Great hotel, convenient, reasonably priced. Nice staff. Clean. Only thing we notice on a regular basis is the AC system changes the temperatures randomly. Other weird thing, the thermostat does control the temperature in the room well despite it being on “auto”. When it comes on it’s freezing! When it goes off, it’s sweltering. There’s not a happy medium. Could be a room insulation thing. My husband stays here every other week for a couple days. Doesn’t bother him. I however joined him this trip and it drove me crazy. Overall though, nice place.

I did not receive the room that I paid for, the family Suite, with multiple beds. When I made the reservations online 2 days before my arrival, the room was available. Once I arrived at the hotel, 3 hours away from my home, I was told the room was under maintenance. It would have been nice if the hotel had emailed about this issue, as I really needed the bunk beds that were missing.

Great location! Staff that I talked to was nice The lap by the bed didn’t work. After looking a lot of bulbs were out. The TV in the living room didn’t work. There were stains on the carpets thru out the hotel and in our room.

There was no shower curtain on the shower- had to get it and put on myself- the shower floor was dirty- there were no extra linens in the room- had to get them and make up bed. The lobby was very clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good so, overall not too bad but Very expensive for what you got but, hey, it was the Masters so everyone is expensive!

Got upgraded, Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Food was good in morning. The only thing I had a complaint for was the fact that I could not get the TV remote to work. When I went to the desk, the gentleman was working with a new guest. He said I will get you a new remote and bring it to you. He never came as I waited about 1/2 hour. Gave up.

on your website you do daily cleaning that’s not true. You have to let the front desk know if you want clean towels every day and bed made up and the room has like a little mildew older. Need to make sure they take care of your baseboard in the bathroom. I

Multiple areas in breakfast area dirty. Coffee had black specks (not coffee grounds) floating in it. Elevators dirty. Arrival reception was rude. Talkative about other employees. “Not my job”etc. Rooms were nice. We had two rooms, both TP holders broken. Pool was nice

My only concern was a brief interaction with a young male front desk staff member who was dismissive and unprofessional. I needed my key card reactivated to access the laundry room, and he loudly called out my room number—a major safety concern for any solo traveler. I calmly explained why this was inappropriate, but the encounter left a negative impression. Other than that, I’d still highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, and convenience.

It was a last minute book. I would stay here again but would definitely bring attention to the small stuff that I disliked about my stay. The refrigerator had such a strong urine odor, I dreaded opening it. There was a big stain upon arrival on the carpet and before leaving the carpet floor was coming off. Other than that the breakfast was decent but the staff is absolutely Amazing. Wish the pool was bigger also. But overall our two night stay was pretty good.

At first I thought it was going to be a great stay because the lady who helped me on the first day was great! She let me check in early and she was amazing. After that it was down hill. I stayed there for 4 days and not one time did I get my linens changed or new towels even after asking. On the last day i finally got new towels but that was it. My trash was over flowing, the toilet seat was broken and the tv in the bedroom didn’t work.

My bedsheets had a yellow stain on it and I found some dark hair in the bathroom, counters, and on my pillow cases. I don’t think they thoroughly cleaned the room. Other than that, I was happy with the stay. I will come back in the future.

I was checked in by a young black woman. She was very nice, if she was there more, i can rate it better. I was sent a text message to pre check in. The next morning I got a alert from my credit card saying I was charged on my card. I checked that morning and the asst Mgr at the front desk said it was them and I believe it was for incidental. We then went for breakfast. They had a good breakfast with many selections. Little things happened like going to the pool and when we returned to our room our keys were deactivated. Strange when you could open the door to the pool but you can't open the room key. Room was nice and spacious. Very comfortable. It was clean but it was webbing hanging from the bathroom roof above mirror. I got a little under the weather our last day there so the next morning I asked my wife to bring me something back from breakfast like oatmeal or grits package. They had it the morning before. Wife came back and said there was hardly anything in the breakfast room. We ate breakfast at the same time as the day before and it's sad all those selections wasn't available. My wife said it was a white woman in the kitchen area on the phone arguing with someone. She said that's not professional when there were people in the kitchen area in ear view. Checking out, I was checked out by a older black woman who was nice. I know this place has a lot of potential and could be so much better. QR code for tips, not a good look

Let me start by saying that check in was easy. The front entrance is nice and clean. The room was nice and quiet spacious. No pr9blem with the mattress, i thought the pillows were a little two too soft. NOW for those who says available breakfast is a must be ware it is first come, first serve. They said Saturday breakfast was from 7-10am. We got down at 8:50, no more of the hot food. The clerk said the person who cook is gone and thats it :(. With that being said, if you get there at the start of breakfast you would be good.

I’ve enjoyed my week stay here, it is very clean, the rooms are very large and separated to make it seem as a small apartment. The folks that work here are great, the breakfast and coffee are great, the common are inside and eating area are very clean and large, and my very big thing is, my Maltipoo puppy was welcomed. Also, last it is nice to have laundry on site to use. I will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend.

The was the worst stay I have had here. There were ants. Usually there are 2 remotes for the TV's but only had 1 and it did not change the channel for either TV. Went to the front desk and was given new batteries even though I told them it worked that it just didnt change the channels. Went down the 2nd evening and was told they were going to come fix it and no one ever showed up. Breakfast is supposed to be from 630-930. I came down at 730 and the only thing available was waffles and cereal. Went back at 830 and still just waffles and cereal. The next 2 mornings had to go down at 630. Overall crappy stay. Hopefully this was just an isolated incident.

The manager called me accusing me of stilling an alarm clock from the room, and told me I was being banned from all the Quinta hotels, first of all I am a business woman that owns a business, I own 2 cell phones, and both phones have alarm, why should I do something like that?. I felt very offended, and accusing without proof is even worst. This was the second time staying here and did not have a problem like this the first time. I have stayed in numerous hotels around the world and have never ever been disrespected like this.

The was one of the worst experiences we've ever experienced. I had a reservation set for Thursday July11th. I called Monday night to change my arrival date to Wed and spoke with an agent who said that he changed my reservation to Wed the 10h. When I arrive, r representative told me that my reservation was for the 11th and dismissed me by saying that I made a mistake without listening to me. After finally getting into a room, the room was filthy. The beds weren't made and there were food everywhere. When I tell the representative, he switches me into a room but the new room had roaches. At this point, I leave my name and email information asking for the General Manager to please give me a call. No one ever did. After repeated requests to speak with the general manager, my wife was once told that they have no way of getting into contact with the manager. I asked another representative to have the manager please contact me and no one ever did. This was my far one of the worst experiences and I plan on contacting the corporate office

The breakfast was better than what I could have gotten at a fast food place. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean and nice. I could tell that it was just standard construction when the place was built regarding walls and insulation between rooms. But it was a quiet stay. I would stay there again.

We had a family emergency and we had to leave right after we got there and we was very thankful that we had the opportunity to cancel our reservations. They were very understanding about our situation. I would recommend this hotel, for their kindness and understanding. We have stayed at others hotels as this one and was very pleased with our experience. We had also taken out insurance on our stays at hotels when we travel in case of a emergency , it can come in handy.

Had the do not disturb sign on the door the whole stay for privacy and ended up having some of my stuff gone through and things missing. I always carry back up vapes with me in my backpack that were missing when i got back to my room, i also left a vape on the bed so i knew where it was when i left to go work (i dont brong them to work with me because i work in schools)and one of my guys staying in the room with me had a work keyboard go missing from his backpack. No room service was asked for or received so nobody should have been in our room at all. When i told the front desk the guy claimed he could see if someone accessed my room but that he was locked out of the system at the moment so he couldn't look anything up. He took down my room number and nothing else was ever brought up about it. Ive spent more time in hotels then not the past 2 years for work and ive never had this issue.

The hotel itself was quite nice. The day manager was very helpful and polite. The breakfast was what was to be expected. The overnight staff were extremely rude. The housekeeping team was terrible. I was there 4 days. I asked twice but my room was not cleaned once nor was I given free clean towels. This really left a bad taste in my mouth about the hotel. Thank God there was a Dollar Store close.
