This place is the best in Fells Point. Everything is walkable and great food is down the street. Not to mention the coffee is great. Staff treated my two kids so well, made them feel at home.

Great location!

Phenomenal stay, clean gorgeous room,...
- 5/5
Room was very clean. Paying for parking is worth it during this time of year.
- 5/5
Absolutely gorgeous. Will definitely go back
- 5/5
We had a great time at the hotel. It is always beautifully maintained. We had a large group of people and due to the weather wound up hanging in the hotel. Eric was on duty that night and could not have been nicer or more accommodating. He was amazing and made our time even more enjoyable!
- 4.5/5
Great location. Room clean and comfy. Good breakfast and coffee machine available all day. Nice touch to have s’mores available in the evening. I had trouble with my TV, which wasn’t a major problem for me and I had to ring for a new hairdryer. This was resolved very fast.
- 5/5
Aside from a not so great hairdryer, we had a perfect stay. Comfortable, clean, and great location!
- 5/5
Great breakfast and the snacks in the afternoon were delicious! Would have liked a better view --

Dislike policy of charging for early check-in.. We are guests, if you have a room ready. Let guests check-in and get settled. Don't hit with extra fees. People are traveling and tired and appreciate the accomodation.

This hotel is the quintessential spot to enjoy Fell's Point! Waterfront experience meets entertainment convenience. I plan to book a room here again in the near future. The staff are courteous, patient, and accommodating and made me feel like I was coming home every night. The rooms are delightful and comforting with ample space to stretch out your body and your belongings. I did not have time to enjoy my complimentary breakfast, but it sure looked good!

Room comfort, location and staff were fantastic! (Our evening hostess, Tara was incredibly welcoming and informative.) We highly recommend and will be back when in the area. Those looking for easy access and something in walking distance to the historic waterfront with excellent food, music and culture.

- 3/5
Undisclosed fees, excessive charge for parking
- 5/5
The continental breakfast was well stocked, clean and fresh. They had the "make your own waffle" option and that is always a plus in my book.
- 4/5
Very good
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 5/5
Classy establishment, charming boutique-like inn. Gracious staff. Quiet, but also near shops, coffee places, walking paths along the water, etc.
- 5/5
A gem in Fells Point. The building has such character and the rooms are quaint, clean, spacious and attractive. The staff was fantastic, very friendly and offered some great dining suggestions in an area with an abundance of choices. Parking is safe and convenient, a couple of hundred steps from the hotel, in a gated lot. My only complaint would be the subpar continental breakfast. In a week of traveling, this was the only time I was left hungry after breakfast. The hotels.com listing indicated a buffet breakfast available at an extra charge, but this was not the case. There doesn’t seem to be a working kitchen of any kind on premise.
- 4/5
It's a great location on the Harbor...we like to go to the local places for breakfast...but it's a nice option. It's walkable to all the spots in Fells.
- 4/5
Nice hotel. Rooms are big. Great location.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel in good location
- 3/5
Mine faced the waterfront although all I could see was a chain link fence as the boardwalk was apparently closed for repairs My stay was significantly affected Negatively due the hotels failure to provide any housekeeping services. Apparently one is required to specifically request it in check in which is something I have never experienced in all my travels In addition it was impossible to get a plain cup of coffee out of the common coffee dispenser in the lobby. It apparently provided only specialty lattes etc and even that didn’t work 1 of my 2 days I might stay again but will be considering other options first
- 5/5
Really nice place. This was our third time staying here. Perfect location. Clean and great staff
- 5/5
I love this hotel, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Baltimore. Great rooms, awesome friendly helpful staff. Love all the amenities, A five star +
- 2/5
They nickel and dime you on the parking, on the fee of $25 for Wi-Fi and the gym . The person at the front desk would rather be anywhere but there. Weak electric car charging station. And only one. it wasn’t a fun experience. I cannot recommend it.
- 4/5
We were in a Harbor View room that was blocked by multiple chain link fences and a secure entrance gate to the moorings.
- 4/5
Toilet back up twice and shower went cold not a long shower
- 5/5
Great stay. Highly recommend !
- 5/5
Great location and a very historic setting. Rooms were comfortable, clean, and had character - though they could use an update in the future. Wonderful staff.
- 5/5
Clean, welcoming and very friendly staff. Great location, good sized room and very clean.

Great place to stay in Fells Point. Visited many times, always stay here- thank you!
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly. Very clean.

- 3/5
Hotel has only ground floor rooms so windows look right out on to sidewalk. Very little privacy. They also charge an additional $25/day for amenities they claim are complementary (WiFi, breakfast, coffee, etc.) Very annoying.
- 4.5/5
We enjoyed our time at the Inn at Henderson’s Wharf!
- 5/5
The water views and exceptionally friendly staff ! Breakfast was also beautiful
- 5/5
Excellent stay! The location was perfect - walkable to shops, restaurants, waterfront. Staff was amazing - every single staff person was so friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. I had to work a few hours and there was a nice desk in the room to do that. They have a breakfast and put out snacks in the afternoon. There is a nice outdoor sitting area. Really great stay. Highly recommend for anyone staying in Baltimore.
- 4.5/5
The continental breakfast was perfect way to start the day. The rooms were spacious and quiet. The bed was a little firm for me, but otherwise was fine.
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 5/5
The room was so spacious and we were able to get the harbor view. The front desk was fabulous and the Happy Hour was great. We so enjoyed our visit.

- 5/5
This is a must stay if in Fells Point!
- 2/5
The front desk agent Tara was great and the harbor view from the room was beautiful. The tv did not work and there was no one who could fix it during our stay.
- 5/5
Location is beautiful…nicely appointed rooms and wonderful staff
- 5/5
The hotel was clean, updated, in a nice setting on the water, great views, in a quiet residential neighborhood but just a couple blocks from local attractions-shops-restaurants-bakeries-bars! Continental breakfast and coffee in the morning were perfect! Freshly baked cookies in the evening were good too! Everyone working at the hotel was nice. The district manager and the person checking us in gave us advice on a few places to eat. I can’t think of anything!
- 5/5
The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was cozy, and the front desk staff were helpful and friendly!
- 5/5
Eric is the best!!!!! This is my second stay at this location in the last month. He worked both times. Super friendly and helpful. Quiet locations with nice views.
- 5/5
The staff was very attentive and willing to help.
- 5/5
The hotel is clean comfortable and the Staff is outstanding. Love The Fells Point area Check in is four pm. We arrived and checked in at a quarter to two and the room was ready for occupancy. We were charged an additional thirty dollars for early check in. We have stayed here many times over the years and have never been charged for the early entry before. The front desk told us it’s company policy. We are not happy for the additional fee.
- 4/5
They charge for the continental breakfast. And for parking.

- 4/5
The hotel was at a good location close to the harbor and its attractions but far enough away that it was quiet as well. The staff were exceptional friendly, professional, and very helpful. The rooms were good, we had a great view of the harbor. There were several good breakfast and dinner places near by. The breakfast was OK. There was construction going on which is always distracting. Part of the surroundings were roped off.
- 5/5
The location, the room and the breakfast.
- 5/5
The hospitality!! Made us feel like family— what a special place— I’ll be back for sure
- 5/5
Really lovely stay- clean and very helpful staff!
- 5/5
Have stayed here a few times cause our daughter lives across street it is a wonderful place to stay with great location, staff and services
- 1/5
Breakfast is not great, didn't have our "amenities" we get charged daily for so had to personally ask.
- 5/5
Beautiful location and a great stay. Eric at the front desk was great!
- 5/5
Fantastic location. Great staff. Nice breakfast bar. A little outdated bathroom.
- 5/5
Amazing place located in a great area. Would stay again.
- 5/5
Very nice, clean, cosy room looking out onto the harbor. Staff is always super friendly, and I love that coffee is available 24/7! Can’t beat the location either.
- 4/5
Great location and very friendly staff!
- 5/5
Lots of shops and restaurants Quiet
- 5/5
we had a great visit. perfect location in fells point. the views! we will be back!
- 5/5
Nice staff, great accommodations! Close walking distance to restaurants and bars. Beautiful harbor view!
- 4/5
Everything except the surprise service charge I got at the end. Facilities Service charge
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
Parking is across the street at the marina amd is easily accesible. At the time of this review, parking cost $36 for 24 hours with in/out access. A short 5 minute walk takes you to Thames St., which boasts a lot of restaurants and shops.
- 5/5
Amazingly nice staff
- 5/5
Very nice
- 5/5
Beautiful old hotel in Fells Point. The staff was super friendly and the rooms incredibly comfortable. This will be our go to hotel from now on in the Baltimore area!
- 3/5
Fantastic hotel. Very clean and Nostalgic
- 5/5
Staff extremely nice. Good recommendations for restaurants.
- 5/5
Clean, convenient, personable staff.
- 5/5
The tv remote was sort of tricky to figure out. Also, paying for parking is annoying
- 5/5
Location is excellent rooms are really nice. Very good value. Staff very friendly have stayed here before and we will continue to book here when in Bmore
- 5/5
Very nice hotel!bamazing view of the harbor. A little worn in some spots, but nothing crazy. Staff was very nice! Breakfast was very light: yogurt, fruit bagels. The coffee machine was excellent!! I would stay again!
- 3/5
It was nice but needs to have room service/food, a bar, more than 2 ice machines, cups/glasses in the rooms...very nice place but out of date. You have a beautiful outside deck/area and do nothing with it?
- 5/5
I loved room 121. It was a beautiful architecture and view. Very quiet and comfortable. The hosts were super friendly, offered us a check in drink, but I was almost late for my BYOB Urban Pirate cruise, so I had to decline. There is a bakery right around the corner, and lots of great food and shopping to walk to. I was there to enjoy the old town walks and shops and I sure did!
- 5/5
This super cute hotel is located on a dead end street on a harbor. Which is very pretty and quiet. The lobby is decorated really nicely. The front desk lady diamond was super sweet when I was checking in. I was served with a free check-in cocktail. Front desk clerk Cory was also exceptionally nice and helpful during my stay. The hotel offers breakfast daily and it is adequate. I really enjoyed the fruit parfait and granola every day. But it was stocked with hard-boiled eggs, bagels, muffins, coffee, and tea selection. The location was perfect for my stay. Walkable to many restaurants and sites. My room was clean and classically designed.
- 5/5
Didn’t love fenced off walkway, smelly bushes in courtyard, broken door on bathroom. Pros WAY exceeded the cons.
- 5/5
Large, comfortable room.
- 5/5
When I’m visiting Baltimore, this is my go-to hotel. Staff is always amazing!
- 5/5
Our stay at the Inn at Henderson's Wharf exceeded our expectations. The staff was very personable and warm and created a fun atmosphere in the lobby. And the location felt tucked away but still close to everything.
- 5/5
My husband was having surgery nearby and I found this hotel to be a lovely little respite to come home to each evening. I treated myself to a waterfront room which could not have been more peaceful and serene. Perfect simple breakfast, great area.
- 5/5
Loved walking into the beautifully decorated lobby. Eric greeted us, although our room wasnt quite ready at check-in we were able to relax with a fresh baked cookie and iced tea. There was also coffee and tea available as well. Our room was upgraded to a pier/water view which did not disappoint. We found Scrabble in the lobby and enjoyed a glass of wine. This property had a fun history and is walking distance to Fells Point with many shops and restaurants.
- 5/5
Secure parking lot nearby.
- 4/5
The only thing we didn’t like was the surprise $30 per day parking fee. But the hotel is excellent. Safe, quiet, lovely and attentive staffing. The room was absolutely gorgeous with a great view of the harbor. Would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
This was my third stay at the property. I travel here monthly for work, and this has become my go to place to stay. Diamond at the front desk is the absolute best! Coffee machine is great Missed my parfait at breakfast
- 5/5
The staff was amazing, helpful and so kind. It’s a beautiful place right on the water with plenty of places to eat nearby. The breakfast in the morning was just enough and the coffee machine in the lobby was a pleasant surprise with many options to choose from. Room was a little hot but we received a fan quickly upon request. Had a great stay here.
- 5/5
Second time staying here - absolutely lovely.
- 5/5
Shout out to Ms. Sharon and the reception staff. Very hospitable, kind and professional. Thank you.
- 5/5
I stay here a lot because my daughter lives nearby. Love the new expresso machine in the lobby!
- 5/5
Our check-in experience was absolutely amazing. Diamond greeted us at the front desk with such kindness. She went above and beyond to help us check-in and find restaurants in the area that were good. She made us cocktails during happy hour in the lobby as well. She is a keeper and a wonderful first impression of our experience.
- 3/5
This is a great location with great restaurants and bars within walking distance. The staff was great and super friendly. Not sure if I would stay here again though. The bed was old and very uncomfortable. The toilet made a loud weird noise, the pipe in the shower also made a screeching sound when turning on. Also the room is very dark even with all lamps on and since our room was on the first floor we had to have the blinds closed. We will probably look for a different hotel next time we are in Baltimore.
- 5/5
Kenny was amazing. The night lady was kind of rude.
- 5/5
Visit to Charm City with friends
- 5/5
Nice place for relaxation.very quiet,good view.complementary all day.excellent hotel.
- 5/5
Great staff and accommodations! Fantastic location!!!
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and courteous. The view out our window was fabulous....I mean, who wouldn't want to sit in a beautiful chair that overlooks the water and all the beautiful yachts!!! The cobblestone roads by the hotel were so quaint! We would definitely recommend The Inn at Henderson's Wharf to everyone and will stay there again when in Baltimore!!
- 5/5
Excellent property! Quiet, great location in the heart of fells point & Chesapeake bay. Near great restaurants & coffee shops.super friendly staff, very clean. Breakfast was fantastic!
- 2/5
We have stayed at this property for close to ten years and have witnessed its slow and steady decline. Sadly the prices remain high, currently as high as the local Four Seasons despite the fact that the armoire’s hardware was mix-matched, the upholstery on the bench was stained, the armoires was half blocking a painting, the towels were thin, and the walls were scuffed.
- 5/5
Nice place! Very friendly staff!
- 5/5
Wry nice property in lovely Fells Point. Clean property, nice rooms and very comfy beds. Great night sleep. Minor TV issue, but a tech showed up in 10 mins to fix. Nice continental breakfast in the AM. 100% would stay there again
- 5/5
The staff were amazing and kind.
- 4/5
Diaappointed. Stayed here long ago and was excited. Our room was a bit in need of some attention: matress very worn with large center dip, bathroom needs a spruce. Nice staff great location
- 5/5
Check in was easy and the girl was great. Coffee machine and in lobby was also very nice.
- 5/5
It was a great find
- 5/5
Nice water view in spacious 2 Queen beds room and quiet ambience within walking distance to excellent dinning options. Onsite secured paid self parking is right at the front of the hotel. Good hospitality.
- 5/5
On the water. View from our room. Real furniture. Very nice, location great for shops and restaurants and boats
- 4/5
Great
- 2/5
TV didn’t work, bathroom was dirty and was charged hidden fees, staff changed late check out fee from $30 to &50 after was told $30. Was charged $19.90 service fee for nothing
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel with lovely rooms and great view! Staff was amazing.
- 5/5
Beautiful facility. Will stay there again
- 5/5
We loved our stay at Henderson’s Wharf! The staff is so friendly and accommodating and we loved the historic atmosphere. There are plenty of fun restaurants and bars to walk to in Fells Point. Highly recommend and we will be back!

Property is located right on the water. It's classic and the neighborhood is very walkable
- 5/5
Great location, warm staff, very clean, quiet.
- 4/5
Nice location
- 4/5
The last day there was no hot water.
- 5/5
We always love staying at the Inn. Very friendly staff - quiet - nice breakfasts and great beds. We love to see the harbor and walk to the bakery on the corner.
- 5/5
Right on the water. Very helpful staff, no matter what concerns they were there.
- 3/5
Was fine. Super creeky
- 5/5
the room was comfy
- 5/5
Unique prpert. Frindly excellent svc
- 5/5
I like the open space of the room as well as the open brick. You feel secluded in your room and cant hear anything around you. Staff was friendly. Great area, many places to eat within a five minute walk
- 5/5
Staff is always friendly and love the walkability to restaurants and bars
- 5/5
The staff was excellent and very friendly
- 4/5
We did have to ask for a blanket and toilet paper. Our room didn’t have extras. The front desk staff was very prompt in supplying them. Our shower didn’t work great, but just needed to be serviced. The bathroom was clean and the room was too. Overall it was a very nice stay and we would go back.
- 4/5
Nice property overall. Like the secure parking although entry/exit is not efficient. Would be nice to just use room key for entry and exit. Unless system was just down during my stay.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel with very nice rooms. Big thing, it’s quiet!!
- 5/5
Very nice hotel. I very pleased with our room. Great location
- 5/5
The hotel is right next to the water and convenient to check in, park, and to find our room. Try clean, spacious rooms and courteous staff. We’ll come back again.
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 5/5
Great location, wonderful staff and big room
- 5/5
Close to where we needed to be. Quiet and pleasant. Nice views of the water.
- 5/5
Quiet beautiful location close to all the fells point spots
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
nice hotel.
- 5/5
Very nice room on the water in Fells Point.
- 5/5
Lovely hotel, close to lovely restaurants
- 4/5
Lovely location. Staff friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
Very nice
- 3/5
Nothing was unique except the location.
- 5/5
The hotel was beautiful
- 5/5
Not wild about the parking lot
- 3/5
I'll start by saying the staff were all very friendly, courteous and helpful. Our room was lovely, large, clean and nicely decorated with lots of storage space. The continental breakfast that was included as our VIP reward free to everyone. The secure self parking on site was a bonus. On the improvement suggestion side, in the room there was only one paper cup for the coffee maker and no glassware for drinking. The front desk was very accommodating in getting us wine and water glasses when we requested them. There were also no robes or slippers as advertised on the hotel website which also lists a cocktail on reception, and a manager's social, neither were available on the two nights we were there. Hopefully it was an off weekend
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel with friendly, quick service. Quiet but close to shops and restaurants
- 5/5
It’s a nice place with very friendly staff and comfortable rooms. I’d definitely go back.
- 5/5
I loved this gem of a place! Stunning views, good safe parking, comfortable room with charm. The wooden shutter windows opened to a fabuluous view! I loved this hotel as much as I loved Fells Point! I enjoyed walking around the streets with families walking chikdren & dogs on the wonderful waterfront paths! Some of the reviews I read made me iffy but Im so glad I gave it a try! I will return when in Baltimore on business
- 5/5
The only cons were that the room was a little cold even when we adjusted the thermostat but I’d rather be cold than hot so it wasn’t a big deal. And lastly, we asked the front desk to arrange a taxi to take us to the airport and we were told by the front desk it would be a meter cab which cost us about $40 coming from the airport. When the cab arrived, he said it would not be a meter but rather a flat rate of $55. Again, not a big deal bc it was just a $15 difference, just annoying bc we had been told otherwise. I would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend!
- 5/5
Property was very nice with view and beds were super comfortable. Easy parking and close to restaurants, shops.
- 4/5
The hotel and the location are really nice. However, the staff wasn't friendly. The person in charge of breakfast was quite rude and when I complained she first said 'you are the second person to say I'm rude' and then she added: 'I am not rude'.
- 5/5
The continental breakfast offered an array of filling options. A very nice hotel.
- 5/5
Awesome stay
- 5/5
staff was super friendly & area was nice & quite. I would totally stay there again.
- 4/5
The area and hotel were beautiful! BEWARE OF HIDDEN FEES! Parking is $25/night and there are hotel “service” fees also $25. That’s an extra $50/night that was not clearly stated when we booked the room.
- 5/5
Lovely room in a quiet part of Fells Point. Secure parking a plus!
- 5/5
And the staff are truly amazing
