The location is great. Close to the airport with restaurants nearby. The shuttle service is good, but there are some limitations. There wasn't much detail on the website regarding shuttle times. It is every half hour picking up at the airport. The shuttle to the airport at 4:10AM was full when we stopped to pick up more people.

A great place to stay if arriving from/departing Denver Airport. Shuttle bus service to/from airport. Very comfortable and recently refurbished. Enjoyed a lovely (if pricey) meal. Everyone super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. My husband uses it too.

We were sent an email saying that rebuilding, refurbishment was taking place. I sent an email through Booking.com which was not delivered expressing concern. Arrived and desk clerk at reception not aware. All facilities available Hotel very good , restaurant very good and staff excellent. Andrew on reception was brilliant! Getting information that was not correct.

When I booked this hotel we were never told it was under renovations. They advertise a free continental breakfast but do not provide one. All the amenities are unavailable. Internet is terrible. Very disappointed.

Only area of frustration would be the shuttle service to the airport. Drop off is ONLY in one spot (East). So frustrating when your airline is on the west side, and having rush across the airport.

When checking in we had multiple questions that were not answered and kept getting ignored. When getting the key the lady at the desk didnt direct us or say anything she handed it to us and picked up the phone. Later we called for an extra blanket to be sent up and again were ignored. When leaving in the morning I had a ticket for not paying for parking luckily I still had the site pulled up that clearly showed I paid for 24 hours of parking and still had 13 hours left.

I Was Charged For A Food Item From The Lobby Food Pantry That I Did Not Order. I Called The Front Desk About The Charge And Was Told There Wasnt An Issue. At Check Out I Received A Print Out With The Charged Item Still On My Receipt. The Front Desk Agent Questioned Me About The Item. And Made Me Feel Like It Was My Mistake. I Was Alerted Fromy Credit Card About The Situation The Night Before. It Was Ridiculous To Be Treated Like I Was. Because Of The Properties Error And Mistake. Thank Goodness I Was Able To Review The Charges At Check Out To Catch The Mistake At Check Out. Also The Hotel Property Was Undergoing A Major Construction Project That Was An Inconvience To Hotel Guest.

I do wish that this hotel made it more aware that they were going through renovations, but maybe that is Hotels.com’s fault. Unfortunately, we were trying to get a hotel with a pool and hot tub that was close to where our soccer tournament was, but wasn’t told of the hot tub being out of service. We did get an email from the hotel saying that floors 4-6 were going through renovation but that gave us little time to book another hotel and when I looked at other options, the prices had rose significantly. The primary issue that I had was after this stay, when I left clothes in the drawer in the room. I understand that my error caused this issue, but when I called less than 12 hours later, I spoke to a nice person who took my info and said she would check with housekeeping and call me back. 4 hours goes by and I haven’t been contacted so I try again. I speak to the same person and she apologized that she didn’t have an answer yet. She then asks for my name and contact info again. When I questioned that they should already have it, they apologized and I provided it again and was told I’d get a call back. 6 hours later I still hadn’t received a call and had to call again only to be told that the prior person had left. I spoke to the manager, who was nice, but no luck on my clothes.

This property was nice. The staff was friendly and it felt very safe. The shuttle back and forth to the airport was great, but it only runs from 5am to 12am and only runs when you request it. Also, you have to pay for parking so be prepared for that extra cost if you do have a car and need to park. It was $12 a day to park when I was there.

We are an older retired airline crew couple, and have stay in thousands of hotels. All kinds, but never have we received such wonderful customer service that the front desk and the van driver gave us. They seemed to truly enjoy their job and it shows. The room was great, but the staff is what makes this hotel shine above the rest.

We got a suite it was old, linens on the bed felt worn and they gave us two bath towels they were thin and worn out. The shower configuration was akward and there was an old shower curtain on the shower instead of a sliding door water was all over the bathroom floor because of the jury- rigged. Room was not Marriott quality.

I arrived and the clerk was very helpful and friendly. I arrived to my room and the hallway was covered in plastic and loud music was coming from behind one of the doors from some kind of construction. There was damage in the room to a closet door and the tub was dirty. I alerted the front desk of the damaged room so I wouldn’t be charged for the damages.

We stay exclusively at Marriott properties and have been here several times before. Unfortunately, it is clear that this is a run down property and in need of restoration. The hallways were not clean, and the hot tub was broken. Although the interior lobby is nice, the hallways and rooms are in desperate need of an upgrade.

Location is great. Shuttle to airport is great. Dinner in lobby area restaurant, including Starbucks is great. The room needs some work: light on desk has broken switch, towels were not folded (could not tell if they were clean or dirty). Not as good as other Marriott hotels we have stayed in.
