The Front Desk Staff is exceptional - welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The room was nice. Only the closet door was a little rickety. The restaurant staff was also very good.

Room fine. Bed good. Had much better breakfasts in Super 8s at a fraction of the cost. Breakfast was at a Ststbucks expensive with an egg croissant that had the consistency of rubber.

The check-in staff, Hassan, provided poor and inhospitable attitude service at the reception desk. On entry for check-in I greeted him with a good evening, but his response was irritable, snaeky and unpleasant. He immediately requested my name to complete the check-in process, did not offer any water or other general hotel information. When I asked about parking, he point to a small QR code sign on the desk with not context to help or assist.

Check in was okay. The guy that checked me in was great. There was another guy, maybe the manger on duty, when I checked in (Feb 4, 330 to 4pm) that wasnt friendly. Nice view out my window.

Amenities were non existent and parking was pretty high for someone who was paying already to stay at the hotel.

Staff was great. Unfortunately, a lot of loud talking in the hallways on my first night and a loud “housekeeping “ shout woke me up on the second night.

The location is very convenient and there are many restaurants and a good supermarket (Whole Foods) nearby for easy meal. Facilities are well organized and the facility can deliver microwave when needed. The lounge is quite and clean to work, and there are computer and printer available. The bed seems to have a moderate amount of allergens, particularly dust mites. My eyes were pink and I had nasal congestion in the room.

Location is great, parking is easy. Front desk staff was incredibly kind. Our only gripes were that the bedsheets are SO thin and we were freezing all night- a blanket would be nice to add! Rooms are sort of dated, but when you’re just sleeping there, it doesn’t matter much.

The hotel was horribly outdated, dark and dirty. The service was not good. The only positive I can say is that it was in a good location, but that having been said, there are plenty of other hotels in that area to choose from.

Did not have grab bars at the toilet as advertised om their website. The restaurant was closed for dinner that week and we weren't notified.

Parkiing situation very confusing and difficult to access simply to pay. If you want my money for something - make it easy as possible and enough with collecting unnecessary information and demanding unnecessary "accounts". I don't want or need your account, I just want to pay and be done with it. Better still, stop fragmenting and segmenting your services among myriad rando companies and just let me pay for the parking, etc. on my bill. (I do not care if this method is not your core competence or does not maximally monetize your poor and confusing services (like the parking here).

The hotel is beautifully located in Baltimore, to reach anything you would want to do. We were staying specifically to be close to John Hopkins University Hospital. One of the most stressful events in anyone’s life is major surgery. The incredible staff took care of us, and provided us the peace, and tranquility we needed before major surgery. Their sense of humor, their attentiveness, and empathy are rare in this world. I cannot say enough, good things about the general manager, deputy general manager, the front desk, team. Oh, and a wonderful bartender who made a great martini. I highly recommend this hotel.

By home away from home- and always never lets me down- the staff are always friendly and welcoming and the place is so convenient to the water and my Irish pub and the water taxi is just around the corner and the deli next door has good reasonable food if you don't want to dine out. And the cinema is at the corner next to an icecream shop- what else does one need?

Basic hotel nothing special but nice area

Staff was friendly, the area is nice and contains good shopping and dining within walking distance. The parking garage is okay and contains an elevator to the hotel but only to the lobby. All in all I would stay here again.

Perfect for a quick weekend stay and a nice affordable option below 4-5 star hotels. Easy to travel to and from around downtown Baltimore.

The stay was great, approved early check in and late check out. Parking was not expensive and the employees were kind.

Didn’t hear a lot of noise from other guests/rooms but street noise was loud.

The location was perfect for our stay. A 10 minute drive from the main inner harbor attractions. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating to resolve an issue with our room.

This hotel is in need of a renovation. The rooms are old and dirty. The carpet is smelly and worn. We found bottle caps and orher trash in the room. The air barely worked. Thank goodness we brought a fan. This is not what we expected at all. Most of their properties are nice amd updated.

Great last minute stay. Room was clean everyone who I encountered was super friendly and check in and check out was a breeze. Enjoyed getting wine one night and a basic breakfast and Starbucks coffe was good. Parking was easy you can’t beat this location. I felt safe walking around inner harbor during the day and great restaurants all around loved walking to fells point for a Sunday morning coffee and breakfast. Would stay here again.

Great location, parking was expensive.

I came up for the Orioles-Blue Jays game and was blown away by the customer service. My room was exactly in the area I requested, plus it was clean and comfy. Hotel clerk gave me a water bottle upon check-in. There was a party next door to my room at night, but within five minutes, security had them leaving the room. Parking instructions were very clear and parking was easy. I liked staying here because it was also close to Little Italy and I felt safe. Will definitely give the Courtyard Inner Harbor first looks when coming back to the Charm City!

Average. The mobile key doesn’t work, it’s basically a gimmick and the front desk person was honest about it. The AC had a mind of its own regardless of the temperature I set. There were constant street noises. The walls were super thin and I could hear the phone alarms of the people in nearby rooms.

My stay was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and very welcoming of my pup that came along for the stay. The only problem I had with the room was I saw a big cockroach crawling on the nightstand next to the bed. But my stay was peaceful aside from that.

Good location for visitors to shows at Pier 6. Parking was convenient in the attached garage, but the hotel did not discount the rate.
