Upon check in, my room was changed to one with a mountain view which was beautiful. The on-sit restaurant was very good for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Upon check in, for a room we paid for in advance. They told us the room we booked was not available for us and we would have to settle for a room with a pull out bed. They said they would refund us $25 for the room but never did.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Denver! The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions or needs we had during our stay. Our room was comfortable and made for a relaxing visit. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Denver!

First off, no breakfast unless you want to pay a premium price for it. Premium price if you have pets. Premium price for snacks. Premium price for parking. Facility was very clean. Staff couldn’t be nicer. Rooms were very comfortable. Everything worked well. Super sized tv.

This was our first time staying here while in Aurora. Rooms were very nice and beds were comfortable. Would definitely come back and stay here again on our next trip.

The room was very clean and well maintained. Staff was very helpful. The only negative was the parking, the parking ramp was next to the building.

It’s customer service!! They moved me to a new room quickly when I found my room flooded since the room above me left the tub on!! Maybe the lobby bar could stay open a bit longer.

When we arrived we were greeted by the very friendly and kind Jamie. She was welcoming, clearly loved her job and the hotel. She was full of information and knowledge of the hotel and area. The hotel was beautiful and very clean. I felt safe and comfortable. The restaraunt had delicious food and wonderful kind, friendly and helpful staff. I've stayed here multiple times and will definitely be back!

The staff is very very helpful and eager to please. You need to park in an adjacent parking garage, which was ok. It’s a nice hotel adjacent to the Aurora hospitals. It was a bit pricey tho.

Our hotel room was clean, bed sheets extra crispy. To prepare for surgery the next day I had to take two showers and the shower temp is regulated. That resulted in me having to take two luke-warm showers (evening and morning) which was most unpleasant. I have stayed at Hyatt’s where this was the case, I’d like them to allow for hotter water in the showers. We had trouble locating the parking garage entrance after checking in. I had to turn our vehicle around and go back to the front desk to get better instructions. Bed was comfy and towels soft.

The room and property were nice and clean. The bar/restaurant downstairs had great food and staff.

I was there for a conference, did not see much else of the property

Staff was nice. Room was nice with good toiletries. Parking is in an adjacent parking garage. Not that it can be changed but the shower is set up odd in that you have to get in to turn in the water which means you get hit by cold water since you can’t get out quick enough to miss it.

Was there for a medical procedure. Loved the shuttle service offered to the hospital. Everyone was very friendly and helpful at the hotel.

Overall, the condition is good. The neighborhood at the back of the hotel is a little bit not nice but it is still safe. There are not many good restaurants around the area that are within walking distance. Need a rental car to travel around.

All the staff members I spoke to were friendly, professional, and helpful. I enjoyed an excellent hamburger at the Aurora restaurant.

The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet. The only thing we didn't like was the limited menu items at the restaurant.

The room and view were amazing. The lady that checked us in was very very rude. She was grouchy and extremely slow. She told us to move our car even though there was no where to park, she didn’t care. She told us to park in the parking garage but when we left it was locked and we had to track someone down to let us out. The view though was the best one I’ve ever had in Denver!

The staff was extremely nice but what stood out the most was the driver to Children’s Hospital, Frank, who went out of his way to accommodate our off schedule needs and seemed to really care. The room was also nice and clean.

The blankets are way too starchy. Felt like we were sleeping on napkins ! The mattress was so hard! The bathroom electric outlet did not work! As well as the hairdryer did not work no matter which outlet in the room I plugged it in. The cordless phone beeped all night and woke us up at 3am the first night we arrived!

My weekend business stay from Fri-Sun this past weekend was excellent. I appreciate the free parking, clean room, luxurious mattress, and great customer service. Will stay there again if I ever visit Denver again.

A very nice hotel with easy in/out and access to parking.

From check in to check out, our experience was good. The room was clean, bed comfortable and our floor was quiet. We were suprised by the $15/day fee for parking in a non secured parking garage. Considering the area, we were satisfied with the convenience to park in the covered garage and pay the fee. Walking distance to medical campus was convenient. Kudos to Jamie who was super helpful at check in. With our extended stay, we utilized the laundry area and found it to be super clean and economical. If you need to stay near the medical campus, this is your place.

Had a distinct odor in the room. Choices in parking are valet on the street right in front of the hotel for $49 or a free garage 3 blocks away in a not particularly safe neighborhood.

The room we stayed in was situated next to an HVAC system that generated constant noise throughout the night, making it difficult to rest. I reported this issue to the front desk; however, the staff member on duty appeared dismissive and showed little concern for resolving the matter.

Hi, so I want to start of the review with complimenting the hotels ambiance, especially at the lobby which felt warm and eloquent. Also, the facilities provided the hotel were well organised with there being a gym and a pool. Furthermore the staff were quite hospitable. Also the rooms were spacious and clean for the most part, however in between the sides of the bed, where the mattress is placed from its geniuanly quite disgusting. For example I dropped my AirPods into that crevice, and that’s when I discovered the depravity and the horrendous state of the bed sides - with it being covered with blood, and just different small items in there. Overall the stay was quite enjoyable but the lack of cleanliness to gives this hotel a discomforting reputation in my eyes.

Fast quick, straight forward. 4.8/5 stars. No vent in the bathroom, not quite enough towels for 4 people. Otherwise great.

Not such a great area and not a friendly front desk employee who checked us in. She did not give us any instructions as to where to park and only gave one room key, was not hospitable at all.

The bathroom tub had random hairs on the walls - not ours as we just got to the room. There was a large spider in my towel and it freaked me out. Never saw that before.

Stayed at this hotel so many times. Stag is always helpful and kind. Rooms are always clean. Realizing that it's becoming due for some renovations soon. Can't wait to see what's next

This is our second year staying in this hotel. It feels safe for our family and the rooms are spacious. Our kids love the pool although it’s super small for a hotel pool! Will return for our annual trip to the area.

We were evacuated for a bomb threat (and no one would say what was going on)

It was going great until just after we fell asleep the evacuation alarm went off. We left in a hurry with little clothes on and stood outside in the spattering rain and wind getting cold for an hour. Meanwhile the police, fire and bomb squad were roaming the building. Fun times - NOT! YEA Denver

Rooms are nice, hotel is clean, on-site restaurant is convenient, but not too impressed with the service, possibly inadequate staffing. Room service never answered the phone on our 2nd night as we needed to dine in, with two attempts at 6 and 7 pm, thankfully Door Dash delivers. I've stayed here before for medical at UC Anschutz, which is very nearby. While we felt safe in our room, both at check in and check out were negatively impacted by homeless. A panhandler confronted us on entry, while parked in front of the hotel main entrance unloading, requesting money or water, both from my wife first and then from me later. He was uncomfortably persistent and seemed to wait actually inside a hotel door near the restaurant between his customer approaches. Security not adequate. On check out we noticed a non-guest wandering the hotel and getting water in the lobby. Parking garage also seemed to have some transients in and out, which worries me a bit because it is a walk from the hotel lobby and costs extra. Hotel is nice, but....security seems inadequate for the sketchy neighborhood, which has a mix of fairly nice apartments, as well as tent camping.

Hospitality, amenities, and location were terrific. We were there for appointments at Colorado Children's Hospital, and I could NOT have chosen a better location for convenience, safety, parking, and shuttle access.

If you are needing to be near Colorado's Children's Hospital, this is an excellent location with shuttle service and safe parking.

A bit of confusion as I went to the incorrect hotel/convention center. Only a minor inconvenience as however I was in the parking garage for 9 minutes and was charged 17.00. Perhaps next time I’ll learn to read a bit further so I don’t make the same mistake.

They stuck a couch at the end of the bed making it hard to access one side of the bed. Unable to watch TV from the bed. Loud bangs in the room next door during the night woke us up with a start several times. Not very pleased!

Good location and off the highway so easy to get around town.

Desk staff was not overly friendly at check in. Went to the pool only to find it full of what I gathered was a staff member's family/friends. During the approximately 30 minutes we were there the staff member came to the pool on two different occasions to hang out and chat with this friends where they used some inappropriate and disparaging language. There also were no towels and the trash was overflowing.

The hotel is beautiful. Everything a Hyatt Tegency should be except we booked a double queen room and when we went to our room it was the smallest single King I’ve ever been in. It didn’t work for my 18 year old son and me. I went to the front desk and told them of the situation and they said they overbooked and sold out all their double queens. I don’t understood that’s even an ok hotel policy to do that when we booked and paid for the double queen room. They had nothing else to offer us but a sofa bed in a king room which also is not something we were ok with for multiple nights. We left very frustrated at 9 pm with no room in town yet.

Check in was after 3, we showed up after 6pm and they didn't have a room ready for us, even though our reservation was confirmed. They end up switching our room to a double queen, because they just didn't have any King rooms left, which is what we reserved. After traveling for 9+ hours, the gal at the counter "Cher" was basically telling us too bad so sad with the most chipper, unapologetic attitude you can imagine..... not cool! The room they ended up giving us was on a maintenance hold, the toilet wouldn't stop running, the a/c unit was growling every time it turned on and the room wasn't fully stocked with towels, but being 1000 miles from home, i wasn't about to give up the only room they had.....

We had a great visit. The informed us since we are visiting the hospital across the street they are accommodation for this stay. The pool was a great size and clean. The restaurant was amazing the staff was very helpful and made my special needs kiddo feel special from making him his very own drink to splitting our food so he had his own special plate. We will definitely come back.

Front desk clerk was nowhere to be found at check in. When she did appear she immediately asked me to wait while she wrote notes then proceeded to make phone calls. She allowed her friend to come behind the desk while she checked me in and paid more attention to him than the check in process. Then couldn’t find my reservation after pronouncing my name three different times. Have no options as to where to find food and the services the hotel offered. I was the only person at the check in point. This is a clear representation of the clerks ability to focus on customer service

Place is clean and nice. Not in best area but I like they have garage parking. Wish they had safer walk from garage to hotel. Very dark and spooky.

The power went out, and they do not have a running generator. I had to take my luggage down from level 7. Also, there was not anyone at the front desk to assist or tell us what was going on. First and last time staying at the hotel.
