It was a nice property. Decently priced however having to pay for parking is wild especially at $14 a night.

Staff shared incorrect information with us about the airport shuttle. We were told a shuttle was coming to pick us up at the airport but we had to wait 90 minutes for it to arrive. When we arrived at the hotel they appeared unbothered by our inconvenience.

My flight was cancelled and I needed a place to stay for a very early flight the next morning. Perfect and clean - easy to get on the shuttle in the AM.

Modern well-appointed hotel! The lobby and bar area was relaxing, and having games at the tables was a fun pastime! We chose this hotel because we had a very early morning flight and they offered free 24-hour shuttle rides - a definite plus!

I arrived to hotel with trailer and i asked front desk where i should park. This parking lot is since parking only . All the front desk kept telling me is to pay for parking. I explained paying for parking is not the issue . My trailer and truck will take up 3 spaces . She couldnt tell me if it was okay to park like that..she just kept saying pay for parking. I ended up leaving to tru by hilton accross the street. They explained to me pricing and gave me parking spot. The front desk was not helpful at all.

I liked everything the lobby was super nice and had plenty of space for everyone and beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and professional and the hotel room was spacious and comfortable! Only thing I can think of was that the toilets in lobby don’t really flush well

Hotel is great and the staff was very personable and professional. Everything was great. The hotel charges for parking which doesn’t make much sense when you consider it’s just a hotel on the side of the highway.

The shuttle to and from the airport was great, breakfast was good and the room was spacious and comfortable - perfect after a long flight It would have been helpful to know how the 'breakfast included' reservation by Booking.com worked, it was a little confusing to work out what we could have to eat.

This is a very minimalist hotel with a modern European flair. The rpoms are quite small. This property is fairly clean but ALL the carpets ate VERY dirty! Especially the elevator carpet which even has old gum stuck all over the filthy carpet. The staff is very friendly. Shout out to Diana at the front desk who was super helpful and friendly. Also to the breakfast staff. As for room amenities it's quite basic: 1 very small bar of soap plus in the shower, the usual shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Don't expect a shower cap, body lotion or complimentary toiletries. The closet couldn't have been smaller! Just enoygh room to hang a couple of jackets. There was a steamer/iron, a coffee maker and a see-through mini-fridge. TBH we wouldn't stay here again unless we absolutely had to.

Mattress was great, but you need a non-slip pad under. Since the mattres is so light, when I am sitting up in the bed and rest my back against the headbard, the mattress slides out from under me. Very uncomfortable. The breakfast sandwich was terrible. seemed like it was frozen and reheated in the microwave, so the wrapper was stuck to the bun/bread. Not at all worth paying for. Also, the brisket sandwich at the bar was small for the price.

The reservation was nonrefundable. I do a lot of last-minute travel, and I sometimes do not book places because of the refund policy. It would have added peace of mind to my reservation if the hotel had allowed cancellations.

We arrived very late at night and really needed to sleep in. Noon checkout and 24-hour airport shuttle was appreciated. Beds were super comfy. Nice shampoo… great bathroom. Coffee maker could be better and water pressure was low but that’s probably what the environment needs. Would definitely stay again. Also the price was very reasonable.

My shuttle was scheduled and it came on time! The staff is really nice and helpful. I needed a pet free room and was accommodated. Will definitely stay here again!

Location is great The staff was loud the bat was loud We were on the first floor and the maids woke us up really early yelling down the halls The bat was loud seemed like they were in the trim with us until 2am Really a bad experience with the noise you need to insulate the rooms or don’t put people on the first floor insane!

As a lone traveler, the staff (front desk and others) made me feel welcome and safe. I even ventured down to the bar for dinner! The shuttle was a huge plus, and despite it being a 4am shuttle, the other guests carried that ALOFT vibe with them. I'll be back!

We got the shuttle at 5a. It was on time and quickly got us to the airport. The driver was very friendly and helpful. Even told a Us a short cut to our gate!

Stayed here before a very early morning flight out of Austin Airport. Chose them because they provide complimentary 24 hour service to Austin airport. Was very pleased with my room. Very clean, black out shades and comfortable beds. Did not try their breakfast since my flight was very early but would definitely stay here again.

I checked in for 4 guest and only got 2 bath towels even after requesting more I didn’t get any. Staff was okay, could’ve been more cheerful they seemed very nonchalant. Check in took over an hour! Of just standing in line that was very disappointing, def should have more staff in shift it was only 7 pm… if would’ve been nice to know the pool wasn’t available during “winte” season ahead of arrival … it was 86* outside and we were looking forward to it. No sign was posted nor stated online :( the $15 per night parking fee is outrageous… I don’t really think it’s worth the stay… nothing really stood out… it was okay.

Our room was really noisy from the air conditioner and highway. The bathroom offered no privacy due to the door design. It was nice of them to let us check-in really late but don’t think we’ll be staying there again to be honest.

I had a confirmed reservation, but when I arrived there was no staff available to check me in. I was unable to access the room I paid for. As a result, I could not stay at the property and had to leave and find alternative accommodations. I’m requesting a full refund due to failure to provide the booked service.

I had a great stay at the Aloft Hotel in Austin. The rooms were super clean, modern, and comfortable, and the whole property felt well taken care of. Check-in was quick and easy, which I really appreciated after a long day of travel. The location is also incredibly convenient—just a short drive from the airport. Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay!

They said I was not a Marriott Bonvoy member and was not able to reinstate my membership. I have stayed at Aloft many times including Austin and Asheville. Also the guests were very noisy between 1 and 5 am.

Room was clean and check in/ out was fast! I loved that parking was on property, but be sure to pay using the QR code you’re given at check in! Staff was friendly and property felt very safe! It was super close to the airport which let us get a little more sleep before our flight the next morning 👍

Rooms fronted the highway and was loud. Had ear plugs so it was ok. Water pressure really low. If this is intentional to save water then should have a sign but difficult to get clean properly with such low pressure.

Location was convenient to the airport and the shuttle service was a plus. Front desk staff were hit or miss - some were friendly, others not so much. The main drawback to this location is the noise - walls are extremely thin and sounds could be heard from adjoining rooms and especially the hallway. For a location where people are likely travelling, this is a big minus. Hard to sleep when you can hear other guests and housekeeping staff like they are in the room with you.

I don’t like the fact that you have to pay for parking even if you are just there for a couple of hours and not only that the parking is 15.00 which is insane and definitely don’t think I’ll be staying there again just because of that and they don’t even offer free breakfast so on top of paying for parking I got to pay for breakfast as well

Beds are nice, but the pillows are god awful. No volume, your head just sinks down in them, even doubling them up. They really need a new vendor for them. Hardly got any sleep because of them.

Property was nice and clean, very worth the price. Only thing is, the walls and doors are paper thin so you can hear everything going on in the hall. Early in the morning and late at night.

I stayed for two days for a festival, and it was a lovely stay. They have a mini stock pantry where you can buy snacks and drinks. Pool area was fun. Would stay here again.

I love staying at Aloft. I do wish they had a iron and board in the rooms. The room building and amenities are great There is 50 dollar per day incidente fee that is refundable. It takes a while to get back. Wyndham refunds the same day. The people that check ypu on could do better with their personality. Also ypu have to pay per parking now.

The staff at this property were very rude and in my opinion lazy was gone the whole day and they did not even do housekeeping. Ive stayed at Alofts before an never had such a poor experience. When calling front desk they never answered the phone either!

The location itself was perfect for our first time in Austin. We weren’t too far from any restaurant and leaving the area wasn’t too difficult in terms of traffic. The staff were all very friendly, Diana at the front desk was so nice and engaging along with the bartender and housekeepers. The room was very accommodating with a steam iron in place of a regular old iron which was really convenient. The beds were comfortable, the lighting was on point, and it all felt really luxurious for an affordable price! If I had to give a critique, I’d say add a shelf in the showers for personal soaps, it was a bit off not having at least one, and maybe an actual door instead of a sliding door for the bathroom since it can get a bit awkward with other people in the room. Overall, it was a stay to remember and I will definitely be returning for its convenience and great atmosphere!

Parking is $15 daily & breakfast isn’t free. If we’re paying $15 daily we should have free breakfast. Front desk agent was rude & didn’t explain how the parking went. Upon checking out I was informed they didn’t receive payment from Expedia & asked me to pay for a second time & I still haven’t received the hold from my card on file for incidentals which there were none.

We just stayed the one night - as soon as we turned down the comforter we discovered residue (not sure if it was dried snot or something worse- We took a picture) toward the head of the bed. TV DID NOT work.... mute button and on and off switch was the only buttons that registered on the remote control.. unable to switch channels or even pull up menu. Water shower pressure was not very strong. The bed light switch on the right side did not work either. unable to read in bed without disturbing others trying to sleep.

The hotel was nice and it was clean and modern. The front desk receptionist was less than helpful when our flight was delayed and we needed a ride to the hotel from the airport. However the person in the morning was much friendlier.

The room was so clean it looked like a new hotel. The front staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely go back and stay there. I didn't get into the pool but did glance at it and was so clean.

What I did not like? noise on the room due to fans or something, did not like the pipes and wires hanging from ceiling, no iron board on room, asked for one and never arrived; mattresses move from base, there are very light.

The place was decorated well. I was a little surprised at the wine costs for such a small glass, as well the fact when I woke up the internet was down and so, I had to pay for a data plan that day. Great access to lots of places like restaurants, shops, airport and COTA. The only issue I had was the pay to park, but I am sure they are all doing that in this area.

Everything was excellent except for they were out of liquid creamer downstairs in the food area. I couldn't have coffee with my breakfast.

The bar/restaurant is often out of food items. So they sent you to the Next Door hotel. Also paying for parking is an annoyance

Free shuttle bus to airport was helpful and came on time. I prepaid on Expedia for my hotel and they didn’t let me know upon check in that there was a refundable incidentals charge, causing me to be very confused when it popped up on my credit card. Other than that, great hotel and friendly staff!

This hotel is so fabulous… it has a bar it has a pool table. It has a game room. It’s has alounge. It is a great place for relax relaxation.

Shuttle from the airport was a mess - imprecise instrctions from the reception desk when I called, van labelled "Something hospitality" with a tiny "Aloft" sign in the windscreen mixed with several other names. Room was very nice, clean, spacious. Have to pay to park.
