    When checking in, I felt that the staff couldve been more friendlier. The carpet in the room was sticky & gross. They room had a wierd smell. When taking a shower the water doesnt get hot. Breakfast was decent & there was a lot of parking available.

    The hotel needs to fix the doors on the rooms. When someone goes in or out they let the door close and it slams shut. So, all night long you are awakened by slamming doors. I complained to management and based on their lack of response they seem to not care. I recommend staying elsewhere.

    Hotel added a $150 pet charge to my corporate credit card. After following up with the hotel, they insisted that I checked in with two large dogs that I don't even own. Caused numerous problems with my employer. Took almost a week to get cleared up.

    We've stayed at a lot of Hampton Inns over the years and have always thought they were a nice place to stay and a cut above many hotel chains. This place did not really live up to the Hampton name. It looked run down with pealing wallpaper and grungy looking carpets. It needs a fresh coat of paint and some attention to details. I wouldn't classify it as a dump but it is definitely not up to the standards I am used to seeing at Hampton Inns.

    Checking into the hotel was pretty easy. I was able to pay cash for the hotel and a cash deposit which I did receive back the next day when checking out. I was very dissatisfied when I found out that I was put on the third floor with no operating elevator. I had to walk up and down the stairs every time I wanted to leave and had to carry all my bags upstairs and back down. Very inconvenient. The toilet had stains on it. The mirror had writing on it. The cover to the Kleenex box was very rusted and falling apart. The TV did not work properly. The only thing I could watch was Tubi. The towels that I received in my room were very small. I had little to no soap in the bottle that are complementary at the hotel. Luckily I brought some. Overall, I give this hotel a 3.

    My biggest complain with Expedia is you advertised on your site for Hampton Inn the pet fee is $50 per stay but when I checked into the hotel it was $75 per pet which I have two dogs. I had to pay an additional $100 to stay here. Management told me when booking through a third party your info on your site is not correct. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND I EXPECT EXPEDIA TO REIMBURSE ME MY $100 ADDITIONAL FEE I HAD TO PROVIDE!

    Also I and some of my family members got stuck in the elevator upon my stay worst experience ever . We called the front desk night staff was so rude we explained to her we were stuck she said loudly " MA'AM I'M TRYING TO GET YOU OUT ". and hung up on me after sitting in there for about 15 to 20 minutes she opens the door and tells us are y'all going to use the elevator are walk the stairs, we walked the stairs but wow what consideration, no " are you guys ok sorry for the inconvenience " no concern at all....

    Took almost 45 mins to figure out how to get us checked in and keys. They had another guest that had his key work on the wrong room and his stuff was locked in. Staff was generally rude and not helpful. We will never be back to this hotel. They allow homeless people to loiter and there was one lady sleeping in her car and trying to talk to my kids. Smh.

    We came in for a funeral didn't get in until late about 11:30 checked in went to get something to eat to bring back to the room get up to her room and all our stuff in my daughter starts eating and I went to turn on the AC it didn't work went to turn on the TV it didn't work went over to the phone to call the front desk and it didn't work so I had to go all the way down to the front desk to let them know and she was great about it moved us to a different room but it was just the whole convenience of it so late at night after a long drive in The Breakfast the next morning was okay the eggs were cold had to wait on Fresh coffee and had to wait for them to bring the water for my daughter to make hot chocolate but other than that it was an okay stay expected more out of what I paid for I stayed in cheaper hotels and didn't have issues

    The front desk staff was great, manager knew of my problems but NEVER contacted me. However they had charged my card on the first day for a two day stay. But they kept trying to charge my card AGAIN AND AGAIN about 10 times during the remainder of my stay. the pool was green and disgusting and had trash floating in it and no signs saying closed or anything! The bathroom door in my room was rotted and molded from the shower and was nasty. I have already been charged for my room so to keep from a continuous charge even after speaking to them and calling Expedia! I canceled my card. I have a receipt and pictures. Worst experience ever and will not use Hampton inn at any location ever again NOR will I use Expedia!!

    Check in was great, friendly staff. Upon checking in the room didn’t have enough towels for the 5 of us to shower and the pull out bed did not have linens. The staff brought them up kindly. The next day a different staff member was rude when we requested towels in evening. My kids could care less but they tend to throw things on floor and I’m not going to let them reuse something that was sitting on hotel room floor. The room was booked for 5 and they stated that the rooms were only suppose to have 4 people in them at the front desk. I have 3 small children and I booked the room for 5, I didn’t lie. Then they asked us to remove the dirty towels from the room and bring them to them downstairs in a trash bag. Then we were given new towels. Then we needed towels again for the pool and same process all over again. It was absurd and rude.

    This property was an amazing upgrade and we stayed for only 2 nights just blown away by everything. Staff was amazing and nice. Housekeeping was awesome even though they were short staff (per a letter put in on our doors) you couldn't even tell. Breakfast and the rest of the amenities were great everything was clean. Couldn't have picked a better place to stay at with my family.

    Room had obviously not been cleaned. The previous person's personal items were still in the bathroom, half used toiletries in the shower. The sheets and pillow cases were obviously not fresh either. The fridge was warm, my leftovers spoiled. Pretty pathetic considering this is the most expensive hotel in the area. I'll never stay here again, I advise you not to either

    We came into town for Christmas lights and the location was very convenient. Staff was very pleasant. Staff working the breakfast could have been a little more alert to refilling items. We were short a set of towels and after the first trip to the desk to ask for more I was told they didn’t have any and to check back. Within four hours later I returned and still no towels available. Also there was less than half a roll of toilet paper on the rack with not one extra in place. Did I say I booked with three children, teenage girls, we needed toilet paper. Thank goodness I always pack wipes. These are small complaints, mainly I think because of staff shortage. I say all this just for others to be prepared.

    Management is horrible and unfair! The front desk is left unattended and you are made to wait long periods of time at the front desk DURING the day! You have to pay for days you were unable to be there even due to Extenuating Circumstances. They have no sympathy at all! The signs in the room state that room service will only take place when requested yet the room service stuff comes busting in the door every morning even when it’s not requested.

    The sraff was very courteous and friendly. Very nice hotel and very clean. Reasonable rates. Convenient location. Unfortunately the bed was a bit too hard/firm for my back pain.
