Reviews
The hotel reviews indicate a mix of positive and negative experiences. Guests generally appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms, comfort of the beds, and helpfulness of the staff, particularly Edgar. However, there are consistent complaints about the safety and cleanliness of the surrounding area, as well as issues with the facilities such as the pool, hot tub, and fitness center.

Nice clean hotel and the beds were comfortable.
- 3/5
Ok hotel. Lots of drugees and homeless people in the area. Make you feel lil uneasy. The room was ok. Shower faucet in tub was loose and leaking mold in corners of bathroom. Bed uncomfortable and pillows were folded in half inside pillow case. Horrible. Went down to get coffee and breakfast. Nothing available lots of stuff gone and not refilled.

I like it 100% satisfied

The TV did not work and they changed my room and the neighbors next were fighting and it took the hotel 5 hours to get the police from 12 am to 5 am.
- 5/5
The desk staff night and day was awesome
- 1/5
grime on every surface the elvators were very dirty. the entire hotel smelt terrible the pool had postachio shells floating around and freezing.
- 2/5
People were smoking on the 4th floor both nights we were there. Smoke was so thick in the hallway you could see it near the ceiling lights.
- 1/5
This hotel sold my pre paid reservation even after calling to tell them I would be there late. The staff was rude and said they make more money through direct sales and I booked through third party. There were extremely sketchy people all around the hotel. Terrible location and terrible hotel. The staff did not care that they left me abandoned with no where to stay with two kids in the car. DO NOT stay here
- 4/5
Room was nice and big. Not enough towels and no blankets. Breakfast was disappointing.
- 3/5
Room was ok. Broken light fixtures, window was open when checking in, okay for what we needed would not stay long term.
- 5/5
Walk in shower a big plus (medical visit.) IYK,YK. Appointment was too early for breakfast, so no rating there...
- 1/5
My Double Queen bed room that I did have reserved was given away. Which we found out during check-in, and we then had to get put into a smaller king bed room.
- 0.5/5
The stay was horrible if you wanted to live in fear. The food didn't taste good,, The swimming pool was dirty. In you went outsde to parking lot there was to many people do strange things. I tried to find something I like and found anything..
- 0.5/5
Nothing Everything crack heads and dope dealing in back parking lot plus a security guard that's scard to go outside to check cars pitiful place no sleep
- 2.5/5
The hotel was dirty.
- 1/5
I asked to switch rooms and the second room I was switched too the window looked like someone punched it and was cracked, the room was "cleaner" but just smelled like they dumped chemicals but did not clean so it was nauseating from the chemical smell. The carpets were all tore, the shower curtain had snot on it. The room was also not vacummed. The parking felt very unsafe. I left immediately and told the property I would not need the remaining 2 of the 3 days I booked, i am still being charged for this entire stay. I ended up booking another hotel elsewhere. This property should be condemed, it is unsafe. I'm not sure where the good reviews are coming from.
- 1/5
Expedia mentioned that someone from Comfort Inn would be in touch with me and that never happened. i wanted just credit back for 2 nights I wasn’t there & was happy to pay for 1st night. I complained about plumbing issue that was resolved on the 2nd day. No drapes in the room & it was hard to sleep
- 5/5
Everything was great.
- 5/5
👏
- 2/5
Not as clean and safe as it used to be in the past.
- 4/5
The hotel was very nice and clean. It was so nice to walk into a Colorado hotel that didn’t smell like marijuana. My only complaint was that they had to change my room because they had no king rooms available, the new room was fine and not a problem, what was a problem was the tv wasn’t working and when I called the front desk to ask he was aware the tv/cable wasn’t operational yet put me in the room and then didn’t offer to change rooms when I complained. If I had been staying longer than one night I would have gone back to the front desk and requested a new room. Just wish they had offered.
- 2/5
It was close to the Children’s Hospital It was not clean had a really bad smell of smoke inside the hotel where I was a non-smoking hotel the laundry facilities were not working, and staff was not very helpful

The area is not very good. And the summer price is way too high.

Most of the stay was very quiet. The area is not very good. And the summer price is way too high.
- 1/5
Very dirty in room and hallways, pot and cigarette smoke heavy in hallways, window glass in room broke, homeless folks congregating all around the outside of the property
- 1/5
Proximity to the hospital was good. Staff was friendly. Seemed like not a good part of town. Smelled really bad inside and out. Garbage was piled up in the halls and smelled. The whole floor smelled awful. Misleading room description. Sheets had stains.

The room was disgusting and reeked of pet urine. The pool was a basically a cold plunge!
- 3/5
The hotel was fairly close to the hospital. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. There are plenty of fast food restaurants nearby. The breakfast bar was lacking a bit. The hotel is in a bad part of town...the staff said that there were no guest computers or business stations because "undesirables" kept coming in an messing things up.

The breakfast. The slowness and forgetfulness o freceiviving the bedding.
- 4/5
surprisingly very satisfied. area isn’t the best but my son and i felt completely safe! room was big, clean. only two things i didn’t like, breakfast and shower couldn’t get super hot. other than that, great staff, clean room!
- 4/5
This hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. The staff provided a wheelchair for my brother (Disabled Vet) because he fell in the lobby. The area had a lot of homeless people but I felt safe. The homeless didn't bother anyone or try to panhandle. I would stay there again.
- 5/5
Staff was welcoming and nice. Room was very clean and in good condition!
- 3/5
My room was adequate but I could tell that deodorizer had been used to mask over odors and smoke. The paint jobs throughout were pretty marginal, you can tell that electrical outlet plates hadn't been removed to paint walls. Stuff like that gave it a cheap feeling. Breakfast was pretty good.
- 1/5
Our room was so dirty. Red sticky stuff all over the headboard and wall. The area the hotel is located in is not good either.
- 4/5
Location is really close to CU Anschutz Complex. Quiet.
- 1/5
My $100 deposit was never returned back onto my card and of course the hotel was no help in explaining why i didnt get my deposit back. I hate to tell them if i had known it was going to cost me over $200 for the room i would have stayed in a better part of Denver!!
- 2/5
The television didn’t work. Poor/no lighting over bathroom sink. The microwave and AC/HVAC unit were noisy. The room was clean.
- 4/5
The stay and hotel was wonderful. The hallways and our room smelled amazing. Only thing was the pool, it had a smell or sewer and a yellow color to it. This staff where amazing and helpful. Will recommend for future stays.
- 5/5
Definitely
- 5/5
The great service the employees and management gave me made me feel as if i was home and the hospitality was outstanding from the ground kee
- 1/5
The room was not clean from the people before. It smelled bad, bad wasn’t made , towels on the floor.. just gross. After I brought it to their attention had to wait an hour for our room! Now this room was just as bad but they put together and threw some towels up… was a nice room but was dirty. I had to clean it myself! So now I’m paying for what??? It do y end there. 2 nights in we are woke up at 4 in the morning with some female screaming at the top of her lungs then cops dealing with her right out our windowpanes!!! Ughhh no fun when you have to work early.. then the front desk guy “ EDGAR) jacked my money by keeping my first deposit cause I booked an extra night where he chafed me another deposit.. it was insane! When I confronted him he made us leave!!! WTH!!!! On our r way out we had a new guest chillin at our door!!!THEY HAVE ROACHES!!!! Ahhhhhhhh this was the worst and of course the hotel would not do a dang thing!!! Out of control!!!!!
- 4/5
High praise to the young lady working the desk the night of my stay! I forgot my charging cable and she was super kind in lending me the one that was at the desk. Amazing guest service!! She trusted me to return it when I checked out without asking for anything. GREAT job to her and I only wish I could remember her name.
- 5/5
Our room was perfect, the hotel was great. The only complaint I could have is that the pool was a little cold. Otherwise it was a great stay.
- 3/5

Within walking distance of Anshutz medical campus, clean rooms. The sorrounding area can feel a little unsafe at night, but the front desk is staffed 24/7 so the hotel itself is safe.

- 1/5
First off when we got there we waited 25 minutes to get checked in as no one was at the front desk. I called the hotel and listened to the phone ring for 10 minutes and no one answered. Next the homeless people going in and out of that hotel was horrible. Also we were upgraded a room but someone was smoking in our floor, the door didn’t lock and if you pushed hard enough on the outside of the door you could enter our room. It was terrifying. The room was ok but the carpet was stained. We come to Denver for appointments but we will NEVER EVER stay here again
- 3/5
Convenient
- 1/5
Had to call the hotel phone to get the lady to come up to the desk to check in. Then the first room was smoking in it. Had to get a different room.
- 5/5
Rooms are big, well maintained and clean.
- 5/5
Yes clean nice room
- 5/5
Nice big suite and bathroom. It was very comfortable to stay in and get some rest before my dr appointment at Anschutz cancer center 3 min from the hotel. Very convenient.
- 4/5
Yes
- 4/5
All good except for TV. Direct TV was inoperable.
- 1/5
The front desk lady gave me a room that was not clean. The toilet had feces marks and that was very nasty. I had to go back and get a new room. In addition, she wasn’t very helpful. She was not able to give me a fork or spoon. My second room did not have an iron and I had to request one.
- 3/5
Shower didn't drain. Toilet didn't flush and maintenance didn't fix until next day. Otherwise location was good for us.
- 2/5
Parking is all the way down the opposite end of the building as the entrance. The door that should open with a card access does not work but the card key at the other side works if you want to walk down the narrow alley. The staff takes up every parking space by the door so they surely don’t care about you. The breakfast they say to look forward to is absolutely horrible and a very limited selection. I would avoid the location at all costs The room was well laid out and we did enjoy having a couch as well as the large bed.
- 1/5
Had to change room 3x - staff very nice
- 1/5
The staff was nice but the hotel and the room smelled horrible
- 4/5
The room was clean. Front desk staff did what she was supposed to do for my check-in but was not very cordial.
- 4/5
Clean rooms close to hospital
- 5/5
Room was delightful. Breakfast mediocre
- 4/5
It was a good place to stay. But for the second time of staying here are were no luggage carts.
- 4/5
Room was clean and modern. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
- 1/5
The place was disgusting. Filthy couch, stuff in end table. Broken micro wave. Was not clean, the pillow case had a stain as if sheets had not been chdnged.
- 5/5
Front Desk Agent was amazing at check-in. We were there for a couple of nights and he addressed me by my name every time that he saw me.
- 1/5
There is not a hot tub working, the elevators were not working and it smelt horrible in the hallways. We left the room clean and a month later they are trying to charge us our $100 deposit without cause or an explanation. We have to come up to the area often for treatments and we will not stay here again.
- 1/5
The front desk guy was doing his best. I don’t blame him for our experience. I’m traveling with 2 one year olds and upon arriving I was greeted by a homeless man in the lobby. Fair enough, not a great area. Checked into our room where we found a messy floor and downright lethal negligence. You’d almost expect some marijuana crumbs on the floor and ash on the windowsill, we got that. Cleaned it up. It was when we found a counterfeit opioid likely containing fentanyl, according to Google Lens, that we knew we had a real problem. Luckily, we stopped our 1 year old babies from eating marijuana, opioids and broken glass. After asking the front desk for a cleaning or a new room, they offered me a broom and a dust pan to sweep up the carpet myself? I denied, asking for a new room. I checked the new room which was littered with debris on the floor and said we will clean the current one ourselves. Unfortunately the hotel does not have a vacuum AT ALL. We couldn’t get a vacuum to clean our own room. No housekeeping here. Nothing but the guy at the front desk. So we searched the floor on our hands and knees to ensure our children wouldn’t die from a stay at this hotel. Needless to say I’ll be filing a dispute and staying away from this hotel for the rest of time.
- 2/5
Room was not very clean we had a few bugs on our bed and there appeared to be blood on one of our sheets
- 5/5
It was a great stay. The room was clean. The only down side was the smell of Marijuana in the hall way.
- 5/5
Very clean
- 4/5
It was noisy outside, north of the hotel, not the hotel's fault. I had to hurry in the morning, so I didn't get to try out the breakfast except for a muffin, which was rather good. The warm food looked good and there were choices. This is the 2nd time we've stayed there. It's not top of the line, but convenient for visits to UC Health.
- 5/5
Our bathroom was not cleaned. There was soap scum by the sink, our shower had soap from previous stay on the wall. The employee named Edgar was amazing. He called me by name after check in. Every employee i ran into on friday and Saturday were excellent. The employee at the front desk in Sunday morning was at the desk on a personal call yelling about that person's location. While eating breakfast we had to listen to her yelling and cursing.
- 1/5
Terrible experience. The room had ROACHES crawling on the floors and walls, and when we brought it to the staff’s attention, the front desk said we would get a full refund. I had to find a new hotel for the 4 days in town. I contacted the mgr and they refused to issue a refund saying since the rooms were booked no refund. Even with video & photo proof they declined a refund. Completely unacceptable and unsanitary. I would never stay here again and don’t recommend it to anyone. I stay in hotels over 150 days a year and this was by far the most disgusting experience I’ve had.
- 1/5
My room was not clean; there were hairs and dirt on the bedsheets, as if they had been used. I requested a new room, but the replacement room smelled like someone had smoked in it. The window was wide open. Later, someone tried to open the door, but thankfully I had the door latch on. Though it was concerning that someone had a key that opened the door.
- 2/5
The elevator was not working. We were on the 3rd floor. Was told if we wait another 15 minutes they would get us on the 2nd floor. After 45 minutes was told there was nothing available. The air conditioner in our room sounded like a small plane taking off every time it came on. Reported it shortly after checking in. Was told maintenance already left for the day, they would come tomorrow. When we followed up, they offered us another room - but only on the 4th floor ... with the elevator not working. No one ever came, nothing else was said about ... Our stay was disappointing.
- 5/5
We ended up using the Hotel because the Hyatt, Marriott and Hilton were booked and I needed something close to the hospital. At under half the price of the other hotels it has been a godsend with our required extended stay. It is a bit older but the staff are absolutely fantastic, Hector and Rocki at the front desk have gone above and beyond again and again to help us out.
- 5/5
Bien
- 3/5
I stayed for 6 day and took 2. days to get cleaning service once asked. Also changed the breakfast time to 7 from 6 that doesn’t help when I start work at 7 very disappointed
- 5/5
Good hotel for the price we paid would stay here again.
- 5/5
Cool
- 3/5
Location worked for what we needed. But limited parking. Elevator was not working. Their phone system is messed up. Echos if anybody at front desk does answer.
- 4/5
But the elevator was out this trip
- 5/5
Really great establishment with really friendly people, perfect for the price
- 2/5
We reserved a handicap room. We went to check in and they didn't have a handicap room cleaned and ready yet, so we came back later. When we got back the next staff member said he knew nothing of us needing a handicap room and they didn't have one anymore. Unacceptable as the previous staff knew we were waiting for a handicap room and we reserved a handicap room. The new guy was not helpful in getting my father, who is wheelchair bound, a handicap room. Very disappointing.
- 1/5
The elevator wasn’t working, the carpet was moldy and my room had no curtains! But my booking said it was upgraded room.
- 1/5
Do not stay here
- 5/5
Very friendly staff. Just made me feel welcomed.
- 2/5
Hotel is not kept up very well. Elevator wasn’t working, we requested the room be cleaned and it wasn’t. Tv didn’t work. Just general disrepair.
- 4/5
Could use an upgrade on their air conditioner in the main lobby.
- 2/5
The hotel is located in a bad neighborhood. Locals who hang out in the parking lot, ask you for money, and appear to casing you out.
- 3/5
Breakfast was poor. Stayed different choice hotel on same grade, they had yogurt, fruits, just small extra things. felt being cheap. Gym had no water cup. Only water dispenser. For the price, i would expect a bit more.
- 5/5
Like that it wasnt right on the main road, far enough back there wasnt much traffic noise and close enough to a few fast food places you can walk to within 30 to 2minutes away. Room was clean and big enough 3 of us had no hassle walking around in the room.
- 5/5
Helpful staff and clean rooms. Excellent beds! Really enjoyed our stay for my medical appts nearby.
- 1/5
We checked in late, immediately followed by a strange guy out of nowhere. Went to room. Roaches crawling on walls from behind picture frames. More from under the beds. Decided absolutely no. Went to front, promised to not charge card...still waiting for refund. The staff acted surprised that the room was filthy. We killed 7 roaches before we left. DO NOT STAY HERE EVEN IF ITS CHEAP!!!!!
- 1/5
I booked a king suite and could only get a room with 2 queens. The air conditioner apparently doesn't work in the lobby. The entire 4th floor smells like someone chain smoked for a month. I wouldn't recommend staying here ever.
- 2/5
Our flight was delayed and we missed our connection so our airline suggested this hotel. Upon arrival only one desk attendant was present dressed in dirty clothes. We waited over an hour in line to get our room. The lobby was not clean, nor were the hallways or elevators. Many things were in disrepair and lobby furniture was shabby. Our sheets appeared clean but there was hair all over our bathroom floor and counter. The shampoo and conditioner were empty. The shower curtain bar was broken and the tub floor was dirty. How can this facility keep the Comfort Inn name? Hallways were not air conditioned and the room darkening shade had rips in it.
- 1/5
Drove into parking lot, decided not to even check in. Very scary area, was not going to keep family here. Front desk was very nice and understanding about cancelling our reservation.
- 1/5
We booked the room after we got stuck at the Denver airport due to weather delays, paid a super expensive cab fare from the airport only to get there and be told they had no water/no rooms. Several other people were also in the lobby at 1:30am scrambling to find rooms. Horrible experience.
- 4/5
Rooms were clean, staff very helpful and accomodating. Good breakfast options. Very convenient for folks using Anschutz Medical and they offer a discount for extended stays for the hospital. Surrounding neighborhood - not the best area of the metropolitan area. A bit scary for rural folks!!
- 2/5
Room was dirty from carpet to walls to bathroom… parking lot dint feel safe at all….hotel itself needs plenty of updates
- 4/5
Shower curtain rod was broken Comfortable beds and pillows. Tv channels/remote did not work well.
- 5/5
It was very comfortable and quiet, so I got a good rest. Breakfast was good too.
- 4/5
Thank you
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 3/5
Not impressed with check in.
- 1/5
I requested a refund for the stay.
- 5/5
Nice breakfast
- 4/5
Room was clean. The breakfast was great every morning. Staff was extremely friendly.
- 3/5
The overall hotel is pretty nice and well kept, however, it still had a dirtiness about it. There was dirt along the walls in the lobby hallway, the elevator had debris and dirt all over the floor, and even our room had some in the corners. We actually found a dirty pair of underwear in the room. It looks like they had painted recently, but they had only painted halfway up the wall walls with a slightly different shade of paint. It was easy to tell, and it didn’t match from wall to wall. They also painted the hallway, but most of the masking tape used to block the ceiling was still up and drooping down in places. our room also had furniture in it that used to be in a smoking room so our room smelled like cigarette smoke, and there were cigarette stains on some of the furnishings.
- 2/5
One front desk employee was extremely rude. There was no hot tub, even though it says there is. The room was dirty. Pictures are very deceiving.
- 4/5
The hotel was great to work with as far as our needs at the Anschutz Medical Center.
- 5/5
My stay was absolutely wonderful. I can’t say enough about the cleanliness. The bathroom was spotless. Towels shower everything convenient. Not a speck of dust anywhere. The bed was soooo comfortable I have no words. Noise level - none. Modern furniture, lamps drapes everything. Noise level And my room was first floor was so quiet for being on Colfax Unbelievably comfortable. The breakfast area ….also spotless. Coffee delicious cereal waffles sausage muffins. Everything just perfect. I am 79 yrs old. Travel alone. Parking for handicap was close to entry. I’ve traveled all over US I must say Comfort Inn was absolutely amazing in every aspect. Was the most comfortable nicest friendly clean place I have stayed. My number one for future travel.
- 2/5
I found a cockroach in the bathroom, the pool was green yellow, couldn't get help in the morning when we were leaving so I could get my cash deposit back so we had come back after my medical procedure. The bed was hard as rock
- 5/5
The property was nice, breakfast is good, the staff was excellent.
- 5/5
Clean and beautiful
- 2/5
Pool area looked very nasty. My duvet blanket had rips.
- 1/5
Housekeeping staff was cleaning room (at 4pm) and there was a unwanted guest (my guess was a homeless person) that went into the room she was cleaning and she had to lock herself in the room bathroom and call other hotel staff. I had my two kids and husband with me (for appointments the next day at the children’s hospital) and we decided we didn’t feel safe there and were not impressed with the room or cleanliness of the facility. There was also Halloween/harvest decorations still up and it is summer. I thought that was odd.
- 5/5
The beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Felt like I was sleeping on a board.
- 5/5
Weak hot water force in shower.
- 5/5
Everything seems great!
- 1/5
Pictures look nothing like room in person. Extremely DIRTY mold behind couch. cracked winds. smells like gas, elevator not working and has a terrible smell, room also had cracked window, fire alarm hanging, couch broken and dirty. Front desk rude when I asked for room to be changed I was told that is the only room left take it leave
- 1/5
Not good
- 1/5
This place is just horrible Reserved room smelled terrible, carpet dryer was running, location was unsafe Asked for another room and given one that could not accommodate my family. I cancelled and left
- 4/5
I would stay here again!
- 5/5
Good stay 👍👌
- 3/5
The property seems to be on the decline from when we visited a few years ago
- 5/5
Good stay
- 2/5
I don’t really leave bad reviews. This place is gross. They didn’t have my king room I had reserved so they upgraded me to a king room where the toilet wouldn’t flush and we played a quick game of what bodily fluid is that on the couch before being moved into another room with 2 queen beds. I got chased out of breakfast without my coffee and the place is covered in crying children. Gross. Would not repeat.
- 3/5
The staff is so kind and really makes the place comfortable but we heard sirens all night and had a bullet hole in our window. There was a house right outside our window and only sheer window curtains.
- 3/5
Overall, this place was adequate. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The problem (inside the elevators and the guest hallways, there was always a strong smell of smoke (tobacco and weed)) was more of a “guest” problem, but one that could be handled by the staff.
- 5/5
Very quiet area. Check in and the room were fast and convenia
- 3/5
Property was in a convenient location,
- 3/5
Staff was amazing room was very spacious, definitely was upset my television did not work at all. Besides that everything was great
- 1/5
Property was dirty, elevators where filthy. Missing fire extinguishers on at least our floor. In room experience was not good, faulty door lock locked us out because the duct tape fix prior did not work, the bath tub was dirty and stained. We moved hotels the next morning
- 1/5
The iron(s) did not work. One was black, I traded it in and the other still didn’t work. The shower head fell off when I tried to go take a shower. The front desk argued with me about which room I was in. They attempted to give me another room which I thought was for a shower but that was wrong and the tv didn’t work so I couldn’t take a shower and have my kids in the room with me. I parked under the camera in front of the door and someone hit my rental car but their cameras don’t work. The laundry lady approached me after asking about why I had an attitude after I showed her the issue and she said there was nothing she could do. They contacted the owner and he was clueless. Overall experience was trash. I would never ever ever recommend them to anyone.
- 3/5
Not the cleanest, and my bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain, nothing so couldn’t bathe
- 3/5
This property is right on colfax...which if you have not been to Denver...its not great. Hotel was ok. Hot tub was boarded up so that sucked. There were ton of unhoused people wijt vouchers who were staying there. Our whold floor smelled like stale cigarettes and dirty feet. Our room was clean and the bathroom was also clean. It was affordable, however we will not stay there again due to the amount of vouchered unhoused, and residents living there.
- 4/5
The hotel is nice enou
- 1/5
the water wasn't hot for showers
- 3/5
The tv didn’t work in the room. When I called the front desk to notify them I was told it wouldn’t be addressed until the morning. When I checked out I let them know again the tv wasn’t working and the remote was broke and I didn’t want to be held responsible as well as asked if I could be compensated. I was told it would be asked of the manager.
- 1/5
Gross
- 5/5
our stay was great
- 1/5
Worst experience we’ve had at a hotel. Hallway leading up to room was dirty, and the room? Even worse. Entire room was disgusting, bed was covered in who knows what, bathroom had toilets and sinks clogged. Floors had dried up liquid of some sort. Worst experience ever, and the fact that the property won’t issue a refund is simply unacceptable.

Overall there were alot of things we didn't like. The cleanliness was not good. Homeless people all over and in the property. The pool was green and cloudy and the area was dirty and no towels available. We could not swim in it. The room was okay, tv barely worked. It is very noisy and beds were not great. The sofa bed was filthy and could not be used. My son had to sleep on the couch. Which was not very clean but better than the bed. The room didnt have sheets for the sofa bed and not enough towels. When we asked for more we were told they didn't have any. The bed wasn't comfortable amd I had terrible back and neck pain the whole visit and left miserable. The people were nice and the breakfast was good. That area was kept up and stocked. Still Homeless people in hotel and all in breakfast area. Not much for security.

When we checked in to our room I was asked for a $100 deposit i gave mt credit card amd the clerk asked me for cash. Which i found rather odd. When we entered our room I found that there was only 1 towel wenty to frony desk to ask for two more and he told me there was no way he could give me the towels. I explained there was only one towel in my room he said sorry but that will have to do I said for 3 people? Later went to take a shower and and the shower did not work water was spraying all over. He did switch us rooms, but we were not ,much happier. The bathroom had hair on the floor and the comforter on the bed was dirty. Overall the floors and doors throughout the hotel were dirty amd looked like they had not been cleaned in weeks. The front desk clerk was very rude. When I asked for a printed receipt for my deposit being refunded they said the printer did not work.

Everything was fine except the couch had a missing cover; it was just foam, and the bed was uncomfortable. My room was clean, the staff was amazing and I had a lovely stay overall.

The lobby is hot when you walk in so it's an uncomfortable feel as soon as you walk in. The room we paid for smelled awful, had stains on the curtains and the bathtub was full of hair and private area hairs!!! Yuck!!! Had it not been a lond day and late night I would have asked for a full refund and left. They did have another room, slightly smaller than what we originally had but it was cleaner and didn't smell bad. The pull out couch mattress was absolutely disgusting. The breakfast area was super hot as well, so again, uncomfortable. The morning male worker did not speak great English or understand and was supposed to email my receipt but the receipt had no amounts on it. The price is terrible for the quality of this place. I do not recommend staying there. Would add photos but of course it isn't allowing me too.

This property is an island in an underdeveloped area. The only quibble about getting there was that there were no signs on Colfax Avenue or the side street showing access. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was filling, and the dining area was sunny and well-kept. If we need to stay in the area again, we will be happy to stay here.

Location is key. Construction behind the hotel brought wreckless drivers through the parking lot.

This property is not in the best area and there were some homeless when I arrived. Dining is limited to basically Taco Bell close to the property. I used the snack area but the didn’t have forks or spoons to eat with.

Edgar was extremely helpful with making sure we could get to our next destination safely.

There was a bullet hole in our room window. No blinds so the street’s lights were shinning brightly in all night. The room stayed hot no matter how much we tried to cool it down. The place to buy drinks wasn’t stocked at all.

Unsafe ramp and handicap access. No one there. No codes to get in the door. Had to find another accommodation for the night.
