Parking was easy.

Like the fact that they have free parking and they dont hold a fee until check out.

Easy parking but hard to find in the dark. Our room had several lighting issue. They were in process of updating throughout the property.

The staff was friendly. I reserved the Deluxe king suite then I noticed in the room that the toilet seat was broken they gave me another room that was way smaller and smelt funny but I paid for a deluxe king suite.

Staff was very nice and helpful. AJ the manager seems very busy and scattered but generally reasonable and professional. The room itself was not bad - there were some areas like the bed pad nook by the window that didn't appear to be the cleanest but the primary beds were in good condition. The shower curtain bar needed to be tightened/repaired because it wouldn't hold up the curtain properly to cover the entire shower. We had a short stay and it did the job, so no major complaints.

The staff were lovely and very helpful but the room had a terrible drain fly problem so there were small flies in our room all the time, it didn’t seem clean at all. If it wasn’t for the fact we were in Augusta for the masters and it would be impossible to find somewhere else I would have asked for a refund and gone elsewhere as it’s a health hazard. I had to sleep with the bed sheet over my head it was that bad and given the price we paid it’s shocking!

The room is run down and old. Sheets were stained and towels were used and wet as if they folded the towels back from the people who just checked out. Pillows were not holding up shape it was just a bag of cotton prettt much. Room smelled heavily of bleach and even turned my black socks colored from walking on the floor. Room condition Not as pictured in the pictures. Falsely advertised. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.

Upon arrival checked into the room the tv did not work and I noticed hair in the bathroom and bugs went down to front desk and changed rooms the second room it was already late so I just laid down got up that morning and left early cause I had a two hour drive came back it was late around one going on two am I noticed the sheets and covers were dirty and it was a bug crawling in the bathroom and hair in the bathroom so I went back down to let the front desk know and they said if I leave now I won’t be charged for the second night so I left and now I only got a 25$ refund but I spoke with aj the manager who stated I would receive a refund for one night but I only got back 25 my stay just was not good here at all even the elevator was making this loud noise and shaking

Loved this hotel for its good customer service, clean rooms and pilot gas station across the street was very convenient.

The size of the room was good. The cleanliness was average. The bed was not to my liking. The staff was friendly.Location was okay, it was alright for the price.

Front Desk Manager REDDY was a huge help coordinating 16 associates checking into the property for 2-3 week stays, easy to work with and accomadating to our team.

The room smelled overwhelming with bleach. There were what looked like bullet holes in the wall and behind the tv. The window open to help with the overwhelming smell, however the trains and quary trucks filled in the rest of our sound all night! Oh and did I mention the roaches?!?!?! I slept clothed on top of the sheets and “slept” is used loosely! I was told we would be refunded. The gentleman at the front took our information. We booked another hotel immediately. I WOULD LIKE MY REDUND!!!!!! Also maybe a little less bleach and a few roach traps might be good! Only word is um NO! The people were nice! So there is a plus! The Microtel is in need of a little TLC.

My first room there was stains in the bed on the pillows and sheets hairs all over the beds sink had a stain and the tub was stained had to switch rooms and it was semi better still had some nail polish on a throw pillow even my bath towels has stains and brown stains all over the curtains just not clean breakfast was just a few pantry items an gnats were on the fruit just overall not somewhere I felt comfortable sleeping the residents are loud you can hear everyone

The room smelled of smoke, there was food in the refrigerator that was spoiled. The entire lobby smelled of weed. Staff was minimally courteous. Desk clerk just handed room card. Was not comfortable, but I was tired and had to rest.So I didn't make a fuss but I will not stay there again

There was a front desk clerk playing with his PlayStation in the lobby. The juice and coffee all tasted old and spoiled. I stayed on the third floor and it smelled heavy of pot smoke. Not very enjoyable

Ok stay. Smelled fresh and clean at first, but but many dirty spots were found. Beds were clean and comfortable. Nice staff. We stayed 4 nights as this place had good reviews for a reasonable price. Downfalls, breakfast was poor (instant oatmeal, waffles yogart in a mini fridge with a broken handle). Window seat coushion in the room was stained and layers of gunk in the corners all over the room. Tile floor was light grey at some edges and totally black in the middle. I clean for a job and this was gross! I have a high expectation of clean. Each day there are people smoking weed at the little shelter outside, the end hallway door doesn't lock and the pool doesn't open until 1130, but only if you ask. It's not actually tended to. We've stayed in a Microtel before and it was ok as well. I appreciate the man who cleaned up outside on Friday and the person who cleaned the stairwell on Saturday. Both areas were quite dirty all week.

There was semen on the bay window pillows and couch. There was urine behind the toilet and it was loose. We notify management it was not cleaned up. There were makeup stains on pillows and sheets make me question if the linens were actually cleaned and replaced. We were told we would receive a full room clean and a make focus on the bathrooms. I would think a full room clean would have an included new linens and the urine cleaned behind the toilet but it was still there and no new sheets. The bed also needs to be replaced. It was caved in at the middle.

We were able to get the same room #209 that was cool. People are friendly. Wish they offered more of a breakfast selection but thats ok. We will definitely continue to book with Microtel everytime we need a place to stay when we visit Georgia.

Smelled like weed when you walked in the door and cigarettes outside the room even though it said it was non smoking. Broken a/c units, broken bathroom blow dryer keeping it from staying on the wall over the sink, broken bathtub faucet kept tub running, domestic disputes and the fire alarm was pulled twice in the middle of the night. Very unsafe facility and no security but it's desperately needed. Manager would not give a refund.

A beautiful place and affordable. We planned another stay, but we did not like the fact that there was guest smoking marijuana by the pool/bench area we could not enjoy that area.

Room was ok but very small. Garbage all around property. Trash can by back door stayed full my entire 4 night stay. Front desk guy in the morning did not move from behind the desk. Guessing he was in charge of breakfast bar. Tables always dirty. Never any pastries out. Coffee looked like mud and tasted awful. I've stayed here a few times before but don't think I'll be back after this visit

The stay over wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t great either. There was mold in the bathroom on the seal of the shower, the room itself smelt weird and the hotel smelt like a smoke shop from the second you walked in the doors. I only saw an attendant twice on my stay, once moping and the other time standing at the check in the rest of the time, nowhere to be found.

The food was almost non-existent and they did change my sheets and pillow cases during my stay.

This is one of the best hotels for your money in Augusta. Its nothing really special but the rooms are clean, didnt have a smell, good hot water. Stay at this one instead of roadway inn, ive learned my lesson.

The biggest issue I have with them is they would not allow me to park the motorcycle up under the canopy overnight that's the first hotel I've ever been to and would not allow me to park my motorcycle under the canopy for protection and under the lights I won't stay there again if I'm on motorcycle and keep it out of the rain overnight

I stayed here over 9 years ago while working at Plant Vogtle and I like the facility!

For what it is this was great. If you’re looking for a no fuss place to stay that’s economical this is it. I was very disappointed that the pool didn’t open until 11:30a. I prefer morning swims prior to checking out. The manager told me why that policy was in place due to abuse and I understand, but was still disappointed. Staff was very friendly with great recommendations. For a no fuss, low cost stay in Augusta this is pretty good.

Poor bathroom quality

We understand that the excessive cost was due to it being Masters week in Augusta. However the room and hotel was not clean. The room had light fixtures with bulbs out and they were not replaced after asking and I had only like warm water for a shower.

Its a 2 star hotel and the two stars were Lee and David! They were awesome in every way. They made the stay perfect. The room updates were excellent. Bathrooms needed updates but all worked.

The housekeeping was awful. The bed was just thrown together, no restocking of anything and the floors were completely filthy in our room. Definitely could not walk barefoot or your feet turned black. Hopefully this review will inspire a deep cleaning of the rooms.

This hotel is a joke. They charged us $850 for a. motel six tree of hotel. They charged $199 for guests registering off the street but $800 on line. I might never use Hotels again. What a giant ripoff!!!!

Mainly it was convenient to get to the course and the staff was very responsive. I probably wouldn’t stay there regularly but it worked out fine for our trip, especially given how expensive the alternatives are during that week Of course, I’m not sure there’s really much reason to go to Augusta other then for the Masters so little chance I’d stay there for any other reason.

Room had smoke detector removed, door lock was broken, light bulbs missing and room smelled like bleach that seemed to be hiding other odors. Room served it's purpose to have somewhere to lay are head down for a night.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff was great and went out of their way to help and respond to requests. Location is not bad, except for the proximity to the railroad tracks. It's a bit too close, but not a show-stopper. Didn't try the breakfast, so I can't comment. Very worth the money.

For the price and location this was a great place to stay. The room was clean, except for the decorative pillows in the window which all looked like they had either food stains or bodily fluid stains on them. YUCK! But the bedding was clean and new. The other issues were there is a train that ran most of the night nearby and the shower water was at best lukewarm.

Didn't have high expectations but this property is disappointing. My sheets had cigarette burns in them. The bath leaked and the mini fridge was completely frosted over. No hangers in the closet to hang my business attire. I told front desk about the leak and they said they were no other rooms available (the full parking lot told me was probably true), but they also told me there was no maintenance until tomorrow. THEY NEVER came.

The room was clean for the most part. Freezer truly needed defrosting, A/C heater panel outdated, and the elevator was scary with the top panel competely destroyed and it made a horrible noise going up and down.

The TV didn’t work as no cable or internet, the floors were sticky as i had to spread out towels over the floor so my feet/ shoes wouldn’t stick. The shower had long black hairs in the tub and on the shower walls. The room had a smell and the mattress squeezed even if you turned over or moved. We were so tired or we would have requested a different room. We will never stay there again!

I stayed at this property several times in the past because of the location. This place is going down and I will never stay here again. I killed 5 roaches, had toilet issues, and touch surfaces were visibly dirty. Lucky for me I always bring my own linen because the hotels were in bad conditions and dingy.

But I didn't like about it it was very nasty the elevator was shaking you didn't know what floor you was going on cuz the elevator to have no numbers on top of that it had a bad smell on top of smoke smell inside and out was terrible I would never recommend it nobody to go to the hotel I mean no one not even someone to put that dog in cuz I want to let my dog live in that's fine nasty that places they need to do better about that place cuz it was very nasty and filthy the carpet down the hall was nasty the bathroom look was very nasty I don't recommend anybody I mean anybody don't stay in there

I was placed in a handicap suite because of surgery I had on my leg. There were no safety bars installed in the tub. The lights and electrical outlets on the left side of the bed didn’t work. Those were my only complaints.

Received a text welcoming us and asking that if there were any issues to please reply. We reported the above mentioned concerns but still haven’t received a reply. Would not recommend, especially for the over $100/nt that we were charged. Ours was a $39/nt. experience.

The only complaint was that the corners of the bathroom by the tubs was dirty . There was a pile of dirt .. otherwise the room was clean .

The first room we stayed in was disgusting. The bathroom had black mold all around it and there were roaches all over the room. Once I notified the staff they changed our room to a much cleaner room that had no mold or bugs. They did not offer a discount for the unclean room even though we had to stay in it for one night because they had no other rooms until the morning.

Room and bathroom were dirty and there were ants coming out of the room everywhere. There were spider webs on the ceiling in multiple areas of the room. Never staying here again and do not recommend

I didn't like the fact i had no working tv or internet access. When i asked about compensation for the inconvenience, i was told nothing could be done because i pre paid for the room. Their website should have been updated to reflect what was not available. Watching tv is part of my relaxation even more so because of stress. On top of that the ceiling had numerous mold spots in the bathroom and no working exhaust fan.

Overall it was alright. Not the best place ever but not the worst. The showers drain was broken. You had to very softly lift up the drain thing to let the water out and if you barely touch it it'd fall back down. Either way the water went down very slowly so my feet were in water the entire time of the shower. There was also this strange noise that would have quite a few times throughout the day/night. Like a banging sound, possibly the pipes? The room was somewhat clean, not perfect or anything. The lobby/elevator were very unclean. I understand the hurricane just happened but it was quite upsetting that the wifi/tv weren't working. The staff were very nice though which I liked. Overall the stay was Average.

I went to check in and no working tv or wi fi so I asked to cancel. They said ok and would refund my money and they didn’t. Be aware.

The hotelwas CLOSED. I was not able to stay. I contacted Hotels.com and was told I need to wait until domeone from Hotels.com can confirm that the hotel was closed. I was not able to get another hotel . I expect a full refund and I assure you that I will never use Hotels.com again.

We just for a night. It was okay. The room did smell of weed & whatever air freshener they used to try to cover it up. Otherwise it was clean. Breakfast was waffles, yogurt, cereal, 2 pack sausage biscuits, oatmeal cream pies, tangerines, apples, oatmeal, or white bread for toasting. They had milk or coffee for drinks. Had a juice machine but it was either empty or not working. Overall it quiet, clean, & had parking.

I could not get any cold water out of my tap. I asked the front desk clerk if he could get me some cold water and he tolls me to buy some in the vending machine. I asked for a refund which was quickly offered and I left to find another hotel. There were som other issues but there’s no need to state them. I stay out more than 100 nights per year and this is the first time I have felt the need to leave a hotel right after checking I .

Smelled like Marijuana being smoked on every floor abd outside by the pool. Breakfast was limited too colored watered coffee, instant oatmeal and a few oranges that had black spits on them with mold. There is 2 picnic tables under a covered roof in the corner of the parking lot, right by the pool, it was covered with garbage and people sat there drinking and smoking Marijuana at all hours. Very dirty. Had to stand at the front desk and yell out for someone to assist you. I would never stay there again.

We were there for an AAU tournament. Hotel was very close to the convention center. Staff was nice. Room was a nice size and clean.

Everyday the breakfast was completely out of food, more than 1 1/2 hours before serving was supposed to end and no request to replenish the food items was honored!
