Close to my uncle's home and good parking. Only reason I stayed here! Where do I start. No real breakfast for the last several trips. It is lousy and I got sick last time! Hit and miss maid service. Toilet handle doesn't work unless it is helpd down. Shower curtain is moldy. Pillows suck, AC doesn't really get cool. Oh, the snack and coke machine has to be serviced or refilled by an outside service. It has leaked since March and the snacks missing just about as long too! We were there for two weeks for this trip and the machine did not work at all! Finally, I was on the 3rd floor and half the time my door key didn't work.

The staff are absolutely amazing and super accommodating with my service animal. I can rave enough about the attention and care we received. My only complaint is that the pool was closed but really not even a blip on my radar.

The room was great. The staff didnt have breakfast ready and blamed it on the nite girl calling off. We forced them to try and find us something because the breakfast was one selling point.

Rooms could be cleaner. Bother times I approached staff at the desk it was like I was disrupting their personal calls. Maintenance needs to address paint around the shower and ceiling stains.

One of the worst hotels I have stayed in no breakfast they didn’t even have coffee in the morning because they say only 5 rooms was occupied they do breakfast but not even coffee most hotels have coffee no matter what time of day it host sleeping and drink at the counter

Breakfast ran from 6 to 9 am so we arrived at 8am the first morning and the only thing left was sausages. We arrived the next morning for breaskfast at 7am and found there was no meat at all, the potatoes were undercooked, the buscuits and gravy lacked meat and taste but ther eggs and cheese were great.

The lady checking us in was rude and very slow. Then in the morning for breakfast there were no bowls and again same lady was there and did not look up to acknowledge my wife who asked about a bowl for cereal. She snapped to use a cup. Then we tried a French toast stick which was both cold and stale. Cereal was stale as well. Worst hotel experience in over 15 years! Do not book here. There also was a very loud morning train 8AM. ( I suppose this was not controllable.) Homewood suites used dishes and silverwear. Waffle machine not working or supplied. We will never stay at a Baymont by Wyndham again. Good luck as this was in Augusta Georgia.

Dirty

We were given a room right off of the front desk, which was awesome because it was not far of a walk. But there was some type of hallway or service room or something on the other side of the wall from our room. All night, long people banged, knocked, and went in and out of that room, making noise. Laughing talking and making a noise. Otherwise we had an extremely nice and clean room at a decent price. I wear earplugs at night so I didn’t care but I got woke up by everybody else in the middle of the night up moving around and found out it was because they had been kept up all night by the people on the other side of the wall that I assume were employees.

I’m not sure why this hotel had such a high rating. The employees were really nice, the rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy BUT that was the only good things about this hotel. The breakfast was terrible. Barely anything to choose from and we went early so I know they didn’t run out already and what was there tasted old and reheated. But the worst part was I woke up to cockroaches all over the room. The lady at the desk was super apologetic but didn’t seem too surprised.

Estive con mi hijo pequeño y mi esposo, la primero noche el piso de la habitación sucia de desecho de comida, no obstante a eso, salimos en la mañana y cuando regresamos la habítacion no la limpiaron encontramos lo mismo deshecho y el baño sin limpiar. Fue muy desagradable la falta de higiene

The facilities could be nice but poorly cared for. Food was meh and everything was kinda dirty and sticky

No one at front desk when we checked in. Waited, finally someone emerged. We got our room and it had not been cleaned (this is 5pm, check in was at 3p). Went back to front desk and attendant was gone again (literally 10 min later). Waited again for another 20 min for her to emerge, called 7 times with no answer. Finally she came back and we cancelled our stay and left. Worse experience ever and I have traveled a lot!

Breakfast in the morning was not bad. Bed was comfortable, room was clean.

The linen was stained with urine, blood, and other unidentifiable stains and when the issue was brought to the staff the associate on duty responded “well it ain’t no pillows in the back, so I don’t now what to tell you.”

Enjoy my stay, the staff was friendly and very helpful.

Stay was nice and room was very spacious. Floor wasn’t vacuumed in some areas and we didn’t have any washcloths, only hand towels and towels.

CONVIENIENT & EASE OF ACCESS.

I did not get the room I paid for. Wanted a hot tub suite. Got a whirlpool room. I’m handicapped and had no place to sit.

The place smelled like wet dog, there were no blankets or pillows in the room for the pull out couch, and when I asked for them, I never got them. My original room was overbooked and was upgraded to a suite but the room was lacking necessary items, bathroom hadnt been cleaned properly, tub was uncleaned from last customer

The property was very attractive. The room was very comfortable. The staff was cordial. The only thing I didn't like was there were roaches and a spider in the room. I've stayed in several rooms with a kitchen and have never seen roaches. Unexceptable.

My stay there was well. Front desk staff was nice and the room was kept clean. The only concern that I will say crossed the line was finding a used fork that was on the utensil holder before I came in put on my plate of food while I was grabbing another food item. The only person that was around me during that small window of time was the staff member that worked the dining area 9/10/2023. I did not see her, but I know that I did not put two forks on my plate before I grabbed another food item. I would check the cameras to make sure. I hope no staff thinks it is okay to touch other people's food without confirming it's not theirs. I decided not to make a scene in front of others and continued my day. Despite this incident, all other amenities were fine and convenient.

Hard to rate since they were in the middle of a renovation. Our room was nice. Well looked after. Need to have decaf coffee for us older folks.

We had stayed at this hotel last spring and it was very nice, so we decided to stay again. Unfortunately, things were not as nice. Check in went ok, and the room was ok, but there were issues. The phone in the room did not work, so we could not call the front desk with it. The fitted sheet was so stretched out, it would not stay on the corner. The breakfast buffet the first morning was so cold, we had to microwave our food. Despite the fact we were out of the room all day, our room was not cleaned. We had to go to desk and ask for towels and coffee. I am guessing they were short handed, but I am not sure we would stay here again.

The floor in the room was dirty with something sticky. After approaching the front desk about it. He came and cleaned it fairly promptly being he was here alone.

No housekeeping service for three days stay. Poor continental breakfast offer. Poor Wi-Fi service

Nice hotel and very spacious. This is definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed in when I come visit family especially for the price. Also they have regular sized pillows. For some reason the last 2 hotels I stayed in Augusta had very small pillows which were uncomfortable.

I booked this hotel by mistake. It was suppose to be the River walk. What a mistake when I first walked into the hotel there was a smell that I didn’t like. One elevator. The room furniture was dirty and dusty. The window had fingerprints all over. The bathroom with leftover soap in the tub area, dusty and rust that holds the towels. The hotel can use some remodeling. I’m not going to say anything about your free breakfast 👎. I want stay there again.

Toilet wouldn't flush. Was told there was nothing that could be done. I had to rig up string and a hanger after checking in late at night. The lady was rude and had a bad attitude with me but was very polite to other customers I saw her interact with. Extremely off putting experience. She would not refund me either.

We had a great stay and the beds were very comfortable.

Checked in around 9:30 or so and got our room, (303) walked upstairs and put everything down only to hear my husband say we needed to change rooms because the room was full of roaches..they were all over the bathroom floor, tub, sink and in the kitchen. Walked downstairs, got changed to another room and floor (213)... we stay in the next room for a couple hours, but the AC wouldnt go past the low setting and it wasnt comfortably cool enough so i went downstairs to see if we could possibly change to a room with a better AC. The late night worker (Shakiva, or whatever her name was) questioned why i was just coming down for an issue, I proceeded to tell her I shouldn't have to justify anything to her but since she must know, i let the AC cool down while we ran and got dinner but it didn't exactly cool down. We were switched to another room, the 3rd room smelt like mildew so bad, you can just tell no one had ran the AC in a while. I was over it at this point, sprayed the whole room/floor down with lysol and dropped the AC to 61 to air out the room and get rid of the smell and stepped out for a bit. The room smelt so much better when I walked back in later. The hotel has gone downhill since the last time i stayed there, which was a couple year's ago. You dont get housekeeping services everyday, but you can go down and ask for towels..I will not stay here again. Their elevator also is out of the inspection date by 2 months which is a safety concern. Please be aware!!!

I was please with the cleanliness, comfort of room and location. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Even though I experienced a large water bug crawling on the wall and ending up on my head board. It was one of those extremely hot days and I guess he was doing what we were doing trying to get inside from heat. Lol!!! I would recommend and stay there again.

Breakfast could have been better. No bacon available , biscuits not done, eggs where just whites made to resemble real egg, Gravy was good. Coffee and juice good.

The property is nice, I didn’t enjoy the stay because of people of above the floor continued with jumping and noise to after 2am. I had to call the front desk twice.

It is near I20 and good location. The room is clean and the staff is very kind. The breakfast is also good.

Yesterday, while my wife & I was getting dress housecleaning plus another female trying to enter our room. Both women said, “ this is not our room anymore so we need to be leaving or police will be called.” Reminder my room was book for May 28-30, 2022. Very rude and unprofessional for my wife & I to have to go downstairs and deal with this very unprofessional

I have been to Augusta on many occasions to bowl. I prefer to stay at the Baymont Inn everything you need is close by. I also rekindled an old flame, it was a party for 2 me and my Boo!

Apparently the room looked very clean but we found two cockroaches, one on a bed and one on one of the tables the night before we left and we also had a problem with the room key, I went downstairs to ask the receptionist for help and after waiting for her for ten minutes, she wasn't very nice about it so I had to look for the maintenance staff myself, who by the way was very kind.

Room was disgusting. Smoke detector off the ceiling and just laying on a dusty, dirty fridge. Lotion/oily substance all over bathroom door, counter, walls and also on remote and nightstand. Fresh shaved beard hair on the counter and nasty toothpaste spit on the vanity mirror and molding. Hair from previous occupant all over floor and tub. Mold in the shower and bad drainage. Beds were comfy, AC worked…Bernard was great. Slept well until housekeeping started the floor. Loud, yelling/laughing/joking from room to room, down the halls. It honestly sounded like a construction site before 9a!

The room needs to be sprayed for bugs. There were small roaches in the kitchen and bathroom. And the front desk person was always outside. I felt as if i was bothering her when i had to get her attention for services.

The hotel was not clean. Our room had black mold on the cloth shower curtain (there was no plastic liner), you could tell the shower hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guest as it was dirty and there was quite a bit of hair in it, the comforter was dirty, and when I happened to look under the bed chasing my nephews toy I was disgusted. There were fast food bags, cups, peanuts, and other various trash items. To top it off there was a roach crawling around the continental breakfast buffet area.

It was easy check-in and check-out and room was spacious. It was easy access on and off the interstate.

It was pretty and looked updated. I would just liked it to be clean.

Nothing stands out

This hotel is perfectly lovely. It is older, but very clean. My husband and I stopped here on the way back from dropping off my daughter at school. We got one of the rooms with jacuzzi tub in room. We so needed it. Beds are also very comfy.

Need more variety for breakfast.
