Beautiful room with huge bathroom. Felt like a much more expensive hotel than it was. Staff were very friendly. Great location close enough to airport and many dining options.

Ever since Woolley’s was bought by Marriott it’s gone downhill. They now charge for parking and they never used to. They were supposed to remodel it last winter and never did. Then it was supposed to get remodeled in the spring. Never happened. It’s become very clear they are not putting a penny in the place until it gets remodeled and who knows when that will happen. I used to love Woolley’s but you can definitely do better. Really sad…

Cons: The breakfast was not worth it. I asked about late checkout three times before I was given an answer, which made it hard to plan my day of departure.

Was rather disappointed they charge you now $17 a night to park your car, they never used to but I believe it has been bought over from Marriott group.

When I arrived at the credit card machine didn’t work. The pool was closed for renovations and didn’t honor a platinum elite late checkout definitely not the best scenario.

The rooms are spacious and furniture clean. Bed comfortable. Carpeting dirty, bathroom dark. Sink fixture moved around when using. Overall, could be really nice but felt like slightly upgraded motel. At bar, glass dirty with lipstick marks. Just not a good feel for expectation.

After a long day of traveling, it was great to check into a clean comfortable spacious room, to sink bathroom with shower and separate tub. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Definitely want to come back here when flying in and out of Denver, day or night before I need a comfortable safe place to stay. There is a fee to park, which I didn’t mind.

I love staying here everytime I’m headed to the airport in the morning. It’s comfortable with a good breakfast and a great airport shuttle! It’s also half the price to park your car there while your away rather than the airport!

Our stay was comfortable and quick. Expected a bit more from the pictures but all and all it was ok.

Hotel was lovely however I would skip the dining at the hotel. Staff was lovely as well however food was not good at all. Severely overpriced I wish I had just walked down the street to one of the nearby restaurants.

We liked this place but there some irritating issues like having to pay for parking and apparently our rate didn’t include breakfast. These were not apparent at the time of booking. The room was good, linens and bed were great. It seems this location will changed into a Sheraton brand soon so we’ll see how all the furnishing and art will survive. Also, there was a shooting just down the street at the Costco so we felt an uneasy with all the law enforcement blocking the streets.

Staff was kind. Room was clean, a tad dated however overall it was fine. It's a little loud with plumbing & traffic however I suspect that's normal for being near the airport. I ordered food one night. Menu said 12 wings, I received 9, close enough I guess. Upon my departure, I was the only person talking the shuttle to the airport. So I'm not completely sure if it's as busy as I was initially lead to believe. Overall it's worth the convenience of being near the airport.

We literally fell in love with this place. Quick weekend trip with family, our flight arrived early so they let us go ahead and check in early. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. We were completely blown away by the charm and beauty of this hotel. The lobby and bar area had such an inviting relaxed vibe. Our room was beautiful and clean, so uniquely furnished The bathroom was huge with a large soaking tub and large walk-in shower. Love everything about this hotel. The breakfast was good, fresh food and pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend staying here and I will stay again the next time I find myself in the Denver area.

Staff was rude, not helpful at all, but the property is nice and clean. Parking is pricey, breakfast is pricey.

Upon arrival we were told the hotel was oversold and that the room we paid for was not available but an accessible room was. No supervisor available. Another employee helped and found a room. The bathroom in the room had visible mold on the ceiling. Was really hoping the stay matched the cost since this was a VIP hotel on Expedia. Nothing extra offered.

I do love this place but they could replace some of the pedestals at the ends of the bed there cracked and some need to be replaced I’ve stayed here with my partner multiple times. I’m vegan and even the breakfast is ok with sourdough bread and fruit and grits it’s pretty great over all love the environment, hate paying for parking but that’s just Denver for you.

The front desk staff were rude, the rooms are run down dirty and stink. The carpets were ripped. And absolute horrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone! Such a disappointment.

Wooleys is consistently clean and comfortable. We always come back to Wooleys when we are in Colorado. We were a little disappointed this time as we used to look forward to the happy hour. They used to provide actual free drinks and complimentary snacks for the guests. It was what made this hotel stand out from other places we have stayed. It seems they went through a transition and partnered with Marriott and now they offer an almost unnoticeable discount of 20% on specific things during their Happy Hour and the prices went up, of course. Parking was previously free and is now 16.00 + tax a day, which made it even less of the stand out experience we had been used to. We will most likely shop around for our next stay, since it seems the vibe and that special extra they provided their guests is no longer there.

very good shuttle service to the airport of Denver, very friendly driver even 05.00 am in the morning, unfortunatly no chance for any breakfast at this time. Helpful would be at least a sandwich. The parking fee is very high, it doesn't matter how long you park here.

I love your beds, one reason I stay their often. I also appreciate he fast and easy shuttle to airport. Iti is hard to get out of your enormous tub. I always have husband in bathroom o help if needed. The shower is also very nice.

There is a nightly fee of $18 for parking. There is a Starbucks across the street. It said that we would get one breakfast, but there were two of us staying and it was only for one of the set of days we stayed, not each morning. We ended up not taking advantage of the free breakfast, so I can't say if it was worth the normal price of $18 for a buffet. We did not cash in on the free cocktails (one each, during happy hour) so I can't comment on that. The room had a large bathtub and shower, which were nice. There was a coffee maker, microwave, and fridge in the room, plus more coffee fixings downstairs. We had an outside room, so the sliding glass door only opened a few inches. The inside rooms have french doors that open all the way. There was a little river with koi, which was cute. It was very quiet and clean, except for the underwear found under the dresser.

Room had electrical issues but I knew not to touch the switch. It was reported before departure.

I stayed here because I wanted a full service (restaurant, bar, fitness center) airport logding. The restaurant had a nice menu with good food and the fitness center had everything I needed. Rooms were large and very comfie.

Couples trio , check in was delayed by over 40 mins , staff was rude or very short and unwilling to be helpful through the check in process , other than the staff the property was clean and nice . Nice room for the price and hotel was clean .

Have been staying here for years and it is starting to show some wear, but overall still in good condition. I am not happy about having to pay to park now and use some 3rd party company to do that - who overcharged us. It is a real pain! Thinking of staying elsewhere next time.

The phones in the rooms didn’t work, we had to keep making trips downstairs from the 4th floor to communicate or receive items and orders: They only provided toiletries and towels for 1 of 2 travelers. The pillows had a strange smell. And finally, one of the main reasons for booking this particular room (406) was because of the advertising of 2 balcony’s , which were not accessible because locks were in place ,even upon request. The front desk informed us that it was for our own protection, Wow… I’ve raised 5 kids of my own ,countless others , Married for 27 years, Im perfectly capable of making my own responsible decisions!!!!!

Pool was cold and unusable, no hot tub, dirty bath tub, and awful toiletries. Carpet was disgusting and tattered in the entire building and we couldn’t escape the horrible odor. It smelled like someone died recently, it was that bad. The shuttle does not start until almost 5 although the website says no later than 4 so we had to pay $50 to take an Uber. Will never be back. Wish we had spent that extra money on a better place. Homeless people and drug addicts are flooding the area on top of all that.

Facility was very clean and staff friendly and efficient. Loved the room size and bsth is excellent; tile in floor stays like ice though. Most furniture is uncomfortable to sit on. Bed is ok but comfortor was very comfortable. Detest paying to park but it was resonable price; that was only thing. Overall very nice.

This USED to be a fantastic hotel - it's gone downhill since change in ownership. the pool was unheated and freezing cold, there were holes in the carpet, and patches in the wall, their was literally feces splatter on the ceiling above the toilet or maybe it was water damage from the toilet above? Either way, disgusting. They used to ask you to give your license plate when you checked in - they didn't this time and I received a parking ticket for parking in my hotel parking lot overnight. My son with autism accidentally left his nintendo switch in a cupboard in the room and instead of sending someone to look for us - they said we could fill out a form on the marriott website and IF housekeeping sees it they'll let us know... aka housekeeping got a new nintendo and they were not interested in helping us. We will not be staying here again. RIP Woolley's Classic Suites. Thanks Marriott.

Great value hotel. The lobby/restaurant/bar area is beautiful. There is a koi river running through it. The breakfast buffet and dinner are excellent. The fitness area is well-equipped. The rooms are spacious with large bathrooms.

It’s a former Embassy Suites and it looks exactly like one from the 1980s when my kids’ little league team stayed at one . . . Without any remodeling. Breakfast was pricy ($18) for low-end breakfast buffet and ingredients.

I’ve stayed at this hotel more than once, and everything has been fantastic every time.

The room was exceptionally clean and the staff was welcoming and helpful during my stay.

This hotel has so much more potential. First and foremost, my biggest complaint, the Wi-Fi. I’m almost certain I could pass away and get better service in the after life. My calls would drop in my room. I had to go to the lobby to get some connectivity throughout the week, just horrible. My other complaints would have to be the quality of some of the things in the room. The upholstery was torn and nasty looking,some of the bath and wash towel upon entry had stains on them, specifically women’s makeup, the housekeeping lady that came on the morning of 2/3 said she was unable to take my dirty coffee and glassware for whatever reason which caused me to go to the front to get them replaced myself. That day was the only issue the coffee mug incident occurred aside from that very friendly staff great breakfast food, and the dinner. Food wasn’t bad at all. I’ll even go as far as to say the portions were very generous. Would I stay here again? Not if I didn’t have to.

The room and bathroom was very spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. The courtyard is very welcoming and bar/lounge area nice and cozy. It was everything we needed and we will definitely return. Although we didn't need to use their airport shuttle, it's a huge advantage to staying at Woolleys - only 15 minutes to/from the airport.

This hotel is wonderful. I visit in the middle of winter because it’s so tropical inside. Beautiful tropical trees and a beautiful creek with koi fish. The huge bath tubs are great for soaking. You will definitely enjoy this hotel. They offer a wonderful breakfast buffet and dinner options are nice as well.

The rooms are very spacious and access to the elevators is secured by key card. Any member of staff I saw was friendly and helpful. The common areas are stunning and I liked seeing people gathered at the many sitting areas and tables, or watching tv. The dresser drawers are deep and provide a lot of storage space. Coffee pods are provided for the in-room coffeemaker and refilled regularly, which I appreciated. The tv package provided at Marriott locations is very limited. The bathroom lighting could be brighter and the shower drain might need to be cleaned, to remove the smell of shower product buildup.

My room overlooked the Bar, it had lush greenery and water fall. Peaceful and relaxing. Ordered Burger/sweet potatoes, great flavor. My favorite was the garden tub and oversized shower. Staff were friendly and accommodating, thank you.

Located near the airport. Clean. Noisy due to highway. Needs updating. Pillows looked fluffy but went flat. No hand soap, had to ask for some. One elevator not working. Key card was not working initially. Staff seems un-attentive. Shady people hanging around outside.

This hotel is so nice! The prices are so reasonable and you feel like you are in a fancy hotel. The food at the restaurant was very good and the breakfast buffet was very good as well. I love the feel of the indoor courtyard. It feels like you're in a small European town. It's very cozy. We will definitely stay there again and possibly every time we're in the Denver area.

We have stayed here over a dozen times. We like the rooms, beds, sheets, & pillows. We also enjoy sitting at the bar. Always excellent service at that bar. What has stood out the last 3 times we have stayed her, the front desk service has declined. They never know to give us our drink tickets, they couldn’t tell me if I paid for one or two breakfasts on Expedia, and he was the night manager, this was my stay on November 3-4. They don’t offer water anymore, maybe they want us to purchase it but they have little complimentary bottles behind front desk, and they just aren’t friendly or helpful. And don’t purchase their breakfast on Expedia, you are being way over charged. Just purchase it morning of for $18.50 per person.

This hotel is so gorgeous!! They have a breakfast buffet & beautiful koi ponds. Their in hotel restaurant had amazing food and the staff were so so sweet!! The bathrooms in the rooms themselves were so spacious and the room was clean and lovely.

We absolutely love this hotel its close to home great customer service. Our room was amazing. The only sad thing to say is that i wish the pool was heated it was disappointing.

The place is beautiful and clean. My check in took longer than I've ever experienced because there was only one person at the front desk. As the line started to get longer, no one appeared to help check people in.

Main hotel was very inviting, dinner was good, bartender was wonderfully accommodating. Rooms had plenty of space, were cozy and very clean; only complaint deals with airport shuttle. Needed to leave eary morning, and the two slots they had available did not work at all, only one shuddle in the mornings. Had to get an Uber

Our family stayed 3 nights in October and our stay was wonderful. We enjoyed breakfast and evening meals. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. The staff was friendly with the exception of one instance where one of the associates became slightly defensive. On the first night we were placed in a handicapped room and I requested a change if possible. They mentioned that at the time, they had no rooms available, but to check the following day. The staff was wonderful in changing our room. However, as we transitioned into the new room, my brother’s toiletry bag with expensive shavers went missing. We asked the staff at the front desk if they could check room 216 again. They reported that the bag was not in the room. We checked again on the 3rd day to see if they had contacted the person who cleaned our room. The person stated that there was no bag collected. I mentioned that it was disheartening to know that a bag would walk out on its own. One of the staff members up front became defensive and stated that no one steals in the hotel. I never mentioned the word to her. However, Catherine took a different approach. She asked me if we could check the room again since no one had stayed there the night before (day 2). I agreed and she let my brother and I check the room. I appreciated that she took the effort to help us out one last time. The bag was not in the room, but she asked all cleaning staff to check all the cleaning carts. Sure enough, they found the bag.

One of the front desk staff, Minnie, was VERY kind and helpful. I found some of the others seemed a little wary of being friendly and accommodating. Welcoming staff make all the difference for me even in a beautiful hotel. Room was beautiful and deep soaking tub awesome Is not accessible and kind of short due to rounded shape if you have long legs though no view to my room, only a totally blocked patio so that was disappointing but otherwise all of the basic needs were met

Hard to find info on airport shuttle, I'm glad I called because you have to request a pickup. It would be helpful if that info was more readily available. Could not get the room to heat above 70 degrees and was cold all night. No creamer or sugar for coffee in rooms. Button to call elevator to floor didn't work well, had to fuss with it. Mattress was old and worn on the sides so you were "swimming" upstream. Would have also liked a firmer pillow. Staff was very friendly and the room was very clean, so that was a positive.

Free airport shuttle, great amenities like a deep bathtub to soak in after a long day! I loved the indoor waterfall and stream, the trickling sound of water was very relaxing. The elevators are made of glass so you get to see the indoor waterfall feature at every turn. Worth staying before the end of this year (2025) as the amenities mentioned in this review will be taken away with the speculated construction plans by the new hotel owners to start in the new year.

We stayed in a suite and were blown away by how spacious it was! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything about our stay was fantastic. Breakfast was delicious, and the service was excellent—so thoughtful and attentive. They even gave my kids fish food so they could feed the koi, which was such a fun touch. Highly recommend—10/10!

Convenient to DEN airport and dining at chain restaurants. Beautiful atrium with a stream running past seats for dining. Great big room with what had to be 14' ceilings and nice view of the atrium. Staff friendly. Breakfast very nice with omelet cooked to order. Carpet in out room needed replaced and the upholstery on the chair at the desk was shot.

This hotel is rated 4 star hotel in this website which is misleading because it's not the level of service they provide. They don't provide beverages in the room not even at cost. They don't have in room service and the restaurant's food is lacking. The room i stayed in had missing tile, furniture that needs to be deep cleaned due to fabrics. The one positive is that housekeeping was attentive but everything else left much to be desired. I would not stay here again or rated 4 four star hotel. I've stayed at 3 stars with better services than this place.

Amazing bath tubs

Had an amazing stay!!!First time in Colorado and we’ll definitely be back. The moment we checked in u could tell the people there were so nice. We had a lady by the name of Minnie check us in. She was so sweet and we really enjoyed talking to her. She even went ahead and upgraded our room free of charge! Breakfast is insane!!!!! So good the BEST hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. It cost us $20 each (because we didn’t get it bundled with our room)for their all u can eat bfast and we ate breakfast multiple times because it was so good. They had so many options for all dietary restrictions. Having fresh made omelettes every morning has spoiled me beyond belief. Also the room was amazing. Insanely clean and the decor is very pretty. Water pressure and temp in shower (HOT) was perfect. The only issue we had there was having to leave lol.

We booked 7 days, l believe the 2nd day the handle for shower fell off, l good not rinse off. I had to use the sink. We reported the broken shower, and we were told that it would be fixed. We left early that morning, arrived back at room maybe 10pm, shower was still broken! We could. Go without showers or move to another room. We deciced on another room. I am a Disabled Veteran, the new room was even farther away. The one day we left the hanger on the door not to clean room, but they cleaned anyway. The next time we left the hanger in room to get it cleaned and they didnot show up. We had to keep requesting towels. It was also my Birthday, l was very disappointed with my stay for the amount of money l spent! I donot believe l was offered in amount of refund! Another thing l noticed, there was always people parked in closest Handicap Parking, but did not have handicap sticker, it happen all 7 days. Not happy Disabled Veteran. I spent a pretty penny. Would l tell others to stay at your location, probably not. Another thing l noticed, when we returned for evening, there were always someone at desk, talking, usually not busy! But once l get to room and call the desk, it rings forever. The shower was broken, sad ACCOUNTABILITY so far nothing

I had a very disappointing experience. I arrived late to check in, only to be sent to a nearby 2-star hotel that was noisy and not clean. It was extremely upsetting and not at all what I expected.

I love the beauty of the rooms. Great, large beautiful headboard and nice, large lounge chairs. The marble bathroom with very large tub and large shower were great! I love the large restaurant/bar atrium in the middle of the hotel. My room did not have a coffee machine in it when i got there. They had to bring one up.

Bed and space, showers are excellent

Staff employed at the location were friendly and eager to help. The condition of the hotel is definitely not what I expected. It’s an older hotel with not much to offer. Rooms were decent sized and pretty sound proof. I was disappointed with the condition and decor of the hotel maybe because I expected more from a Marriott Bonvoy hotel. Hotel was definitely an older location and it showed. We did try the restaurant on site which had somewhat decent food. The breakfast buffet was just okay and chosen out of convenience.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was spacious, our bathroom was so luxurious and I enjoyed using the gym that was available 24/7, especially as we’re from a different time zone and I was able to wake up and run at my normal times.

This was a great hotel! We stayed at the end of our vacation and the bed was super comfortable. Great quality bedding. The breakfast was fantastic for a buffet. The room was also very affordable for the quality of hotel. We will definitely be staying again on our next trip as it’s close to the airport.

Woolleys is a hidden gem. 15 minutes from the Denver Airport with a complimentary shuttle. Thr restaurant menu is not large but the selection is diverse and the dinners I had thete were excellently prepared. The rooms (I stayed on two separate nights) are spacious, well furnished, with a bathroom with separate tub and walk in shower with two sinks. Comfortable all rhe way around.

I love this hotel, it’s our home away from home. But this past visit our shower was filling with water unfortunately.

Woolley’s is a classic, beautiful hotel with large well-appointed rooms. Every staff member we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was cooked to order, extensive and delicious! We make a point to stay at Woolley’s whenever we’re in Denver.

I would have given all 5 stars but the front desk staff needs some basic customer service training. They lack some pretty basic skills like warmth, friendliness and basic smiles.

This is our go to place when we're in the Denver area. Super comfortable bed with plenty of pillows, large rooms and a great (though not complimentary) breakfast.

The rooms were amazing. The decor both in the rooms and in the hotel were awesome. It was very comfortable and we hated to leave! Thank you!

I was hesitant to book here at first because the hotel name wasn't recognizable to me. I was very impressed from the moment I walked in the lobby. It was beautiful, clean and spacious, which was reflected the rooms as well. I interacted with check in desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff - they were all informative and very nice. The hotel is nestled against the freeway (which was minimal noise) and many other hotels which made for a safe feeling on the outside grounds. Definitely recommend for short or long stays. After our 4 night stay it felt like home.

We have stayed here many times throughout the years, we usually enjoy the stay, this time however, when I first walked in to check in, there was a terrible overwhelming cheap air freshener smell!! It smelled like a bowling alley, it used to smell so nice and fresh before, also, I paid for a large suite, and the pull out couch was so gross!! There was a huge urine stain on the mattress!! And the linens were dirty and in poor condition, when we requested new linens for the pullout couch, the corners were shredded, but we were grateful for clean bedding at least. Also, housekeeping knocked once early this morning, then barged right in!! Now, it is a nice hotel, with super comfortable beds, just definitely needs a makeover, and they need to get rid of the nauseating air fresheners!! It instantly gives cheap motel vibes.

Beautiful hotel with free shuttle to the airport. We came for just an overnight stay. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious. Service was very friendly throughout the property. Very comfortable bed and it was very quiet. The shower pressure could have been a bit stronger, but overall I’d highly recommend staying here.

Great hotel ! Nice, clean, beautiful bathrooms . I took a star off for poor front desk staff, both ladies at the check in could care less and gave no info about breakfast, pool etc. and were annoyed when I asked questions. We couldn’t use the pool because the strong smell of chlorine was unbearable and it was cold, but hotel is very nice , great beds and pillows .

My fiancé and I stayed here

I do have a few complaints about the room itself. It seems both times we were there(prevacation and post) that the room was never cool enough inspite of the temperature sat at 65. The fan whistled all night also. My other request is bathroom lighting needs to be brighter. You almost can't see to put on makeup.

Check in was great hotel is always beautiful this time our room would not stay cool. The only complaint I have about this place is the lighting in the bathroom is very dim.

Comfortable, quiet, and clean. Very comfy bed and nice luxury bathrooms in each room - soaking tub is great after a long flight or working long hours. Hotel restaurant/bar is good and provides a good range of dishes to try. Pool is small but clean, gym is sufficient. Would stay again when in Denver on business.

We arrived after 6:30 so we were tired and decided to eat in the restaurant which is a huge atrium style restaurant in the center of the hotel. I ordered fish tacos and my wife got the cheeseburger. Our server was pleasant, but she apologized when our appetizer the garlic knots came out at the same time as our food. She said they had a new computer system and it was messing up the timing of the orders. The food itself was quite good and we were pleased with the taste and quality. I noticed that the pool was out of order for some sort of maintenance, but there was a large fitness center right next to it which I did not use. Overall, for the price, the value of this hotel is exceptional.

We enjoyed eating in a local restaurant which was within walking distance of our room. This is an absolutely beautiful facility. The only glitch we ran into at all was lack of towels in the pool room. The courtyard is so peaceful and beautiful. We always enjoy riding in the glass elevators overlooking it.
