Rooms were clean and beds were comfy and it's next to cracker barrel, Dutch Bros and a entertainment center for the family.. big parking lot as well I didn't like how you have to go back down stairs to get soap and bathroom items that are supposed to be in the room for guess.. to many weirdos in the parking lot asking people to pee in cups for them..

Nothing I booked thru booking .com and when I arrived I think I was told I needed a major credit card for them to hold I don't carry a physical bank card I do online banking so I could not stay they should have told me this through booking.com and then held my money that I already paid for the room for another 10 10 days before they returned it it's a bunch of bullshit

It was close to a entertainment centre and a black bear dinner It was not very clean. The floor was not mopped, the fridge was not working and no toilet paper. It said the breakfast was included but there was no breakfast.

I had issues with my room key multiple times during my stay. The property was not well maintained. I requested supplies for the kitchen but was only given a fork.

Room Clean and well equiped with fridge and micro wave, the washer/drier was also good to have. The staff were friendly and helpful, there was lots of parking, location good off the freeway. Sound insulation between the rooms could have been better, guest snoring from another room woke me both nights, room had a strange smell hard to identify.

However, the room had a noticeable smell that made it a bit uncomfortable, and the mattress felt flimsy and not very supportive, which affected the quality of sleep. Aside from those issues, everything else was fine and the stay was alright.

NEVER AGAIN! We just needed a place to shower and sleep for one night so for the price I chose this place, but that was a bad idea even though the reviews were decent. When I arrived for check in, the guest services rep was not in the lobby. The lobby was locked and apparently they were making their rounds so I had to wait about 20 minutes before checking in.There were questionable people hanging around under the stairwells and sitting on the stairs. The room was decent, although there was a hole in the wall under the sink and some painters tape on the walls as well. Part of the amenities stated that the rooms had hair dryers and it did not, and when I asked at the lobby, they didn’t have any. Lots of noise since our room was on the 2nd floor facing the freeway. I skipped their free breakfast. Basic snacks out of a box and coffee. Don’t stay here.

The place, staff and room itself were fine. But my room was next to the elevator. No ones fault but the dinging kept me up most of the night. Still it was fine.

Trash piled up at the bottom of the stairways.my mattress had a 6 inch dip on one side. Cat food everywhere. My room wasn't clean. I can go on forever. I also saw roaches. So I checked into the double tree...

The hotel is in a bad spot. I will admit that, but staff in particular the front desk made everything incredible. She was so amazing. I will definitely go back just for her. Thanks for everything, girl.

it was good and around a lot of good places to eat. Honest review. The room was nice and the property manager was really nice. The area does not look the best and their is a train that is right next to the hotel. I stayed for 2 weeks because of the rooms inside and the property manager was really professional and honest when I first got there. I would stay there again.

It is clearly a location that is temporary housing for many. We opted for this location over The Spark because it had a kitchenette and my trips are all business trips - so a kitchen and good workspace are important.

Continental breakfast was only coffee and 2 muffins in a basket. The room they gave me was 316 and someone who was living long term was right next door, very loud at all hours of the night, chatting and having a crying baby all night, not to mention the elevator was right in front of our room, very loud as well. Terrible. My advice would be have specific sections where your long term customers have an area and your short term customers can actually get rest and sleep.

Extremely loud yelling from next room all night and after I called front desk it did not go away. I will not be staying there again. Also there’s a train very nearby.

The lady at the desk went over rules of the hotel. She went so far as to tell me that I can't have any visitors, or I'd be kicked off the property. She placed me directly in a room that she could see if she looked that direction. I got to the room, and it was mediocre. I ended leaving a couple of hours later. I didn't check out until the next morning.

Amazing Stay !

This hotel was perfect for a stop over to Southern California. It had a mini kitchen with a full refrigerator. No hot plate or dishes so plan accordingly. Outside of the floor being a little bit dusty it was perfect, quiet and safe. There’s security at night which I appreciated because my car was full.

Bags of trash collecting at the bottom of the stairs. complained that the toilet didn't flush; Engineering said I was the only one who complained...I PEED in it, and it backed up! Needs to be torn down and replaced.

Staff was awesome, made us very comfortable,rooms were clean and quiet and dutch bros right next door. We ended up staying longer than we originally planned cause the prices are reasonable.

I paid for the hotel in advance and I requested a downstairs room ( as I am disabled and complications with walking.) I also called the office to request that I need a downstairs room due to my disability. They said to call them later on when check in time as they are booked. I called and unfortunately they said they had no available rooms downstairs. When I arrive to check in to ask and see if anyone checked out from the rooms I needed. No luck with that so I was told that they had one room on the second floor. I had no other choice but to go with what they had!? I was way in the back of the hotel on the second floor which I had to walk upstairs to my room as the elevator was so far away from the room. The room was directly across from the freeway and I used earplugs which was a joke!! No sleep and I was in a lot of pain. In the morning I addressed this issue to the front office and they said they still were full and they had a different location that I could go to, but they were more money and a distance from there location!? They did not even offer me a discount as I asked. I also saw that there were two rooms downstairs that looked available as the curtains were open day and night and sat empty. I went to get R & R and unfortunately that wasn’t happening!!! Not sure if I should stay there again but next time before booking the hotel room, I will definitely call first before reserving it. We will see next time.!?

I’m a traveling electrician and drove 4 hours from San Diego. When I checked in at 10:30pm, the staff was super friendly and wished me luck landing the job. I thought she was being very genuine and calmed my nerves. I got the job and I appreciate the good vibes. Thanks

Pro: Clean bed sheets, Clean fridge, kitchen and bathroom. TV and AC worked. Con: Carpet was almost sticky with grime, shower curtain was not long enough to make it into the bathtub so shower spray covered the bathroom floor. Shower faucet control had no control for hot cold. The ceiling had several large patched areas from leaks. The hotel door had to be slammed shut in order to close. Shampoo only available at the front desk. Breakfast was granola bars and coffee. The facility grounds smelt like trash.

What’s not to like very room is a studio apartment. From having your own refrigerator stove etc. staff and management is amazing, welcome suit with open arm like family. They go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant.

The bedding was clean as well as the room, but the floor needed mopping.(. Very dirty as my socks were blackish on the bottom! I forgot slippers!?) The Kitchen area was clean and the refrigerator was big. The only issue was the fridge wasn’t working properly and nothing was cold. Besides that I would go again, requiring a different room and see if it was an issue preparing the room in a hurry.?

The rooms were nice but Ia didnt sleep. The train next door kept me up. They were doing maintenance on trains at night and it sounded like metal crashing but whatever they did made the whole floor shake.. kept going til 11pm thrn started again at 7am..I was exhausted from a long trip, got no sleep..Also Hotels.com advertised they had break breakfast and they didnt, bummer because thats why I booked there.

Bed was nothing like the photo shown, it looked like a pull out bed, flimsy metal frame. A/c was loud, check in receptionist was very unprofessional, discussing her weekend plans with the other worker and cussed. Encouraged us to go to Cracker Barrel for breakfast, because their included breakfast wasn’t much, according to her. You get what you pay for I guess. Lesson learned.

I enjoy every visit the front desk ladies always treat you like your family,very nice and friendly after few times your there it becomes like your part of their family or circle of friends,you feel comfortable and they try and give you best treatment all around,they chat with you if you give them the chance to and you get to know a little bit more about them and treat you better as they did from your first visit,I have found cheaper hotels but I won't change , because it's rare finding good customer service with a smile and they go the extra mile for their customers! I’ve been here over a month and it’s cheaper than rent. Plus the rooms are like a studio apartment, plus it comes with refrigerator, stove and furniture. Honestly California rent control has been out of control. I used to pay between 1,800 to 2,200. Since I moved in to Extended my monthly rent is 1,380. I love it here and not thinking of moving anytime soon.

I used to work for a retail company for over 17 years. I know what customer service means, staff here Extended Stay America 3318 California ca 93304 has the best customer service I have ever received. Plus staff here will go over and beyond. It’s a very quiet, clean and if you’re a coffee drinker. Dutch bros is a walking distance, plus many restaurants around walking distance. All I have to say thank you Extended staff for treating me and my spouse like family.

Told me waters gonna shut off at 8am. Had No alternate options suggested by them. With no energy left to start searching for a new hotel after unloading all the baggages I had, i felt i should just sleep it out. And then started the next phase of dusty air in ac, a big insect in bathroom. Shouldnt have stayed there is what i felt. And still think the same.
