The A/C did not cool the room off. Set at 60, real temp in room was 74. Uncomfortable to sleep in and staff did not offer a solution. Otherwise, hotel was fine.
- 1/5
Worst hotel ever. AC didn’t work. The woman at the lobby had an attitude like didn’t like her job. I won’t ever stay there again.
- 5/5
Loved the Vintage hotel and history. Good price and clean. Some dated amenities but to be expected. Very nice and helpful staff.
- 3/5
Hotel is in desperate need of updating. If this were done it would be wonderful because the property itself is fabulous but it obviously has not even been taken care of
- 1/5
Lets just say, this was by far one of the worst hotels we have stayed in. Beautiful building and the lobby was great but the rooms were not acceptable.
- 1/5
One star was way too generous! The hotel was super dirty. Staff was not friendly or helpful. The ice machine was in front of our room and that area was filthy. The entire floor smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. Our latch lock on the door was broken, we reported it and no one came to fix it, so me, my husband, my teen daughter and my grand daughter didn't feel safe. We checked out the next day and couldn't get a refund even with a valid reason like a broken lock to our room. Expedia reps tried to get in touch with the manager and he remained unreachable. And they didn't offer to give us a different room. They didn't offer a safer room for me and my family. Also, the parking is across the street underground and is $35 daily, or $35 everytime you leave and come back in. The hotel didn't validate for parking. We had to ask about the parking, they didn't provide any details on their site about parking.
- 5/5
Disappointed that the 19th floor Bar/Cafe was closed off..during our stay..
- 3/5
The bathrooms could be updated
- 4/5
Need more staffing. Front desk and bars were overwhelmed which results in bad Guest service. Room was clean but It was right in front of the service elevators. Rooms are due for some renovations.
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful and the room was small but cute just enough space. I enjoyed the sky bar it had great scenery and I will stay here again
- 5/5
Older hotel with some older hotel quirks but my room was clean and bed comfortable. I was grateful they let me check in early I was only going to ask to store my bags. I enjoyed finding out there was a magic show and a ghost tour! Vince was a great story teller and entertainer. I love history and this was a memorable stay at a much more affordable price than other generic hotels on a Friday night.
- 5/5
Everything was good. I was here for a family member in the Maryland University and easy walking distance. The building is old but kept clean. The only thing I will say is the front counter Staff was not the friendliest until I met Mark and he helped me with a difficult situation so I appreciate Mark kudos to him.
- 5/5
Staff was super friendly and the place was clean
- 4/5
Lovely hotel, clean, excellent housekeeping. My only issue was where to find ice machine. The signage on the 7th floor showed 701-714 was ice and vending...however that was someone's room, no ice machine. The following day I asked the young lady at the desk where was the ice machines. She asked me what floor I was on I said I was in 721 she stated there were ice machines on the 7th floor on the side where the high room numbers were..no there were no ice machines...there was a room with no door that was empty but no ice machines. When I went back downstairs.. she informed me that there were ice machines on 7th floor maybe the door was closed...??? and I could go ask for some ice at the lounge. I decided to go to 7-11 and get some ice. I don't know if she was new, if not how do you not know where the ice machines are...

The lobby was amazing The room. How to smell of cigarette smokes and mustiness. It needs to be updated the bathroom was not pleasantly aesthetic and needs to be definitely upgraded. Our door didn't have the proper equipment to get into the room. Missing the whole front of the keypad

The hotel is VERY DATED and in disrepair. I am lucky my wife was not traveling with me or we would not have stayed. Wallpaper was falling off the walls in the hallway, the tub grout was full of mold, and the furniture was old and in bad shape. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable and I slept well.

Enjoyed the feeling of an old classic hotel. Service and food was good. The size of our room was also great. The area north of the hotel was not that great.

Amazing staff and beautiful site

This was an excellent location if you are attending a concert or event at arena . It was very cute historic hotel and the staff was amazing. There were long lines for check-in however those ladies were quick and efficient . The room was as described and perfect for 1 night stay. My only down fall was they were out of valet parking and I had to park in self parking. With 2 teenage girls and not really knowing the area that was my only dislike. We slept great . Yes like other reviews bathroom was little outdated but location was much more valuable to us. We enjoyed our quick stay and would definitely stay again.
- 2/5
Buildings is old, lobby is pretty but the rooms are old and appear not cared for. Our bathroom was not cleaned well. Elevators are terrible. We had an issue and the manager on duty was not helpful at all, communication was poor. Fine for one night to get to and from CFG easily for an event:

Beautiful, historic hotel. Room was big, quiet, and had a fridge/microwave. It was literally steps from CFG Arena. We could see it from our room. Rooftop bar was fun also.

The experience was one of a kind short walk to Camden yards at that I didn't like the reviews that spoke bad on the hotel everyone has different experiences but some ppl complain because they can
- 4/5
Plusieurs visites à cet hotel bien placé confortable seul point négatif c’était chaud dans la chambre . Mais appart ça rien à dire .
- 5/5
Clean room, but not very sound proof.
- 2/5
The carpet was very dirty with lots of spots. Bathroom was old and in need of renovation, shower was for short people. Housekeeping didn't do a good job cleaning in hallways, debris on floor. Staff was great!
- 5/5
Check in process was simple, valet readily available, nice bar area and café, relaxing rooftop, happy hour available (although I missed it), but a great amenity. The room was clean, comfortable bed, walking distance to stadium, 7 minute drive to the casino. I thoroughly enjoyed my staff. 10 out of 10, would highly recommend!
- 4/5
Overall good. Would have liked more food choices closer to the property. Room temperature too cold and could not add heat. Fair value for the price but would not pay more. Staff was very nice.Tissue holder in room needed to be refilled.
- 3/5
The staff very friendly & accommodating. The size of the room (tiny) & the elevator wait
- 3.5/5
Staff was nice, room was almost spotless and location was convenient The room was clean but I didn't like i kept finding hair on the pillow case, they changed everything right away, gave us some extra blankets and hair was on there. Did not know parking in garage cost $35 but you can luck up if any parking is out front for free and at your our risk.
- 1.5/5
Wifi extremely slow or non exsistent, Bedsheet had a stain
- 2.5/5
The location was convenient for us during this trip. The hot water in the shower isn’t regulated. The temperature seemed fine and then it would get so hot and was hard to control. Housekeeping did not provide bath body soap. We had to ask several times before they brought it to the room. They also did not put Kleenex in the Kleenex box in the room at all. The telephone in the room did not work.
- 4/5
Great location for the Oriole’s game. Rooms are dark. I think it’s a good idea to be aware of your surroundings outside of the hotel.

We got into our room 2 hours late. Then the hotel did not honor the VIP property and we did not receive the $26 valet credit. Unfortunately Expedia and the hotel staff were not helpful in resolving any issues. Do not stay at this location.
- 4/5
Room wasn’t great. Maintenance issues. Loved the historical aspect though
- 3/5
Check in was at 4. We could not check in until after 7 because they had no linens for the beds to properly check you in. So many guests had to wit in the lobby or put find other alternatives. They did at least hold our luggage so we could still make our reservations, but could not freshen up or change.
- 4/5

- 5/5
Room was clean and slightly oversized which was nice as we had 4 in the room. Hotel has alot of charm, but definitely is alot to maintain. The location was convenient to Camden, but weather was bad so we did not go to the game. Valet parking worked well.
- 3/5
Very dated hotel. Air-conditioning did not work really well, but room was more than acceptable. A little further off the beaten path than I expected. Great staff…
- 4/5
I love the Hotel Parking is very TERRIBLE
- 3/5
The hotel was fully booked when I got there and the staff was not prepared. None of the rooms were ready and many people were looking for the luggage and trying to get into their rooms. The staff never apologized for the unconvinced and instead had an attitude with everyone. Though it is beautiful I would not go back and deal with the staff.
- 3/5
It was okay. Staff were friendly enough. Stayed there 3 nights and never had our room turned over …. Even after asking 4 times! Disappointed. We finally had to go to the front desk to get new towels.
- 4.5/5
Walking distance from everything near the harbor. They also have a café inside during morning hours and a tavern for evening dinner/bar inside the hotel. Lastly, they are pet friendly. No shuttle service for airport transport. But they do have an area for pick up or drop off for ride services.
- 2/5
This hotel was once pretty good but now it has really deteriorated in the last several years. Will not stay here again. Lot of Marijuana smoke in the hallways. Elevators are terrible. Old TVs with terrible cable options. People hanging out in the front of the building.
- 2/5
Our rooms were not ready until 7pm on check in day. The bathrooms were old and dirty. The bed was clean and comfortable.

- 5/5
The hotel was very nice, staff made us feel welcomed. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable.
- 1/5
The hotel looks historic but we did not expect the amenities to be so extremely dated. The HVAC was not working in one room and had to change the room twice without any success with HVAC. We 4 then had to adjust in one room, which was a major unplanned inconvenience. Lighting too dim, privacy lock was hanging on the door with just one screw. Bathroom had mold. The hotel has a no smoking policy but had the stink throughout. The concierge was helpful but there is only so much that was in their hands.

Lovely historic hotel with upgrades Room temperature was uncomfortable initially. Apparently the system can either do chill or heat but cannot be easily transitioned. The weather changed from very warm to cold during our stay. Staff had to enter the room to change an otherwise inaccessible valve in the plumbing. Apparently that has to be done room by room! Overall though it was a relatively minor inconvenience.

Pictures online didn’t depict the room experience well. Bathroom was dirty and needs to be updated. Room was definitely worse than rated. Staff wasn’t very helpful to my issues. Don’t be fooled by the low prices.
- 3/5
Staff were very helpful, the lobby is historic and impressive, and the rooms are spacious. The property also seems tired (including the shower that at first glance didn't look clean but upon further inspection was just really old and walls are often scuffed), elevators are slow, and there was a loud and pretty inconsiderate convention that was being hosted - lots of public intoxication. Staff are in a tough spot with this and no one wants to be a killjoy, but I hope they can consider standards of conduct and how to enforce them - I saw one conference attendee vomit in the lobby and another said something sexually inappropriate to me.

The location was close to everywhere I was going that night. The staff was very nice The shower looked old and dirty, we didn’t have an ironing board, the walls were so thin we could hear every time our neighbors spoke, the hallways smelled like cigarettes, they have 5 elevators and maybe 2 of them were working and took forever.
- 2/5
We were not able to get breakfast. We were told that they were preparing for an event and would have to wait 30-40 minutes to place a order for an omelette. Parking was not the best. had to park in a garage around the corner then walk back with luggage. valet was expensive

I never saw housekeeping, even though I put my sign out side the door asking for service. No one ever asked if sheets needed to be changed. All the garbage cans were full when I left. The mattress was not very comfortable at all, seemed very cheap, no support.
- 5/5
I love supporting non-chain hotels and this was beautiful and just what I needed. Not over-the-top fancy, but clean, great views, and a really cool historic building
- 3/5
Check in was smooth and easy. We were able to check-in online and simply picked up our room keys at the service desk. Staff was very friendly and kind. The area outside the hotel seemed rough, but we never ran into any issues. Our room, however, was not clean at all. There was dust everywhere and the sheets were covered in makeup stains. The bathroom and bath tub were also dirty and the ceiling was covered in mold. Hotel area was convenient but I likely won't stay here again.
- 2/5
I was told that I can request a taxi if I need one by hotel reception staff. When I checked out on 4/27 at 7 am I was told that hotel staff can not call for a taxi. I was told to go to a corner of Charles Street and try to catch myself. At 7 am I could not get a taxi and ended up walking 40 minutes from hotel to Penn station with 20 lbs luggage. Good thing that my train was at 8:25 and I made it.
- 1/5
There was a party going on at the hotel, on the 19th floor, the first night. You could hear music throughout the entire hotel. Totally ridiculous. I have never experienced anything like that and I’ve traveled extensively. The bad was very uncomfortable. You could tell that it was a cheap mattress. Lastly, check-in time was 4 PM and no exceptions were made to check-in even a minute earlier.
- 5/5
This was a great stay! My room was comfortable, clean, well-lit (lots of lamp options), updated and had good natural light. I love staying in hotels that are fun and unique to the area, and LB has a lovely history. There was a lot going on with other large groups, but the staff and hotel handled everything really well.
- 2/5
This property does not have a breakfast buffet as stated in the property details. The front desk staff was rude. It also took 3 calls to housekeeping and the front desk before I received the towels I requested.
- 3/5
Staff was pleasant. Leave early for anything you need to do because the elevator can take quite a while during peak times.
- 2/5
Must have been a typo when i booked because it said “complimentary breakfast” and they had breakfast there but allegedly it was only for a set group of people 👎 Room was not fully inspected and throughly cleaned.
- 3/5
The chair in my room was falling apart it was horrible. Stuff was falling apart all over the room. For that room to be as high as it was it wasn’t worth the price. Hilton Garden was better by far.

Clean room, friendly staff. The area surrounding the hotel was horrible and parking was expensive
- 4/5
Clean room. Professional, friendly staff. Breakfast adequate. Restaurant minimal menu but what I had was decent.
- 2/5
The building itself is architecturally grand however, this comes at the cost of comfort. The air conditioning is atrocious. The elevators are scary. The carpeting, fixtures are antiquated to say the least. No updated outlets or electronic charging amenities. No available room service, no non-paid parking or continental breakfast available. If your a historic architecture fan, it's a must see but definitely NOT a comfortable stay. Hot, old, musty. Needs updated desperately or drastic room price reduction.
- 4/5
Lord Baltimore is in good enough shape for a nearly 100 year old hotel. The lobby is quite grand and was always buzzing with activity. The rooms show more of the hotel’s age particularly in the bathroom where the door had what looked like a hole that was plastered and painted over, a tub with some tile cracks and soap-scummed fixtures. The room itself was on the small side and had walls so thin I could hear the conversation in the room next door and the guest’s loud snoring. There was an older LG television with no remote control, a microwave on top of the desk that seemed pretty old but worked when I wanted to heat up some water. Despite the size and thinness of the walls, it was still a comfortable accommodation in which I got two nights of good sleep in. It’s a good enough hotel property that has good personality where it lacks great design.

Was in town for a ball game. The room was very nice. Comfortable bed and very clean. The bar served an excellent Old Fashioned! Breakfast in the café was also delicious.

2. Room maid service never came again Saturday 4/18/26. We gave up after waiting till 5pm. 3. No glasses in room next to ice bucket. Told to use paper and plastic cups. 4. Checked in luggage to bellman in AM. At 5pm - told bellman “coming “, after 10 minutes when I inquired he was “gone for the day”. Requested doorman to get luggage. 5. Flavored water in lobby was refreshing! Thxu.

It's sad that a hotel is such amazing history. Can't hold up to it history!!
- 3/5
Unfortunately this hotel was not as fancy as is described or I expected/wanted. The foyer is spectacular but the rooms are very basic & disappointing. Our room did not have a sofa chair or the bed ottoman bench. The bathroom was very outdated. Also there were people that lingered outside the hotel all day, everyday. The only thing that helped was the nice & friendly staff but definitely not worth the price especially with valet parking too.

Coffee shop was great. The bar/restaurant terrible and very over priced. They do not clean the rooms
- 3/5
Great customer service - They did charge a 35.00 early check in fee, more of an FYI. Rooms were available. It's a neat old hotel with a lot of history. Beautiful original ceilings in the entry main hotel, simple but good food menu, great cocktails. Had the margarita pizza with some pepperoni - it was great. It wasn't a flatbread, more of a fresh dough. The wings were good too. They physical building - good shape, but the exterior windows could be washed. The location was convenient and an 8-minute walk to the convention center. I felt safe all in all. Streets are well lit. The federal building is across the street. All in all, I'd give a 3.5 ***
- 3/5
Beautiful lobby and floors if you with people several spaces to meet. Bathrooms are bit out of date.

had to change rooms at midnight due to ac being broken and tub leaking but staff was very helpful and new room was nice.

There is no complimentary breakfast. For the price the room could have been nicer. Bathroom definitely could use an upgrade. The bar was pricey and the bartender was rude.
- 2/5
Housekeeping didn’t service the room once during our three night stay. On the plus side, room was clean on arrival and bed was fairly comfortable. Art deco lobby is beautiful.

- 5/5
A really nice hotel with friendly staff in a great area. Looking forward to staying here again.
- 1/5
Dark, dank and in an unsafe part of town. I left after one night. The room was small and dark and the only window looked out into a wall. Everything was old and I couldn't tell if it was clean. Restaurant had only a limited menu--not the items that are listed on their website.
- 3/5
Overnight parking is $50 extra. Room was clean but bathroom had a musty/urine smell. There was a lot of mold in the bathroom and needs to be renovated. I would not stay here again due to the bathroom issues. One night was enough. But the hotel is close enough to everything to walk but stick to the main streets at night. Inside the lobby is beautiful and ornate.
- 5/5
Clean an enjoyable
- 5/5
Perfect location and close to the arena.
- 3/5
Great location. However not the nicest. No upgrades done. Food was good.
- 2/5
The hotel itself was clean but the building is old. The walls are paper thin. People are ridiculously loud at all hours of the night. I couldn't sleep until 5am because people were yelling and screaming. The hotel smells like weed. No thanks. Never again. I could feel my bed shake when other people closed their room doors. Negative 7 out of 10.
- 3/5
Older property but a good price for stay.
- 4/5
Overall had a good three-night stay. Room was spacious and had a mini-fridge, microwave, and in room safe which are all good things. Hallways were quiet at night although there was outside noise (sirens) in the early evenings but that is to be expected in a dense urban area. Unfortunately, the hotel wifi signal in my room was not that great but there was a signal so strength may depend on where one is located. Lots of food options both inside and the immediate area around the hotel. Also is near a light rail line that goes to BWI. Bathroom was definitely older vs the rest of the room, but it served its purpose well for my needs. Only real issue I had was that my room only had one small trash can in the bathroom. Really should have been 2 or 3 cans in there but I had a large paper bag to compensate. Room also could have used one more lamp to brighten things up more but that is just personal preference. Did not have any encounters of the paranormal variety if that means anything.
- 4/5
pleasent stay , quite place to rest
- 4/5
The room was clean and the staff was nice however the bathroom needs a major upgrade. The tub and knobs were below average. The bed was comfortable. There is curtain that separates the closet however it needs to be swapped out with a door or nothing at all because it can be a little scary entering a room with a curtain in front of it. The hotel hallways smelled stale and needs a deep cleaning or change of carpet to get rid of the smell. The hotel holds a lot of history however it needs cosmetic upgrades. It’s a beautiful hotel.
- 1/5
I've stayed at several hotels in different cities, but this one was the worst ever. There was a convention going on and it made the hotel very busy. That wasn't the problem though. First off there was no coffee offered in the lobby in the mornings. The hotel needs some updating in the rooms. It's a old hotel I understand that, but there was barely any hot water, the room was either to cold or too hot (ac didn't kick in at all), the bathroom toilet broke in the middle of the night, the shower curtain was falling apart, and the mini fridge did not work well. Everything I ordered from the restaurants were subpar, not to mention I waited 40 minutes for a Fish and chips only to be told they sold out. I still can't wrap my head about that. I don't understand how you can order something, wait 40 minutes, then told it's sold out. Some employees were super nice, while others were very rude. My whole experience was negative.
- 5/5
great stay no complaints
- 3/5
The building is a nice example of 1930s style and architecture, but it shows serious signs of wear and tear in the hallways and in the rooms. The rooms are modest at best. The "fitness center" is basically none existent, the staff isn't very knowledgeable of the local area, I waited for 20mins at valet to drop off my vehicle when I arrived, the breakfast buffet was cancelled some time ago, but they still advertise it as an offering... needless to say it is very overpriced for what they're actually offering.
- 2/5
The entrace was nice, the staff was nice, the ballroom looked nice, the front bar/food area was very nice. However, the rooms are trash. We booked a grand room which is not what we were given. Our room was so tiny, had a small chair and a gross shower. Had the water all the way on hot, and no cold and it was barely luke warm. Ive stayed at motel 6 hotels with nicer rooms. Got back from our event and even though we had a do no disturb sign on the door, someone came in and put a cot in our room. The room was so small we couldn't even get to the bed b/c of the cot. We called the front desk but finally just moved the cot into the hallway where it sat and stayed even after we checked out at 1030am. The TV was broke so we had to calll someone to come fix that as well but they were fast in getting there and did fix the tv and provide a new remote. The ballroom had the music soo loud that you could feel the bass in your room on the 9th floor. The location is soo perfect for the CFG arena which is why we chose this hotel. Again the hotel was very nice and so were the people but the rooms were just old and gross in my opinion. The bed was clean and the sheets were clean but again just dissapointed b/c the pictures online aren't anywhere CLOSE to what the rooms actually look like.
- 3/5
The hotel itself was okay. After calling 5x's with no answer house keeping did finally respond to my request for an extra blanket and a set of towels. 2 hours later they did bring it to the room. I went to take a shower that evening the water was cold. I called guest services and maintenance showed up made an adjustment where it was now lukewarm. I was just like whatever, its better than it was. BTW the maintenance guy was excellent. Then we had to stare at a pile of soiled linen stacked up right across from our room for the two days we were there. I only saw housekeeping 1 time in the hotel, and that was when they answered my request. The staff was friendly overall. The expeience, I would definitely not stay here again because of it.
- 4/5
Staff great! Rooms are ok need a little updating, but they were clean.
- 5/5
Great all around
- 5/5
Kool time ccc
- 1/5
The property was run dilown, no real hot water in room, the noise was so bad (street noise and people noise all the way to to the 7th floor), constant ambulances to the 3 downtown hospitals, and the bed was as and hard a as a brick. We left a day early even though we could not get a refund bc we booked thru expedia.
- 5/5
First time staying at Lord Baltimore and if I ever return to Baltimore I will be staying again. The valet really gave us some peace of mind. So nice not having to worry about parking! The room was fairly clean and simple. It was just what we needed for our 1 night stay though! The lobby is lovely. So much history. Definitely would return
- 3/5
Other than the gorgeous architecture and beautiful lobby, the place was pretty average. The room was clean, but I was short-sheeted (not funny guys!). Didn't see any ghosts, so I was bummed about that.
- 3/5
Shower drain plugged immediately after starting the water. It was consistently ankle deep and very slow to drain. Afternoon staff was more friendly than morning.
- 2/5
Very noisy hotel, elevator malfunction
- 5/5
Clean room staff very friendly!
- 5/5
Stayed three nights (March) for a conference. Fantastic location, amazing staff and terrific food and drink. The room itself could use an upgrade (shower tile and faucets were dated) but I wasn't in my room enough to be bothered by it.
- 4/5
Staff was very nice. Hotel was clean.
- 5/5
Always a pleasure to stay here
- 1/5
There was no property. I arrived at the address listed and it was a row of boarded up row houses. I paid for a room i never checked in to and have no idea how to get a refund.
- 2/5
An odd old hotel with outdated rooms, dirty and cracked room window, dim lighting throughout the building, and the need to use room card key to use the elevator (mine stopped working) made for an experience I would not repeat. We were happy to get out of there despite the friendly and mostly knowledgeable staff, a tasty crab cake and a pretty lobby ceiling.
- 5/5
This hotel is really beautiful and I love that historic figures have stayed here! Also love that it is within walking distance to CFG arena.
- 2/5
My room was very cold. The heat did not work. I reported this to the front desk and. They said maintenance will take a look and no one came. Also a breakfast buffet was advertised but all that was offered is a pastry cafe. Room was neat but there was a big hole in the carpet and in the shower wall. Wonderful front desk staff.
- 5/5
Spent one night with my 3 grown kids, who were attending a concert at CFG bank arena, which is about a block away and a very short walk from the hotel, and I could see the venue from my room window which was a huge plus for Me. Upon arrival we were greeted with a very friendly staff, and a beautiful hotel lobby, our room was on the 10th floor, and it was clean and comfortable with a view of the city, there were a lot of things within walking distance but we chose to have dinner in the LB tavern, a busy hotel restaurant with a decent selection of food, great service, and was reasonably priced and rather tasty. Even though me and the kids got stuck in elevator 3 for a little over an hour, with 3 other guests, who were great through the whole ordeal, we had a quick rescue from the local fire dept, and the staff quickly made a room change to a room that was understandably accessible by stairs now lol, I still rate them high for service, and chalked it up to a quirk of an almost 100 year old hotel. We loved our stay and have an awesome memory and story to tell.
- 5/5
Clean room. Nice beds. Spacious Great amenities
- 1/5
The one tip I’d give to the hotel is shut down or actually put effort into the places people sleep and not just the lobby. I’ve stayed a motels that were better than this. They actually had working plugs and a hair dryer. A lot of motels have nicer bathrooms as well. The drain took so long to drain. The worst part is when checking in we heard the workers say to each other “I don’t think anyone can clean the rooms tonight”. There was one ceiling light in the corner of our room and a bulb was missing from a lamp.
- 5/5
The front desk staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. Hotel lobby is beautiful and they bar had yummy cocktails. Would definitely book again.
- 5/5
It's one of those grand hotels, built at the height of the roaring 20s in 1928: airy and wonderful. I thought it was great!
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
My stay was good. The room was fine, clean and comfortable, though a bit old, worn, and dingy. It was convenient to have a cafe and restaurant/bar on site that served satisfactory food. The treadmills were out of order, which put a damper on my routine, but luckily the weather was nice enough to run along the waterfront. The staff were friendly and helpful, though harried by the number of guests staying that weekend. I would stay here again.
- 5/5
It was a great stay and I will be back there in the future!
- 4/5
Proximity to CFG Bank Arena was perfect
- 5/5
Older hotel but nicely renovated. Nice size room, beautiful lobby and close to the Harbor.
- 4/5
Some of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Some seemed inconvenienced by their job. That was a bummer.
- 4/5
The room was fairly clean for an older hotel. You can tell the furniture hasn't been moved around and cleaned under. The areas out in the open are clean. The bedding, sheets and towels are crisp and feel well washed. The front desk staff is very helpful. However, we asked for a 2nd room on the 14th floor and this wasn't able to be accommodated. Additionally, the staffing for the bar service at night given the capacity of the hotel was woefully understaffed. Overall, this hotel is ideal for attending the CIAA. It is one (1) block from the arena, has convenient parking and great staff.
- 5/5
Nice restoration of faded dame. Wonderful building. Ashley at the desk is terrific.
- 5/5
My third year in a row staying here for the CIAA 🏀 tournament and no complaint at all.
- 2/5
Just not a good stay! Everything was terrible even down to not having hot water to shower! I will never stay there again!
- 1/5
Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we could not arrive at the hotel to begin with and had to cancel. We weren’t issued a refund and we were still charged.
- 4/5
Bathroom needs to be upgrade, need more shower supplies
- 3/5
Front desk folks were pleasant. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. The hotel needs a facelift. Very dated!
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff, bartenders amazing! Wish we could steam on the TV Food is amazing

Room was so dirty and don’t look anything like it do in the pictures.
- 5/5
This is my second visit and it was wonderful
- 5/5
Accommodating and great price
- 2/5
We are baffled by the good reviews of this place. The condition of the entire hotel was just in poor shape: the elevators, hallways, bedroom and bath. All were just ‘tired’. Worn out carpets, chipped paint, serious scuff marks, cheap furniture and lighting. The bathtub and tile had to be from the 1970’s or maybe the ‘80’s. The tub did not drain well and a 10 minute showers had you standing up to your ankles in dirty water. The hot water was never actually hot and 7 minutes into a shower the water got cold. Staff were indifferent; valet took 10 minutes just to take our key. Choose a different hotel!
- 4/5
Rooms were spacious and clean! Privacy was great
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel, comfortable beds
- 3/5
Great proximity to venue and valet parking was a nice option. Bees and pillows were terrible and tg
- 3/5
Leave an extra blanket. Offer soft and firm pillows.
- 5/5
Clean room and friendly staff. Close to parking garages and within walking distance to CFG Arena
- 5/5
Everything was very smooth and
- 5/5
The staff were very professional very considerate. The room was excellent very clean as well as the area. Lotta places to eat truly enjoy my stay in the price was reasonable.
- 4/5
Staff
- 3/5
Classy, but old and faded in the room and common areas. Prepare to smell marijuana in the halls. Self parking was very expensive. Staff members were very nice, and the attached bakery made a great breakfast.
- 3/5
The entire floor smelled like weed. From what others told me their floors smelled like weed too. Also is a haunted hotel. So if you’re cool with ghosts and the smell of weed, it’s otherwise clean and the staff were very nice.
- 5/5
Staff was super accommodating and friendly. Nice lobby and convenient on-site bistro/tavern. Building historical, and room was clean.
- 5/5
Loved this beautiful hotel and the people who work there!
- 5/5
The hotel was amazing, clean and friendly staff!
- 5/5
Great staff
- 2/5
The shower was awful- dingy, old and the water leaked onto the floor. When you got out of the shower you stepped into a puddle of water.
- 2/5
The hotel is non smoking but a smoke/ Marijuana smell was present in the the intire time we were there. We reported to the front dest during tje stay. And at the end of the stay and were told that because we bokked through Hotels.com there was noting they could do. We will not be staying here agin.
- 5/5
Met my needs in every way. I would recommend to others.

Amazing service! Great hospitality & kind through & through. :)
- 5/5
Coming into the lobby it’s nothing but luxury it’s so beautiful
- 4/5
The "accessible room" had a TUB for the shower.
- 4/5
"Accessible room" had a TUB for shower. Water pressure and temperature - lacked.
- 1/5
WE did not stay at this hotel. Checked out as soon as we saw the room. Hotel was old and smelled like Roach spray.
- 4/5
Otherwise it was a nice stay, and close to other restaurants.
- 5/5
Nice, clean room
- 1/5
The lobby had not one but two rats running around the lobby while i was at the bar watching the game on tv... The room was neat but filthy. The shower dirty.. I ask you to have the hotel reimburse me for my stay.. It was disgusting and i as you Expedia to accept sending me my money back and taking them off your list of hotels .. This is terrible. i been a customer of u for a long time.. This is not nice or acceptable and you should. reimburse me for my stay.
- 2/5
Hidden fees totalled more than one nights stay. Was shocked. $100 for pet, $50 parking, $75 deposit.
- 5/5
We had a great experience at the hotel!
- 2/5
Dark room, cold, no chair. Over all a bad experience. Not recommended!
- 5/5
It was all great. Polite and efficient reception, very clean (but cold!) room, great value for money, elegant lobby.
- 5/5
Staff was amazing! Nelson in the Valet area, Monet at the front desk, Bassel the porter and Mark in the restaurant were all amazing.
- 5/5
LB Tavern love that is in hotel so I didn’t have to go out to eat. And, the food was delicious and my drink was good too. I will be booking again.
- 4/5
Heating fan/unit too noisy and the staff could have been s bit friendlier.
- 1/5
1st room was Very small and dark , room was switched room was very ok hallway to the room smelled really bad , 1st night after moving into the 2nd room the heater went up it was very cold , the 3rd room was ok last stay

- 5/5
4 night stay and everything was great. Contactless check in and check out. Had a nice meal at the Tavern. Had coffee and breakfast daily at the bistro. Room was clean and quiet.
- 4/5
Great location, great decor , knowledgeable staff. Rooms were clean but needs to be updated.
- 1/5
Room looks nothing like the photos on Expedia. It’s an old hotel that hasn’t been renovated recently. Cloudy windows. Paint peeling off the tub. Hair in the tub. Black carpet was caked with dust in the corners of the room. Hallways smell like moth balls. I blindly booked this for a quick night away from home. Literally walked into the room then got back in the car and went home. Would not recommend.
- 5/5
The room was we’ll keep.
- 3/5
The staff was friendly, new year day I saw a nice in the room , the next day in the evening someone one was there to put some traps down
- 2/5
I booked this room for one of my designers on the national tour of Wicked. The room was fine, but when he left the hotel on the morning of Sunday, January 4th, he asked housekeeping to clean his room. When he returned at 4:30pm, the room was untouched, but someone had come in and taken the tip that he left for the housekeeper. The front desk did little to alleviate his issue, so he left and moved to checked into the Hotel Kimpton next door. Overall, a very unpleasant experience.
- 4/5
Clean room
- 5/5
The staff, very friendly and helpful on the call before I arrived and once we arrived. Very Clean throughout.very nice room.

The pictures online leas you to believe this is a somewhat updated hotel. It isn’t. The room in my option, was not worth the rate. The best thing about the room was the comfort of the bed. There was a tiny white microwave sitting on the desk. The bathroom couldn’t be more dated. That explains why you can’t find pictures of it. I only needed it for one night thankfully. The cafe in the lobby was probably the worse of the trip. Purchased a cup of fruit after check out while waiting on valet. It had all sorts of things floating around. Take it back to exchange and opened it to find the grapes had mold on it. At that point I was already in the car. That place clearly isn’t doing any quality control.
- 2/5
The bolt lock was not working , ( I have a video of that). I went to the front desk and asked the male working at the time to have someone look at it while we went shopping. We came back 4 hours later it still wasn’t looked at or fixed, I called down to the front desk twice where a women put me on hold and hung up on me both times. If was freezing in our room also, it is an old hotel but that had nothing to do with the cold air coming underneath of the door from the huge gaps from the door to the floor( which o have pictures of also). We decided to go down stairs and eat at the restaurant/ slash bar on the first floor, it was crowded and I asked a waitress could we seat ourselves or do we wait for a table , I wasn’t exactly sure how they did things there . When I tell you she had a little nasty attitude during her waiting our table .. the food was good, I can at least say that but I would never stay at this hotel again… and this is about my fourth hotel I have have stayed downtown when I come to visit. And I’ve never had any issues like I did at this location.
- 3/5
Great Service Customer Service But Underwhelming Experience In Overall Stay
- 5/5
Room was very clean
- 4/5
Staff was courteous, room was clean...my only complaint was that my shower wouldn't get hot. Very lukewarm shower. But the atmosphere of the hotel was great.
- 2/5
The bathroom sink was clogged. The shower water didn’t get hot. Hair was on the bed. The chair was worn and torn.
- 4/5
Bathroom was dated. Loved everything else about the venue
- 5/5
Everything was very clean and front desk was amazing . Thank you Ashley! Beautiful hotel
- 5/5
Dinner was great. Hotel staff was friendly. Valet was also fast. Hotel itself and the room were both very clean and comfortable.
- 4/5
Elevator situation was frustrating.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Great location. Will be staying there again
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and amazing.

La chambre était parfait seul bémol pas été rembourser jusqu’à présent pour pour le dépôt
- 5/5
Ok
- 5/5
You get what you pay for. The hotel lobby is beautiful and probably the best part about this hotel. When we went up to our room all we could smell was cigarette smoke and the smell didn’t go away for our entire 2 night stay. The hallways smelled like paint thinner. The bathroom was quite dirty looking and the towels felt like they were covered in some kind of soap or something? When I used one after I showered, it covered my body in this nasty film and turned me off from using any of the other towels. The bed was comfortable but the sheets had the same feeling as the towels. We also had to pay $30 a day for parking, or we could have used the valet service for $50 a night. So keep this in mind when booking and add an extra $30-$50 to the total price of the hotel. The location is one of the only good things we found about the property, we were able to walk to the football game and back. Like I said, you get what you pay for. I would recommend spending a little more and staying somewhere more comfortable and updated.
- 5/5
The 100 year old charm really shines in the property and I feel it is very well maintained. The lobby is beautiful and the staff were all friendly. Valet parking was a breeze, but we did show up in the morning and it was much more hectic around normal check in time before a concert at CFG. It couldn't be easier to walk across the street to the CFG arena and I thought they did a good job opening the service elevator to help with the lines after the show let out. While the shower lighting was a little dim and dated based on the era, they were functional and prettg clean. The food in the cafe was excellent, though expensive in my opinion. I would definitely stay again and we did not experience anything spooky or haunted.
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 5/5
Love the building! Room was cute & front desk was super nice and helpful
- 5/5
The room was very nice and warm, and the staff was very friendly

Staff was amazing! Recommend staying here! Don’t pass it up.

The room was clean and the staff was courteous.

- 3/5
Amenities
- 3/5
The hotel was fine. I would just say, it's expensive for what you get (at least when the hike prices just because they can).
- 4/5
Staff great, bathroom freezing it felt like I was taking a shower outside. I got locked in my room every time I tried to leave as the lock was jammed. The valet was pricey at $50 a day.
- 5/5
Great location for when attending a concert.
- 5/5
Great hotel. Very clean
- 3/5
Rude magician. Valet drove my car like a race car spilling closed containers and not having the courtesy to tell me. I will NEVER come back to this property. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
- 3/5
I did find the hotel just average. The fact that valet was an additional 50 on top of the hotel rate, I thought was exorbitant. The floor we were on (7th) was under renovation so didn’t have an ice machine The lead up and unloading area was not welcoming. The valet was the most helpful. The room was outdated and boring.
- 5/5
The staff are always great at this hotel. For an older building coming up on 100 years old, they really upkeep the place nicely.
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Great staff my tatus was recongized at check in and the service was spectacular from staff room dining
- 5/5
Best rooms and services
- 3/5
So the room was fine but lord the bar downstairs was terrible. It was terrible service, took forever to get a drink or even noticed. And I’m in the service industry- I can appreciate when they are busy and truly just can’t get to you but these people were moving at a sloths pace with zero care or concern. I looked around and every single person was frustrated and had empty glasses, plates stacked. Etc… either they need more training or a manager to help. Not really sure…
- 5/5
Breakfast area needs a dedicated greeter to seat you and tell you about the various breakfast options
- 5/5
The welcoming staff, the beauty of the costume exhibit in the lobby; the enduring beauty of the building; the simple comfort of the rooms.
- 4/5
Our compliments to
- 5/5
Difference makes a hotel great. Was unique and situated well in the city.
- 3/5
Dated and needs renovation.
- 4/5
Good staff at front desk. Good walking location to Camden Yards and Inner harbor. Nice room, but carpet and bathroom could use an update.
- 5/5
Staff was excellent and the location was very convenient.
- 4/5
Nice place to sray
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel, nice staff, clean room, comfy bed, perfectly located
- 3/5
I didn't eat breakfast
- 4/5
Everything was great except for the elevator. Many of us waited upwards of 30-40 minutes just to get on an elevator.
- 3/5
Staff members were pleasant. Our room was very dated and could use some renovation. On our checkout day, all but one elevator was broken so it caused a huge delay in folks getting to the lobby and I ended up having to carry my luggage down 14 flights of stairs.
- 4/5
It was nice and clean with friendly staff
- 4/5
this hotel is haunted btw lol we found out after booking. but other than it being haunted and riddled with ghosts, it was a nice atmosphere! very old timey
- 3/5
I liked it was a good stay would go again
- 3/5
mediocre pace, but the staff were nice, not recommending the restaurant in the lobby. Overworked staff who cannot handle the rush; however, I'm not blaming the staff. It seems the management is neglecting the place. We just needed a place for shower and rest pre- and post-concert and it’s an okay place.
- 3/5
Older property that’s been very well kept up.
- 1/5
No realy
- 4/5
It was a cute hotel lot of history embedded in the walls. Very interesting to know that it was considered haunted. I had a nice 1920s touched to it. I really enjoyed the history behind it. Breakfast should be included in your stay it’s not and there is a $75 Refundable deposit put down upon staying that we were not aware of. Otherwise it was a great stay. also there is no parking so valet is amust which is also another $50.
- 4/5
Great room. Not enough elevators and pillows were too large though. Good staff and valet parking was great
- 2/5
Everything listed . Ratings and reviews are too high .
- 2/5
The heat never work right. It’s comes on for a few then stops.
- 4/5
Cleaning, bar, bellhops, and kitchen staff were great at their jobs. They're the ones who keep this nearly century old place spotless and working. Front desk staff are good. They're there to check in and manage guests, which can be plentiful during the ebbs and flows of events throughout the week Unfortunately this area in Baltimore feels run down like a bad economy. I didn't feel unsafe. Yet I could see not a lot people walking in the area at nights. The three blocks in any direction felt like a myathma malaise that permeates the area like a trauma or wound unhealed.
- 2/5
We had issues with the heat, and limited wash clothes
- 5/5
Hotel staff was friendly, room was better than expected.
- 5/5
Everything was great! No complaints. Would and probably will stay again.

I was extremely happy with our stay. Room was clean (you have to request cleaning services if needed) which I preferred as we were only there a short stay. Easy access to anything downtown. 15-20 min walk to M&T Bank Stadium and about 10-15 from the Inner Harbor. The hotel itself is on the older side which I loved. As a history buff this was right up my alley looking at the beautiful Art-Deco elements of the front entrance. The ceiling of the lobby is stunning. My next trip I will definetly be planning to stay here again. As someone who rarely takes the time to write a review, this is worth it.

- Ease of extending stay - Amenities. Especially microwave, refrigerator and coffee machine in room - Black-out curtains - Ease of getting housekeeping
- 3/5
Service, it was never done. In addition, there was a loud ticking noise from the vent that kept interrupting our sleep. Location is fair and a few blocks away from the stadium which served our purpose. Go Ravens!
- 2/5
No heat on a freezing cold night. Finally left and spent the night at a friend's place.
- 4/5
Good bang for buck, good location
- 3/5
The room was in good condition.
- 5/5
My stay was amazingly good i love it!!
- 4/5
Bathroom looks a tad bit dated, but the staff was friendly and the rest of the facility was nice. The soup at the LB tavern was not good at all, the crab cake sandwich was really good (could use a little onion tho)
- 4/5
The king-sized room with adjoining living/working area is well-thought-out. I had expected the sofa bed to be more like a pull-out bed. But the extra room was good for video meetings. The staff was helpful at finding a power strip. But I suggest, for wiring fire safety, that the hotel switches to power strips in-room. The heat makes a fun hissing sound around 4am. It really works for the haunted touristy vibes. The hotel location was very convenient for inner harbor.
- 5/5
Awesome stay!!!
- 5/5
The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. There were a lot of stressful situations happening when we walked in but every single person acted extremely polite and respectful the whole time. Definitely will be back 😉👍.
- 5/5
A very historic and quaint hotel located close to the harbor. Meals are priced adequate and delicious. Great service from staff.
- 5/5
Clean rooms great staff good vibe
- 3/5
Not all the elavators are at service, no complimentary dental kits available
- 5/5
Hotel stay was good: clean sheets, comfy bed, I (female traveling alone) felt very safe there, and I admired the historical charm as well. When I booked with Expedia it looked like there would be breakfast included but it’s actually a la carte. So I was disappointed in that but overall a very good value. When I asked the hotel directly for a “hospital” rate (a special rate when you’re there to visit someone at the hospital) and it was significantly more than the Expedia rate. So I’m happy I got a really good deal at a safe, clean hotel.
- 5/5
The property was clean and the staff was very polite.
- 4/5
Staff interaction is good.
- 3/5
Room was nice enough, towels a little sparse, hot water a little short. It was quiet and the bed comfortable. Wi-fi perhaps the worst we've ever encountered.
- 5/5
Check in was easy and fast. Very affordable and worth the price.
- 5/5
Nice Clean, Quiet, and Central Location.
- 5/5
Clean Room and Quiet
- 5/5
Great staff, great location.
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 5/5
Hotel was very nice!!
- 5/5
Nice touches, good vibes from staff, location and excellent value.
- 5/5
Breakfast was not included
- 5/5
It wasn't a free breakfast, everything was a la carte
- 3/5
Room was a little out dated. No buffet. Deposit is also expensive
- 5/5
Everything is always amazing when I stay here
- 5/5
Made for a great weekend trip!
- 5/5
The room was excellent with black-out curtains.
- 5/5
Clean room and staff
- 3/5
The hotel was just ok. Clean and met our needs. The staff on two occasions were very rude- and the staff/service at the downstairs cafe was terrible! Ordered a tea with almond milk- and they told me I could put the almond milk in myself when I asked if it was in there (passed a half gallon over the counter to me). Ordered a blueberry muffin- gave me banana nut after asking me 3x what kind I wanted. Would not stay here again.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, specifically Abraham!
- 5/5
Staff and service were great.
- 3/5
It was ok condition
- 1/5
Rough place. Try to avoid it
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff. On-line check in was easy.
- 5/5
The room is perfect and the staff was very courteous and helpful with finding something to eat (Monet)
- 3/5
The property did not look like the photos, it was very dingy in the rooms. Not dirty but did not feel completely clean. The entry doors could use a good deep cleaning the rugs throughout could also use a deep washing.
- 5/5
Excellant
- 5/5
Room was very clean. Ghost tour was really neat. Hotel bar was fun and lively. Would definently stay again.
- 3/5
Amenities, no toothpaste in the rooms, alteast offer snacks .
- 2/5
The staff especially the lady who was at the front desk last, were amazing. This hotel definitely needs some remodeling and the room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. I cleaned the tub out before using it with my own supplies. Valet shouldn’t be as high as it is but that’s neither here nor there.
- 5/5
Very nice staff
- 5/5
Room was clean and staff was wonderful! Beautiful place to stay and close to everything we had planned. Definitely will stay there again
- 5/5
Leather weekend
- 4/5
Room was clean and location convenient for events. Only downfall was 2 out of 5 elevators were working at a time and the hotel was busy.
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
I did not eat breakfast
- 4/5
Clean room and overall a
- 5/5
Room was clean and the check in was smooth
- 5/5
We stayed for one night to see a play at the Hippodrome. Room was clean and well appointed, staff was attentive and helpful, and the location cannot be beat. The hotel itself is beautiful and the valet parking was very convenient. Will absolutely stay again next time we're in Baltimore!
- 1/5
Hotel is dirty and needs a massive Reno.
- 5/5
Great staff. Clean room. Centrally located
- 5/5
Better than expected! Very clean rooms and extraordinarily quiet. Staff was very warm and welcoming. It’s conveniently located down the street from the CFG arena and the valet parking was excellent. I would definitely return to this hotel in the future. Only minor issue was the privacy film in the bathroom was damaged and needs to be replaced asap!
- 5/5
Nice hotel. A lot of history. Nice service.
- 4/5
Valet parking and check in was very efficient. Our room was clean and comfortable. The elevator situation is less than ideal. 3 out of 5 elevators made very long wait times. We waited over 15 minutes on check out day. We finally asked someone to use the service elevator. We were on 15th floor.
- 1/5
this a common occurrence at this hotel. Stay elsewhere if you don’t want to deal with rodents.
- 2/5
the hotel is ok.
- 4/5
However, I did get charged extra for valet so now I’m trying to sort that out. And the elevators were a nightmare. Everyone came back in the evening around the same time and there was not only the concert but also two other events in the hotel so a lot of people needing to get upstairs at once. They need to have those other elevators fixed up and running two of them were out of service.
- 1/5
The hotel is very worn down. The room wasn't clean the shower was gross and soooo much mold! The first night the heat in our room wouldn't turn off and there was no one available to do anything about it. We had to sleep with the windows open.
- 4/5
It was easy to go inner harbor!
- 5/5
hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Suite was very nice. Extremely good location for a concert at the CFG arena.
- 4/5
The room was very clean and the housekeeping was on an as requested basis. This is a very old hotel but is well kept for its age. Multiple food and beverage options within the hotel made it practically unnecessary to search for this elsewhere.
- 3/5
This is a beautiful old hotel that you can tell was once a luxurious property, but the infrastructure, rooms and bathrooms are in need of updating. The elevators aren’t sufficient when significant numbers of people are coming and going at the same time, such as before and after shows at the nearby CFG Bank Arena. Stars are not available for use as an alternative. While some of the staff were efficient and helpful, others were unfriendly and acted like they didn’t want to be bothered. The skybar on the roof had a gorgeous view of the city.
- 3/5
The elevator situation was terrible! Complete chaos. Two of them were broken so it was a struggle with getting to and from my room… it also stopped on every single floor along the way. There was a line for the elevator. The room was so, so. My shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor and my heat and A/C wasn’t really working well. The woman at the front desk was making faces at me when I was checking in like I was annoying her. Probably won’t stay there again.
- 5/5
Excellent location and friendly staff
- 5/5
So courteous and friendly.
- 5/5
All good
- 5/5
Close to the Arena. Clean rooms. Very quiet in the room after a sold out show.
- 5/5
Plus, the hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommended.
- 5/5
Clean room, comfy bed, nice breakfast/coffee
- 5/5
The hotel is historic and beautiful with comfortable clean rooms. If you’re cool with walking 20 minutes to the inner harbor, this is a great spot for a weekend trip. The lobby bar pretty good and there is an excellent magic show and ghost tour on weekend nights.
- 5/5
Room was clean
- 5/5
Overall great stay. I would advise better shower curtains because ours was dirty as well as the shower head.
- 5/5
Clean room, historic.
- 3/5
Enjoyed our stay. The room size and beds were excellent. The location of the hotel was great as well
- 5/5
There was no breakfast buffet that was advertised. The only option for breakfast was in the café, but they were so slow just getting a small cup of coffee I opted to not order.
- 4/5
N/A
- 3/5
Toilet clogged and overflowed on the floor. Valet is too expensive, there was a marathon the next morning therefore making it impossible to leave the parking lot for hours. The room had a mildew smell. The front desk person seemed to not know what she was talking about concerning my account.
- 5/5
The room itself was clean however the restroom was not clean. The toilet and tube were not clean
- 5/5
We had a great stay. We will be back.
- 4/5
Good property, slightly outdated, Roof top bar was great and it was close enough to the main part of the city.
- 5/5
I really liked this hotel. I really loved that it's haunted.
- 5/5
I loved my stay. The staff was very friendly. The wonderful , very clean and luxurious will stay there when I come back to baltimore
- 3/5
Lobby is nice and hotel has character but it ends there. The rooftop bar is a joke, looks like an afterthought and then the valet made me walk to get my own car.
- 3/5
It was a cool older hotel. We were there 3 days, which I guess isn't long enough to qualify for room service of any kind. Would have at least liked fresh towels. Furniture was worn but there. Everything was average, nothing to make the stay stand out. Paying a valet to park in the city ON TOP of the room fees always chaps me. Neat history about the place, and the atmosphere in the lobby was good. Nothing spectacular anywhere else.
- 5/5
.
- 3/5
The desk was dingy and rusted. The tv stand was cracked and peeling. The bed.... the mattress was too small for the platform bed , the headboard is made of vinyl whic was all sratched up and peeling. The bathroom was basic and the showerheads spray all over the place. Had to manually try to tighten it so the water wouldnt keep spraying on to the ceiling and out if the shower. The toilets are very slow in draining and refilling. My room was on the 8th floor and the noise from the street was very loud. Having towels, sheets and garbage from rooms being cleaned ,in the hallway for over an hour doesnt give the feeling of a luxe hotel.
- 3/5
Breakfast in the hotel, without exiting the hotel and entering down the street.
- 5/5
No problems to note. Room was clean & stay was comfortable.
- 4/5
There was a rattling noise from the heater/ac unit all night long. Sounded like pipes weere loose
- 1/5
The hotel itself was nice. However, the rooms are old and need to be remodeled. Also, I fell in the tub in the morning and injured myself fairly severely and the front desk staff seemed less than concerned when I told them about it. The 'stickers' for such prevention of slipping are worn off and an elderly person or person of any age could be at risk for injury.. It should be addressed promptly. At the very least the staff should have given me some sort of discount or been more considerate of such a thing. I myself was only pointing it out due to concern of liability for the hotel and yet they seemed less than concerned.
- 5/5
It’s one of the oldest hotels in Baltimore I loved the charm of this hotel . The do weekend magic shows as well . Very easy to catch an Uber or Lyft , Taxi from here around the city . Not to far of a ride from the Inner Harbor, Little Italy and Fell’s point area .
- 4/5
Clean, conveniently located boutique hotel.
- 4/5
Beautiful hotel. Could not drown out the road/construction/sirens.
- 5/5
I didn't get to try the breakfast. I'm an early morning person against my own will. I wish that breakfast were served at an earlier time like 6:30am. I do absolutely appreciate the clean room and service.
- 5/5
Clean room and great staff
- 4/5
Nice location. Beautiful lobby.
- 5/5
Bar really fun and great food
- 4/5
The room are set up as a traditional home. Would have loved to have more than one washcloth and hand towel set up as there were two people in our room. I should not have to ask for two if two people are booked into a room. Water drainage from the tub was very slow so was standing in water even after the shower. Need to fix the drainage in the tub/shower combo. Otherwise nice space.
- 5/5
Nice property relatively close to Ravens. Clean room and also walkable to other attractions
- 5/5
Excellent stay at the Lord Baltimore Hotel. Thank you and great job.
- 5/5
Great hotel! I would recommend it to anyone. The Staff were so friendly.
- 4/5
Well maintained hotel. Easy check on, comfortable beds but the room was never cleaned the 3 days we were there.
- 5/5
everyone was go friendly and kind, the room was extremely spacious and clean!
- 1/5
The room was extremely outdated and disappointing. This did not meet my expectations at all and I was offered no remedy for a better room.
- 2/5
Didn't use either
- 5/5
Loved the Old World charm
- 4/5
The water dispenser with lemons and melon was heavenly and used non-plastic cups. The front desk' suggestions for getting around and where to visit nearby were VERY helpful.
- 5/5
Loved it roof top bar is a vybe
- 3/5
The room was a decent size but we were 4 people reserved and there were only towels for 2. Also there was 1 towel rack that was missing and the hot water faucet was broken. Clearly the rooms need a bit of attention.
- 3/5
Our stay here was good. It is what it is. It's an old property, but well maintained. It's nostalgic. The staff was very nice and our stay was overall good. 👍
- 5/5
Great customer service
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
The staff was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful.
- 5/5
It was a little dark but very clean. And the rooftop was amazing!
- 5/5
I love staying here, the property is beautiful. The only thing that I would recommend is a full body mirror in the rooms.
- 3/5
The room was nice with a comfortable bed and very quiet. There was only one elevator in service which was very inconvenient.
- 5/5
Took a short trip for daughter's birthday. Room was clean, staff freindly. Coffee shop coffee was exceptional. Would stay again and recommend
- 4/5
cool
- 5/5
Very nice place to stay
- 5/5
There was an overwhelming smell from the deodorizer used
- 2/5
Bathroom, shower and sink were very old malfunctioning and dirty.
- 5/5
Great as usual
- 5/5
Easy access to Inner Harbor and the athletic complexes in this area. Basically, you can park your car and walk to just about everything Inner Harbor has to offer. Just use the self park option to get the best price on parking. If you use the valet option it is $45 per day. If you self park, it is $28 per day with in and out privileges.
- 1/5
The hotel as a whole should be a 2-star not a 3-star hotel. It is dirty throughout, and in shambles. Almost like management does not care. It sure appears that way.
- 4/5
Very clean hotel and staff was extremely nice! The food was good at the restaurant! We stayed for the Yankees / orioles series and it was a close walk to the ballpark even though we rode the little scooters around! Would stay here again :)
- 4/5
The lord hotel was nice and clean very close to the ballpark and the CRG stadium and the staff was awesome
- 3/5
Rough area around the hotel, the bathroom ceiling was literally falling in as well as the bathtub. The warm water was out for a day due to a damage in a pipe. It is very noisy outside with sirens going all night. The good this about it are that it’s relatively close to a lot of things and the actual room was fairly clean.
- 1/5
stay was good up until we encountered potential bed bugs and had to leave.
- 5/5
Comfortable bed, quiet. Clean room.
- 4/5
Historical
- 2/5
Great staff poor conditions
