Easy to find. Location was good. The room was a a decencent size. It had plenty of space. Other than this I have nothing nice to say about it. For the price I paid it was decent fair price. good parking spaces The name on the hotel was a different name than what was on here. The pool was out of order-wasnt no water in the pool. The elevators took forever to come up and down. It didnt serve no breakfast besides cereal , milk, bagel, oatmeal..wasn't tasty...the juice was not tasty at all to me. The room they did serve breakfast in the ceiling was completely open up in the middle. I understand they where remodeling or doing revonations but at least cover the open area (especially if you are serving breakfast in that area) and remind you it was open on one end of the room to the other end. The staff wasnt very welcoming..The where so nonchalant. They didnt throughly clean my room. I found a pill, a screen protector, and found some food items that was apparently from the past guess. The staff wasnt people friendly. It you want a can soda its $2 and they want take debit cards for them it has to be cash...To me the beds wasn't so comfortable. To me I wish I would of stayed somewhere else. I hated my stay. I wouldn't choose to stay here again esepecially with my first stay wasn't so pleasant. It has no view to even look at. Front view you looking at another hotel on one side and in front was a grassy area with some type of business in the background. Then if you get the view at the back all you gone look at is the windows of another hotel which are very close to this hotel

Extended my stay and when I went to front desk to check out and check back in. They never took the deposit back after putting it on my card and I didn’t know. And they told me I would have to give them a new deposit of 100 dollars. Although the mistake was in their end forcing me to check out and leave. Never will stay here again. Times too hard to be makin mistakes like that and not accepting accountability

The room was nice, and most things in it worked. The shower didn't have a door on it, and the staff didnt change our sheets when we requested. The pool was empty, but I booked the place for the pool. The continental breakfast was old bread and bagels in plastic bags with no jelly or condiments to put on it. I aslo booked because it had breakfast. I was pretty dissappointed. Probably would not stay here again

The AC made really loud noises when it would cool the room so it was hard to sleep. We resulted in going out to buy a fan so we could turn off the AC fan. The bathroom sink did not work properly- only the hot water stream worked. The cold water was a very tiny stream and did not come out more than that. The hotel breakfast was also very disappointing. Wish there would’ve been more variety other than bagels and cereal. The bagels didn’t even have cream cheese or butter options. Other than those issues, our stay was pleasant for the 3 nights we stayed. The cleaning staff were kind and always restocked our towels!

The lobby was being torn apart. The breakfast was minimal. We were on the 4th floor and 90% of the time elevator did not work. Also elevator was locked for use between 11pm and 6am. I’m sure that is not abiding by local safety protocols

There was pieces of bread in ziplock bags and the milk was warm. We weren't told about a deposit upon booking so it cost us an additional $100. This was not what an Embassy By Wyndham should have been. This hotel is in the hood. Allowing meth users to roam around the lobby and outside. NOT SAFE!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Randy the agent is very professional and nice. The room size is spacious. I stayed here for three weeks while renovation were taking place. There was no breakfast which should have been included. The elevator is not functioning properly and some of the cleaning staff do not clean properly.

Nothing really about the facility. It was not as advertised in pics. Everything. Advertised hot breakfast. Zero hot breakfast. Everything broken. First night zero hot water. Never again. Elevators not working had to take stairs.

Shambles in the lobby and NOTHING MENTIONED in the booking process about construction. Room was well appointed and freshly remodeled. Lobby was a wreck…. Elevator didn’t operate most of the time and automatically stopped at EVERY floor!! The Breakfast was a TOTAL WASTE OF EFFORT!! Respect your guests and they will come back!! I’ll never darken their doors again!!!

The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The lobby area was a mess, due to renovations. We should have been told ahead of time about the renovations. The pool was off limits and undergoing repairs, so that was a big disappointment. One of the reasons I went with this motel rather than another was the pool option. The breakfast was continental, whereas the website AI chat indicated that it was a full breakfast. Here again, full breakfast was one of the reasons why we went with this motel rather than another. The elevator did not work smoothly (stopped at every floor even though no one was calling for it on that floor). Also, the elevator floor was often dirty, with spilled food for hours. Overall, a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!

The room was clean, our air conditioner was super noisy. The buffet breakfast was actually bagels and two slices of toast put in ziploc bags. There was only two cereals offered beside it as the entire breakfast. The staff were pleasant and friendly. But the remainder of our stay I had to worry about not breathing due to the construction debris.

My stay was very disappointing. The building is mid-renovation, and the service was subpar; I was even cursed at by a staff member when asking for extra bedding. The sofa bed mattress was of such poor quality that I felt the springs all night and ended up using the couch cushions for padding. Definitely not worth the stay in its current condition.

Nicely furnished clean room. We needed to request things that are usually in the room: we requested towels, which they brought, we requested a blanket because the bed had only sheets and one thin blanket, which they brought. We requested plastic water cups, which they brought. When we entered the room there was an industrial fan blowing in the room, so we suspected wet carpet, but it turns out there was no problem. The breakfast had no protein, just cheap cerials, bagels, toast. Weak coffee. The management just needs to be educated on American standards and expectations.

I booked this property for the breakfast and fitness facility. The fitness facility was closed for renovations, and the breakfast was quite literally just bread in ziploc bags. No fruit, no yogurt, not even cream cheese for a bagel. Just bread. I forgot my toothbrush and asked the front desk if they had any, and without looking, the man told me they were out. Okay, so they don’t even stock those either. Every towel in my room had hairs wrapped up in them, there were hairs in my bed, and I even had an unwanted roommate at one point (BIG ASS GERMAN COCKROACHES). The facility is under construction which would’ve been nice to know. Construction sounds start at 8:00, including drilling and hammering and the occasional fire alarm going off outside my room. There were stains on my sheets, blankets were thin. God, this place is a NIGHTMARE.

We stayed here in October and all of the renovations look great! Better pillows, HVAC, and shower heads are needed.

So the overall stay was great, but the cleaning crew needs to be more professional so we had stepped out for a bit and when we returned to enter our room one of the cleaning staff felt that it was okay to utilize our charger to charge her phone while she cleaned between two rooms. Secondly on a different day the cleaning staff can by and I ask her to come back because my kids were still trying to get up and showered, so upon her return my 5 year old daughter was watching tv and she says oh you can’t be in the room when I clean, I’m like seriously so we stepped out, upon arriving back to the room which she was done with by the way, she got an attitude because my kids and I came back inside so she left. Then on another day the cleaning staff came in and cleaned the bathroom and pulled the trash but didn’t make the beds, on and they acted as if giving us enough towels was a problem there were four people in the room with only two face towels so we continued to ask and it would seem to stick but throughout our stay having towels became an issue. Oh, and yes they do serve breakfast but it’s not anything you’d think it just cereal, bagels, toast, apple/orange juice and coffee nothing fancy just convenient I guess.

We waited 3 hours and delayed our departure due to lost luggage cart. Once again no help from management. It was only when I asked to speak to a manager did the clerk start reviewing video. The breakfast included was a joke. Many people walked down only to find corn flakes, Cheerios, bagel and bread. No fruit or yogurt. Food was put up promptly by 9a. Observe on day no food was consumed by guests. We will never stay there again.

The elevators smell musty like wet towels. There was a cockroach crawling on the bathroom floor last night and thankfully we didn’t see anymore but this is still disturbing. The breakfast bar wasn’t great at all & there is supposed to be a $100 deposit that is refunded when guests check out and the room is confirmed to be in good condition and no items missing but when I looked at my credit card statement, I was charged $115!

When I checked in, I specifically asked the front desk how often this water issue happens. I was told “hardly ever,” only during room maintenance. Well, it happened that very same day. On top of that, the staff refused to let me check in because I arrived a little early. They were completely rigid about the exact time and wouldn’t budge at all. Then breakfast was another joke. I arrived at 9:00, and they had already cleaned everything up. When I asked if I could at least grab a bagel to go, I was told no, as if the world would end over one bagel. Overall, extremely frustrating experience and very disappointing service.

The first from I stayed in was super bright from the lights outside so I could not really sleep. The worst thing was the room had roaches.When it went to complain about it to get a better run , I had to pay more money

Hotel was remodeling and the concierge didn’t know what rooms were available and in good shape. I went to three different rooms before getting a final room. Wasn’t friendly and kind of made it seem like it was my fault

There are no vending machines or a snack kitchen for late night cravings. The elevator down button on the second floor doesnt work and they had holes in the walls as if they were doing maintenance but I did not see workers during my 2 day stay. This place is very bad!

The hotel was dirty, and we felt uncomfortable throughout our stay. The staff were not friendly at all (except for one employee who appeared to be Asian, who was kind and helpful). One incident during breakfast was especially upsetting: an employee casually swept the floor right next to guests while people were eating, and then used the same broom to sweep the chairs that guests were sitting on. That was extremely unhygienic and made us feel very uneasy. If that’s how cleanliness is handled in public areas, it’s frightening to imagine the condition of other parts of the hotel. I do not recommend this hotel. Spend a little more and stay somewhere else.

The staff especially in the morning was rude. The rooms reeked of cigarette smoke despite being a smoke free facility. There were 2 roaches in my room and the shower had no running water. I understand sometimes when you have lower price hotel the quality is lower, but that is as just an overall bad experience.

Half of the outlets did not work, no clock, bed creaked because mattress was lumpy, saggy and done. The heater/AC was so noisy you had to consistently turn the TV volume up-and-down to hear it. Continental breakfast consisted of your choice of white bread or bagel and your choice of grape jelly or nothing, no margarine or butter! Totally disappointing!!!

We didn't have hot water, which we did not realize until we went to take showers this morning. The front desk employee told us they are in the middle of switching over to a la quinta, so there was no wingate signage. The shower and bathroom were moldy. The beds were very comfortable and the front desk attendant was friendly.

My first room had a terrible odor. It smelled like insecticide although they claim they don't use it. White stains on the brown bedding. I hope that was glue but I seriously doubt it. Moved to a second room. The refrigerator didn't work and it made an annoying high pitched tone. No coffee maker in room although stated these were included online. Absolutely disgusting! Since I booked through Expedia there were no refunds, no discount. The front desk guy was nice and isn't at fault. He did offer to switch out the fridge but ... again, no coffee maker in room and no coffee available until breakfast. He said they made that change 6 months ago but it's still listed incorrectly on expedia. I'm now at the Holiday Inn.

Our stay from October 8–11 was unsatisfactory due to several issues. While we understand construction was in progress, the primary concern was finding a roach crawling out of a loose wall outlet on our final day. The cleanliness and upkeep, especially with live wires exposed, were far below acceptable standards. This experience was very disappointing.

Bed is comfortable. Room was quiet. Those are the good things. The free breakfast is literally cereal and bread. The juices are so watered down they aren’t even remotely juice and merely pale colored water. No fruit etc. Its very cheap. I stayed in room 222 for 3 nights. Each night i had to kill several bugs in the bathroom. Crickets and some other bugs i have never seen before. The bugs must come out from the walls at night. Because i cleared the bathroom each time , only to find others later. Killed a dozen in 3 nights…

Despite some renovations going on, the bathroom was atrocious.

They are doing renovations on the 5th floor and they woke up my toddler and husband at 7 in the morning on a Saturday. They could have warned us before.

The hotel is under heavy rennovation and it's a mess. Our water got turned off in the morning and later cut off again in the middle of my shower. If I weren't staying just two nights, I'd have left after day 1.

As soon as I checked in and seen the room I immediately checked out, I was a solo female traveler there were men watching me as I checked in at 11:45 pm the elevator was broken and the other one takes forever to arrive . The doors don’t seem stable the room smelled like cigarettes the hallway was creepy and the male manager was super unhelpful and rude. Also there’s a group of people just staying / sleeping on the sidewalk near the hotel.. I asked for a refund as I checked in for two nights and one day and he didn’t even say anything . Disgusting do not book here the pictures must be ai or fabricated to make something better then it was, he was gave me one key I’m supposed to receive 2.

A lot of people walk around the parking lot, and our hotel room was very outdated. The bathroom had rust all over the place and the front door looked like it had old mold or water damage on the top.

This hotel needs to be shut down immediately. When I went to my assigned room located on the 3rd floor, it smelled like a weed factory. It was ridiculous and unacceptable. When I mentioned to the front desk he didn’t seemed fazed at all and that told me everything. The noise was unbelievably loud.

Worst hotel ever. It had mold, paints chipping, some rooms have no working showers, and even stain on the beds. Only one working elevator and there are homeless people walking in the parking lots and even inside the hotel. The breakfast that they offer is not like other hotels. They offer muffins, some bagels, juice, and coffee. They even upcharge on the rooms so be sure to get an itemized bill. They overcharged me saying the room was "dirty" because of trash in the trash can. They even charged another customer for "smoking" when in reality he has never smoked in his entire life. I have never written a bad review but this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

The hotel was under renovation when we arrived so there was holes everywhere in the ceilings and only one elevator worked and even that one only worked half the time. The "breakfast" was pitiful. Cereal with mystery milk, bread in a ziplock bag and juice that tasted about a week old. The room (suite) that I booked was absolutely terrible. The floors were sticky, the lights would flicker 30 times before turning on, the two couches in the unit were hard as a rock and the bed was the exact opposite. As soon as you would lay in the bed you would sink about a foot. My back is destroyed from that bed. The bathroom was a disaster. Rusty water markes all across the ceiling, again the floor was super sticky along with the door. And the temperature control for the water was horrible. Turning the knob to cold was boiling hot and turning it to hot was lukewarm. I had to play with the faucet for about 10 min just to take a hot shower. Not to mention the LED flood light that was outside our window that would be on all night making it seem like the sun was up. Even with both curtains pulled down, it still looked like it was daylight out. The overall experience was absolutely terrible. I feel like I got scammed. Will never stay at this "hotel" again

We always choose there to stay if we travel to Atlanta ,unbeatable prices and quiet compares to other similar motels in the same region .

Very dirty and broken down hotel, my brother also stayed he had to change his room 3 times cos of broken things or pipes or leaks.

The bathroom shower was a little scary. But overall that aside. I would’ve gave it a 5 star. But please fix the bathroom shower it gives cheap

That said, the hotel has its strengths. The pool area is nice, and the lobby is clean and inviting. It’s a decent option for a budget-friendly stay, though there’s room for improvement.

The staff were friendly, but I wasn’t thrilled with the bed or the condition of the bathroom. The bed wasn’t comfortable especially when compared to other hotels that I have experienced. The tub was stripping, and the tap dripped non-stop - I had to close the door and run the fan to cover the sound.

It was convenient, the rooms are worn, I was in 204. The guy was painting the building and made noise we late in the day. I understand that the building is in renovation to redo all the rooms. So I didn't not complain. However, I would stay again I'm sure it will be better.

They're doing a lot of renovating which is totally fine, but the water in the bathroom sink ran constantly (that gave us instant hot water though!), you could not shut it off, and on the second day of our stay black water started coming out of the bathroom sink (this could have been the city or water company working on the line or something related to the renovating but it was a bit off putting. Otherwise our stay was great. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff.

The bathroom was in awful condition. The walls of the shower were dirty and disgusting. The toilet was tricky to flush. The toilet seat wasn't secure. We had no wash cloths. The bathroom door was dirty as well. The air unit was VERY loud and did not cool adequately. We had no TV remote and when we asked for one at the front desk, the employee seemed irriated and put out. Our door to our room was falling off it's hinges making it very difficult to close. We did get it closed, but it took effort. We came down for breakfast before breakfast was supposed to be over and no breakfast. When we checked out, the employee was rude.

Located in kind of a bad part of town..cops were raiding a room as i checked in. The hotel claimed to have a hot tub but i never saw it. The buffet breakfast was only bagels and bread you have to toast yourself or cereal. I could tell the bathtub had been repaired by the amount of plaster in it. My blanket had cigarette burn holes in it. All in all, decent place to sleep but falsely advertised.

Water was off but werent notified at checkin! Get to room to find no showers....and remote doesnt work....they brought a new remote but no word on water. Go to bed, get up...no hot water still! Go downstairs to report it and wait....nothing! Husband finally tried sink and shower again but this time shower worked just not sink. No hot tub and pool locked at weird times....not a place ill ever return too. Especially for 90$.

when I arrived, I received a room with no working air 205 the room they put us in 201 only had cold water in the sink, and the tub looked molded, and please remove the ice bucket out of the restroom, definitely was not what I'm use to but, I didn't have time to locate another hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, the staff was wonderful and the cleanliness was great. My only complaint was that my bed (425) was broken so I didn't sleep well, but other than that I will be returning for future stays at this facility.

Nice, clean property and comfortable beds. Rates are competitive. convenient location close to food, grocery stores, and shopping venues.

Rooms were clean but the hotel had a musty odor. Pull out bed couch was falling apart. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The property was clean and quiet. The overall design of the decor was very modern and appealing. The morning breakfast was quick and well laid out: cereal, muffins, bagels, juice, and coffee. Bed was comfortable. Room was large. Bathroom well lit. The bottom of the door near the shower was rotten where customers allowed water to penetrate. Overall, I would stay there again.

The website states this property has a hot tub and it does not. Also stated on the website the pool opens on the 15th of May and it does not open for another week after that. The whole reason I reserved at this property was the website stated there was a pool and hot tub.

This property is not dirty but filthy, dead bugs in corners of bathroom, dirt in the bath tub. Walls and doors with broken pieces and walls with. Electrical wires in the wall not covered. Very unsafe condition at the hotel and marijuana smoke think in the lobby as you walk in. This hotel then listed on it sign rooms for $34.50 when I paid over for a room. Also the room requested was a handicap which it was not. On a scale of 1 to 10 this motel would be a 1 if not negative numbers.

Bathroom hot water was not working on the sink. Underneath sink there was so much mold and the wall had big holes. Bathroom tub was dirty. Did not have the soap or shampoo holder place. AC Unit was extremely noisy. The beds were old, bedsheet had black & dirty stains on it. The bed itself sinks when you lay on it. The mattress was old. No coffee maker. Breakfast was the worst. Did not have tea bags. It only had bagel, bread & muffin only and nothing else what we usually find in others hotels. Also there were no curtains on the window. Just the blinds. But one can easily see into the room from both sides of the blind.

Very good hotel

My stay was relatively problem free outside of some cosmetic and minor annoyances. The toilet would not stop running, some of the towels had other peoples hair in them and I saw at least 1 bug in the bathroom every day. There's no hot tub even though they advertise one it's been completely removed which was most of the reason I even booked here in the first place.

I also noticed a homeless community in the vicinity, which was quite concerning we prayed for them. This is my first review of a hotel stay, and I hope it serves as constructive feedback. I chose to stay here because of work-related travel; however, I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families traveling with children.

Beds is sunked in the middle. Said no smoking in the rooms but there is weed smell at the hallway and night time those smell transmited into the room.

Had to switch rooms, bed was sullen in bathroom tub was dirty and peeling. The breakfast was continental style and displeasing. Horrible smell. The staff were nice about everything. Explained that they recently underwent a change and n ownership.

It was disgusting. We saw roaches everywhere and mold all on the bathroom ceiling. Very deceiving from the pictures that they show online. I would never recommend.

I like that breakfast is included, however, the staff needs to allow guests to finish dining before packing up the food without asking if anyone wants to get anything else before they do so.

Unsafe area. Alot or people hanging around th3 parking lot. Hotel room is very outdated. Shower barely works. My confirmations email said 2pm checkin but when i got there they said if we checkin before 3pm they would have to charge me 35$. Once i showed him the email then he didnt charge me. But mislead information.

Breakfast was a joke. Property was run down and out dated. Bathroom door knob was broken. Shower was peeling and they need to update their soap/shampoo situation. Stinky bar soap and odd smelling shampoo/conditioner is a poor choice. No coffee maker in the bedroom. For the price i feel like there are better options available. Not worth the money.

Headed back home from our honey moon vacation we decided to split the drive home and stop at this hotel that we specifically booked because of the good reviews, price and that it states online that it has a pool and hot tub on site. We get there, the staff is rude and short. Whatever, go to the pool and it has been shut down along with the hot tub for 4 plus years. We were upset but decided to stay the night anyway. The bathrooms were outdated and dirty and we didn’t notice till the sun came through the window in the morning but the sheets were nasty with stains and cigarette holes. We will never stay at this nasty location again. Not to mention where it is located is terrible.

Half the room didn't have power so 3 of the lamps and the A/c unit did not work plus the fridge did not work and smelled. We asked for a different room and the power cut out for 5 minutes our second night. I've never had the power randomly go out at a hotel I was staying at.

We boooked this property specifically for 1) Pool, 2) hot tub, and 3) breakfast included. The breakfast closing time wasn't specified and it closed at 9, so we missed it. That's fine. The pool was closed seasonally, which is also fine, we didn't know but it makes sense. The Hot Tub has been closed for a very long time? So that part needs to be updated. Overall a good hotel, but don't come here if you're looking for a hot tub or pool

The bathroom has rusty curtains and towel holder and is generally old and worn out. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and the room is neat.

I did like convention of restaurant around. The area looked ran down the property was ran down. I asked for nonsmoking room but was on the same floor where smoking rooms were.

We got a suite and the size of the room was good. There were some issues (the bathroom door lock was broken, the shower was dripping all night, the power went out a few times the first night). The maintenance man and housekeeping were very nice. We heard they're under new owners so things may be changing soon.

very filthy! Weird mildew smells throughout the hotel. Smells of poop near elevator. I had to reclean my hotel room. The was mucus on the windows and DO NOT WALK ON THE FLOORS WITHOUT SHOES. Honestly if I could give a zero I would because as soon as you check in the staff are rude. Please be careful
