Lobby has a bad smell as well as the room. Manager was an idiot. Other 2 desk clerks were nice. Dirty fridge and less than half of a roll of toilet tissue in room. Didn’t have the breakfast. Not returning!

The pull out sofa was visibly stained all over and the mattress was questionable at best. I couldn't get anyone on the phone for over 12 hours. I will stay here again

Breakfast was better than I expected given the overall look of the building. While the building lacked aesthetic appeal and Netflix not available in the room, the bed was comfortable and the room clean.

They had the best hotel breakfast that we’ve had in a hotel in a long time. Eggs, sausages, hashbrowns, waffles, along with all the normal stuff. The food was fresh and tasty! The room and the property were as expected.

Its not an expensive room..so, you get what you pay for, however i was never concerned with drug deals, hookers or parties.. The bed and pillows were comfy. There was a larger refrigerator. Water pressure was amazing. Staff was accommodating and some of the friendliest people ive dealt with. I would stay here again.

Property was located near I-20 for access, although it shared the same address of a comfort inn that confused the GPS. Co-located with a Waffle House, a Cook out is just up the street 200 yeards. Our room had a small kirchen area (no stove, but large Refriderator and a microwave) Room was clean, beds were comfortable

The bathroom had mold in it, and the ceiling vent in the bathroom did not work and was falling out. There were bugs in the light fixtures. Was not able to receive new sheets or comforters when needed. And I was told by the manager on duty that my 2 kids and I were consuming too much breakfast

The staff was very nice, but that is where the quality ends. The room was disgusting. The dirtiest room I’ve ever stayed in. Beer or vomit dripping down the bathroom door. Hair and dirt all over the floor. Blood on the bed cover. BBQ sauce on the desk and night stand.

The lady who checked me in was very very sweet! However the room are not well maintained. There were roaches in room 113, and the clerk changed rooms right away. Beds were comfortable, but the air conditioning unit stopped working on the second night there. It was fixed within the hour. Property is just poorly maintained. I stayed my 2 days and then moved to a different hotel.

The pool had black algae and the wheelchair lift didn’t work. The rooms need to be updated, especially the bathrooms. The manager wasn’t familiar with ADA service dogs and asked for his “registration.”

Everything was great

Our stay was good. The room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The AC was phenomenal. I appreciated the fact that they had an in-room microwave and fridge. All toiletries were provided and they actually provided extra. The WiFi wasn’t the greatest, so I just shut it off. The pool was open and looked clean. (I did not use it) Plenty of hot water for showering or bathing. (2 guests) My only complaint was the lady above us sounded like she was dancing in high heels LOL. In all honesty, it didn’t disturb me. Overall, the room was fairly priced and we had a great stay and I do plan on returning to the hotel in the very near future. Ignore all the “Karen” complaints.

Location was convenient When first enter the room, there was a dirty washcloth hanging in the shower, trash and dirt in cabinets and shower had hair in it. Air conditioner, work pretty good first night by following morning. Air conditioner was not working.

Old, not well-maintained, slow check-in late at night, but it's an inexpensive motel room if you just need to get a little sleep for less.

They never made the be nor changed the sheets the entire time I was there.

Honestly, I am not the type of person to leave not so great reviews, but these may have been borderline health hazards. We checked into our room to the tune of seeing multiple cockroaches in the bathroom and near the bed. The toilet was stained, there were holes in the door, and there was a gross looking rag covering one of the lights Then, as mentioned above, the people on staff were very kind. The woman in the morning kindly let me check out at 12, but that had not been communicated to the cleaning staff, so that staff (twice) and the front desk (once) was essentially hounding my fiancé about leaving, even after I had cleared this already. Just an unfortunate ending to a rough stay there sadly. I hope that it can be improved dearly

I would not stay here again. It was not clean upon arrival. The bedsheets had holes in them even though it was a smoke free room. My remote didn’t work, I did not have access to the tv. I stayed for one night so it didn’t really bother me or felt the need to tell staff. What really sent me over the edge was seeing a cockroach in the bathroom in the early morning. The pool looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, there’s so much algae. Overall for the price I would 100% stay elsewhere. The only good thing about this place was the friendly staff. If I could rate this half a star I would.

I was on a business trip to meet with a new client. It really was a last minute stay., after my first arrangement location was changed. I was exhausted from my drive, but was told I couldn’t check in until after 2:30 because he only had one housekeeper. Then my room was a non smoking room but it was a cigarette in my bathroom toilet. I don’t smoke or drink. The room had a mold smell. I wanted to change rooms but really was too tired. I took a shower to relize the shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower was empty. But they was in the shower for decoration I guess. I woke up with a major headache. I guess from that mold smell Overall it was a ok stay if you really had nowhere else to go.

The service was great but the room was filthy. When I opened the freezer a bug crawled out of it. The bathroom wall where the trash can sat look like someone threw a dirty sanitary napkin at the trash can and missed, leaving nasty all over the wall, the room stunk upon entering it. Will not stay there anymore. They did have an excellent complimentary breakfast. Need to hit housekeeping instead of cleaning themselves.

There were marks on the bathroom door where someone had punched and kicked it and left holes in it and it was poorly repaired. They screwed a mirror into the door to try to cover it up but you could clearly see the holes and busted doorframe. The area was very sketchy and was not somewhere I would stay for more than a night.

The men at the front desk were very polite and respectful when we checked in and the kids truly enjoyed the pool!

Back in 1990's. Broken door lock and handle, non working tv remote control, stinky dirty couch, cheap damage office chair, very loud like 30 years old refrigerator so the A/C unit, extremely dirty floor, terrible poor breakfast. Will not stay here again. It's worth $20 not a $100.

The Staff was nice and helpful. However, the room was a little sketchy. The main light didn't work, and there were bugs in the bathroom.

The door wouldn’t lock had words with tall dude with lock didn’t want to argue because he was telling me that he had the power to give me the room or not and I was just being normal Customer he said I had a attitude then attitude just haven’t rest in a long time

The customer service is amazing i loved the people that worked there. My only complaint is that i know i booked a nonsmoking room. But the room smelled so strong of cigarettes that i swear someone snuck in and smoked one right before we got in there. Also sense my first night staying there. I have felt sick and am constantly coughing up stuff that i have no idea where its coming from with no runny nose. My tonels are inflamed and all. Which, i had no sign of being sick before hand. I just know i woke up after the first night with so much gunk in my throat i nearly choked. I think the place needs to be thoroughly checked for mold.

I killed about 10 cockroaches during my 4 days there. My key card, despite keeping it in my back pocket away from all magnetic devices or my phone, deactivated multiple times a day. There were clearly permanent guests in the room below me dealing drugs out of their room. They were also working on cars in the parking lot at all hours. The room smelled pretty bad and the bedding was badly burned in places. Not a great experience.

We had reserved 2 queen beds smoking room. They gave us king smoking because they didnt have what we reserved. Charged us a $100.00 incendental fee which we were not told till we got there on a non refundable room. We had no ashtrays for a smoking room light bulb was missing smoke detector was taken off the ceiling and shoved in the dresser. No hair dryer no phone water pressure was VERY WEAK. HEAT AND AIR UNIT FALLING APART. TOILET CONSTANTLY RAN. THIS ROOM TOTALLY SUCKED !!!! WE ENDED UP LEAVING A DAY EARLY .TRASH WAS PILEING UP OUTSIDE BY THE STAIRS. THIS PLACE IS A DISGRACE TO ALL CHOICE HOTELS AND WILL BE AFRAID TO STAY ELSEWHERE FEARING IT WILL BE THE SAME WAY IT IS A FIRE HAZZARD. Paid $100.00 for that fee incase of damages BUT THE DAMAGES WERE ALREADY DONE BEFORE WE GOT THERE I BETTER GET MY MONEY BACK.

The room was a good size, lots of space, but not very clean, especially the bathroom. The toilet was broken and overflowed. They sent someone to fix it, but the fix did not work. Also, I had to go back to the front desk to tell them to clean up the mess that was caused in the bathroom from the broken toilet. There were also cockroaches in the bathroom.

To me there is no other place to stay. Andrea and staff are so great. You need something all you have to do is ask. The breakfast is also great and I try never to miss it. I got there from driving for 7 hrs. and they were full but Andrea got me in a room right away. If you need a place this is it.

Like: The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. Dislike: The toilet flusher would stick & one towel rod was visibly broken (not repaired).

The bed sheets were dirty with either pet hairs or other grey hairs made me cringe. the pillows had trash in them and cigarette holes or other. The room was a nonsmoking room - however it reeked the smell of it. There were dead roaches and live ones too. the mattress moved and more dead bugs, dirt and hairs behind the headboard. Bathroom toilet floor dirty...absolutely disgusting!! The pictures must be super edited to look ok, however these rooms are run down... The worst stay ever - highly overpriced motel!

The air conditioner was sounded like a train. I couldn't sleep. The room needed updating.

My daughter and her family were disrespected by your staff. She called to report issues with the room and your night desk clerk did go to the room. When asked what she wanted him to do about it, she asked for bug spray. He replied that was for custodial and he didn't have access. My daughter is pregnant, traveling to send her son to AIT at Ft. Gordon, so that meant we would be visiting at another time, but because of the service and said clerk requesting her to leave. Not even addressing her, but 2 teenagers, I would NOT recommend this establishment to my dog!

No shower curtain when i arrived. They say they replace towels every three days but i was there for 4 days and no cleaning service at all. Receptionists were nice and helpful though.

I like the hotel’s proximity to the Waffle House. They did offer breakfast from 5am-9am but I missed it every morning. I did not like the noisy refrigerator and bathroom vent. The property manager was very kind, sincere and nice. I did like that the property was patrolled regularly by law enforcement.

Check in was good. Guy at the front desk was nice. The room was very dirty. It was not cleaned before we got the keys. When it was time for bed we noticed blood stains on the comforter and sheets. They did not have anymore blankets. If it had not been midnight already we would have left and went somewhere else. There was hair and trash in the floors. There was cigarette ashes on the corner of the bed so clearly they did not chamge the sheets. The floor was so sticky we couldnt take our shoes off. The bathroom was just a dirty. It felt like you were going to fall through the shower floor. The appliances were super rusty and somewhat clean. We complained to the front desk only to hear them say well sorry to hear that. I would like whoever needs to see pictures to contact me for them. We will never stay at this chain of hotels again. This was by far the worst hotel experience myself and my wife have ever had.

Even though I forgot her name, the desk clerk (an African-American woman whose name I think is Philis) who was there when I checked in and out was so very friendly and helpful. My trip there will always be remembered all because of her, and I hope her supervisor finds out. To her, I say, "THANK YOU!!!"

We booked a non-smoking room and were given a smoking room, that had dirty sheets and stink bugs all over the walls.
