    This place was awful. I checked in late, so I had to wait wait a while for anyone to check me in. The room was dirty and old. There was an old bar of soap and hairs in the bathroom. The breakfast was non existent. I couldn't wait to leave.

    It was a fine stay at the hotel, especially considering the price at the time and the booking and cancellation conditions. The room was clean and simple, with everything I needed. I would very likely come here again. They could include some plain rolls at breakfast - it would be a bit healthier. Or maybe that’s just the charm of America.

    Noting The front desk tried to pull a skit and after sering my confirmation email for my room and the payment she tried taking my money and telling me i didn't pay but i had the money taken from my account. She is racist against white people came to my room calling me a white b**** and eventually kicking my and my service dog out of my room i was in cussing the whole time ive never been treated so bad in my life she definitely shouldn't be working there or anywhere with customers i wish i could post the video i recorded of her doing all this this was ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD

    The internet was often slow. No dishes in the kitchen; when I requested some as per the sign in the room, I was told none were available. The floor clearly had not been mopped. There was a constant drip coming from somewhere over the bathroom.

    BUGS! Nothing worked... No tv remote, then when we got one the TV didn't work, the lady that came up and got the TV to work was pleasant, but extremely difficult to reach due to headphones then while leaving we were extremely loudly laughed at.     I do not live far from this location. But I only have a walk-in shower, no tub. I have recently moved to Colorado. I've been wanting a bubble bath for over a year now and I thought it a grand idea to rent this room for one night... I took 4 baths while here. It was awesome because I didn't even run out of bubbles or hot water. I enjoyed my stay. That the microwave kept tripping the breaker. I know that issues arise. And this didn't sway my opinion on coming back.

    Clean. Quiet. Secure. Close by what I needed. Breakfast was just a few of the small prepackaged blueberry muffins and a few grain/fruit bars. There was nothing to drink including coffee/water. AC in room did not work just the fan, which was loud.

    Nothing at all. I didn't even put my children down. I walked around seeing the filth holding. My children looked in the bathroom. Seeing cockroachis left immediately went to the office and let them know. I wanted to refund and y. The man was supernice and apologized and I told him it was not his fault. It was. Unsafe for my children and for myself.There was food on the walls.The stove was nasty.There was nasty ness on the table.The floors were disgusting. I did not even set my children down.I looked around The floors were very nasty.The tables were very nasty there The stove was caked in food and grease looked in the bathroom while still holding my My two small children Two and three years of age seem cockroaches In the bathroom and immediate went to the front desk and reported this and asked for a refund.

    I just needed a place to crash during a long layover on an international trip. Booked this hotel last min and stayed here for a few hours through the night. No frills hotel but overall it accommodated my needs. Not too far from the airport and not too expensive. Area felt a little sketchy but nothing that made me feel too unsafe to be there. I’d stay again if I needed a place to crash.

    Place was great. Kitchenette. You have to ask for dishes and the pet deposit is a little high for a place with zero carpet. My remote didn’t work,but I figured it out on day two. All in all it was a decent place . I liked it.

    I don’t recommend staying here at all, i come in and the microwave was broken, the toilet wasn’t flushing and the bath tub was flooded.. i tried to talk to the girl down stairs she gave me a nasty attitude, elevator was broken. online it said they had free breakfast and there was no breakfast at all because she said there wasn’t enough, check out time was 11 , online it said 12 and maintenance was banging on my door at like 10am .. it was a bad experience and if i could get a refund i would totally take it bc i didn’t sleep comfortably

    We couldn’t get in to the hotel arriving 5minutes before 11. Their instructions said to call 0 but there is no phone to get in and calling mainline didn’t help as there is no one at the desk. Somehow we got in with the of another guest but still couldn’t find anyone to check in, there we discovered a sign with a phone number for after hours check in but that cellphone was next to their desk phone so again it was useless. 30 minutes in a front desk lady showed up and didn’t even say a word to us, just mentioned a room number and gave us 2 keys. No direction how to get there, not even an envelope with a written room number! No apologies whatsoever. Hotel overall was extremely dirty. Our floor smelled like there was a busted toilet pipe but luckily no smell in the room, but it doesn’t mean it was a ok room. Floor was dirty and probably hasn’t been cleaned in a few days with bunch of dust on the floor. Refrigerator, hair dryer had so much dirt on them that it was unsafe to touch. All towels had weird black spots on them we decided it will be unsafe to even take shower and use that towel. Luckily we only had to stay there only a few hours and it was first time I was so happy to have 6am flight so I can get out of there faster

    The staff that we encountered from check in to check out was unprofessional and unfriendly. We encountered a problem with the motion light on our room. Light switch came on every hour from 1 AM until 7 AM. We mentioned this to the front desk attendant and she said the lights have motion detectors, and there is an off switch beside the light. We told her the light switch was off, but it still continued to go on Every hour and she had no response

    My experience was absolutely not what I expected. There were no dishes, utensils or even a glass for water. The place did not even have dish soap so I could clean my travel cup. At least I brought that with me. The "desk" was a rickety table that I had to clean using soap from the bathroom. Once things go wrong, they get even worse quickly. The microwave oven did not work. Fortunately, I was able to reset the circut breaker and get it to function. The window blinds were broken. Under the "strange but not a big deal" category, there is a strange smell in the hallway. It is not objectionable, just strange. On the positive side, the place is easy to access and, given the proximity to Denver International Airport, amazingly quiet.

    I had a challenging experience at this hotel. After a long drive, a minor collision, and a flat tire, all I wanted was a shower and a little rest. I was denied check-in by the night staff, specifically Justin. Despite having a reservation, he initially claimed there were none. After insisting and showing my reservation on my phone, he cited the late hour (2:30 AM) and refused assistance. Eventually, he found my reservation but marked me as a no-show. He was extremely rude and started naming off near by hotels to remedy my situation. The following day after several attempts and leaving messages for general manager to call me back I finally got through to her . Her name was Ashley, while acknowledging the error, was unapologetic and only offered a refund. A disappointing experience with little effort to address the inconvenience.

    Elev lobby area smelled, what was considered breakfast was powdered packets of coffee, oatmeal but no hot water nor hot coffee in lobby. No other drinks at all for breakfast. Bolts missing on panels in elevator, floor of hotel room was dirty, blow dryer did not work, shower was draining so slow it was above ankles by end of shower. The front desk staff were nice and polite, though, and gave recommendations on places to eat, etc.

    Staff were very friendly and helpful. Condition wise, this is probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. My first room had dead bugs on the bathroom sink and a cockroach crawling across the bathroom wall. I went and requested a new room. New room had a clean bathroom. Kitchen cupboards had dead bugs though. Microwave didn’t work. I opened the fridge to see if it was working and saw a bug running so I slammed the door shut. Heater in the rooms is a blazing inferno. Heater reads 66 but it felt like 85. I ended up opening the window to get it cooled off. Overall, I definitely do not recommend this place.

    Dirty, smell like weed all over the property. I couldnt wait to check out from the property and get a different place. I will not recommend it to anyone with the family.

    I showed up at about 1:00am. Most hotels can handle this, but Extended Stay really struggles with anyone checking in after 10:00pm. They were doing some “internal audit” so I couldn’t check in, and said to come back 45 minutes later and they “might” have a room. I went somewhere else and got another room. It would be nice if Extended Stay would make the decision at some point to act like and actual hotel…

    Problems with check in- couldn’t find my reservation even with the confirmation number I had from Expedia. Motel was near the freeway and the room was extremely noisy until 2am.

    When I arrived at the hotel with a reservation I was told that unfortunately there were no longer any rooms available and that the one that I booked was not clean yet….went back at 9 am the next day to speak with the manager and was told the same thing. She hooked me for two nights and the rate was higher than my original reservation. Ridiculous!!! Got into the non-smoking room and it smelt like smoke, mold and had a hole punched in the bathroom door! What a joke!

    The man at the front desk was newer, unsure about their processes, and ultimately didn’t seem to care about multiple guests, who were having the same problems with their bookings. I won’t be giving “Extended Stay” another chance in the future.

    We were promptly checked in however the first room we were sent to was clearly occupied, luckily no one was inside but there was change, food, etc everywhere and the room was dirty. We were promptly placed in another room however the bed was not comfortable at all. Good service and ok rooms for a hotel needed for only one night.

    Had to wait to checkin as front desk person was out in parking lot. Was charged about $40 more than was quoted from Hotels.com, rooms was dirty (food stains on the walls, hair balls found in bathroom, floors were sticky, and found cockroaches in room this morning. Couldn’t tell front desk workers this morning because no one was there, again!!

    I booked the hotel based on the photos posted. Upon arrival, the hotel clerk provided my wife and I with a key to a first-floor room. When I opened the door, the tv was blaring loudly, trash was on the floor, beds were unmade, the floor was sticky, and the smell of mildew was in the air. I informed the hotel clerk that the room was filthy. He assigned us to a room on the third-floor which also had sticky floors with the smell of mildew. The bathroom sink was cracked and had cigarette burns on it. Without hesitation, we left the hotel.

    Room smelled like an ashtray. Time to remodel if the old cigarette smoke is deeply embedded in the room/furniture, as opposed to it being a cleaning issue. Bathroom and beds were clean, so I'm guessing it's not housecleaning issue, but deeper. Irritates my lungs, and gets the smell in my clothes. I normally would have changed rooms, but it was the only one available without a long wait. Also a few big rocks from landscaping in the parking lot, on the asphalt behind a car... would recommend security patrol to check for issues occasionally.

    This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in . Do not stay here !!! I traveled here for my daughter college orientation & It was the worst travel experience I have ever had. Front desk person ,(gen manager) messed up room reservations, room was not clean hair in tub, floor very dirty ,security man in lobby reeked of marijuana and best of all ALL of our luggage stolen out of our room. Manager wouldn’t even come to hotel & deal with situation I had to make a police report and further legal actions.This is not a joke!!
