    Everything, the rooms are clean & spacious. They have a nice pool area & it’s always clean. The hotel is in a nice area. I was very satisfied with my stay there. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing a nice place to stay . It’s quiet & peaceful.

    Breakfast albeit a continental one sucked. Weak apple juice and a tiny very cheap cinnamon roll. Fresh paint and flooring but cigarette burns in sheets and on faux marble shower enclosure and first opened door it smelled od cigarettes...this is a non smoking hotel. At the low price it's ok.

    Hotel promotes no smoking and there will be a fine of 250 if you do. First room shown smelled like cigarettes it was literally coming out the walls the smell. The second room they tried to accommodate and it still smelled like cigarettes. Instantly gave my husband a migraine. Who wants to sleep like that! If you are a person who just wanted a place to sleep for that night do not waste your money unless you like sleeping through cigarettes smell.

    The room was clean but there was no working ice machine. Breakfast consisted of a couple of honey buns even the coffee machine was broken. People sat outside our room all night I don't think I'd come back.

    Room smelled like weed smoke. Only thing the clerk told me on check in was no smoking and no drugs, then I entered the room and it reeked of weed smoke. The toilet was also broken. Went back to the office to let her know and she denied what I was telling her. This is 30 mins after checking in. Two nights I stayed because I prepaid and no one ever came to fix the toilet, which overflowed sometime in the 2nd night. Staff doesnt care. Room stank. Broken toilet with no repair. Bout sums it up.

    No Bedding on the bed, just a sheet, there was a roach on the side table, people are always lurking around all night walking back and forth, couple drug deals. There was duct tape on the curtains smoke detector ripped off door didn’t lock. Will not be back.

    Every time I come down to Houston from my vacation home, I’ll stop at the Regency. It’s OK and the staff are awesome but just be careful with that little Indian lady in the front she is a handful. She talk mess, but she’s only trying to get everybody straightened up she act like she wanna be somebody mama everybody else cool

    but around the kitchen and desk had small roaches pop up randomly. And the bathroom vent fan didn’t work. Apparently they knew about the exhaust fan because the day we were leaving maintenance knocked on our door to come fix it. (I was going to report about the exhaust when I was checking out) also just had a couple dummies hanging around outside which made me feel my room or car could get broken into when I’m not around it. Don’t leave anything expensive inside room.

    The hotel did not have a hot tub as advertised. The rooms were dirty . Our toilet was broke the entire time we were there and they came twice to fix it . The room was nothing like the pictures showed on the website . They seemed to cater more to local people who didn’t have anywhere else to stay . Everyone we came back out key didn’t work and had to be reset and they asked if I paid for anthor night . The breakfast had no juice only water coffee and frozen waffles oh and some stale cereal and aldi pre wrapped muffins . The pool was disgusting and hasn’t been cleaned . I would aka for a refund but it clearly states no refunds now I know why .

    First room we were in had mold on the wall and the carpet in the room was wet. It had a molded smell. The next room we had to get the front desk person to open our door cause the key mechanism was messed up. Their continental breakfast was honey buns. Then they said the only days you could get anything was on the weekends. It was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at and we will never stay there again even if it is free.

    It was good. When we arrived there were people wondering around the parking lot randomly. It was a late arrival, so, it was already 11:30 pm. The room was good. There was a random burnt mark on the wall the size of a volleyball, near the door just over the electrical outlet. This was a bit concerning, but we just did not use that plug, so not really a big deal, other than appearance wise.

    The lobby stinks of a musky smell.The room stinks of the same.The safety lock on the door has been removed! The pillows are in need of finding a trash can!I The flush handle on the toilet is broken. The carpet has not seen a vacuum cleaner in a while. Parking lot full of thugs all night making noise and doing what ever. I was charged more at check in than the total was on hotels.com, do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere!

    I had booked 2 nights but that was before i discovered how horrible this was going to be! The carpet & sofa had terrible stains along with cigarette burn holes in the linen & i found dead cockroaches in the furniture!! I told them at the front desk also those i had killed as in very live ones, tissues in hand to show proof & took photos yet they offered no refund nir even cared! Then the next morning after having killed another roach, told this other Staff...i wanted a full refund for both nights since they charged me upon entry yet ge only gave me 1 night refund & i only stayed 1 night....yet for rhis horrible experience i thought the least they coukd do is give me a full refund! This was a dreadful experience & yet they showed no sympathy nor even an effort to fix this i had to request the refund srveral times & show them proof & photos. Please, see to it this Regency Inn & Suites on Garth Rd Baytown TX, is taken off your list esp through Planet Fitness with whom i am a Member of. They must be shut down to have these bugs exterminated & rooms be sterilized & cleaned befor ever offering service to the public, again! This was a shock filled Nightmare!

    Dear Regency Inn Suites Management, I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. I stayed for four nights, during which I experienced multiple issues that were not only inconvenient but also entirely unacceptable. Firstly, on two occasions, I was locked out of my room due to a non-functioning key card. The second incident occurred at 1:30 AM. Despite contacting the Baytown Police Department for assistance, no one was able to help me access my room. I was subsequently asked to sleep in my car until hotel management became available. This is completely unacceptable and reflects a severe lack of responsiveness and customer care. Secondly, during my stay, my car was broken into while parked in your hotel’s parking lot. My tools were stolen, causing significant inconvenience and financial loss. When I asked for security footage, I was informed that only the owner has access to the surveillance system. This lack of immediate access to crucial security footage is highly concerning and suggests a serious lapse in the hotel’s security protocols. These incidents collectively demonstrate a severe deficiency in both customer service and security at your establishment. I expect a prompt response addressing these issues and an explanation of the measures you will take to prevent such occurrences in the future. Additionally, I believe I am entitled to compensation

    Overall decent property needs updating missing, updated charging terminals microwaves, and overall just older outdated furnishings, but very clean. I would stay here again. The only other issue there was went down for breakfast and by the time I got there a little after eight everything was gone. So, perhaps monitoring the breakfast, would ensure food for all guests

    This hotel is more for someone just needing to stay somewhere overnight. The breakfast was mediocre at best; toast, milk, cereal, juice and some muffins. Parking is VERY limited. Otherwise it was a clean space, spacious rooms, and lots of restaurants around.

    The property had roaches in the room. It was hard to reach someone at the front desk and it’s a bunch of cats that hang around the parking lot. The breakfast was horrible
