I was able to change from a single king to two queens easily on booking.com. The beds were very comfortable. They were able to accommodate an early check in. The location was great for our trip. The street noise was a bit loud being next to train tracks.

Nice location. Safe and clean. Nice soft beds. WiFi is basically unusable. I tried several times and the connection was always too weak or failed all together. Used my phone as a Hotspot for my entire stay. Unit above me had very creaky floor and I could hear every footstep. Found several long hairs in my bed and pillow.

The only issue was no room cleaning service for 3 days don't know if that was on me to call for that or they supposed to show up every day like I see on different hotels

The motel is close to the event I was going to. Very convenient. The room was clean spacious. The bed was a little uncomfortable, but normally any bed is uncomfortable the first night. We had a good stay. Everybody was friendly.

Nothing Staff have no care for customers, as the hotel was not busy, staying for 1 night. They put us right by the very noisy road, above the pool with screaming kids. Poor WiFi connection also.

Good, safe, and quiet area. The hotel offers a free EV charger, which was very convenient. Our room was very spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. Check-in was quick and easy. Overall, we had a great experience staying there. The only downside was that the reception staff were not very friendly and seemed quite serious. Also, if you want your room cleaned during your stay, you need to request it; otherwise, housekeeping does not clean the room automatically.

The room was clean, but whomever cleaned it did not put the cushions back on the seat. They were just laying on the chair like they were in a rush to get tje room prepared for our stay. My daughter & I never git the chance to try the breakfast. So we dont know how it was. But the A/C unit kept us comfortable.

Mattress was uncomfortable. In elevator you have to press open button on time at your floor else it won’t stop.

However, one of the two beds had a big "dent" in the nightstand side where people tend to sleep, I ended up with a big backache that bothered me the days after the four nights we stayed. Also, there was a very worn chair with matching footstool that was in poor shape with upholstery worn through in places. Finally, the thermostat on the outside wall HVAC unit didn't accurately control the heat, with the temperature being at least 4-5 degrees F warmer than where the thermostat was set. On the positive side, the AC portion of the HVAC unit worked well to lower the temp to the "optimal" sleeping termperature of 65 degrees.

The room was in ok condition. The carpet looked like it was burnt or had some weird stains and needed replacement. The bathroom needed a deeper cleaning. The staff was not as courteous as could be expected but maybe the location brings in a lot of people off the street.

This was a great hotel for an overnight stay. Bed was comfy, the bathroom was large and clean and had a nightlight-which most places don’t-it had microwave and refrigerator. The room was a nice size. For the price I would give it an A. Next door to Black Bear Diner. I would stay there again.

The clerk at check in was disengaged during our interaction. It felt like I had interrupted him as he scrolled his phone from the lobby couch. I don't recall being greeted, he didn't smile or seem even slightly enthusiastic about welcoming a guest. The breakfast room was spacious but only offered scrambled eggs, no sausage or bacon, for the hot item which was disappointing because the second tray was empty. The other choices were standard: yogurt, cold cereal, mini-muffins, mini-waffles, coffee, etc.

I booked this looking at EV charging option but there was only Tesla chargers and even that was broken.. But there was a Electrify America in a mile near Target.

Saul was great at my request about an early check in since I was driving from Seattle. He made sure my room was available by the time I arrived and didn’t have to wait until 3PM. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and very comfortable. Their free breakfast was really good too!

I think I ended up staying here about a month while between jobs/homes. It's in a quiet little area with some good cafes within a decent walking distance. Gina at the front desk was great and always super helpful. The breakfast was pretty decent, though my one complaint would be that the bacon often wasn't cooked enough for my preference. If I find myself back in the area again I'll stay here for sure.

Overall the hotel is quiet, the rooms come with a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. The room and bathroom were clean and the staff were helpful.

Just has a odd set up.. elevator to floors is in the open garage. No direct elevator to lobby from room floors only way to get to lobby from rooms is very steep rough stairs on left side of building. Or in front door. if you take elevator to garage and go out the car entrance up a rather steep drive-in area. Not good for handicapped

I stayed 3 Nights with a room change on the second night because of noisy guests above me, Beds were comfortable. Rooms were very outdated and basic. Nothing that would stand out. Walls are paper thin so good luck getting a good nights rest. The continental breakfast was a delight, nice variety. Overall stay was just ok. Most likely would stay again

All rooms are above ground with no fire sprinklers and very minimal fire alarms. It was the least expensive but the ratings were deceiving at very least and not accurate based on my many experiences while traveling. Usually Expedia rating are pretty accurate but this one was way off.

I liked it because it's a safe, clean place, close to markets, restaurants, etc., and they provide very good service. Thank you.

Nice sized, budget friendly suite. There's a black bear diner on the property, breakfast all day. There's a pool but it's small and it's in the lobby. Room was clean and quiet. Couch and also the mini fridge too small. Comfortable bed.

Front desk staff was friendly and funny. The parking lot trees put sap all over our vehicle and made the parking lot sticky, but they are beautiful to look at. Room was huge! Had a king suite. Shower even had a wand shower head (which I prefer). We will be back!

The second day the water was off until about 11 o’clock in the afternoon, but other than that, it was and OK room the carpet. Definitely you probably wanna wear shoes on because our socks would become black.

My kids really enjoyed the pool. The staff was accommodating and allowed me to have a late check out instead of paying for another night since I was leaving at 4:30. I was able to go to a local library to finish my work.

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. It was as lovely as the first.

I was there for five days, housekeeping didn't show up until the fourth day.. on the third day I called the front desk to ask for service but still no one came. It was late on the third day when we got back to the room only to find out that no housekeeping service.. I had to go to the front desk for towels and toilet paper. Long story short when I checked out I forgot my laptop in the room, I remembered a day later, when I called the front desk told me that the room had not been rented out yet and that the computer should still be there since housekeeping never turned it in to lost and found... Needless to say my laptop was never found (ratas). Could use better management especially on the housekeeping end, these people don't care and someone has sticky hands so watch your valuables.

Someone walked in to my room at 8:45am with out knocking!!! Check out is not till 12pm!!! I checked in to my room at 2am after driving all night from Idaho! Called the manager and never heard back!!! Absolutely horrible!!!

The pool was closed which was the main reason we chose this hotel. I feel there should have been a discount considering this because we canceled another hotel due to false advertisement of a pool only to check in and find out the pool was closed for repair The a/c is very noisy in the room but works well. The parking lot is sketchy - homeless camper, people hanging out after hours, and not a safe area. Breakfast was okay - offered hot and cold options. Noise level in hallways was louder than expected we were disappointed, Especially since we stayed here previously and had a better experience. Too expensive for what we received. We feel we were deceived

This review is going to sound crazy but this was honestly the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Especially a hotel with 7.9 stars. We arrived at 3:30 for our 3pm check in. We were in a little hurry because we had to get ready for a concert. The first staff was a lady and she was incredibly slow. She took 15 minutes helping the couple before us then proceeded to tell us our room wasn’t ready yet and when asked when it would be she said “I don’t know”. She then proceeded to check me in and gave me room keys insinuating it actually was ready. We grab all our stuff, get to the room, and it is trashed (not cleaned yet). She gave us keys to a DIRTY room. I had to go back down to the office where there was a new staff member. 5 people in front of me, I waited about 20 more minutes. Finally, he helped and gave us keys to a new room. We go back up and it’s a 1 king room when we booked a 2 queen. I asked about this and he said “sorry we’re all booked up for 2 queens”. So we dealt with it as there was a pull out couch and we were in a hurry. No blankets in the closet as he said there would be. We get back from the concert, around 1am. I untuck the comforter from the bed and begin putting my legs under. I kid you not there was literal SH*T under the comforter!!! My leg touched it and I had to run to the bathroom to wash it off. I call the office again. A different guy comes up and takes the comforter. New room was not offered. He says the rest of the bed should be fine. INSANE

This place is awful. I couldn’t even stay. The rooms were so nasty, I was afraid to touch anything. Cross between the projects and a trap house!

Very clean. Nice kitchen. We had a room with 2 beds and they were seperated, not close together so you could have some privacy. Staff was very friendly.

The hotel seemed a little outdated. Examples being furniture & the tub in the bathroom missing ceramics. Overall the hotel and room were clean and maintained. Of note, there is a train goes by the hotel pretty during the day (did not hear it at night). The doorway had a gap at the bottom that made all hallway conversations audible. The included breakfast had eggs, muffins, toast, and some slightly limp bacon and the meal was serviceable. The outdoor pool was closed so I can't provide detail there. The staff was friendly and responsive including when explaining how to use the older-style shower that didn't have instructions included in the bathroom. The included refrigerator was appreciated and the microwave in the room was powerful.

Every employee we had contact with (front desk, housekeeping, breakfast area workers, groundskeepers, etc) were always professional and did their best to be helpful!

I've stayed at this hotel previously and 1st experience was better. This time I arrived at 10 pm, had to wait 5 minutes in empty lobby until front desk clerk returned. Noisy hotel, fell asleep at 11:30 pm to be awakened at 1:30 am by several guests talking loudly in hallway. Then at 6:30 am was awakened again by loud set up of breakfast and metal chair legs on flooring, scooting & scraping. My room was either next to or above breakfast room. Didn't rest well & probably won't return to this location.

The continental breakfast provided had a number of options, including hot dishes. It was the highlight of our one night stay. The staff member working in the breakfast area was however, unfriendly as well. Our room seemed to be a standard hotel room, no real complaints there. We weren't there long enough to notice any positives or negatives. It was quite odd that our room had a very noticeable slant to it. There was an actual, visual, triangular space under the door to confirm. For a quick, short stay where we didn't need to be at the hotel much, we might return. A more leisurely, multiple night stay, we would choose elsewhere.

The elevator was broke for 2 days. We were on the 3rd floor. At check out we had to carry 9 bags down the 3 flights. Basically running the stairs 3 flights 9 times just to check out.

I found the 'Employees Only' door. Knocked on it, opened it and no one there. The safe was open. I had access to everything behind the front desk. That's CRAZY and unprofessional. Finally, the gentleman showed up and didn't even apologize. Throughout our stay we saw the front desk deserted many times. We were in room 105, clear view from our window. Hire more staff to watch you front desk and protect items, like food/drinks in the 'Marketplace'.
