Hotel was brand new, super clean, had everything we needed for our stay! We will definitely stay there again.

We loved the fact that we were able to use the full carts to lug our luggage and other items around. We traveled from California to Louisiana for my graduation and were on the road for a week. Not every hotel has this and it made things easier especially after driving for over 10 or more hours at a time. We will be back when my daughter graduates in September!

Clean room

Only eggs available for breakfast were hard cooked, a hot option (such as scrambled) would have been nice. Otherwise, it was a nice breakfast bar.

Sunday morning my friend picked a hard boiled egg, but into it and it was rotten

One of the elevator's was out of service and made it very inconvenient to go back and forth to our room. Found out from staff that this is very common... it had been almost 2 months that the elevator was not in service!

A nice budget hotel and the breakfast had many options, hot and cold. Friendly staff, small gym with few visitors. Overall a good value for the area.

Although there was an issue with the hotel’s internet connection, a regional manager was able to check us in using her laptop. We were escorted to our room by a very courteous young man who unlocked our room due to the card key generator not working without the internet. One elevator was not working and the ice machine on the 4th floor was also not working. Overall are stay was pleasant. The staff working the breakfast bar were awesome and attentive. Everything from check in to check out was great. Even with a few hiccups our stay was very nice. We will stay here in the future.

The room is spacious, and the sofa bed can be converted into a full-size bed, which made our stay comfortable since we were traveling with two young kids. The room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was fairly standard, but it had all the essentials we needed to start the day.

The room had an unusual odor, and the pillows had an unpleasant smell. The dishwasher soap appeared to have been used rather than replaced with a new one. I also noticed that the amount of makeup wipes provided was noticeably less compared to my stay just a week earlier. Housekeeping knocked on the door right at noon, which felt rushed. Common Areas: Only one elevator was operating, leading to long wait times. The couches and tables in shared spaces were not clean, which affected the overall impression of the property. Dining: The breakfast sandwich was overcooked and disappointing. Service: Staff interactions were minimal; I was not greeted at the front desk when passing by, and overall the service felt unfriendly.

The hotel was so poor, they use mattress skirt for blanket. It's like they want their clients to freeze at night. Also, they don't refill the tissues/paper towels when there's barely any left. I had to use toilet paper to wipe my poor little nose

We found the room very clean and comfortable. The one problem with the room was the electrical window shades were broken. We could not lift the shades to see out. Hopefully they will get it fixed soon before to many guest have it to deal with.

If we decide to stop on our way to LA this hotel is our go-to. Friendly and helpful staff, clean, well maintained and easily accessible from the freeway. The only feedback I would have is on the breakfast spread. It’s a little underwhelming. Waffles are always great but the Canadian bacon, sausage patties and egg bites were barely edible. They do have fruit, oatmeal and other options so at least there’s a variety. If having a breakfast available is important to your stay I would caution getting too excited about the “hot” options. We made due and didn’t leave starving so I would say it’s at least sufficient. Will absolutely stay here again, the breakfast isn’t a “must have” on our list, everything else makes it well worth it.

Excellent kitchen amenities, free breakfast, very spacious room, and excellent front desk communication and assistance.

The location was great and conveniently situated. However, I was disappointed that the room started to smell like sewer in the middle of the night, and the carpet had an unpleasant urine odor. Additionally, other guests were very loud while passing by my room early in the morning, which made it hard to rest properly. We also had trouble finding parking, we had to part far.

Staff was as friendly and enthusiastic as fast food employees, the elevators were broken and had a sign saying they were not permitted but still in use and not liable for any issues. The room was clean but had both the blinds were broken, dishwasher was missing trim pieces, ac made a loud clicking noise when it kicked on, which was a lot.

Midway between Monterey and Palm Springs, we chose this hotel to overnight because it accepts pets. We had a very good room with a comfortable bed, full-size refrigerator and equipped kitchen. Really good Italian restaurant right across the parking lot. Staff and housekeepers were kind, friendly and efficient. We loved it. The pups loved it. We’ll be back.

We had a large group of family in town for my father’s memorial service and reserved five rooms. The front desk attendant (wish I could remember her name, but she works the afternoon shift) made arrangements for all of us to be on the same floor. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the entire staff was friendly and always available to help. A bonus was the easy walk across the parking lot to one of the best Italian restaurants in town. Overall, a very pleasant stay during an emotional time.

We had an amazing time, service was great, the room was great, the breakfast was really great! We missed our flight, and even though the hotel was full, we still had our room. Wonderful stay, will definitely do it again!

OK, but a few glitches. After checking in, we went to our room, and found a plumber replacing the toilet. Consequently, we couldn’t use the room for a while. Also, the clock on the nightstand didn’t work.

This was a great place to stay! It was clean and quiet and very confortable. My room had a kitchen with a big fridge, microwave, plates, glasses, silverware, etc.

Hotel clean, nice rooms with lots of storage, standard rooms with small kitchenette. Only downfall loud people in room above us , sounded like herd of elephants stomping

The hotel staff, especially Marisa, was phenomenal. She even offered my puppy a little treat! The hotel was extremely clean and nice. However, the sound proofing from the upstairs guest was non existent. Their kids were running all night and day, at all hours. Other than that, I will definitely return to the hotel! You can see by the picture attached, my puppy had a very relaxing stay!!!

I stayed here before and will stay here again. Once again the staff was amazing and friendly and very helpful. The only complaint I have is I wish there was more dining close by luckily I know the area. See you next time.

Clean & safe. Biggest issue was we were visiting as part of a large group attending an event in town. But the hotel only has a single elevator working. During the busy times, when everyone attending the event was coming or going, wait times for the elevator were terrible, to the point of being late to the event.

Tv did not work. Short staffed could not come to the room. Could not give a credit because it was “booked though a third party”… Travelocity

The toilet seat was covered in pee and a long, black hair when I opened it up to use it the first time. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Great hotel

This has been one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. This hotel is nice and it is located in a nice area, but they don’t have security on the premises patrolling the area. My car got broken into, driver window smashed and things stolen from my car. Very minimal parking spots in the front of the hotel area so we had to park towards the back. How is this an upscale hotel & no security?? Terrible experience, will never be staying here again!

This property is near a wonderful Italian restaurant. Close to major stores, jist a short drive away. The hotel is clean, staff is friendly, hotel is quiet and peaceful.

Waited another 30 minutes when we arrived to get our room ready. They called me to let me know that if I do t make it by 3:30 that they will give my room away. I was already heading there. This place is great but service sucks.

One elevator seems permanently broken. The other one is dubious - bounces at floors and there are signs about how to get out if the doors don’t open. Sliding doors on bathroom need maintenance- they grind and are hard to open and some dresser draws open spontaneously. Also just one chair for a 4 person room???

Hotels.com describes a stove top and then there was not a stove top. The heater in the bedroom would not blow hot air. Next the electric blackout curtains were broken and stuck down

We arrived to the hotel at 2 am with my 4 grandkids one of them a disable child. Front desk informed us that the room they had for us us on the 5th floor but that their elevators were broken down my money was tight up as I had paid in advance we were told that at 8 am the elevators were to be repaired we checked out at 11:45 am Saturday and the elevators were still not working and I was told that this was not something new our rooms were not cleaned and we have to go down 5 floors to get new towels inaceptable I expect a full refund

We tried to check in early, but the room wasn't ready. Once we got to the room we found it spacious, but unfortunately it was so loud. Sounds seemed to carry and we heard every noise above us and in the hallway. The breakfast was mediocre and the seating it the lobby was not enough to hold everyone. They ran out of a lot of the food items, despite someone trying to keep it filled. There was a hair in my oatmeal, which was gross.

The Home2 properties are an excellent price for the fee. The breakfast is amazing. This property had some elevator issues, and the hide-a-bed was not in great shape, however, the property accepted the information and was going to check into it.

Property was clean. When arrived on property. Elevator was out of service and had to go up to the third floor from the stairs. Room was nice and clean. Fire alarm went off at 2am due to a sensor issue with one of the rooms. Kinda hard to sleep after but out of their control. Besides that property was nice. Would stay here again besides the issues.
