We arrived late. The check in was fast. The property is clean. I felt for the price we paid, there is value. The breakfast was surprising, good. We ordered the breakfast burrito, and it came it guacamole with salsa. They have real fresh fruit not from a can. When you don't know while traveling, Starbuck's brand coffee should be the standard and they served that. The food clerk was friendly and extremely attentive. Overall, I would stay again while in Duluth. Very Centrally located.

Good location to Duluth Asian food restaurants and super markets. The guest check-in counter doesn’t look inviting. It look more like a valet car dropping off desk.

I was given an accessible room that seemed to not have been occupied in quite some time. There was a damp smell/odor throughout and the towels and wash clothes were slightly damp from humidity. There was also hair on the hand towels. I told the lady at the front desk and she offered me some spray. I assumed there were no more rooms but the front desk gentleman told me there were more rooms and he’s not sure why she didn’t move me and offered to comp my Starbucks coffee. Staff was pleasant but my room was terrible.

I loved it and it’s so convenient because you near mostly everything.

The front desk attendant was the rudest lady ever, room wasn’t ready at check in. Room half cleaned, no trash bags in the trash cans, hair in bed. Very disappointing.

Everything about my stay at this facility was great. The only thing I could that was perfect was the pillows. I probably should had requested different pillows, if they had them. the pillows on the bed was just a little to soft. Other than that, it was great.

The room is large for the price! It was easily accessible, comfortable, and even had room access to the courtyard. The staff is extremely nice and was more than happy to accommodate needs. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean, staff were courteous, but I felt misled about the breakfast. There was no free breakfast, instead a Starbucks in the lobby with very pricey breakfast options.

I did not have breakfast there. The location has a lot of restaurants and stores near. Many within walking distance. The elevator had smelled as if someone had urinated in it. I’m sure some maintenance will be able to resolve that issue.

Room was not very comfortable, and the building feels bit old. No free breakfast was available, not even a cup of coffee in the lobby. Overpriced for its limited service and room condition.

Clean and safe We got a suite for 3 teen boys, one adult and one teen girl. There was not enough room. The beds are small, double not queen. The pull out couch was also more like a love seat so could only fit one person. My requested a pull out/roll away bed. They dont have any on site. My husband had to sleep on the FLOOR.

The hotel was in a great location, the rooms was very clean and spacious for a one night stay. I paid for a breakfast but the hotel did not offer continental breakfast.

Receptionist was very unfriendly and unprofessional. My husband asked for closest entrance to our room from parking lot and she was very mean and told him to just go around the building. We ended up stopping and went into two entrances to find our room is upstairs. 😨

It wasn't as clean as I thought it would be, Only one soap was provided for the room and I couldn't even eat breakfast unless I purchased it and it was advertised a breakfast would be provided. We were unfamiliar with the breakfast options and everything seemed computerized. Won’t stay here again.

It was a good stay, the only complaint I have is the bathroom didn’t have a trash can next to the toilet, which is pretty inconvenient for women. However I would definitely stay again.

The room was a bit out of date - toilet kept clogging , water pressure was terrible .. trying to get in and out the door was struggle ( hard to open) . Refrigerator too forever to cool beverages … no coffee at all in the lobby

I could sleep more than 4 hours. The hall ways and room smell bad and ol. My room was away from GYM - front desk… by far it was the worst hotel I have spent time in. Will never ever go back. Here. I am disappointed.

When we checked in, we were told the elevator was broke and there’s only one then we were told the icemaker was broke. It took a good 1520 minutes to get a luggage cart, but after that, everything was good.

The employees were nice. But the hotel is uncomfortable to stay at! And the website is not factual about the facility at all!

A swimming pool that is locked most of the time. Some employees (but not all of them) don't know how to behave.

The property is tucked away into a little isolated street that connects 2 busier areas. I liked this location but there are some homeless walking by. Other than that its perfect.Very clean, staff was friendly, very quiet I enjoyed my stay and would book again. I do wish the onsite restuarant was more accessible but other than that I have no complaints.

Also, there is only one washer and one dryer at the hotel and they can only handle small loads. While I appreciate laundry facilities being onsite, more machines would be helpful. The area is great with easy access to I-85, restaurants and shopping, plus plenty of Asian influences and K-pop if people are interested.

The location and cleanliness were good, but the mattress was one of the worst I’ve experienced. It creaked every time I moved, and the middle was badly sunken, making it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. It definitely seems like it’s time for a replacement.

I had a 1 night stay at Suite room. In general, the room was spacious than others with bedroom and living room separately. However, it had weird smell since there is no air ventilation. If you don't open the balcony door, it's hardly breath and indeed I suffered bad sinus allergy from the smell and air-con. Moreover, bith pillow and bed sheet were smelly. I thought they did not change the pillow and bed sheet for weeks and that smell was sweat smell. I could not sleep the whole night due to thag smell and bad air ventilation in the bed room. It was not worth for ~ $180/night.

The staff was very unfriendly at check-in and rudely asked for a credit card without any explanation before mentioning the deposit. This was the most unpleasant check-in experience I’ve ever had during my travels.

The room was for a handicap guest. Which made the beds extra low. The mattress' were horrible. I haven't seen a mattress with the coil springs in decades. The middle of the bed was worn down, which had me sleeping on the edge of the bed. The furniture was very dusty. The water pressure was a trickle on the one shower head that worked out of the two in the shower heads. Had to just sponge bath in the sink using luke warm water. I would not recommend this property or EVER stay at a Marriott property EVER again.

The hotel was ok. The tv didn’t work most of the time. Bad cable service. The sink didn’t get hot water at all. The shower head didn’t have a good flow. It was noisy in the early mornings. I did however like that being on the second floor we had a small balcony with a door that had a screen. We had the door open for some fresh air during the day. Checking in the person didn’t tell us anything except our room number. No info on WiFi or anything.

My stay was outstanding. The hotel was clean, quiet and had a new smell not your typical hotel smell. There wasn't no smoke smell at all on the premises. The staff was phenomenal and made sure all questions or whatever accommodations were fulfilled. I'll definitely book again.

I hardly ever complain about hotels, especially ones where the price and location is this good, but there is legit only 1 elevator in the whole building, which is not at all an issue for us since there are plenty of staircases, but that is not mentioned at all when you get checked in so we spent about 20 minutes trying to find the stupid elevator and then find our room. Speaking of which, the lady who checked us in was quite rude. I’ve never had to deal with such poor attitude from people working the front desk.

I will definitely stay there again and recommend it. Pool area was enclosed and very nice altho closed for the season when i visited

My only issue was the door was hard to open.

When I walked in and standing in front of the counter for a while, she was not stand up say hi or any of the greetings. I had to excuse myself and asked her if this is the check in counter. She said" it is" but she reacted like I was bothering her. The entire time she didn't smile. But the room was clean, cozy and comfortable. When next day I checked out, there was a gentleman who was very friendly. So I guess is just go by luck.

Downs: Only 1 elevator and VERY inconveniently located at back of hotel making walk for my 80year old mother very difficult…she got so tired she fell in hallway due to no handrails. People at breakfast area were not very hospitable as they tried to make husband pay for breakfast even though I had prepaid for our stay. Not really sure system for prepayment for guests is effective. Tips: Spend the money and invest and install a elevator on other side of property, add hand railing in hallways for liability issues and ADA compliance. Overall very happy with property management and property maintenance.

The mattress was of poor quality, causing back pain the following morning. There was no staff present at the front desk when needed. Otherwise, our stay was satisfactory.

The hotel was clean and staff I spoke to at check-in and check out were very friendly. I did not use the continental breakfast or restaurant so I can't speak to the quality of them. The hotel is well located within Duluth and K-town. My only complaint is the AC/heater unit was very loud and it would be nice to have some firmer pillows. Overall, a great stay and I would come again.
