The place is filthy. The entire hotel smelled of old weed. The fitness center is nothing but a broken treadmill and a shattered mirror. I don't know if they actually served breakfast besides coffee and juice. Unless it was all gone by 6am, I didn't see it. If the Sleep Inn Woodbridge hadn't given my room away, I would never have stayed after seeing/smelling this place. The beds didn't have blankets. The rooms smelled dirty. No microwave. Filthy bathroom. This hotel is good for dope fiends, drug dealers, and prostitutes.

Horrible walk in look vacant we had roaches in our room and it’s was a suite I want refund but the ppl that was there didn’t know how to give refund being thought the computer was working

Saw 3 bugs throughout my room within my first couple of minutes there.

The carpets were dirty, the bugs in the room and the non communication on both the status of the hotel and rooms and the fact that the shuttle didn’t operate to pick us up on or return trip leaving us at the airport waiting on an Uber.

It was ok. NOT HAVING ROACHES, THE ROACHES WAS AND ARE VERY BAD. THEY WERE ON THE BED IN SHOWER, ON THE HEADBOARD.

What I didn't like was when when my dual pad wasn't working and I had bought my food and coffee and I put my food in the bag on my door so I could go back downstairs to get my key my keypad fixed and someone it went on my door and ate my food and I reported it and the lady said that she thought she didn't look on the camera and so all my food bad where they had ate it in front of room 213 I was highly upset

The location of the hotel I saw a small roache crawling close to the TV area.

They were in the process of an update. The room wasn't equipped with a chair, we couldn't close the shower door properly. We also got keys for am occupied room upon arrival. My 13yo opened the door to see someone in the room. We got another room, however, it was treated as no nig deal, when it voild hsve been catastrophic. Overall, i hope the facility and service are all upgraded during this removation.

I saw to baby roaches. I woke up itching and told the front desk about my experience. I was not able to switch rooms because of renovations being done to the hotel.

it’s was the worst nigh, the room was dirty so nasty, some cockroach in the room, the carpet was so dirty. The hotel was under construction and around 7:30am or 8am was a big noise because the construction but was the room next to us. and the breakfast jus waffles and bread No eggs no nothing

There were roaches in all 3 rooms I was put in… one room after another infested. The property should not even be open right now as they’re doing construction and have 3 entire floors closed off. This place was so unsafe you’d be better off sleeping in your car.

I stayed in room 303 and my niece was bite throughout the night.. went downstairs to complain and the front desk lady only response was "sorry to hear that"... my niece checked out at 3am but I stayed because my bed was ok. Also, around 7am house keeping knocked, then proceeded to just open my door with her keycard, and said this room is suppose to be empty.. i was like no, I check out at 11am on the September 29th. checked out at 11am..

Apparently the top floors were being renovated but it seemed like the whole hotel was. Check-in people seemed not professional, could smell pot all over. When we got to our floor there were towels just lying on floor in numerous places. It was very loud & slamming doors continuously till 3A. No complaints about room though. Did not try breakfast.

The location. Close to the airport. The cable was out in the hotel, you had to watch tv on your phone or tablet, it smelled like weed, dust from the renovation, old furniture in the rooms.

The location was cool, but they were still renovating and when I got there. The cable didn’t work and it is quiet which I need it, but it would’ve been nice to at least watch a little bit of TV.

Breakfast was poor. No eggs, bacon, sausage, cranberry juice or water. No bottled juice. Poor selection-only OJ, waffles, bagels/toast, and cereal. The breakfast area was messy. No hostess to keep the area clean. The internet went out on the second day! Again, there was no consideration for reducing the bill and no real apology from the desk staff. The clerk did allow me to use her phone as a hot spot for my meeting. The furniture in the lobby and my room was old and scratched. The seat cushions are ripped. I found ants in the bathroom on the 2nd day. The elevator has graffiti. There is only one trash can in my room. The towel bar came off the wall and the handle on the shower was crooked. The property is under renovation. It would be nice if the desk staff acknowledged that when I arrived, apologized for the mess, and stated they would do their best to serve me under the circumstances. It's an inexpensive hotel. I guess I got what I paid for!

To another double bed room. When I requested a refund for the difference I was denied. There is no parking because they rent the spots to people traveling. The room was moldy in the shower . And the halls rank of Maryjane

This property never stated it was under renovation and only a few floors would even be open. The room had a weird smell as well as ants ! If i would’ve known the state of this hotel I definitely wouldn’t have booked a stay.

Tge hotel experience was good.

Upon arriving at the hotel to check in there was no front desk person. We ate our dinner in the lobby waiting for the front desk person to return. Waited almost 30 minutes. While waiting we listened to two other guests talking as they also waited for the clerk. One guest had walked into the other guests room because they had both been given a key to the same room. When the clerk finally returned he said sorry but it sometimes happens. The hotel lobby was being renovated but construction debris was not cleaned up well. The elevator was dirty. After finally checking in we got to our room and it was okay.

This hotel was being renovated which would have been nice to know. My room smelled and had roaches. Looks nice from the outside but they need to step their game up.

My stay the outside looked amazing the inside was terrible i didnt know what i walked into. However the lady for my check in was super nice and helpful. I also stayed because i pre paid and didnt want to go through that again

The property is under renovation. The entire property has missing ceiling tiles, missing flooring, plastic and contractor tools in plain view. It’s a complete hazard and should not be open for business during their renovations. My room and the entire hotel smelled like cigarettes and dirt. My bathroom ceiling had what I want to believe were brown water marks. Although, I only stayed one night because I had to catch a connecting flight I wish I would had slept in a chair at the airport .

Hotel was under total construction. Wallpaper ripped off walls. Holes in the walls. Carpet ripped off the floor. Room was ok.

I had to move 3 times because the bed were not made, the heater did not work and the hallway smelled like weed.

Our room was very dated, and there was a lot of deferred maintenance. The water in the shower never got hot. Construction in much of the common areas was never mentioned when we booked. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

Killed a roach as soon as we got there that was on the bathroom door, leaking shower faucet, tv connection kept going out for multiple minutes at a time. Overall dirty.

The breakfast was terrible-only "junk" food like sugary cereal and waffles. How about yogurt and hard boiled eggs? No protein offered at all.

It had bugs running around the place and blood stains on the ceiling somehow everything in the room just kept falling apart and it had nasty stains everywhere and I do mean everywhere just straight up gross honestly I wish I could give them zero Stars I will never be going back there again the woman was nice but other than that I'm never coming back there

Hotel is under construction so they are not able to serve breakfast. For the price room was a good. However there is mildew/mold around the ceiling in the shower room. Without an exhaust fan this is going to be a regular occurrence…so would recommend that the cleaning staff dry and clean the area between occupants…the carpet also although vacuumed there were gobs of unidentifiable sticky residue…the carpets should be shampooed when soiled

It wasn’t too bad. They’re remodeling the hotel so expect it to look halfway nice and halfway outdated 😅. Cheaper price and you get what you pay for in a hotel, however sheets were clean and bedbug free which is always a plus. Their breakfast is subpar, they don’t offer any fresh fruit other than apples. I would stay there again if necessary.

When we were leaving we found out the room had bedbugs. My husband saw them and I had 2 bites on my neck and my wrist!

The hotel ran down. Half of the lights didn’t work in the hotel. No television service. There was bugs in the room. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. I had to book another hotel because I could not stay in this ran down facility.

The worst experience ever. Bed bugs , roaches, dirty, no cable, unprofessional. Waiting for a refund at the moment. Place under renovation, should not be open. They actually need to completely be investigated to be open to the public like this and taking people like all is normal.

The hotel was under renovations. About wasn’t the cleanest . There was no hot water. The smoke detector in our room was removed and replaced with a plastic grocery bag. The cable was out, all 3 days. I think they had the works staying in the hotel right across from us, and they were extremely loud, all hours of the night. The toilet handle was broken so, it just ran. The light is the bathroom was blown. If I could have found somewhere else. I would have say forget the money.

Upon check-in I was told that the cable was “out” and that the maintenance person was “off” for the day. The keys kept deactivating and when they were working, it was very difficult to get in the room. I got a non-smoking room and the entire hall smelled of cigarettes. The ice machine was out due to construction on the upper floors, and the breakfast had almost no options. The few options available were waffles, cereal, and toast. There were no proteins or anything else hot available. There was also no butter, or milk available. And despite there being a juice dispenser, it only gave water.

Keys had to be recharged each night...cockroach in bathroom...dirty floor...shower had other people's hair in it...fixtures were loose..door was loose....flying bugs...fire alarm went off twice when there was no fire...construction banging.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The front doors of the hotel were propped open and it was freezing in the hotel, the room smelled of weed, WE FOUND COCKROACHES in the room, the beds were so uncomfortable, the shower ran all night long, overall it was just a terrible experience. When we went to check out, no one was at the front desk. There was a sign to call a number so I called. No one answered. I waited for 15 minutes and had to leave to get to the airport. I would give this place a zero star rating if we could.

Our stay would have been uneventful if it wasn’t for the bedbug that crawled onto my stomach in the morning as well as a cockroach at the base of the nightstand.

I just came from out of state to have a place to stay for the night after a concert. So it got the job done. I would not want to stay for more than that. But really anywhere where you can get a pizza and eat with your friends in a room is nice right. There were some weird stains about I won't lie. I slept on top of the covers lol.

The site was able to accommodate our large family in a room with three double beds at a price we could afford. The free breakfast included a waffle maker, which my kids loved, and our room had a mini fridge, a microwave, and a large flat screen TV with cable. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, and we ended up folding the bed back in and sleeping one on the sofa and one on the floor using the bedding provided and got a better night's sleep the second night. The site is in some disrepair and is clearly under renovation. In spite of being in a nonsmoking room, the entire hallway of our floor smelled strongly of smoke and our room smelled of it as well, although it was clear work had been done to the room to reduce the odor. Overall, it was not perfect, but it was just what we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with the extra towels and linens we needed, as well as a couple of toothbrushes for kids who forgot theirs. I would definitely stay there again, although I fear once renovations are complete, it will no longer be in our budget.

We did not stay at the hotel. We checked in and decided to leave before paying. Guests behind us talked about roaches and we decided not to stay. It was a bad experience and the hotel concierge wasn’t present for 20 minutes as we waited to be helped.

I’ve stayed at this property three times now, on my most recent stay I killed two roaches. There were dead ladybugs in the window seal. I dropped one of my belongings under the bed and upon retrieving it I found a mens body wash under one of the beds which means the room was not thoroughly cleaned.

When we checked out after our one night at 5am (we couldn't get out early enough!) there were people sleeping on the furniture in the lobby. Avoid this place like the plague

There were bugs in the bathroom area, electrical plates were taped on, bathroom light was out, toilet paper holder was broken, towel bar was broken. The breakfast was virtually non-existent. The juice machine was out of order. There were no eggs, meat, donuts, just sliced bread and one waffle maker. There was cereal, but no milk. Awful hotel. Will never stay there again.

Upon arrival I was told there was no tv service. I stayed three nights and they didn’t compensate me at all because I booked through Expedia. There was trash on the floor of the room, the comforters had multiple burn holes and stains on them, black mold in the bathroom, and the shower ONLY had scolding hot water. I had to put water in my hands to let it cool down before using it and I had to wash my hair in the sink so I didn’t get burned. The complimentary breakfast was only white bread and cereal. If you stay here be prepared for the multiple people who live in the back parking lot as their permanent residence as well.

The lady at the front desk [night shift) was very rude. The walls by the elevator had mold and the smell was really bad When I opened the microwave for the fisrt time it was not cleaned and smelled like food. They said the breakfast was included but the juice dispenser was out of order and you can just have coffee, toast and waffles with jam. For that price there are better hotels, i wouldn't return here.

Please listen to the previous reviews. Do NOT stay here. Nails were coming up out of the carpet, we woke up in the middle of the night to approximately 10 roaches in the bathroom. The mattress was disgusting underneath the sheets. No blow dryer. Jack hammers were loud by 8:00 am. We checked out a day early. This facility was very dirty and the hotel staff were not responsive at all!

This property was disappointing. To the old pizza and pizza box sitting in the foyer the minute I walked to the hallway and room that smelled like old cigarettes marijuana and bad perfume. The mattress was uncomfortable and stained. An old pair of socks were on the floor right near the bed and the shower faucet dripped. I was supposed to be there 4 nights. I only made it 5 hours. I only lasted that long because I didn’t get to the hotel until 2am.

This place is awful. I don't recommend staying here. First room they put me in the AC screamed like a banshee. Second room - was second floor and they entire floor stank to high heaven. I can't beleive they would even try to put anyone in these rooms. It was gross.

Where do I start? What a dirty hotel. Disgusting facility. There are doing renovations but it would be best to just tear it down. They are just putting a bandage over the wound.

The staff were rude and inattentive. I was waiting for someone to check me in for 30 minutes, and when the two staff members finally showed, the seemed bothered to help me get checked in. The elevator had carvings on the walls and graffiti everywhere. The floor I was in smelled like cabbage for some reason. The sheets on the bed were stained and none of the channels on the tv worked. I would definitely not recommend.
