First time staying at this location it was wonderful.

The room was clean. Very classy environment and the food was good. Parking was easy and staff was helpful.

I wasn’t able to stay they couldn’t find my reservation and I couldn’t get a room that night.

Long drive and I arrived slightly early. Diya helped getting room for me and in status of travel program.

I thought the breakfast was included, but it wasn't so I didn't eat any breakfast at the hotel. Please let people know why booking the room, that breakfast isn't included. My room was clean, comfortable, the staff was nice and the room was a good size. The hotel was very quiet, nicely decorated and very clean.

Room was very clean but we had a problem with a very loud air conditioner, they moved us to another room, even louder, then they basically told us to just deal with it. I had to use noise canceling ear buds to sleep

Everything was great! Breakfast was a little confusing in the way it worked because they serve you the buffet and it didn’t get as cold as I liked in the rooms but those were minor things. The staff was really nice and helpful.

I had 2 rooms there and I had a puppy in each room one is a service one is a motion support dog so at the end of my stay and when I’m almost arriving home, I noticed that they charge my credit card for the room. I was staying in for a dog and I immediately emailed the manager then I noticed about a couple hours later they charged me for the second room. She did refund the first room, but at that point I was like you should have asked when I checked out, were there any pets because of my understanding as long as you have papers on your pet then you would not be charge, other than that, the hotel was very nice. The staff was great. My room was lovely.

Our room was OK. The shower had mold coming up on the outside wall. Not sure why there’s never exhaust in hotel bathrooms. The people above us walked heavy, footed almost all night long. Not sure what was going on. They left about 6 AM. Or went to bed.

The stay was what I needed as a low cost alternative for an overnight stay. In fact it was better than most comparable hotels.

I like that the process of booking my hotel is easy. The service when I arrived was good. No major concerns overall. Not a major concern. However, I wasn’t aware that even if you pay for the hotel stay in full before arriving. When checking in you still have to put a deposit down for potential damages. This needs to be known ahead of time before renting a room

This is one of my locations, I frequent often. The receptionist at check. She was rude and invasive. She asked unnecessary questions about my relationship to my partner. Specifically she asked if he was my son, were the same race so that would be impossible.

The Location The first hotel clerk gave a room that had portable fans pointing at the bed and it stanked!!! The room was not ready. The hotel maid freaked out and said y’all can’t be in here. We were going to an event and had to change. We went down and talked to the first clerk and she apologized and change our rooms. When came back our luggage was supposed be moved, but it wasn’t. So we had to go back to that terrible room.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was nice. I have no complaints outside of the RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL MAINTENANCE FOOL. However, the Manager Ms. Veronica was exceptional and handled the situation with grace and professionalism, which I appreciated greatly. So over our stay was great..

The room was pristine. I enjoyed the complimentary coffee, and the kuerig coffee maker was great! The bed was so comfortable. The first night of absolutely amazing sleep I have had in a very long time. Will be going back in the future!

Check in was fast and staff was awesome. Hotel is in a nice area and close to restaurants and gas stations.

My husband and I stayed here almost 2 years ago. Nothing like then now, sadly. We were hoping to have a great nights’ rest but all we heard were the coming and goings of other guests as the walls are paper thin. We were also guests to our neighbors’ x-rated escapades wee into the night. Gross. The bed was sunken in and there was hair in our sink. I believe we will arrange for a different stay next time we are in that area because people like us (over 40) just gotta have a nice bed to sleep on and this place is just not cutting it anymore. I expected more from the Hilton but what do I expect in this day and age? 😔

Property was good good location, new and clean I do not like the simple fact that the manager or whoever was there in the front would not let us check in after they had told us that we were able to check in early and they did not and then the day of checkout they wanted us out by 12 and they call me. There will be kind of rude that we had to be out by 12 but I told him I could not. I had a get out by one and they still charge me $15 and it was kind of upsetting Other than that. The facilities is nice and clean.

It looks nice good location I did not like the customer service where it was time to check in and they kept lying to us and on the day of checkout they wanted us out by 12 and lady called me just to argue about get out by 12 cause we got somebody else coming and I was able to tell him that we cannot and they just charge us another $15 to stay till 1pm

They cleaned the room every other day. I had to call and go get towels. When they did clean it they broke the blinds where they couldn't be lowered. Then they set the alarm clock for 3 am.

Only stayed one night but the hotel was fine.

This was the third time in less than a month that we stayed at this hotel, but this last one was not the best experience. The bed and the pillows needed to be replaced as soon as possible on the first floor. You sank into the mattress and the pillows were so flat, no support at all. Although the lady at the front desk was very nice and got us another room right away which was way better than the previous one.

It allow us for a late check in and they were very quick and friendly.

I liked everything

Front desk personnel spoke softly which made it hard to hear her. She also wrote our room number in light yellow ink which we could not see to read and didn’t realize till we got to our floor. Had to go back and ask what our room number was. Inconvenient after a long day on the road.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was spotless clean and very comfortable and quiet. There might be a bit of traffic but the area alwas chill and quiet. 10/10 highly recommend.

I stayed here one night during my vacation. It was such a good stay that I convinced my boyfriend for us to stay an extra night. The beds were super comfortable, the room was clean and the staff was super friendly. The only thing I would recommend is requesting to stay on the top floor. The floors are thinner so you can hear every foot step if the person above you is inconsiderate. I do plan on staying here again and recommend anyone else to as well.

We were there for construction work and the place was booked solid and couldn't book more rooms for my technicians.

I checked in at around 5pm . I left to go was my truck and visit with my family. I returned at 8 pm and the room was cold. I turned the heat on and got nothing. I called down to the front desk and she sent up the maid. The said it was not working and she told them at the front desk. I asked about the maintenance man and I was told he left at 5pm and would return until the next day. They asked me what the could do about the problem and I suggested they cut the room fee and they offered me a free breakfast and I declined.i didn’t feel it was fair to me to pay full price for a room with no heat. I suggested they should have a supervisor check each room after cleaning to make sure everything was working properly. They just looked as if that was too much trouble for them.

The hotel and our accommodations were very clean. The staff were so helpful and pleasant.

The sliding barn door to the bathroom gives you zero privacy. I wish hotels would move away from this trend.

Clean room.

We stayed on the third floor. The folks on the floor above us were loud and it sounded unlike other hotel stays w people above us. We cld hear everything? It made it difficult to sleep. Not sure if it’s a construction thing—haven’t experienced this before, but get a room on the 4th floor!

Very clean, modern, as well as updated room. Our hotel had excellent AC, and we were impressed highly by the breakfast in the lobby. Very descent price for a hotel that is relatively close to downtown Houston, and very convenient to other towns/cities. The staff had impeccable customer service, a sense of urgency, as well as warm and welcoming hospitality. 10/10. Highly recommend.

Im in town for early medical testing. Chose to stay here as it is minutes from medical facility. At check in was greeted with enthusiasm. Beautiful property! There was a very strange smell when entering. Heard it said they were exterminateing. Room was very nice and clean. When I entered my room TV was on with a greeting. Only worked about an hr. Then off and on throughout the evening. I was on 3rd floor. I dont know who was upstairs but very noisey. Pillows were the most horrible ive ever encountered! No rest at all which was needed due to long painful day of medical test. For the price charged i at the very least expected comfort. As for the room minus tv issues at least very nice and clean.

The place is very clean and well kept. I made reservation in advance for a room with 2 queen bed since we are a family of 4. When I checked in, I was told the room was sold out and not available. They can only give me a room with 1 king bed. This is very inconvenience as we would like our spaces. I was unable to book for another place to stay in the surrounding area as all room with double queen bed was sold out for that weekend.
