When I arrived at the Baltimore Days Inn to check in on 6/13 around 3:30 PM, there was a line of more than 25 people waiting with only 3 frazzled receptionists at the desk. Tensions were rising as most incoming guests (including me) were told that there were no rooms available. The indoor temperature in the lobby was above 90F. There were not enough seats to accommodate all the people waiting. The Days Inn staff told me that I had no reservation with them and turned me away after advising to contact Expedia. I went to the Baltimore Convention Center (where I was supposed to give a talk the following morning at 8am) to ask for help. They referred me to the reception of the Hilton hotel inside the Convention Center. The Hilton had also run out of rooms. The manager of the Hilton reception called 6 hotels in the neighborhood but none had rooms available. The last property that she called as The Study on the Johns Hopkins campus more than 2.5 miles away. This is where I stayed and it costs me $35 each way to commute to the Convention Center.

Check in was a nightmare we waited an hour in an unconditioned lobby for the staff to figure out an error on their end resulting in us being overcharged. It was so hot that my two children and I stepped outside to let my husband handle it. Baby roaches were all over the front steps, so we went back in and sat in the heat. The 7th floor smelled of animal urine. The tub in the room backed up resulting in cool stagnant water while showering . The room phone was broken. The wall AC WAS SOOOO LOUD! It woke us up each time it cut back on. One of the bed linens had brown stains all over the white comforter. Check out was equally as miserable. The day of check out we were charged two separate totals for the one room we were in. All likely due to the same error that occurred at check in. (The lady deleted the information attached to hotel.com that is apparently a big NO NO, resulting in cards being charged over and over. We have now frozen the card and called our bank. As I sit here at 630pm after check out at 0700am I recieved ANOTHER notification from the bank that the hotel that was PAID IN FULL at check in it attempting to charge me AGIAN!! The pool and restaurant were closed and have been for sometime with no real ETA on opening. Breakfast minimal and stale at best. Stale muffins left open to air, cereal, and plain bread or a bagel with a toaster. BUYER BEWARE!!

There was only one person working in the morning...she said it's often like that. Guests attending a conference in the city were coming in. We stood in line for 30 minutes before being helped. There were only two people in front of us. Really bad service. Don't blame the receptionist...but the idiot who had her working by herself. When we left after an hour of being checked in, there were around 30 waiting in line to be helped.

The hotel needs a makeover, it has smoke smell everywhere, in the hallways & in the rooms, the carpet has stains everywhere in the hallways in the rooms. They need to upgrade their amenities. My biggest concern was the cleanliness of the place.
- 1/5
The water was brown, there was bugs, wait was long to get a room and is not worth over 80$
- 2/5
-The staff failed to notify guests that the water would be shut off for several hours one day during our stay. Imagine my surprise when I turned on the faucet and got nothing. -We stayed for four days and never got housekeeping service — despite making multiple requests. The sign on the mirror said linens would be changed every three days. Nope. -The fitness center had no a-c. The thermostat said it was 89 degrees. Because of all this, I called and emailed the hotel and asked for a partial refund. So far, no response. Also, be aware that bringing a pet adds $50 a night to your bill. Bottom line: They could do a lot better — especially when it comes to customer service.
- 5/5
Clean room and close to everything
- 2/5
Very outdated decor. Musty smell in hallway. Excessive wait to check in.
- 2/5
Front Lobby Staff was very helpful and polite.
- 1/5
Terrible hotel. No water, no ac, no staff around to help and worst of all, NO REFUND!!! $900 down the drain, which will probably clog it since they don’t even have running water.
- 3/5
I wasn't expecting much from a downtown hotel - and that's exactly what we got. It was clean enough. The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. The keys to my room didn't work - I went down and they assured me they did. One of them came up with me - tried several times, succeeded on one attempt, then it failed. She went downstairs and got me a new room. Parking garage is attached - but a bit confusing and lonely. No nearby restaurant. We would probably not stay there again.
- 1/5
Room wasn’t clean and the water was brown.
- 3/5
Overall ok for a quick stay but amenities are limited. Requested for new pillows but they didn't have any.
- 1/5
Bring your own fan bring your own pillow cases and covers there were white stains all on the chair water was brown spiders on pillows air didn’t work out of date. Actually don’t stay here!

My frist room I had was. Terrible had to have been a miss up. But I checked in like 10:30. Pm. They told me they were waiting for me. WOW I THOUGHT. THEN MY ROOM WAS. HORRENDOUS.!!!!
- 4/5
Both staff that helped me were great .
- 4/5
Nice hotel, one block away from the convention center.
- 4/5
We stayed here while traveling for a concert at the Arena next door. The staff was great and very attentive. You get what you pay for, the hotel is definitely dated once you get past the lobby. You could hear every noise from the bathroom, which was small and limited. There also were no trash cans in the room. When we went to leave the parking garage at 4:00 am, we had a small issue, but someone promptly fixed it after using the call feature.
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 2/5
The room could have been cleaned better but the main problem is the plumbing the tub nor sink drained properly. It’s you just need a place to sleep it gets the job done.
- 3/5
Staff was not very good. Room wasnt ready for us even though we checked in over an hour after 3pm check in time. Check in and check out was frustrating and lengthy due to staff inadequacies.
- 3/5
Only feedback is our rooms headboard was falling apart and room was a little dirty but you can tell it’s just from age of the building and not the cleaning staff. The bathroom was spotless!

Check in time was 4:00 PM but room wasn’t ready until 7:30 PM. Very short on staff. Apparently one person was cleaning all of the rooms. The room had a strong moldy smell. Furniture was worn out (vinyl on the headboards was peeling off). It is the closest hotel to the convention center and parking was convenient but not going to stay here again.
- 0.5/5
Closeness to convention center Extremely outdated, unkempt, broken toilet seat and shower seat and toilet paper holder. The bed header had holes in it. When brought up these issues to front desk staff they promised fixing them but did not deliver. Their breakfast ran out and they couldn’t even refill the water saying we are out of breakfast items. Poor management overall.
- 3/5
It was an ok hotel. Definitely needs an upgrade esp, the carpets and. the AC, it’s loud and rattles.
- 3/5
Check in was terrible. Had to stand in line for 45 minutes to check in. Room was quiet and we'll maintained. Carpet had a few stains.

When I arrived apparently a sweet women was helping out because someone had walked off the job. She didn’t know everything and she apologized. She did the best she could. The next day there was a Caucasian women with glasses behind the desk and she was by far the rudest woman I probably ever come across in a hotel. I will never return. The rooms were ok. The pillows are horrible the carpet and furniture were very dirty.
- 2/5
i love the location of the property. it was a smell in the room entire stay. i sprayed continiuosly but everytime i left the smell would reappear. the checkin was front desk was extremely slow, i stood on the lobby for 30 mins before finally being seen. On my amenities i checked parking. i didnt find out until i check at the front desk for checkin that parking was and additional $40 a day. i was disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. the tv was barely working and only had a few channels. its time to renovate for upgrades.
- 4/5
Location was walking distance to Camden yards Breakfast choices were not that good
- 4/5
Parking next door was convenient.
- 3/5
I check in the hotel at mid-night after attending dinner at Angie Seafood restaurant. So the hotel meet my needs, a safe place to stay overnight in Baltimore.
- 2.5/5
The staff is very nice and the lobby The room looks nothing like the photos
- 3.5/5
I liked the location it had everything I needed and I didn't have to use any transportation at all. Everything was in walking distance. Great location. I didn't like the parking price it was too much. Ice machines should be on every floor or at least in the lobby area when checking in. Also bathrooms in the lobby should be accessible for guest when staying at the Hotel not just for employees.
- 5/5
No complaints here, very impressed by the quality of room and service for the price. All of the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was very clean and well stocked. The location was very convenient.
- 2/5
Front door of hotel is only key card accessible after a certain hour. Continental breakfast was sparse.
- 2/5
The room was dated. The headboard was ripped and worn. Lack of soap, and body wash. 1 bar of soap by the sink outside the bathroom, with one tiny shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. Nothing in the shower… but that doesn’t even matter compared to… The smell. It smelt like sewage outside our room, in the hall ways, by the elevator, and some sort of nasty stank in the main lobby. Thankfully it didn’t get into our room. The best thing about the hotel was the convenience. The bed felt like it was from 1970, and the springs were so hard on the back all night. The pillows were useless and the size of a small 14 inch laptop. My neck and back were rocked the next few days after sleeping in it for 2 nights, as was my 15 year old sons. I never reviews, but I just thought that this time I should. For the price I’d expect it to be a little different. At least not smelling like Staten Island on a bad day.
- 4/5
Basic hotel but a good value for the price

The property is very out dated, poorly maintained, and very unclean.

The room, bed, and bathtub were full of hair. The room smelled humid, and there was mold on the wall. Overall, the experience was beyond terrible, and the breakfast was a complete disaster as well.
- 1/5
Disgusting room outdated smoke filled and looks unsafe.
- 3/5
Pretty good for what you pay for. I liked that the hotel was walking distance from both stadiums and inner harbor. Wish I would have known about the extra cost to park in the garage. Knowing the cost ahead of time, I would have taken into consideration other hotels. Staff upfront was excellent. Breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about but Dunkin was nearby. Overall I thought it was great for what I paid for.
- 1/5
Not enough towels and wash clothes, broken drawer, fridge needs to be thawed, the phone had no dial tone, i had to keep pushing the hang up button to get a dial tone. Once i did, the 2 person front desk wouldn't answer the phone, so i had to leave my room to communicate with them. Tha WAS NOT a King sized bed, which I reserved, it wasn't ever a queen sized bed. The air was inconsistent and the staff did nothing about it. On our way we contemplated staying an extra night, but the second i walked into that hotel, i wanted to leave, but i had already paid. I would like a total refund and Expidia should NOT use that particular hotel, IT SUCKS!!!!

Parking was convenient Carpet was dirty. No hair dryer in the room. That's rare. Thank goodness I packed mine. The check in line was very long. My husband indicated there was a bottleneck for the grab and go breakfast. Getting coffee was a hassle.

The room was clean. The bottom sheet was too big for a double sized bed and kept coming undone. The drain in the tub took a long time for the water to drain. The air conditioner stopped working during the night and the room got really hot and stuffy.

Always a pleasure and fantastic when I stay here will continue to come back
- 1/5
The hotel rooms were nasty. I had to request for another room. The hot water was not working properly. There was false advertisement about the hotel fees and hot breakfast which was all lies!!!! There was no cable service for a full day. I asked for refund and Expedia customer service was horrible!!! They had a nonchalant attitude. I felt as if I was in hell, when I was on vacation. Never booked with this hotel!
- 4/5
For the price, the hotel was exactly what I needed. And I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The building and the rooms were clean, but definitely showing their age. However, this is expected at this price point and met my needs. If traveling on a budget, highly recommend.
- 5/5
Awesome customer service, plus a great location in Baltimore. Clean and well taken care off. Will return
- 3/5
1) Dirty carpet. My wife walked barefoot on the carpet and came up with blackened feet. 2) There was leftover confetti from previous guest on the carpet and desk chair. 3) The wallmount accessibility seat in the shower had the anchor bolts pulling out of the wall (just waiting to trigger a lawsuit). Just a heads-up that the breakfast is a "cold" breakfast. No hot food, just things like bagels, toast, cereal, yogurt, juice, etc. (Oh, there was hot coffee.) The carton milk I had with my cereal had soured.

We booked this hotel last minute due to the area our previously booked hotel was in. When we got there, the lady at the desk was very sweet and very helpful. Parking was easy. The continental breakfast was decent. A staff member overheard my disappointment that there was no shampoo in our room, and immediately went and got some and brought it right up to us. I can't tell you how many times our keys stopped working in less than 24 hours. This was incredibly frustrating as the hotel was very busy and the line to get it fixed was long. There was only one staff member at the front desk at any given time. When looking for an ice machine, we discovered an area that had obviously had old water damage and there was a TON of black mold on the ceiling. When my son went to go to bed that night he realized there was a stain on the sheet when he pulled the blanket down. Because we didn't want to deal with the busy desk again, he just slept on top of the blanket. All of this, and then to see we were charged $40 after we checked out, for what I don't know because the hotel has yet to get back to me. For $250 a night, I would have expected better.

We parked our vehicle in the garage at 5:55pm and went right to front desk to check in to our room before we headed over to Orioles game. Stood in line to check in for almost an hour. It was the worst hotel experience I ever had. No sense of urgency whatsoever. Ended up being late for game. Terrible service.

Nothing People were smoking marijuana at the entrance of the hotel My room smelled of marijuana throughout the night The hallway smelled of marijuana and cigarette smoke The stool under the mirror had white stains of some type on it. There were no charging ports for cell phones The parking garage stairwells smelled of urine and vomit
- 1/5
First room was disgusting and not cleaned. Second room was ok, somewhat clean but for $230 absolutely not. Not worth it, the building condition is terrible. Rooms are "clean" bathrooms are the size of a closet. Never staying here again
- 1/5
I didnt park , dont know bout no ac couldnt stay the room was a disgrace period
- 2/5
Room felt dark, beds aren’t uncomfortable, shower was stuck in the on position so I had to fill up the bath with the shower for the small children. Glad it had a microwave and fridge in room.
- 2/5
We found the property old and in need of upgrades. The carpet is old with multiple stains. The drapes in the room do not close and lights from a nearby parking garage shone directly into our room. Furnishings are old with scratches and dings.
- 5/5
It was right across from CFG arena
- 1/5
One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Avoid at all costs! No hot water in the entire hotel all weekend for the 3 days I was there. Key card system wasn’t working my entire 3 days there so everyone had to reset their key at the front desk every time they returned. Front desk personnel was completely disinterested and couldn’t assist with anything. Free “breakfast” was bread or apples - that’s it. Mold in the rooms.
- 3/5
This is a cool building with a neat history. They’re just working with a very tight budget for updates. There was plenty of hot water, the staff were very friendly, and there were lots of choices for breakfast. Front desk said it was “grab and go,” but we sat down for boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt, bagels with cream cheese, other various breads, juices, and coffee. Nothing hot except coffee, but plenty of options. Rooms smelled very musty—definitely needs new carpet. Linens clean, pillows of various firmness so we all got one we liked. Sofa bed had a nice memory foam mattress.
- 4/5
Easy parking and check in. Nice walk to pratts ale house and cfg bank arena. Hotel could use some updates of tech and overall look. Could also reopen the restaurant and upgrade the breakfast. Overall it was an ok stay it worked out for our concert really well. Was a little pricey for what you get, but you pay for convenience.
- 3/5
front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly. Only down side was a slight odor in the room and hallways

Location maintenance of the property, no hot water for the 2 day, have to ask for a maintenance service Phone disconnected , wire broken Lamps not functioning one small soap for the room
- 1/5
Hotel is large but is very dated. The phone in my room did not work. I informed staff and they told me it would be fixed. That never happened. I also mentioned the bathroom door was broken and would not lock. I was told maintenance would repair. Again, no results. The following morning, hotel lost hot water due to issues with their hot water heater. I couldn't call them to ask of the issue, as my phone was broken therefore, had to physically travel down to the lobby to inquire of the issue. Several other patrons complained however, staff could not provide a timetable for when repairs would be made. Several staff members tried to empathize however, others could not be bothered. Instead of reimbursement, I was offered "quick bucks" for a future stay, but I do not plan to stay there ever again. I am disappointed with Expedia and plan to broadcast this further.
- 3/5
Other comments: There is not much to the fitness area, and I would not say that it is even a gym. I used the planet fitness down the street instead. There was no hot water and I couldn’t shower. There was a lot of talking in the hallways late at night which impacted sleep.
- 3/5
We didn’t have hot water for two of the stay.
- 1/5
It w took an hour for check in, 1 person at the desk with 15 people waiting. Room was adequate. Said breakfast but was told at check in there was a grab and go breakfast bag, there was not. To top it all off no hot water hotel wide and no resolution after 3 hours and no manager on duty. 😡
- 2/5
Hot water was not working most of the times
- 1/5
Terrible hotel! There was only one person available for check in and a long line of people waiting. Even though they sent a pre check in that even required a drivers license upload they did nothing with it and we still had to wait to check in. Free breakfast was slices of white bread, a toaster, a squeeze bottle of jelly and honey and small milk cartons. Good luck carrying luggage up the steps or curb, there is no cut out to even bring the luggage carrier down. The lobby bathroom had no paper towels and was out of toilet paper. The only kudos goes to the people cleaning the rooms. They were clean and smelled good.
- 0.5/5
The only thing I had of the breakfast was the orange juice. Didn't have hot water Sunday so couldn't shower that morning.
- 3.5/5
The hotel is in a super great location. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Our bathroom tub was clogged but other than that everything was good.
- 2/5
Hotel very dated, room needed updated, smell in room and hallway, no water available for guests, 40 minute wait to check in and the worst part was no hot water for a shower or anything. And the front desk could careless about any of the issues with guests. We paid over 200 for the night. Parking is expensive too.
- 1/5
Awful trip/ there was one person checking people in about 40 people to get inside even those that had pre-checked and already still had to wait in line. I reserved two rooms both room rooms had cold water one didn’t have a remote control. The phone didn’t work in the rooms. The rooms were dirty and old, they’re “” continental breakfast was water, decaf, coffee, and bread. Very old old air conditioning will never stay there again.

Everything was fine except we had no hot water the morning of check out. Besides that, everything was good and any time I had contact with staff they were friendly and helpful.

Close to convention center
- 3/5
The breakfast was OK however I don’t drink dairy. I would’ve preferred if there was oat milk or almond milk available. I would have liked more options for breakfast like eggs, bacon sausage, similar to what the Marriott has. If you can provide that in the future, that would be great. In addition to coffee. The coffee was good though. I needed to wash some clothing so I had to run out and try to get coins, which were not in the hotel to put into the laundry machine. I went to 7-Eleven and they gave me about two dollars worth of coins and that was after their ATM machine wasn’t even working. I figured I needed more coins so I wound up walking to the hospital to use their ATM and get coins and go to their bank. When I went to the laundry room, it was about as big as a closet, and there was one washing machine and one dryer for the whole hotel, which was not what I was expecting. The room was dirty with people’s left over wet clothes in the dryer that I had to remove. I washed my clothes when I tried to dry my clothes. My clothes were still damp and the door to the dryer kept opening. I’m happy that they had a washing machine and a laundromat there a lot of hotels do not have that but at the same time, please make sure that it is functioning and that the laundry room is clean.

The parking was $38 per day.
- 5/5
Everything was clean, staff were nice and informative. Good location to everything
- 5/5
Rooms were in desperate need of an upgrade. The entertainment center was falling apart. The vessel vanity impractical, especially for a family. The location made up for any shortcomings being right across from CFG Arena and a few blocks from the inner harbor. Bad communication about the parking validation at check in.
- 3/5
The room was fine. Kind of loud and the breakfast was really bad.
- 3/5
Staff was friendly but very slow. Never had hot water during the two days I was there so I had to take a cold shower. Parking was not included in the price.
- 2/5
Convenient for the conference center. I was there for a conference and two mornings there was no hot water. There was also a cockroach running around the sink and a dead cockroach in the bathroom. The bed also felt like it had a plastic mattress protector on it.
- 4/5
The hotel overall was decent. We did not have any hot water for showers. We only had hot water in the sink. The toilet seats were loose. I had to go to front desk 3 times to get my parking validation code. The gentleman working the desk in the evening/night was super nice.
- 3/5
The hotel staff were wonderful. Check in and check out was easy. The key card system seems a bit outdated and didn’t always want to work. Our room did not have hot water at all, and at first I thought it may be due to the hotel being booked for a concert. I tried to run it a couple more times (once more through the night and early in the morning) but it wouldn’t heat up. It seems the hotel may need some upgrades so that may have been the problem. It’s very close to the arena so that was a bonus but for $300 after having to pay for the parking garage I wasn’t really thrilled with it. The hotel discount for parking was a perk.
- 1/5
There was no hot water at all. Told the front desk and they said they were aware of it but there was nothing they could do. We checked out early so we could get home early to shower. After being at a concert all night we really wanted to get up and shower.

Arrived 2 hours past my arrival checkin time and still had to wait over an hour to get my room. Some folks waited two hours for rooms to be cleaned.
- 1/5
A terrible experience. The staff was extremely rude and insensitive. Booked this hotel months in advance only to be told when I arrived that they didn’t have a room for me. Blamed it on a glitch in the system but I learned that they simply overbooked. We were one of many left without a room that night despite getting confirmation the night before that we did have a room. We ended up hearing multiple negative stories from people that did end up staying there. Someone had to leave in the middle of the night because there were rats in their room when they returned. Just an overall unpleasant experience with this hotel, and it doesn’t seem like we’re the only ones.

Nothing. Other than it was across the street from the Convention Center Layout of the room with the sink in the sleeping area; Had to ask for maid service which did not happen. Cold breakfast was a joke. Coffee urn had to be filled up after every 4 cups. There was a mouse in the room of one of our co-workers and rodent traps were spotted in the hall. Room rates were jacked up because 2 Baltimore hotels - Sheraton and Renaissance had closed and there were two major conventions in the city.
- 1/5
The staff was very rude towards me and other guests that were checking in at the same time as me, also they didn’t even have a room ready for me and i had to wait over 4 hours for a room to be ready.
- 3/5
Room was clean just old with stains on the carpet. Tv didn’t work at first then barely worked after they tried to fix it. Room has a weird smell to it. The bar was closed for renovations. Only good thing is how close it is to the concert.
- 1/5
I returned after 3 PM and was given a key to Room 510. As soon as I opened the door, I was hit with a strong odor of feces. The toilet was overflowing and completely filled with toilet paper and feces from the previous guest. It was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable to walk into a room that clearly had not been cleaned. The line at the front desk was extremely long, so I found someone from housekeeping instead. She briefly came into the room, saw the issue, and walked back out. About five minutes later, a maintenance worker named Ron came and plunged the toilet. He later returned with room spray to try to mask the smell. While Ron was helpful, the fact that a guest had to deal with an overflowing toilet from a previous guest in the first place is unacceptable. The experience continued to go downhill the next morning. Around 9 AM we went to check out the breakfast that was advertised. What we found was extremely disappointing—only two bagels, one yogurt, and some bread sitting in a Ziploc bag. At 9 AM, breakfast should still be fully stocked. Between the rude front desk service, the filthy room with an overflowing toilet, and the poor breakfast selectio

I don’t think there was a gym. Yes, the water was hot enough.

Dingy rooms Mildewed stairwell No hospitality for three nights Paltry breakfast No fresh fruit Mediocre toiletries Closed restaurant Comfortable bed Hot shower Don’t recommend

Clean room, good staff
- 1/5
This hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. The floor I stayed on stank of rotten carpets it was almost suffocating and hard to be on the floor. The room was not super clean and the bed was uncomfortable. The staff were hardworking and seemed nice.
- 1/5
Cheapest breakfast I've ever seen. Slices of whitebread in plastic bags and a toaster. Added a charge for a room safe that was never used. Parking cost as much as the room.
- 2/5
Staff was making tiktok videos while we were trying to check in. I had already did the pre check in in the morning of my check in date and was told when i arrived i needed to add another card bc they couldn't see the card. I did this and within 2 hours born cards were charged and 5 days later, still no resolve. The 50$ deposit they add to the card is too cover any room service you may ask for etc. We used none so that money was going towards to 53$ parking thru don't tell you about bc I'm handicap n use a scooter. So therefore i actually paid over 100$ for that parking space. Staff was unhelpful in the morning and the free breakfast was garage. Orange juice was disgusting, there was nothing hot to eat, nothing but bread products and Cold coffee
- 4/5
Great location for the price we would stay again. Customer Services were outstanding property is just dated and in need of a makeover.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 3/5
Room was okay, same with staff. Coffee in the room was subpar, bed was comfy, water hot and reasonable price. Could not reach anyone by phone.
- 1/5
Room was not clean. Elevators smelled of urine. They also gave me a room that had a door handle that was broken it literally fell off when I closed the door. It took me several minutes to reopen & request a room change
- 2/5
very disappointing stay. Staff told us parking was covered, but at checkout we were forced to pay. breakfast had almost nothing to eat, hallways smelled like marijuana, and the building is old and needs renovation. Poor communication and overall experience.
- 4/5
Nice beds
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable, cozy, courteous, quiet and restful.
- 4/5
Great location
- 2/5
Tub was dirty in the hotel. Instead of sending someone to clean it, they moved us to another. No cleaning staff was available. We moved after the concert at 11:30 pm. They charged 2 dollars for a broken safe. Staff was very friendly though. They sent us a text night before stating parking was 38 dollars. It was 50 dollars. Unorganized...
- 2/5
The room smelled like mildew and I seen roaches and mice droppings
- 1/5
Room had static, hotel provides no parking whatsoever. There's a garage that charges $38 a day with NO in and out privileges. You get what you pay for I guess.
- 2/5
The room smelled of cigarette smoke as well as marijuana, the bathroom wasn't clean and the ice bucket was dirty. When I went to the front desk they gave me a bag to put in it. The parking though attached is not through the hotel and they no longer have an affiliation with the garage so it was an additional $160 to park. Front staff was friendly.
- 3/5
Update rooms and breakfast options
- 3/5
Room was okay but the beds were a little small and the pillows were hard. Thought they had a full breakfast but it was just grab n go so we just had tea and I grabbed a yogurt and an orange. I guess they are renovating right now. Lobby area was just okay could have used a mop and the elevator rugs were filthy. The best part was that the hotel was close to the show at the CFG arena.
- 1/5
The hotel rooms and guest room floors are terrible. The hotel seems very inviting from the lobby and excellent location to arenas but it is very bad . Don’t stay here!
- 1/5
Bed Bug infestation!!!!! Have pictures I want my refund we wasn’t there 10min. I have to find another hotel to stay
- 5/5
Everything was clean
- 4/5
Front desk was extremely helpful with out check in and check outresolved issues and were super friendly.
- 1/5
This was the worst experience we have ever had staying at a hotel. Both rooms we stayed in (they moved us to another room) had mice in them. There was also soemthing going on with the plumbing so we were unable to shower one of the nights. When we spoke with the front desk they just apoligized and said there was nothing else they cohld do. Do not stay here, stay away.it is not clean
- 2/5
The furniture was out dated abs the bathroom wax tight causing me to slip and fall on the toilet
- 2/5
Yes it was way to expensive.
- 2/5
The staff was very nice. But the room had a pretty large roach which gave me the creeps, and although the room was changed I still did not feel comfortable
- 2/5
I stayed in the fifth floss and smell like marihuana and made me so sick. The parking was very expensive too. And I though that my room included breakfast not a 5 months breath and cold water
- 3/5
The room was ok - not fantastic. But my biggest gripe is that I booked this hotel because it had a restaurant in the hotel. My husband cannot walk far (only a few yards). We were informed that the restaurant had been closed since last summer for renovations. There was no info in the hotel about places that delivered food either. And we had to pay $38 to park! That was outrageous!

The website needs to be updated stating no continental breakfast and no coffee and no resturant the reason I booked it was for those reasons didn’t know it til checked in, not happy about paying for a safe for 2 rooms one room 2 nights other room 7 nights that’s almost 20.00 that we never used that you get the money for also my son left the garage on Sunday about 7:00 pm he had to pay 70.00 at the gate which parking was already added to my room they shouldn’t of charged him 70.00 only the difference from 5:00pm til 7:00 pm but he had to pay it so now i also had to pay it it’s on my bill, the staff was very nice. Would like to get my 70.00 back for parking that was charged twice. I paid almost 400.00 for parking between the 2 rooms. Thanks

Dirty stained linens. Clean linens on top of dirty stained linens.
- 1/5
Staff was great. Room was absolutely terrible. Outlets didn't work, mold on the bathtub where we had my 2 month old niece and come to find out the room wasn't even supposed to be in use at all. Mice ran through our room and under the AC unit. One of the cheapest places around and still wasn't worth the price. Charged me extra as well and will be fighting it.
- 1/5
The staff was the only good thing about this property. I killed a cockroach in our room. My daughter ended up with a rash and a GI thing overnight which can be related to cockroach feces.Got moved to another room that had grey bugs with black stripes under our “clean sheets.” The next room we moved to had a broken toilet that ran continuously. The fourth room we moved to had a missing freezer door and ended up freezing all of our refrigerated food. The one morning I went downstairs there was water pouring through the ceiling in the lobby. I don’t know how the staff keeps working and smiling and being polite. They are true gems that deserve better working conditions.
- 4/5
Staff was excellent. Besides a few hiccups in our check in the over all experience was good.
- 2/5
Got there and the internet was out could not check in. Card reader for door was broken. Waiting forever to check out because the person left the front desk. Almost out of everything for the poor selection for breakfast. Room was a little dirty, outlet for lamp did not work or even turn on.
- 2/5
The phones were down had no access to concierge check in only one person at desk waited 20 min the. Park came back to validate ticket took over 20 min because there was only one person. At desk.
- 5/5
Room was great and fantastic location. We will definitely stay there again next time we go to Baltimore
- 1/5
Smelly depressing old rooms, double booking and unknowledgeable staff
- 5/5
Cost efficient, peaceful, etc
- 5/5
Yes it was very nice
- 2/5
Poorly maintained and run down. HVAC very noisy. "Grab and Go" breakfast was gone---it literally was missing both days. Sure, new owners are part of the reason for slippage as they establish procedures, but this is no longer a viable business class hotel unless it gets some major upgrades. A great location will get it another chance, but if no major improvement, it will be the last chance.
- 1/5
My husband and I booked this hotel in advance. Upon arrival, we were told we could not check in due to technology issues and would have to work with the third party to get our money back. We were stuck in Baltimore with no hotel and had to spend extra money to find another. We asked why we were not notified about the issue prior to arrival, and never received a response.

We had to to dress, pack up and switch rooms which was not convenient at like 10 o’clock at night. Went to check out next morning and explained our plight to front desk and gal was very snooty and offered a simple I’m so sorry. I’m sorry, but if you ask someone to switch rooms at 10:00 pm because of maintenance issues then there should be some sort of compensation other than boo hoo I’m so sorry. We will not return to this hotel. I was raised in the age that the customer is always right. Very non professional. Thanks,Jay
- 4/5
The staff were all so nice.
- 3/5
Hallway was full of garbage. I advised hotel staff and I was told it would be clean the next morning. I saw housekeeping, but there was effort to clean up the garbage that was all over the hallway and in front of my hotel room. The room was adequate.
- 2/5
The staff was very nice and accommodating and the beds were clean.
- 5/5
Staff is so helpful and friendly. Adjacent parking garage is such a convenience, easy walking distance to a couple food options. So close to the convention center
- 4/5
The rooms were dated, floors were stained, and headboards torn up, however linens were clean, the entire staff were great, and the location with attached parking was really the reason we stayed there.
- 4/5
Incredibly close to the Baltimore Convention Center. Friendly staff. A little run down and old so don’t expect luxury.
- 2/5
Card reader at back was unreliable. Room did not have hand soap. Breakfast only provided stale cereal. All containers of milk and juice were open, utensils were not wrapped and provided in large containers that required touching multiple. Random minor additional complaints that I don't have the time to highlight.
- 4/5
Room was decent. Hotel could use some upgrading.
- 5/5
Excellent staff, clean room! Hotel felt very safe.

Great staff! Great location! Great staff!! Will be back
- 4/5
The room was clean. Staff was friendly. The bathroom was tiny. It needs updated. But, the convenience to be close to the convention center was nice.
- 5/5
This property is close to a lot of venues and restaurants.
- 3/5
Room was dated. The person at the front desk young person with glasses was absolutely horrible to deal with. There was an older gentleman that was always smiling and greeting you with a big smile and wave
- 1/5
The bathroom was dirty. There was hair on the floor and the shower was dirty. The toilet also did not flush properly.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Was great
- 2/5
Room was not clean, found parts of a syringe on the floor and other trash next to bed, stained curtains and visible dirt of light switch. Parking was in a garage behind the hotel for 38.00$ beware. Street parking free on weekends if you’re into it. I prepaid through 3rd party (Hotels.com) so I did NOT receive any type of compensation for the disgusting room that me and my infant had to stay in after bringing it to the staff’s attention. The breakfast was awful slices of bread in a sandwich bag and cereal. Definitely not what I expected when staying Downtown. Never again for me!
- 4/5
Not bad
- 2/5
Adequate
- 3/5
I will never stay hear again. The hotel is average and thr rates are good, but the hotel needs to be renovated so that it looks welcoming and better. I stayed here with my daughters, and everything was cool until i was sitting at the desk in the room, and I turned to put the heat on.What do I see under the heater, a sticky mouse trap pad, full of roaches and bugs on it. Room 207. I was going to ask for a different room, then i thought all the rooms may be like this. The room didn't have bugs crawling in sight and it was just an overnight stay, so i said to myself, we should be okay, i just know we wont stay here again. Ok, so i go to the bathroom in the middle of the night and wth do I see, a goddamn roach crawling! Now I'm super pissed, I waited until the roach crawled out in stomping view, and killed it! Now I'm up, can't go back to sleep because Im looking around the room, looking at walls. Never again, this hotel has to do much better! It can be a hot spot with ut being close to the arena and the harbor! No one wants to stay at a hotel that has roaches! The breakfast was average, that can be better. The check in and out staff were very nice. The beds were comfortable but i wont stay here again. Please renovate the hotel people, it could be so much better and get a damn professional exterminatibg come to come do the entire hotel, regularly!!! People bring their families here for comfort, vacations, staycatioms, or whatever, NO WANTS TO SEE ROACHES!
- 4/5
Average stay..
- 5/5
Very decent hotel for the price
- 2/5
This place was straight out of 1970. Outdated and gross. The bathroom light fixture had some kind of growth in there and the fan was on its last leg. Needless to say, no one showered while were there in fear of what would come out of the spigot. The heating/cooling unit started out quiet enough but worked itself into cacophonic frenzy and when finished with its fury ended its cycle with a thunderous boom...all night long. But hey, at least there were no bedbugs...that we know of.
- 3/5
Got a queen bed - one was covered in some kind of blood/liquid. For breakfast, there was plain bread and a toaster. It was close to the location I needed to go to - location is very convenient.
- 5/5
I had done something wonky with the reservation. The staff were able to figure it out and our stay went on without a hitch!
- 5/5
All good.
- 4/5
Would like some more options (fresh fruit, sugar free cereal) for the included free breakfast as this was a very different experience than other hotels with the same options.
- 4/5
If you’re sharing a room, keep in mind the sink is in the main area with one of those tiny shower rooms. Kind of inconvenient. You will get exactly what you pay for when it comes to free breakfast…slim pickings.
- 3/5
Good condition. Could use new carpet .
- 4/5
Clean, desk attendant very helpful and funny. A negative was the loud A/C which made it hard to sleep… had to turn that off.
- 4/5
Great location & nice room. Breakfast left much to be desired, expected more for the price.
- 1/5
There was a bug on the bed. I googled lensed it was a bed bug. We moved to another room that also had bugs. We left the hotel.
- 1/5
AC WAS VERY LOUD. It turned off with a bang and restarted with a bang. All this happened every 5 minutes on my first night. I had a conference the following day and had zero sleep the night before.
- 5/5
Convenient location and nice walk to Inner Harbor.
- 2/5
The place is ok but the room doesn't meet my expectation. The hall qay smelled cigarettes. The water sink in Room 606 is pour brown. Its nasty. The appearance of the room is ok when you walk in but if you really pay attention, the sofa fabric is dirty with hair and the bedsheet is not changed at all.
- 1/5
An excellent place
- 2/5
•Smelled in the room. Had to buy plug ins. •Had to get my room key changed three times because I couldn’t get in my room. •Key holder doesn’t work coming from the garage. Had to wait for someone to let me in each time. •No prior instructions on how to get into the garage at night when door is closed.
- 4/5
Very Good
- 4/5
Cons: Air conditioning had mildew odor. Breakfast was just sliced bread, cereal, and coffee.
- 4/5
2 night stay. No housekeeping.
- 3/5
rooms dirty. dust buildup on tables and lamps, no soap in the bathroom. had to take the soap from the sink which is in the room i to the bathroom and back to the sink after shower. have shampoo, but no bodywash
- 3/5
While the hotel is in a walkable distance to the harbor and attractions, there were noticeable stains in the carpet, on the comforter( that I remove usually anyway b/c I know they aren’t washed daily), and on the headboard. Sink outside bathroom wish is awkward. Breakfast terrible. Bread in sandwich bags I guess to make toast. Weird smell on 4th floor. Will not stay again.
- 3/5
When I checked in, I wanted to take a bath but the water got shut off for a vouple of hours
- 4/5
Hotel rooms need to be upgraded
- 3/5
tHE CARPETS WERE STAINED IN THE ROOM. The headboards on the beds were worn and old, the bed skirt was too short so you could see the old worn boxspring. The whole room needed updating.
- 3/5
Room felt dirty, carpet was not clean. Staff were so nice and check in an out was so easy
- 3/5
Great location.
- 1/5
The rooms were not clean. There was cigarette smoke burns on my comforter and there was stains on the sheets. There were no towels in the room.
- 5/5
Clean room just a few gnats
- 5/5
I didnt use the hot tub but finding something to eat was easy and local
- 4/5
Great, quick stay to watch the Orioles and Yankees and was within walking distance to Camden Yards. Very pleased. Added perk was the Starbucks right around the corner :)
- 1/5
Needs remodeling, dining “closed for remodeling” but no work happening, no cash establishment and card systems were down, no a/c in lobby area doors left open with insects
- 3/5
Clean room, terrible breakfast, cold on reception
- 5/5
It was very good.
- 4/5
The rooms were clean.. but they charge me extra for getting there early…the room was ready…why the charge
- 1/5
They did not mention 50$ parking the was only 100 breakfast was for a 10 year old kid lol just cereal some bread coffee was out can see other guest was not happy either this is my first review I never take time to put one
- 5/5
Shopping was ok, did not there was a gym.
- 2/5
Prefer not to stay here again. Very difficult to sleep in this environment.
- 5/5
Everything was awesome. Front desk guy (Rel) was amazing . Parking price was ridiculous 58$ a night.
- 4/5
I was told over the phone if i book online then when i get to Hotel i can ask for military discount there. There were no discounts available not happy with that.
- 5/5
Very convenient to many things.
- 3/5
Then I was awoken before 8 am w/ a text to find out when we were checking out.
- 1/5
Don't waste your time or money at this hotel. Honestly, you're better off sleeping in your car. (1) Rude front desk staff. We asked if we can park in the HOTEL'S parking lot and got a snarky reply of "Yeah, if you want your car towed. (2) Getting off the elevator onto the 5th floor and greeted with beer cans all over the floor. (3) Our room had hair balls all over the floor, other peoples hair in the sink and tub, dust all over the bed frame, and smelled gross. (4) Front desk gave us the option to switch room and when we did, the NEW room had 2 living spiders crawling inside the bed sheets. This was there "Executive" room. I've been fighting trying to get a refund from them and they do not want to budge as I "already checked in." Yankees fans/Ravens fans/and everyone else -- BEWARE. The heightened price they set during these events DOES NOT mean you're staying in a nice hotel!
- 3/5
Staff could be friendlier The furniture was beat up. But the bed was extremely comfortable and clean.
- 3/5
Perfectly serviceable hotel, fantastic staff but the location does a lot of the lifting. The rooms could use a refresh though, and the in-room amenities are pretty sparing.
- 3/5
Checking in went well with no noticeable issues. However, it was clear the hotel needed a renovation when we got off the elevator and the hallway carpet was stained with large bleach spots, making the hallway look dirty. The room was fine, but the furniture had spots on it (looking like dried sugary water). The bathroom was a throwback from the 70's, and awful. It was like an elementary bathroom stall. The toilet was low to the ground and the toilet was not set properly on the floor and rocked if you sat on it. Staying there did not feel special. The saving of money was nice, but next time we travel to Baltimore, we will pay the extra money for a more memorable weekend away.
- 3/5
Staff was very helpful. Room was dirty crumbs on the heating unit and floor. It looked like the room wasn’t vacuumed, but the rest of the room was clean bathroom,,etc. I would stay there again
- 1/5
Bad
- 3/5
Property is well located within walking distance to many attractions and eating places. However, hallways and rooms had distinct odor which was initially off putting. Otherwise facility was clean.
- 3/5
Bed was fine
- 5/5
Most of the staff was very friendly and polite. Rooms were very clean! Great stay!
- 2/5
Only thing this property has is that it is walking distance to the ballpark.
- 3/5
Customer service subpar. The morning breakfast was horrible. Bread and yogurt only. My daughter asked for a spoon and was laughed at by the staff
- 4/5
solid place ...close to harbor
- 2/5
Mold in the shower. Carpet wasn’t cleaned we found 2 fake eyelashes
- 5/5
Easy parking and very convenient for a show at the CFG Arena. Restaurant is closed and so was pool, but it still didn’t job so I didn’t have to drive home tired.
- 3/5
Convenient location
- 3/5
The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating, unfortunately the hotel itself just feels very run-down. I stayed for a single night in August, and the humidity and heat in the lobby was insane. The air conditioning in the room was helpful, but still felt humid, and overall not the most comfortable. You get what you pay for with this budget hotel experience.
- 3/5
Convenient to venue. Run down and okd, room was not the cleanest but staff helpful. Halls smell foul though. No idea what it is.
- 1/5
The gentleman who checked us in was very rude and the walls in the bathroom had stains on them. The carpet in the room was tattered and dirty. I will never stay there again.
- 3/5
The hotel was decent and very close to the venue we were going to. It was fine for one night. Nothing amazing and it’s sad to see that Baltimore has such a high homeless population which bled to the hotel lot. Lots of needles on the street
- 4/5
A slightly older hotel that you can tell has been renovated multiple times. But a great staff, very friendly, and very quick. One of the fastest check ins I've ever had.
- 5/5
Very clean
- 3/5
Needs to upgrade the place and to many homeless people around..
- 3/5
There was a cockroach in the room, small ones in the bathroom. Flying knots around sink.
- 4/5
Well worn, but a good location
- 1/5
STAY AWAY FROM BOOKING AT THIS PROPERTY! BED BUGS ARE AT THIS PROPERTY! THIS PROPERTY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! BED BUGS EVERYWHERE! STAY FAR AWAY!
- 4/5
Good price and good location
- 2/5
Roach in the room and we were moved to another.
- 3/5
At 2:30 PM, a new staff member took the place of the other staff member who was off for the day. Our keys were ready to go when we arrived just after 2 PM and for some reason they would not allow us to check in until 2:30 PM I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and I’ve never been refused an early check-in if the room was ready. This was strange. It was almost as if the staff member who was Less than a half an hour until they clocked out did not want to bother with our check-in. The room was small. They were stains on the carpet. The toilet seat was loose. The free breakfast was cold cereal, and bread selections that you had to toast yourself. Do not book this hotel because of the free breakfast. Lol It was a short walk to M&T BANK Stadium, where we were attending a Ravens game. So overall, nothing super fancy, and the customer service was less than desirable upon arrival. Also, do not order pizza from the local pizza joint Massey’s. We ordered a pizza after the Ravens game and it never arrived after a two hour wait. I felt bad for the front desk employee who recommended them. He was the same kind gentleman that checked us in just after 2:30 PM as we were made to wait until then to check in when he took over. It took 30 minutes on, hold to wait for a manager to process my refund for the pizza we never received.
- 3/5
However hotel not great. Room was dirty and even had blood on the lampshade and bed. The light in the bathroom wasn't working upon arrival and when the maintenance guy came to investigate it the lamp was full of dirty water (obviously leaked from above room). Bulb was changed and worked but was left with dirty smelly water in the bath. Air Con was also very loud and was unable to alter settings. Breakfast was minimal with only cold options. Wasn't even the cheapest hotel in the area so wouldn't stay again.
- 3/5
1. The ice machine on the 4th floor looks like rotting through the floor and causing a disgusting odor all through the floor by the elevator 2. False advertising for parking. If you pay for tor the parking yourself it’s $30 per day. If you pay for the parking through the hotel they charge you $38 a day. Otherwise, large bright rooms. Value for $$ is fair especially given the location.
- 3/5
Breakfast was completely prepackaged, not even any danish, or creamer (just milk) for the coffee. Room was very small and headboards were peeling. Got the job done for a place to sleep after the baseball game, but not fantastic. Bed was comfortable but folks in the neighboring room were talking all night which interrupted my sleep. Rooms are not soundproof. I could even hear them peeing.
- 5/5
The staff were amazing. Obviously it’s an older building, hello it’s Baltimore, but it was very clean. I stayed one night on a whim. For the price, it was a total gem. Location wise to value.

It’s fine for the convenience of being across the street from the convention center. But there’s old beard hair on the bathroom counter. Bathtub a little dirty. And i overheard the customer in front of me say someone was given a key to their room (before they moved in assume). So now im afraid a stranger will accidentally be given a key to my room tonight.

Great location-clean and friendly staff.

The guy at the front desk was so friendly and full of energy. The room was nice and had everything needed except a hair dryer. Convenient to the harbor.
- 5/5
Great location, close to everything

Front desk staff were fantastic! Unfortunately I didn’t get the room I wanted but it was not a big issue for me. I did see a cockroach near the elevator which was very surprising. Other than that the hotel was very nice.

Pool and restaurant closed. Free breakfast is just toast and cereal. Very limited breakfast.
- 2/5
On the positive side it is in a very good location close to good restaurants, the inner harbour of Baltimore. Baseball’s Camden Yard and Babe Ruth Museum.
- 3/5
Hotel was ok for a night. It didn’t look like the pool had been open all summer. Breakfast was cereal and toast. Only real positive was it was close to everything.
- 3/5
Great location and parking was easy. Everything else just ok. The hallway and our room had a moldy smell. Visible signs of water damage in the hallway, air conditioner had signs of mold. Beds were ok. Room smaller than pictured. Pool is closed. Breakfast was fruit cups and slices of bread in baggies. Rooms in serious need of new carpeting and decor.

Would stay again.

Buyer beware! I only wish I could rate this a 0 star. Upon check-in, our room was filthy, it was obvious that the room was not cleaned. It was downhill from there. While we did get a new room, the place was disgusting. It smelled like mold and there was no air throughout the facility. I refuse to walk barefoot in the room and in the shower I wore my crocs. Just shut this place down already.

Several amenities were not available.

The “breakfast” was coffee and toast. Not much to brag about and was a bit lack luster. The outside was a bit overgrown but all in all beautiful location
- 1/5
The entirety of the 5th floor smelled like cat pee, they had fans blowing to get rid of the smell but just made it worst. My keycard would not let me into the building and i had to wait for another guest to let me in late night as nobody was working in the lobby. There was no body soap and the bathroom door would get stuck. Probably the worst hotel ive stayed at.
- 4/5
It is a nice location, I came here for the concert, so the venue is right across which is very convenient for me. The only comment I had was the door to bathroom is a little bit hard to open after closing.
- 2/5
The cleanliness can be stepped wayyyy up. Liquid platters on the way, hair left behind, debris behind the bed and night stands. The bed was okay but the room was hot even when the air was turned all the way up. The water was cold in the morning and the hallway reeked of a mildew odor.

My mom and I stayed a single night for a concert. This hotel is just across the street from CFG Bank Arena, where the concert was being held, making the location very convenient. When we arrived for check in, the lobby was actually playing the music of the group we were seeing! What a welcome that was! The staff were friendly, helpful, and seemed to enjoy their jobs. The room was rather small but for a single night it was not a big deal. The air conditioning worked great, the beds were super comfortable and everything was clean. The breakfast didn’t really offer much variety, but the essentials were there. Overall this was a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay here again in the future!

The hotel was fine, the hallway that are room was on had a bad smell. Not sure if it was the rug or what but the room was clean and had no smell.

My list is too long for what I didn’t like so let’s go with what I did “like”… location is cool and not too far from the Inner Harbor. All within walking distance. The hotel felt dingy and not clean. So at the last minute I switched hotels and suffered for it. After I put down my deposit, I received an email at 2:30AM that the pool, hotel restaurant and coffee bar were all closed. How convenient with the projected extreme temperatures for the time frame I would be there. After walking from the adjacent parking garage, one can tell that the pool area and restaurant have not been cleaned nor used for awhile. There were weeds coming out from under the pool covering. Very disappointed… and still had to pay an additional $38/day for parking. I asked when checking in whether not having these amenities available will reduce the price and was told NO. I would not have stayed there had that information was mentioned on Expedia’s website prior to booking. Not worth the money. Didn’t even bother to utilize the continental breakfast. It definitely wasn’t my cup of tea. Will not be back.

It was average but I think the hotel needs some upgrades and could start with shampooing the rugs!

Dead bolt on room door improperly installed and would not lock; front desk very accommodating g and gave us a new room right away

Great place to stay if you want to walk to things to do in the city. Staff was helpful and friendly. Clean and basic hotel room. Our door stuck and made a loud popping noise to open. The sink was outside of the bathroom and not private. The bathroom didn’t have shelf or even a hook for clothing or other items that you didn’t want to get wet. For the price and location, it was worth it, though.

From start to finish this hotel was very disappointing. I don’t ever leave reviews but I feel like the way this one was advertised was very different than the service we got. I require handicap services but when you first pull up there is nothing indicating how someone with mobility needs can get in. Come to find out the only way in was around back in through the parking garage. We didn’t have a clear understanding as well that it was going to cost us an extra $40 to park. The hotel had a really bad smell throughout the hallways and the elevators were really gross. We wanted to purchase some bottles of water when we got there and they were all out. Our air conditioning in the room was turned up to the highest level but didn’t do a good job of cooling the room, and then in the morning we woke up to no hot water. The free breakfast was not well stocked and things that should have been cold were just sitting bowl of melted water. They didn’t seem to be adequately staffed and had no interest in helping us fix any of the problems except eventually they got the hot water back up and working. We probably won’t ever stay at a Days Inn again due to this poor service.

Bed sheets were durty and mold under the soap holder in the shower.

The Pool was out of order and the lady at the front desk on my check in day was not pleasant.

Staff was helpful and friendly! Room/bathroom was clean, overall great stay!

All good. Location and cleaniness fine but watch your bill. Things like parking and incidentials are alwawys messed up. Reservation was made on the web and $25 down payment required was required. This $25 credit was not applied and clerk said this was not her problem

Would suggest adding options

Location was why we chose it. Literally next door to the cfg arena for concert and only a 5 minute walk to the inner harbor. Only stayed a day, but parking is an extra cost probably because the parking garage is not actually part of the hotel. You can park where you like, but it's an added charge. Their breakfast is just two choices of cold cereal, toast and coffee. They could put a little more effort in it w/o too much extra cost (pop tart? Muffin? Boiled egg?) Otherwise, it was all we were looking for. Comfortable, clean, and convenient at a reasonable price.

The front desk staff was fantastic and friendly, however you could tell the cleaning staff hated their job. In our room, there was a hand print on the headboard, a cigarette butt on the floor, a small pile of toe nail clippings, and a wire from an underwire bra all found upon arrival. Also, our room had no shower curtain. We stayed for 2 nights and not once did any house keeping staff stop in. We ran out of toilet paper and ended up stealing some from a cart in the hall.

Chris at the front desk was a great help. Went above and beyond to make sure our family was taken care of. My son and I took off for the baseball game. So my wife and daughter asked Chris where he’d recommend for dinner and that was a safe walk. He gave them detailed recommendations and things of which to be mindful.

Great location only problem I have my Room had a smell to it I left the front desk-they didn’t do anything about it.

Everything was excellent. From the service to location. Walking distance to MANY different things Baltimore has to offer. The staff was very informative and friendly.

When I was checking, I noticed that the lobby had a mix of unpleasant odors, including what seemed to be the smell of marijuana. In addition to the poor air quality, there were loud, disrespectful words being used by individuals lingering in the area. I observed two people smoking what appeared to be weed near the lobby entrance, and one individual openly asking others for alcohol. Not safe!
