Reviews
The hotel is generally praised for its proximity to Camden Yards and the convenience it offers for attending games. The staff is often described as friendly and helpful. However, there are frequent complaints about the hotel being overpriced, parking difficulties, and issues with room readiness and cleanliness.

My wife and I visited Baltimore for the weekend to attend a couple of Orioles games and stayed here. Unfortunately, the experience was mixed and did not feel like a good value given the price. The first issue was parking. During check-in, I was told to scan a QR code and purchase a two-day parking pass. The charge went through on my bank account, but I never received any confirmation or email, and the system did not recognize my payment when I tried to leave the garage the next day. Thankfully, the parking attendant was extremely helpful, reviewed my bank transaction, and resolved the issue for me. The front desk experience was also disappointing. The employee who checked us in was not particularly helpful and came across as having an attitude. Later, when I asked about bottled water, I was told none could be provided and was directed to use a water fountain or fill a cup at the bar, despite cases of bottled water being visible behind the front desk. Thankfully, a staff member in the restaurant/bar area was kind enough to provide us with bottled water. The room itself was mostly clean and offered a great view of Camden Yards. However, I had to fix the shower head myself because it was loose, not flush with the wall, and stuck on one spray setting. I also found a small bug on the bedside lamp shade. Additionally, a vending machine dispensed the wrong item, and the machines were charging $3.75 for a soda or bottle of water. Overall for the price I expected better.

Everything was perfect ‼️

I only have one thing to honestly complain about. The room temperature in the room. There was only one vent and it was located all the way over by the window and very small. It never got lower than 71 in the room - which for our visit, when we left and came back was just fine. Even during the night it would not get any lower than that. We had to keep our curtains shut to help with it which did suck a little since we paid extra for a view of Camden Yards. Other than that, the stay was great! Just want to share for other hot nature people.

The amazing staff, clean room, the pool was clean and warm. The views of the stadium are spectacular!
- 4/5
Very nice motel with great view of the ballpark. Only negative is when we had breakfast buffet and then got the bill. And sadly the only thing that was good was the bacon. Over $70 for good bacon, rest of the food was cold and like rubber. Room, pool, and exercise room was all good

We stayed a weekend specifically for an Orioles game and to explore the inner harbor of Baltimore. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base for these activities. Walk to the ballpark and the surrounding establishments, hop on the Charm City Circulator to take you into Fells Point and the light rail to and from BWI. Helpful staff, clean and spacious room with comfort. Highly recommended!

Didn't have breakfast. But hotel was very nice If they would've given me a bag of cash at check in

The property was majestic location was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If I had to complain about something, it would be the service in the coffee shop. It wasn’t terrible, but it could’ve been better.

I liked the staff, they were friendly and helpful. I didn’t like that the on site restaurant was closed majority of my stay. It didn’t really feel like the stay was worth the amount I paid

Great location and value.

The property was typical for Hilton. Rooms were clean and staff mostly friendly. My issue was with the parking which is apparently managed separately from the hotel. We were told there is a flat rate to go in and out. We paid the flat rate and went out. When we returned we were told that we should have spoke to a parking attendant before leaving (funny thing is we did try to speak to one because we were confused about how it worked but no one was in the booth or answered the call button) we could not leave the parking lot without paying so we paid with a credit card. Now the attendant said we would have to take another ticket and pay again even though I showed my receipt with proof of payment for the flat rate (which is the maximum). We had to get the supervisor and the hotel involved to avoid being charged twice. While trying to resolve it the hotel manager offered to refund the parking charge that was billed to my room???? I already have a receipt for payment to a separate credit card. After going back and forth between the hotel and parking we were given a voucher for the parking. Both LAZ parking and Hilton employees did not seem to understand that they were responsible for the relationship between the two companies and not the customer.

Staff was friendly Incredibly noisy! Walls are so thin that you can hear the TV from neighboring rooms- terrible to try to sleep. Slamming doors. Despite being on 12th floor we could hear all traffic and ambulances. Hotel windows and structure not built well - not sound proof at all. Swimming pool very small and not very pleasant.

The Problem was first getting to the hotel and then getting parking, because we arrived during the start of the Orioles Baseball Game that surrounds the hotel, The streets were blocked off and it was almost impossible to get to the entrance to the hotel. We drove around in circles and even found ourselves on the highway ramp for more than 40 minutes . It was horrible. Then after checking in we could not get into the parking lot because the police had the block to the parking entrance blocked off!

This hotel is conveniently located to the baseball park and the staff were friendly. The parking is not marked well for where to go to park and after prepaying for parking in advance the garage did not recognize that it was paid in advance since it is separate from the hotel and additional assistance and grief was required when I wanted to leave. The room however was dirty with wrappers and nail clippings on the floor from previous guests and mold in the sink.

I very much enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor. There were plenty of restaurants and fun things to do within walking distance. The hotel was very clean and was the sky bridge to the convention center was incredibly convenient. The rooms were comfortable and everyone from the desk concierge to the maid service was pleasant and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

I had a great view of the ballpark from the 19th floor. Room was immaculate. My only reason for not giving 5 stars, was the $50 Early Check-in fee. It was Opening Day for the Orioles, so I had to get there 4 hours early to secure a hotel parking spot. I got one of the last parking spots. It would have been nice if they kept enough spaces for everyone that had booked a room. My friend showed up an hour later and had to park 5 blocks away and he had a room reservation. So, at least for Opening Day, they should have waived the $50 fee, imo.

Connected to convention center Not the property’s fault but Baltimore is not safe. Someone was abducted right by the hotel.

Don’t come here during baseball season/football season/anytime there’s an event at either stadium!!! I checked with the hotel about the availability of on site parking or if I needed to find parking somewhere else. I was assured by the hotel that they had parking on site and I didn’t need to make other arrangements. Published rate on their website is $35 a night for a guest. Got there to check in and there was an event going on at the stadium. The parking lot was full because they were upselling their parking spots at $50 for a their parking spots for the event. Their parking attendant told me to go across the street to the Marriott as they took the overflow parking. What should’ve been $35 parking for an overnight stay was now $89.

I had to go to 3 rooms. My first room the toilet was flooding from the top of the toilet when I flushed it. I informed the front desk I would be gone for an hour and someone can stop by and fix it. I came back and no one fix it. They told me an engineer would see my soon. Waited another hour or so and no one showed up. The front desk sent me to another room but when I entered the room someone belongs were in the room. Finally I got my 3rd room and the only issue was a remote control was missing from the room. I had to call for towels and once they arrived I told them of the remote. I had to do this since no one was picking up my call. I departed at 6am Monday morning and an hour later I get a $50 charge. After about an hour I finally get in touch with someone to dispute the charge. I had to leave a message to Bonnie explaining that I have been here several times and never had these issues before. I left ok the message I deserve half of my money back. Of course I don't get a call back. I was told before since I went through Hotels.com and they are a 3rd party they could not give me my money back for half of my stay being horrible. I left on the answering machine they can mail me the money and provide my address but Bonnie is MIA. Start caring about customers and hire experienced workers or this hotel will continue to go down the drain. Return to how the device was before. This was my worst experience here and I am afraid to return.

The rooms were standard. Nothing special but nothing awful either. With that said, the staff was very friendly. I might stay here during baseball season to see the orioles ballpark, but otherwise, recommend staying somewhere closer to inner harbor or the properties on Aliceanna street.

The room was clean, shower had good pressure, the staff was really friendly. There is a restaurant inside that serves good food. The hotel has a parking garage attached which made it very easy to get into the hotel. The hotel is very close to the ravens and Orioles stadiums 15 minute walk. There's a casino 10 minute car ride away. Overall very good hotel.

Great hotel in the perfect location.

We were unable to check in because my husband was admitted to the hospital. And because of the rigid rules we were robbed of $600. This sucks. Horrible way to do business. God forbid that American businesses could be compassionate!!
- 5/5
Fantastic as always!!
- 5/5
Awesome place. I could watch baseball from the window! The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was great. We got the room rate with breakfast and was glad we did. Lots of options at the breakfast buffet including an omelet bar. We would stay there again
- 4/5
The location to sport events this weekend was Awesome. The view was best for the Orioles games. I did have a change of plans on our last night (Sunday) at the restaurant/bar in the lobby, so we decided not to order from the lone bartender (didn't want to work, I Guess).
- 5/5
Great area
- 5/5
The staff are friendly and courteous. I'll stay here again.
- 5/5
I highly recommend this hotel for the Orioles games. There is a terrace on the 4th floor overlooking the stadium.
- 5/5
Great location for visiting Camden yards
- 5/5
Great customer service! From check in to the food , to the check out. All great

Loved how close hotel is to Oriole stadium at Camden Yards stadium just exit hotel directly to entrance of the park.
- 5/5
Great experience
- 5/5
Great people
- 5/5
Very friendly staff, amenities were super clean, lobby and restrooms in lobby were super clean too. Only slight critique is we chose this hotel over others in the area because it had a pool and unfortunately the pool was out of service during our stay and we did not find out until we were entering the pool area. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others though!
- 4/5
The location was excellent for our 2 night stay to watch Boston play Baltimore at Oriole Park at Camden Yards. We had a room that overlooked the park itself, which was a bonus. However, the drawers on all the cabinets would not stay closed, which was annoying, but not a deal breaker
- 4/5
Hotel and staff were amazing!! Bartenders at hotel bar were great as well as their staff. I did have to pay for parking which I didn’t realize. but that’s fine. It’s only lie 35 a day and you can get pass that lets you go in and out as much as you want. Also pool, hot tub and sauna apparently all broke at the same time and was not told at check in. Looked like fools walking around in bathing suits looking for the area. No one told us at check in. They did offer we could go travel to sister hotel I believe across the street but wasn’t the same. I definitely wasn’t crossing the the street in my bathing suit all good just disappointed. One of the reasons I picked the hotel. Other than that amazing spot, great service and very clean and safe.
- 5/5
I requested a cot and the hotel upgraded my room at no charge. They were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean. Great stay!

Great location. Quite a lovely restaurant changed the menu regularly so it wasn’t the same options everyday . Very friendly service especially Zara at the check in desk she was wonderful and made the stay even more memorable . Thank you for being so kind !
- 2/5
For a Hilton I was surprised at how unclean the room was. There were toenail clippings by the bed and hair on the bedding. Disgusting.
- 3/5
Hotel front desk and all other staff encountered were great. Tried to go to the hotel bar late last night- was busy with almost all bar seats taken but several tables open and available. Literally stood at an open bar seat for about 20 minutes with every employee ignoring me. Bartenders were busy, but attended to others getting more rounds, and an older gentleman was directly in front of me washing glasses and kept his eyes and head down and never acknowledged me. After two new guests walked in and stepped up past both my husband and I and were immediately serviced, we chose to walk out. Found a liquor store around the corner from the hotel and came back to have a drink in our room instead.
- 5/5
Very nice.
- 5/5
Great place to stay for an Orioles game
- 1/5
Old interior, noisy, uncomfortable bed and something in the room made my eyes turn red and dry
- 4/5
Everything was great. The bar staff after an orioles on a Saturday night was thin. The bar was backed up most of the night.
- 5/5
Wonderful place stay. Would definitely stay again.
- 4/5
The only aggravating issue we had is that we could not find the Hilton parking ramp. The directions we were given by the doormen and clerks were not clear. We initially had to park blocks away. Having a map of where to enter the parking lot would have saved us a couple of hours of aggravation.
- 1/5
Bed was not comfortable. Check in was perfect. The pool was not heated as advertised. During check in the staff assured us that our pull out bed would be made and wasn’t. It had dirty sheets already on it. We got stuck on the elevator because the key card randomly stopped working which created all types of fear and problems for my child and grandmother. Overnight front desk was nice however she called concierge to help with the dirty bed and bathroom 3 times and unfortunately no one never showed up. This hotel was too expensive to have these mishaps.
- 4/5
For the most part all of the staff were really friendly, to include the security personnel who held the door open and helped people find where they were going. The room was really nice except some pretty noticeable remanence from water leaks and some rust coming down from a sprinkler head. The Camden Terrace restaurant was the biggest let down. Really lackluster, wildly expensive for a poor quality buffet (either the food was super tough or my knife wasn't sharp - I think both) and the coffee wasn't great. It's hard since I stay at the Embassy Suites in Bethesda a couple nights a week and receive almost the same breakfast included in the room rate and the quality is 100% better. All in all, the aesthetic of the hotel and the staff (not to mention the location) are what make this hotel. Just go elsewhere for food.
- 3/5
No microwave in room had to pay $36 a night for parking and $100 deposit that was unexpected
- 3/5
The level of disrepair was astounding for the cost of the room. Anything and everything was in rough shape. From the “No Smokng” sign, because someone had pulled off the letter ‘I’, to the water stained lamp shade, missing elevator keys, the air conditioner that never really cooled the room, housekeepers that did not clean the room even though I had already left for the day, and the restaurant that’s closed for refurbishment mentioned no where on their website. This used to be a really nice hotel, and they’re still charging for that premium expirence. Next time I’m just gonna stay at the (much cheaper) Marriott next door.
- 5/5
Very close to Camden yards to see an Orioles game, and a short walk to the harbor. Several food options very close by. No free coffee in the lobby though like most hotels I've stayed at. Thats always a plus
- 3/5
Pool was not great. 3 foot pool and you couldn’t see the bottom. Very cloudy and disgusting Rooms were ok, little outdated. Only full size beds.
- 5/5
Daniel is the MAN! Helped us decideto stay there another night. And it. Wasnt the least expensive but he went the extray mile to help put it together. Thanks for the drink certificates. Excellent way to close us! Excellent job!

I was very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. We arrived around 6pm on a Saturday to which we realized we could not access the hotel given the road closures of the home Orioles game that was close to ending. We ended up circling around the general area for over an hour with no luck to get access to the road to park or check in. I even tried to text the front staff and they told us there should be no problem getting in but there were cops and barricades all over. There was no information that was given to us before then to make sure to plan your arrival accordingly due to home game logistics. To add insult to injury, we got in later than we expected and planned on just grabbed dinner at the hotel restaurant to which we only realized was closed for renovations when we walked into the lobby. Again, no prior warning and even on the app it stayed the restaurant was open. It was only when we scanned the QR code in the room that it was confirmed. On top of that, we had to wait almost an hour for coffee the next morning at the coffee bar (and also witnessed many angry patrons which also was uncalled for), we had no “Do Not Disturb” sign in our room, our coffee maker stopped working after one brew, the room A/C only kept the room at 70 degrees despite us having it set at 65. Overall, this trip was more stressful than we would have liked. We picked the hotel based on its proximity to Camden Yards but did not think that it would cause more headaches than relief.

Room was good size, bed and pillos were comfortable. The room was super clean. We upgraded to a stadium view which we could see the outside of the stadium and a portion of the outfield - your not gonna see the game from the upgraded room. However location could not be better as it is a two min walk to the stadium and walking distance to food. Other things like the nods to Edgar Allan Poe on the mirror was fun - ps his grave is half mile away if looking for something to do.

Visited to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary by taking in a couple of Orioles games and a tour of M&T Bank Stadium as we are huge Fans! The hotel is excellent to attend O’s games and many restaurants and coffee shops near by- lobby and restaurant areas were being remodeled during our visit but coffee shop was available. Short walk up and over for the restaurant. Staff was very helpful and hotel was very clean. Highly recommend.

When we pulled up into the drive, there were cars parked everywhere and we were greeted by a staff member who without even saying hello said “our parking garage is full and you can’t be parked here”. He directed my husband to a parking garage several blocks away on one way streets. I told him we are getting our luggage out here and he put his hands up in the air and walked away. Inside when I asked about parking being full the only response I got was a “yup”. Room was just ok and lots of door slamming through out the night. Took my husband 20 minutes to bring the car around from other garage when we were leaving and they were offloading all their delivery supplies in the front driveway making it difficult to enter by car and as a pedestrian to go outside. Expected a lot more from Hilton.

If you are going to Camden Yards, this is the place to stay. above average room.

Great views of Camden Yards from our room. Great location. Now, the room was just ok, and the worst part was really low water pressure and terrible shower head. The last morning before checkout, the tub/shower water was brown. Not happy with that, and when brought up to the front desk at checkout, no apology or recourse was offered.

At check-in they charged me an additional $50 for idk what reason. Then they tried to tell me that I could not have the room I booked 2 months in advance. After fighting and calling corporate I was finally able to get in the room I booked. But then I was to only pay $36 for parking and had to pay $70 to park for a 1 night stay.

Ate paper that was cooked on my hamburger at the hotel's restaurant. Did not realize until half-way through eating the sandwich. I did not place a complaint, but it was quite disgusting.

It was the perfect location for us to attend an event at the Baltimore convention center. We walked everywhere and there were plenty of places nearby to enjoy good food and drinks.

Very nice hotel, rooms are spacious and comfortable.

I liked the hotel, the room, and the front desk staff. I did not like the parking bc of the sign that read We are not responsible for your car or your belongings. That stressed me out. Other than that the stay was great.

I love the hotel until they charged me twice for the stay.

We stayed here because we were attending a performance at CFG Arena. Very convenient and safe to walk to the performance. Excellent experience with multiple staff members. Great dinner. Perfect room. All around the best experience we could hope for. We will definitely stay again in the future and recommend to others.
