were dingy, staff acted like I was disturbing them every time I asked a question, breakfast was disgusting as well… would never ever stay again
- 5/5
I like the older lady at the front desk. She is very kind and friendly. The area is convenient for shopping and eateries.
- 1/5
The place looked nothing like the pictures posted online. The room was tight and dusty. I checked out that same night meanwhile we were supposed to stay for 5 days but we ended checking out two hours later and checking in another hotel. The other thing is that after we checked out, the receptionist left for the day before her coworker made it to the hotel, so basically there was no front desk associate at the reception when I was exiting the hotel.
- 3/5
liked having the room extra seating for the living area. however, downstairs, one of the two washing machines was out of order
- 5/5
Good coffee.
- 4/5
We enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and my son definitely enjoyed the pool that is shared with the other hotel property. The spa was out of order, but all else was good
- 3/5
All that being said, the hotel was kept very clean and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. It speaks to me of excellent management at a property that needs some financial help from corporate. Also note, while the hot tub thing at the hotel is gross, you can use the nice pool at the hotel across the parking lot for free. Location was good, an easy drive to everything we wanted to get to, shopping within easy walking distance.
- 2/5
Staff was helpful and quickly checked us in. The room was a bit small and carpet was filthy
- 3/5
The staff was nice, the facility was dated. Nice hotel but could use updating.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly especially Jessica. She was amazing. Bed was very comfortable and the “included” breakfast was great. No complaints.
- 4/5
At night the noise from loud mufflers and motorcycles came thru the windows very easily. Not soundproof.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Great property.
- 1/5
The bed was uncomfortable (over used mattresses, sinks in the middle), the bathroom door was broken, the tub was clogged, air conditioner fan was so loud, tv remote was broken and couldn’t watch anything, the only good thing was the free breakfast.
- 5/5
Excellent hotel. The suites are a bit smaller than is typical but well layed out. The kitchen has all the stuff you need. The breakfast was also very good . Great location, many restaurants nearby
- 5/5
Nice weekend getaway. Quiet a few nice spots close
- 4/5
We stayed in 309, next to the freeway exit. May be a bit noisy with traffic at night if you’re sensitive.
- 3/5
Room was okay clean only the bathroom was dirty the shower water didn’t go down
- 4/5
Was very quite. Staff was friendly and helpful.
- 2/5
Door to bathroom Broken wouldnt close, Bed was full of hair, had to move, staff was not supportive when call for help no answer or no one on duty, manager sd she would give points for my inconvenience that did not happen, plug in kitchen didn't work , coffer maker broke

It was pleasant, room small but atill accommodating.
- 5/5

- 2/5
Disappointing
- 5/5
Hotel was extremely clean, the staff were very nice, breakfast was just OK. We had a two bedroom suite, my shower was great, my sister said her shower was a little cold, other than that, our stay was great.
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 5/5
Everyone was so nice! Every time i had a personal problem, they had a solution, and the manager is amazing.
- 5/5
The staff made our stay comfortable and the daytime staff is very was very polite and friendly. The night staff were straignt business and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable .
- 4/5
Betty at checkout was sweet and awesome. I asked a housekeeper where the spa was and she didn't speak English well enough to communicate with me. I have lots of experience with free breakfast and I will say you won't starve. I am on a certain diet and options are limited. And you want to eat it because it's paid for so it's a catch 22 for me. The ac fan was crazy and although warm in the room the fan blew the curtains continuously all weekend. When the desired temp was reached, the fan blew cold. I would've spent more time on the sofa but I was forced to bed and the body heat of my daughter.
- 5/5
Overall just a nice stay.
- 3/5
Reserved a queen bed got a smaller one. Breakfast is bland
- 3/5
Older hotel, rundown. Not in the greatest area room was clean.

Excellent hotel. You can sleep. You have a hot breakfast. At 7am all Serca stores are available to buy clothes. You have a super Hispanic market. There is everything. The people at the hotel are very helpful.

Very friendly and capable staff
- 5/5
Clean and staff was very polite. Quiet, easy and plenty of park. The one thing is the same I've seen at other hotels...stop with the pre-made sandwiches, get rid of that covid era idea. Starts the day off bad.
- 5/5
Loved the studio. Dishes, dishwasher 👍
- 3/5
Overall stay was good except there was no internet service so i couldn’t use my tablet nor watch netfix.
- 5/5
Our stay for a baseball tournament was great. Centrally located. We felt safe at the hotel and the room was very comfortable. Hot water in the shower and comfortable beds. Staff was very friendly and helped answer any questions we had. Would definitely stay there again.
- 3/5
I got there and the check in lady was nice enough. I didn’t sleep in the bed since we only used the hotel room to get ready for a concert but when we came back and I was fixing to shower I noticed hairs all over what was supposed to be the clean towels. Long dark hairs and then some pubes on the wash clothes. Everything else was pretty clean but ugh hair is so disgusting. I probably wouldn’t stay the night here but at least I didn’t see any bugs…
- 4/5
I booked this property for 4 reasons. Reviews said it was clean and it was. Free breakfast was nice. Free covered parking was amazing, in a city that normally charges $40-60/ day for hotel parking. And a gigantic jacuzzi outside. Website said so, picture and all. . That was a huge reason because we were driving 7 hours, and the biggest disappointment. . But it was full of leaves and bugs and the jets were no jets. It was a hot bath with bugs. No towels, you had to ask the front desk to go upstairs and get you pool towels. A garden hose ran from around the whole building.and repaired with duct tape, was left inside the hot tub. ..and nobody maintaining the area.
- 5/5
We stayed here for 5 days and so we wanted the kitchen. The stay here was very comfortable with the room having all the necessities. The laundry was free except for the laundry detergent. The breakfast was also very good quality . The gym was a bit sparse with only the treadmill suiting us. Will definitely recommend this and we'll stay here again.
- 3/5
Very conveniently located and easy to get to downtown ATL. Free parking was a plus as the center city hotels charge a fortune. Overall the hotel was in average condition and could use some renovation. Still, the price was not outrageous and it served its purpose.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly and nice
- 2/5
This place is dated. I expected more from the pictures online. Our room had a queen bed and the room itself was small. Two night stands and no dresser. There was also no AC vent or until in our room. We had a switch for a fan but it did not work. The AC unit was in the living room.
- 4/5
Staff was great. Not to happy about the mandatory $60 hold on my CC
- 2/5
Courtney, the front desk manager, was very helpful in helping to sympathize and resolve a mistake made by the housekeeping staff. However, I was disappointed that none of the other staff, including management, decided to ensure that communication remained open on next steps.
- 5/5
Good location, clean rooms, convenient parking
- 4/5
We enjoyed being able to stay on the ground floor with our dog for easy access in and out. Staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable! I would recommend this hotel and stay again.
- 5/5
The room was large and well appointed. Would have appreciated pancakes or waffles as breakfast option.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and the location was great. I would have liked to see recycling as an option.
- 3/5
All was good. Just need a little more cleaning. Which we did upon arrival. No one's perfect though. Also, it's a short drive to Piedmont Hospital. Very convenient for me.
- 3/5
It should have been better maintained. Breakfast was not good
- 4/5
Friendly Service. But the room is bit congested for the prices. Also, lack of business room was an issue. Reception area is small. parking was very convenient and very nice staff.
- 1/5
No pool no hottub. Cops with sirens out front 2am to 3am . No ice machine. Beds very old uncomfortable. No staff. Front door locked.
- 2/5
Would not recommend this property, better to find different location.
- 1/5
We get downstairs at 8:45 for a 9:00 cut off for breakfast. The “server” was nowhere to be found but comes out at 8:52 to tell us we missed breakfast. How in the world? And the highway noises are terrible. The highway isn’t their fault but the staff being rude and denying us breakfast when we had 15 minutes left is uncalled for. Don’t waste your time staying here!
- 4/5
Love the 2 separate bedrooms inside the suite we were in. Stay was comfortable except for internet lag in streaming for Netflix and/or showtime
- 5/5
The staff was wonderful and helpful. Food and coffee was great at breakfast (and I’m picky about my coffee). I’d stay again.
- 5/5
This is a great hotel for the price. It’s located almost equidistant between downtown and Buckhead village. It’s quiet at night. Water temp and pressure in the bathroom is reasonable (you have to wait a few minutes for the water to warm up). Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There is Target across the street if you forget anything. There are dining options within walking distance, but they are limited. There is ample parking on site.
- 5/5
We had an issue come up and the staff was more than accommodating! The hotel was clean and they did everything they could to make our shortened time there a nice one!
- 5/5
It was great
- 1/5
I was not even ablle to check in and eneded up getting an air bnb because I was told they didnt except my major credit card ( visa). She pushed my hand back at me when I handed her the card and said I dont take that. She was rude, there was no issue at all with the card. I truly dont know what her problem was but I think we probably dodged a mess anyways with this property.
- 5/5
The desk clerk, Betty, gave us great directions to the hospital so we wouldn’t have to get back on the freeway. When we were turning in, I went out to buy a bag of chips and she didn’t charge me. She said it was a gift. She also said she was praying for Jim’s surgery and our travel back home. I was so impressed with her!
- 4/5
Having a shady spot to park in was a plus, so was the location. The breakfast offered changed daily and was inconsistent. However the manager Ebony was very friendly, as was the rest of the staff.
- 5/5
It was a good location to get a room close to the zoo and also near a lot of food choices
