Loved the location and the view. My rooms air conditioning did not work well. No hot water. Some of the lights didnt work.

Horrible dirty

Price was good. But hotel was not very clean and ammenties needed to be replaced. Also don’t stay here if you have young children. I traveled with mine and we got little to no sleep due to everyone screaming all night. Hotel also smelled of marijuana.

You will get scabbies or something if you stay at this hotel. Yes I reported it, cancelled ny reservation and bolted out of that door

The whole place is a dump, needs to be blown up and renovated. Lobby smelled like cat urine, disgusting, From the doors to the rooms look like they were all broken into, not secure, either staff or guests smoking, torn carpet, emergency window exits secured shut- serious code violation, mattresses horrible, horrible coffee station, chipping bathtub, glue all over tiles, toilet falling apart, no full length mirror, lock not secure on door between rooms, desk chair damaged….

The entire place had a bad odor. The floors off the elevator and the hallways were dirty. The shower curtain was basically falling off the wall and therefore would not keep from flooding the floor. The satellite TV went out. No Continental Breakfast that they said would be there in the morning, or at least I couldn't find anything except a poor operating coffee machine. I will never stay here again

The shuttle only ran from 4am to 10am and 5pm to 11pm. The included breakfast did not look appetizing at all, the "eggs" were cut square and the sausage did not look good. The hotel reeked of marijuana when we arrived and was incredibly strong when we got off the floor was on. The morning desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel floors in the lobby and elevator were very dirty but were cleaned around ten in the morning. The bedding appeared clean. The bathroom had a broken toilet paper holder and appeared to have an older shower and toilet. There was only one working elevator, I had my elderly father with me and we had to wait at five minutes or more at least two times. We got in at 1:30 in the morning and it was quiet, so that was nice. Overall I was very disappointed in the stay and will be very leery of booking at another Clarion Hotel.

I only stayed for about an hour before finding another hotel. The room door was missing a screw in the lock mechanism, and the door did not lock properly, which was a serious safety concern. I also contacted the hotel from the airport because they advertised a free shuttle service. However, I was later informed that the shuttle only operates during certain hours and is not available throughout the day. I would not recommend staying at this property. I noticed an open hole behind the shower head, the bathroom door was not closing properly, and the hinge at the bottom of the door was missing. I also noticed a weird smell in the bathroom. The building overall needs more maintenance. There is a restaurant/bar next door, and when I arrived in the evening, I had to circle the parking lot multiple times to find a parking spot

Absolutely Disgusting! I will neve stay at this location or a Clarion again.

The water didn’t get hot , only one elevator worked, there was a fire crew called out but know alarms went off because they don’t work properly. Contacted staff they was not helpful at all.

i walked into a boy’s locker room kind of stink in the room, tv was literally hanging on the wall at a 20% angle, one of the lamps didn’t work.. breakfast was a pan of eggs, pork sausage, toast, small wrapped muffins, yogurt, apples, a couple cereals, and everything for waffles except the waffle maker. parking was good, staff was super nice, and some of the guest were actually pretty cool.

This was absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever had to stay. I flew into BWI and upon arriving I called the hotel to tell them I was going to be a late arrival (after 12a) and was informed that there was no hot water on the property, but was assured the issue would be fixed the next day. IT WAS NOT! I went my entire 3 day stay with no hot water. It did work the morning I left and was able to take a hot shower before heading to the airport. On top of that, the room itself was horrendous. Not well kept at all. The property is old and outdated, not worth the 3 star rating AT ALL. I was told by the front desk agent that my stay would be comped for the first 2 nights due to the inconvenience, I called Expedia to coordinate the refund since I booked thru them. The property will not answer the phone and I’ve yet to see a refund from either entity. I’ll be disputing the charge of this stay thru my bank since basic accommodations were not provided

The worst place I ever saw in my life. Room was very dirty, no hot water in the premises. Very loud crowds are staying there. Naked girls running in a hallway. Unbelievable!! Felt very insecured and scared to stay there.

I booked for a week and the last three days there was no hot water no explanation just every day thwy was working on it nothing promising and it should have been my money credited back at least half and then I was going to extend it to a suite which should have been a free update but no thwy was charging still 165 a night with NO HOT WATER IN THE BUILDING and no day or time it will be fixed!! Cold showers and the worked didnt care! I had to reclean my room when I arrived because they didn’t clean it properly and the floor was still dirty I had to clean that as well!! After that I banned them from coming into my room during my stay. Room was not cleaned properly and then no hot water for 3days sad. And I called corporate!

Bfast was subpar even for a clarion Eggs were squared muffins were only other option fruit was not washed and bread was placed on opposite side of room from toaster , juice lines tasted like they hadn’t been cleaned - Each morning , there were new uncleaned spills in the lobby or on each floor, dirt mud etc exists inesch room and grout was missing in some places , light fixtures had paint scratched off them… that’s just to start . I complained to the desk and they just took the note didn’t offer a new room despite there being 30 cars in the parking lot and 100 s of rooms there were no solutions, this place should be condemned

There were roaches everywhere, the bed, night stands, sink, just about everywhere. I had to eat earlier than planned. The place smelled very old and there were alot of drug addicts walking in and out.

The hotel was not the hotel in the pictures. We stayed one night before cruising out of Baltimore and the hotel is extremely run down, dirty and LOUD. People were fighting and screaming in the hall all night. We woke up to vomit from a drunk man outside of our room and in two other places in the hallway. It took hours for them to clean it up - they just threw towels over it. Breakfast was awful. A guy followed me to my car asking if I had his room key. I would never recommend

There was only one elevator they didn't have full blankets. I don't know what that was, but I was expecting a full blanket or comforter.

So I came back after my last review I did on this place at the request of the manager. When I did, the check-in was alot smoother, staff was great, however there are some major things that need to be fixed here. I checked into my room and my allergies immediately went on 10 after laying in the bed, a lot of dust and found some mold near the AC and bathroom. Breakfast was not good. Waffle maker had no spray, so everyone's waffles were getting stuck. The food was questionably prepared by a woman who didn't speak English. She was also the person who stood at the door and took the breakfast vouchers. The eggs were cubed and had a slimy consistency. When she came out to refill the egg station, she brought it out in a bowl with no gloves on....I immediately tossed my food and ordered Uber Eats. Cleaners of the room were non-verbal when i asked for them to change my sheets. Not coming back to this place even if its last minute.

They didn’t provide you a comfortable it was just sheets, asked for a blanket and they told me they didn’t have any more linen. The toilet was clogged up and when I mentioned it to them they said maintenance wasn’t available!

You get what you pay for! I wasn’t expecting a 5 star hotel and it wasn’t needed for the trip being as though I wasn’t going to be spending a lot of time in the room. But there wasn’t any bugs! Lol

It’s a 2 star hotel. My room had two lamps, but one bulb between them. The bedding is thin so you’ll need to crank up the heat during the winter. The front desk staff and shuttle driver were friendly.

The only two things that I liked was the location and that it had two separate rooms with two bathrooms. The smell of the place was horrible. The rooms including the bathrooms were not clean.

I explained that i was checking in 2 adults and 2 children for 2 nights but was only given 2 breakfast vouchers and only for the first morning. Bed coverings were basically 2 sheets on top of each other with no other spare blankets in the room. Took a shower at about 5:30am and the water was cold.

We wasted no time contacting my credit card, snapping photos of the space and immediately checked out. You know it's bad when you don't even know where you're going to go in the middle of the night, but you know you can't stay there, but we checked out anyway.

The room had smudge on bathroom walls, smells like weed, and there was no cleaning during my stay. Additionally, the lighting outside at night does not feel safe considering the locals that are hanging around. The water temp was fine and air conditioning was good but it did not feel safe to leave the room.

Room had a broken window and dirty shower curtains, lightbulbs that were burned out in the rooms and just an overall dinginess. Staff that did the shuttle was rude about tipping and hustled money from every member of our party even when spouses were paying together. He ended up hustling us out of like $50 for a trip for 4+ what we paid for the shuttle Front desk staff was nice and polite. They were apologetic.

Parking lot is creepy kidnapper dark due to poor lighting. Elevators and hallways smell like Marijuana. Bedding looked wrinkled, not fresh and probably already used. Not really free breakfast. Only two breakfast vouchers were given for a four day stay for two adults and two teens. Breakfast vouchers only valid from 7:30 am to 9:30 am.

Really bad Water damage. The shower will flood the whole bathroom no Matter how you use it. The phone doesn’t work like it’s not even on . The bathtub spits out brown water before Turing cloudy .OH and the night shift receptionist guy will ask you for a light ( for his cigarette )follow you to your room and try to force his way into your room. And the hotel will do nothing abt it . they were spray painting and painting the halls ,room, elevators all while children were staying there. All while leaving dangerous equipment in the open. All the smoke alarms were taped . And only 1 elevator works out of 2 so yea enjoy.

Doing a major snow storm there was a lack of parking lot maintenance. In other word they did not clear the parking lot. Hotel guest had to borrow a shovel and clear the snow to leave the parking lot after checkout. We stayed prior to our cruise and boarding time was delayed. The hotel did not make accommodations for us due to our delay. .

We stayed here before our cruise, but when our ship was delayed by a day, the hotel was completely unaccommodating. Despite the circumstances being beyond our control, the staff made no effort to help with alternative plans or offer any flexibility. To make matters worse, the parking lot was never plowed after a snowstorm. Guests were out there shoveling and pushing cars just to get out — it felt very unorganized and poorly managed. For the price and the reputation, we expected much better service and support. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially if you’re traveling in winter or need any assistance with changing plans.

We were stranded at the BWI airport because I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone to ask for a shuttle or to verify the room. I had to get a room in a different hotel.

The bed was NOT a king size bed, the refrigerator was broken and we had milk/food with us that we were unable to keep cold, the sink was filthy and had dirt inside of it, and there was NO breakfast. I have stayed here before and the last time was a much better experience than this time. It definitely has me considering future stays here.

I stay here at least once a month so that should tell you how much I love this hotel.

There were so many things wrong that I don't know where to start. The hotel needs to be rehabbed: cracks in the walls, paint peeling from the walls, bathroom shower faucet broken (and broken item sitting on tub), rust on fixtures, wall fixtures was broken (e.g., soap dispenser), fridge didn't get cold. There was no hot water, TV didn't connect to wi-fi, TV repeatedly powered off within 20 seconds of cutting it on but powered on during the night while I was asleep, towels/cloths were old and thin. That was inside the room. The outside matched: old rugs, doors are difficult to open/close due to wear/tear, key card reader didn't work, elevator rickety, walls/doors scratched up and peeling, trash piled up atop lobby trash bins, visible dust, dirt, and trash particles on carpet, soda machine didn't give cold soda. The hotel also doubles as an SRO so there are people who live a vagabond lifestyle staying there. That was actually the most redeeming quality- they provide supportive housing to lower SES persons, but I'd like to have been prepared for that before I booked. They were nice however. I conversed with several. But, you can imagine the conflict that arose from other guests who did not expect the aesthetics to be what they were. This just intensified frustrations and made the stay uncomfortable.

The hotel was filthy upon arrival. There were stains on the floors, items on the curtains, and the room reeked of smoke. Ash was present in the window, with lingering ash marks on the curtains. The bathtub contained debris. There was sticky residue on the table, and the HDMI port was non-functional. I attempted to seek assistance from the front desk, but was informed that no housekeeper was available at that time, so I had to request cleaning supplies to tidy up the mess myself. The room did not resemble the photos; the AC unit was broken and propped up by a wooden plank. The chair provided was completely worn out. When I pulled back the sheets, I discovered that the mattress was brown. This hotel is extremely shabby and the staff wasn’t really any help. Do not book with them.

Propertydo not have hot water. Do not stay there. They will not tell you before you book the property that hot water not working and give you a problem for refund.

The room obviously was thoroughly cleaned. The floor, however felt uneven, as if the carpet was not layed flat; which caused me to feel off-balanced walking through the room. Oh, I presume that's what they endeavored to fix: since the next day, unrelenting drilling, banging and construction noise made it unbearable to live there... Fortunately, the front desk resolved the issue by relocating me to another floor as far away from the nuisance as possible. An impeccable suite was available as soon as I expressed my dissatisfaction with the situation. Although I wished I didn't have to go through that, I've got to give credit to their quick problem-solving ability, which caused that rough start to turn out okay. In other words, all is well that ends well.

The hotel is in terrible condition. It appears they are working through a renovation but we had a room that seemed to have been renovated but the craftsmanship was terrible. There was flooring missing, jagged tile thresholds in the bathroom. Lights didn't work. They painted everything but didn't replace fixtures. The bathroom door was rotten through, all the towel hooks, tp holder, and hinges in the bathroom were rusted, the shower was a mess. It was a really bad hotel room and not clean, dead bugs along the baseboards and construction debris. The textbook definition of putting lipstick on pig, and they did a really bad job applying the lipstick. The staff at the property were very kind. We were there for less than 5 hours to catch an early flight.

The smell upon hotel entry was pungent...like a wet dogs!!! Room had ladybugs all over the window...horrible smell continued in room...immediately checked out.

Parking was great no issues and the staff was amazing. Check in was smooth and easy. My room was very comfortable and I ya good rest. Shower temp and pressure was phenomenal.

The staff was absolutely amazing and made us feel at home and our room was spotless and any problem we had was taken care of immediately.

Everything needs improvement. Appearance, part of the hotel looked abandoned the other half looks functional. The entire hotel had a bad smell throughout, maybe it’s because the trash cans in the hallway the were overflowing did that. My room (319) had a few stink bugs in the ceiling, the sink drain plug was dirty and broken. And if it’s free complementary breakfast….. why was vouchers needed???

There were roaches in the room WiFi and tv didn’t work . I was told to contact the general may who never was there or always busy and he never returned my calls or messages .. Do not stay here

Staff wonderful Room clean

Hotel is in need a full large scale updating, meaning complete gut job. It appears it has underwent several puff and powder rehabs overall the years but it needs substantial a investment. For the price point you get what you're paying for, it's not terrible overall for a cheap stay. Hallways and common areas smell bad, a mixture of trash, food and cigarette odors. The elevators are sketchy. My room, it had cracked bathroom tiles, water damaged drywall, shower knob came off (had to hold it on to turn on water), was missing the sitting chair, curtains and lamp shades has stains and residue, HVAC not blowing cold air, room smelled musty, TV was oddly small for the room (maybe 32") and the laminate floor was grimy. Housekeeping did a underwhelming job, pulled trash, restocked towels but that appeared to be the only services during my 3 night stay. Main lobby is decent in overall appearance but still dated and wornout.

I truly truly am so saddened to even leave a review like this! But this hotel was far below my expectations! I understood that I was booking a non fancy hotel but I am still in shock of how below the bar this hotel is. I want to start off by saying the airport shuttle was easy to connect with I just called and they picked me up, the driver was very friendly. The drive was great, the lobby of the hotel is very nice and the two gentlemen at the front counter were friendly and welcoming. When I got my room, it smelled of smoking and urine, the door to the bathroom was broken. I asked for another room which was accommodated however this room the furniture broke as I set my luggage down and a/c did not stay on. Additionally, there were insects on the mattress! I am so sorry as if someone truly needs a place to stay be aware these pictures are deceiving and I would recommend spend more money elsewhere. I appreciate the gentlemen at the front desk but I left 25 minutes after “check in” because I could not stay in these conditions. I am hoping to receive a refund and hope to save someone the time with this review. Thank you.

The shuttle close at 11y we couldn't use it and the hotel smelled weed everywhere. Super dirty place

Airport shuttle was very unhelpful and unfriendly to older gentlemen and ladies riding as passengers. Bathroom door was broken, as was table/seat in room. Room, elevators, and general floor were not as clean as they should be. Do not plan to return.

Room was very clean the only issue was the person doing breakfast didn't show up so nobody received breakfast even though we paid for it plus the first day we was there the breakfast person was late.

I was worried after reading the mixed reviews for this property, but we were already planning on staying regardless so we just decided to wait and see. I am glad we did. Our shuttle from the airport was very nice, and the driver was a great guy who was very helpful regarding our trip. We found out even before arriving on site that there was a wonderful cruise port shuttle available. It is very affordable and leaves hourly Thursday through Sunday. Lucky us! We fell into those days, and booked our outgoing trip at check in. We also received our breakfast vouchers and room keys. The staff was very helpful about the area and where we could get a bite to eat. There’s a restaurant attached to the hotel, that delivers. Talk about easy! Our room was clean, my only complaint about it was that one of the blankets had burn holes in it. It was clean, just old and should have been replaced by that time. Also our phone to the front desk did not work. Small things in the big picture as our stay was very nice. I would gladly stay here again. I’d also recommend it to friends and family (even the ones that are picky) so far, so good though. Tomorrow morning we’ll see how breakfast is. I’m hoping it’s as great as the visit has been.

The room I was in also had very little light I presume to hide how disgusting it was. The pull out bed couch had a huge pee stain lots of crumbs and a fork left from previous visitors. Expedia kindly helped me with a refund.

Property not well taken care of.

There was no blanket on the beds, only a sheet. The pillowcases smelled like they were used, the clock did not work, the tv did not work. We were sent to another room because the shampoo, conditioner and soap were missing from the original room. Conditions were very poor but staff was pleasant.

Nice property close to the airport with attentive and courteous staff.

Best breakfast ever

There was garbage all over the hallways, was woke up at 3am so someone screaming acne cursing (I was surprised the cops weren’t call). We got to breakfast at 8:30 and there was no coffee, sausage or eggs. Stood online for 30 minutes to make waffles because there was only one waffle maker. They restocked the breakfast while we were online and then took everything away right at 9:00. We were in the breakfast room just unable to get anything because we were waiting to make our waffles for so long.

extremely dirty hotel. room was not clean at all. multiple damages in the room. i would of rather slept in my car. we booked another hotel and checked out.

Not what i expected, does not look like the pictures. The pain on the door was pealing, weird smell.

The picture on your advertisement is misleading this hotel had roaches, the TV did not work and the 1st room I was in smelled and the TV didn't work so I moved to another room on the 4th floor and it had roaches and the TV went out 3 times. This hotel is a homeless/welfare hotel and let's not talk about the so called continental breakfast everything was awful. Will never ever stay at a Clarion again !!!!!!!!!

I usually get the suite when i book a room because i love the spaciousness i prefer the rooms with hardwood floors only because hotel carpet scares me...The room was fairly decent there were rust stains in the tub and shower especially in the back bathroom for the most part the room served its purpose

The bathroom was filthy, with cockroaches crawling everywhere. The bedsheets looked like they were reused from the previous guest.

The hotel was fine but I had the worst shuttle driver experience ever. The shuttle was a little late but the driver did nothing to communicate to the passengers. They complained he did not touch their bags or help anyone into the van. We got to the airport and he did not ask anyone their airline and did relay info about the terminals. One lady said you just passed my carrier. He stopped for her then went up a ways and stopped and did not say anything. Someone asked if this where we get off and he finally spoke and said yes. This happened on the morning of Sept. 7th at four a.m.

It was ok for a last min lobby nice elevator takes for ever I stay 3 nights and one day breakfast voucher room was ok bed was comfortable had to get to use my own blanket bc the bed blanket was thin and the floor wasn’t clean found hair in the bed and roaches in microwave the best thing was the friendliness of Ms. Liz…..

The rooms need maintenance. Lamps didnt work. Air conditioner grill was broken. And it was very loud too. Just looks like obviously the overall maintenance was lacking. Questionable door lock on my room as well. Only saw 1 bug too, so i guess thats a positive

July 31-August 1 all of my flights to Baltimore were cancelled. I had absolutely no way of getting there. I was stranded in Ohio. I tried calling the hotel, expedia tried calling the hotel but they just do not answer the phone. I was hoping for a refund or reschedule but I got nothing.

It is a large hotel that is way outdated. The hotel parking lot is used for airport parking, cruise parking and guest parking. There was trash all over in the parking lot. From booze bottles to just plain old garbage. We did kill one roach in our room and filed no others. Aside from that the bed was comfortable, and the sheets were clean. The morning breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. Would I stay there again if I were going on a cruise, absolutely. They have a shuttle bus that will transport four people for $25 total to the cruise port from the hotel. They also have free airport pick up. So in a nutshell, you could fly into BWI stay there and for $25 get your ride to the cruise terminal. Don’t expect too much from the room when you arrive though.

They had roaches

There was a roach crawling on the wall as we entered the room and we turned right around and left. We did not stay and of course did not get reimbursed for the room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room door looked like it had been breached previously. Large gap and not very secure. The toilet backed up and Inwas told they would see if someone could fix it. They ended up moving us to a new room because it wasn't fixed.

This is a horrible hotel to stay. The place has roaches, poorly patch work, stained carpeting, dirty used furniture... also the employee had terrible hygiene.

The biggest problem is having to move from room to room bc having an issue in all the rooms I've stayed in... From non-wrkn TV's to bedbugs and roaches. Have made @4 reservations and each time and to move to a second and third room!! Last month had been bitten so bad from bugs that my significant other and myself had to go to the hospital. I've made complaints that where never resolved and again was told the regional manager would contact me, which never happened!

This was my first time at this type of property and my honest review. Whenni arrived i loved that dunkin and shells gas station was across the street. Parking was pretty easy as I arrived at about 8pm and there were plenty of spots to choose from. The hotel however presented a bit unclean in the lobby. Multiple brown spots in the wall when entering and rug was definitely run down. The front desk lady was not very friendly while checking in. We got our room ket and breakgast voucher and carried on. Upon entering there was a weird stench in the room and one of the kights were not working. I called downstairs and she quickly and easily gave me another room. The bede were very comfy and pillows were very soft. I checked for bugs and other possibilities of getting a hotel. The walls were thin as i heard a baby crying all night. But thats ok the halls were dingy and more spots in the ceiling. Overall the stay was worth the amount per night. Im very happy to rate this a 3/5 hotel. I cant give a review on the breakfast as it started at 7 and ended at 10 and we werent up yet. If i could make a recommendation i would say ipdate the halls to not smell funky and also make breakfast until 1030 or 11am. Otherwise good stay for us. Thanks.

They had roaches throughout the room

Old dirty stinky .. The hallways needed to be swept and vacuumed. The beds were old and beat up. The bedding was cheap, the pillows were 18 inch couch pillows used for bed pillows. The hotel is old and ran down. Water was leaking from the vent and the lobby. Everything was old. Everything was ran down. Everything was stinky. We left and went to Embassy suites. There was no way I could stay there overnight!

The shuttle driver to the airport was the best part, very friendly and nice! Bathroom was very dirty, urine around toilet base, shower/tub area was not clean. Elevator and surroundings seemed as though it had been a very long time since they were even surfaced cleaned.

This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. It smelled of smoke and pot. We changed rooms because we couldn't breathe in the first one, but the second one was bad too. Very dirty. Many broken things everywhere. Very loud. There was loud base music all night shaking the walls and bed and screaming and banging. We did not sleep at all. We almost went to sleep in the car. I would not stay here and do not recommend it at all.

The staff was very friendly. That’s where the “good” stopped. The carpet in our room was soaked when we arrived and the room smelled like mildew. The bathroom door was so warped from water damage that it was peeling and fraying at the bottom and would not shut. Definitely don’t recommend.

Didnt feel safe has all these thugs lounging around the halls. Then they were running through the halls like children.

There is a restaurant near by, but the hotel is in need of a great deal of renovation and upkeep. Toilets don’t work, floors were dirty, tubs are chipped, and floors in need of repair.

I am very disgusted about the amount of roaches the room had woke up to roach crawling on me very disgusting will never stay at this place again

First off the first room had a carpet stain .... 2nd room had roaches coming out the vent 😂😂😂 it's not worth it why you think it's cheap ?

On line, it looked OK but upon arrival and exiting my vehicle, I knew it was going to be a problem because the drapes were blowing out of one of the windows and the decorum was pretty dingy looking on all the other windows. I advised the lady at the front desk and she just said it's probably the cleaning people. Once i went up to my room,all i could smell was weed & wet carpet and then i noticed pests in my room. I immediately got my things and vacated the Premises and booked a stay at the Hyatt in Owings Mills!! Clean this place up ASAP, such a Terrible representation on "Clarion"!!

This hotel is nothing like the pictures. We had booked and paid in advance for a king-sized bed. When we checked in, we were told there were no more available and we were given 2 double beds. They claimed it was for the same price (but we had gotten a deal with booking through Hotels.com) They wouldn’t change it - we weren’t given any WiFi information or breakfast information. It is dirty, smelled like cigarettes/weed on our floor, the door looked like a crowbar was used to break in, it was hard to shut and lock. There are no hooks in the bathroom for towels, the tub was patched up and sort of clean. The free breakfast was very minimal, the elevator floors were dirty and sticky. Another family having “breakfast” was also complaining about how awful this hotel was. I will never stay at this hotel or another Clarion Hotel again.

My only issue with this Hotel was the room I was staying in had hard wood floors and water would seep up through the floor. When I reported it to the staff she informed me that that was a result of the air conditioning unit and she would let maintenance know. So for days I didn't run the ac to prevent further water issues. Once I had enough money I checked out and went to another hotel.

The gentleman who checked us in was so nice, and his wife who served breakfast was very welcoming. The homemade cookies made our day! Definitely booking here again, when coming back to Weatherford

I am separated from my wife at the moment and I was staying at a family members house with my kids. That family member did not want my kids there and so i left their house at 10pm to arrive at the hotel around 10:30pm. My situation was already dire and i just needed my boys to sleep and i shower. That was not the case i saw 1 roach as soon as we entered but my boys quickly knocked out so i just dealt with it and moved on. In short, i realized that was quickly no gojng to work as a rather large roach crawled up my side of the wall and even headed towards my babies direction. I had to call my wife at 3:00am to come get our children. As i said i am separated and this is NOT something i want to do but this hotel made my night far worse then i could have imagined. When i asked for another room, the attendant at first gave me a room on the same floor not to far away from the room i just left. She did eventually give me a, suite and i was able to get some sleep. So there was a little good in this, however I will never go back to the Clarion Hotel for any reason at all.

Upon entering the lobby, met with smell of smoke and muggy air. Dehumidifiers along hallway. Bathtub/shower was mess of broken tile, dirty and overall unclean. The location itself felt very unsafe. I didn’t feel like I could safely stay there or go back out to my car at any point after dark. I left shortly after checking in and went to another hotel in DC.

Had to leave a day early due to the hotel. This hotel should be $75 tops for the condition it's in.

The room is small with 2 queen beds. The fixed sheet kept coming off one corner. One chair. No hangers and no luggage rack. Thankful for working refrigerator to keep drinks cold and microwave. We did not use the breakfast due to very limited choices but okay for just a bite it appeared. make your own waffles. On day 2 of 3 nights, several roaches made an appearance in the bathroom. and ants found my cake on the nightstand. I had stayed here 5 years ago. I will not come back again.

The room was comfortable; comfortable bed and pillows. AC was okay once it caught up; half through the night. It was off upon arrival and it was in high 90s. Bathroom suffices, is dated, but okay. Hot breakfast bare minimum consist of cubes scrambled blah eggs, blah sausage links, good waffles, awful weak coffee. Hardee's nearby on my route had great dark roast coffee and breakfast. Also, half of the building was recently flooded by sprinkler system and being aired out with fans. These fans were in breakfast area as well and well food cooled quickly.

Breakfast could only be eaten in the dining hall. As a single woman I like to graze on my breakfast and can only eat a few bites at a time. So half of my breakfast was wasted even taken small portions. Place was clean and room was large. Would stay again

Arrived on time even though my flight was delayed. Upon arrival multiple people were smoking weed and cigarettes in the entrance. Trash was in bags on the ground. Upon entering no one was at the front desk counter for at least 25 minutes. When staff returned she indicated she was in the restroom - a note left on the front counter would have been appropriated. Upon entering the room it did not seem to be cleaned and had to order supplies to clean myself even after leaving because that’s the type of guest I am. Last but least the WiFi service wasn’t secured when I was given a password that didn’t give me an option to enter to access the internet to complete my work. The front desk staff did have any answer to assist in my complaint throughout my stay. The pictures of the hotel was almost false advertisement, the lobby itself was extremely clean and presentable unlike my too which reeks of smoke smells and mildew. The bed was soft and the best out of my entire experience. I honestly would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends.

The stay was ok but ,I dropped my ID and had to lift the mattress to get it, There was so much trash under the box spring that I was not satisfied. Then the air conditioner was leaking and water came from under the rug, where I almost slid on the floor.

Additionally, there was water leaking from the ceiling near the light fixture, which posed a serious safety hazard. I was genuinely afraid to turn the light on due to the risk of electrical issues. When I brought this to the front desk’s attention, I was told there were no other rooms available. This experience was not only uncomfortable but potentially dangerous. I strongly urge management to address these issues immediately. I would not recommend this hotel until significant improvements are made.

The room had a foul odor and smelled like someone was smoking in it. The other guests were loud in the hallways. It smelled like marijuana in the hallway. The bed sheets were dirty and the floor appeared to not have been swept. The hair dryer was rusted. The AC was out of date and dirt and debris was covering it. The paint was peeling off the walls. The room was outdated. It looked like a jail cell.
