Most pleasant staff I may have ever encountered. Homemade cookies at desk upon arrival. Coconut was my favorite. Checked out at 4AM and desk clerk was there. Great location for easy in and out access to Portland.

We love this place. Stayed here many times. Very consistent cleanliness, amenities and service. The property is well maintained and well located. Breakfasts are well above average.

This hotel was beautiful. Very clean and the staff was very helpful. They bake fresh cookies every day that are free at the front desk and they also have gluten-free options. I was having trouble with my TV. They came up to help and they brought me free chocolate for my inconvenience.

The breakfast menu was not fresh. Meat and potatoes were hard. Eggs were hard and cold. Parking was great. No issues. Plenty of space when I arrived.

I was in a 4th floor room facing south. The nearby freeway and rail line were barely audible. I didn't even notice them.. The room was clean and well maintained. Nice breakfast in a comfortable eating space. The nearby commercial district has everything. I had a rough week of business and I started each day rested and refreshed. It was a great stay.

The positive reviews are right. Well worth the price--pay a bit more but GET a lot more service and comfort and convenience. Book.

Major issues the mattresses. They are terrible. You sink almost to bottom and so uncomfortable. The fabric chair needs to be replaced with something more sanitary or easy to clean. It is very worn down and dirty with hairs and stains. The shelves in the shower were falling off as well. The overall hotel is clean and offers good amenities. Close to food and grocery shopping.

Close to food & shopping options. Easy on/off freeway (although if you come in from the left, you have to go past the building a few blocks to make a U turn to make a right turn to the parking lot.) The walk-in shower was nice size but could see mold in the corner walls. Pool & gym was clean. Good breakfast options, was able to make healthy choices or cure a sweet tooth. My family got 3 rooms there while in town for a wedding. My daughter made reservations for her family, she flew in later that day, and husband with 3 kids (inc.1 tired toddler) came in early, the staff gave him a hard time checking in, they had to call my daughter out of training for work before they let him in. He asked if they can get him top floor and closest to the pool, they gave him 1st floor farthest from the pool, have to wonder if it was intentional. Other than that, staff was great, friendly.

I wanted to stay here because it was a one bedroom seat so I can have some privacy from my kids. The room size was decent and everything was really clean. The pullout sofa was honestly horrible. It was so old and flat you could build a spring. You’re better off sleeping on the floor. Also the fleece they give you was no longer soft and fuzzy. It was thin and super old so I would recommend bringing your own blanket. The other thing is that the bathroom did not have a full enclosed shower. It was halfway closed and was not super helpful because water continuously got outside. Overall, the day was great. The staff was super nice. The breakfast was good and so what are the daily cookies that were fresh baked by the staff. I would recommend staying here again, but not using the pullout sofa as an extra bed.

This was perfect for my 7 day trip and I felt right at home. It had all the facilities I needed and the staff couldn't have been more accomodating.

We will definitely book here again. The rooms were perfect for our family. The staff were so helpful, especially when my toddler wanted to serve themselves at breakfast.

Clean, quiet, kitchen, electronic curtains, big bathroom, kitchen table, plates and silverware, dishwasher, pots and pans, large bathroom. Literally everything we needed. Best place we've stayed at in 2 weeks.

Great place to stay while visiting Portland and surrounding areas. We stayed for 8 nights and the staff refreshed the rooms every other day and the complementary breakfast did a good job catering to all dietary restrictions. I have a gluten intolerance and don’t expect much from these services but they had gluten free options for me to choose from and even had non dairy items for people. We do plan on rebooking at this location next time we are in town.

Nice place. One of the best hotels breakfast available as it changes daily. Staff was pretty nice for the most part - some more than others. Very insistant on cleaning the room at least weekly, which could get annoying if you don't like people in your space. Overall, I would stay again.

We like this property. We stay here one or two nights a month. You need a car if you stay here, but there are a lot of good restaurants in Beaverton. Breakfast at the property is pretty good.

Easy, comfortable, and quiet stay. Spacious and clean room with great closet storage, handy well equipped little kitchen, and well-designed bathroom. Hotel offered convenient parking, fast check-in with friendly helpful staff, complimentary hot coffee (regular & decaf), as well as a selection of hot teas readily available throughout the day in the lobby. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast had several vegan offerings including a hot oatmeal bar with tons of delicious and healthy topping options, vegan breakfast sausage patties, guacamole cups, fresh fruit cups, and a bunch of condiments including several local options! We didn't ask about any vegan bread or dry cereal options, so that could be checked. Orange, apple, and a mixed fruit juice were available as well. A suggestion for management is to offer a non-dairy milk for both the oatmeal and hot drinks. Additionally, it would be super helpful if vegan items were clearly marked. We do appreciate that staff were happy to check ingredients and answer any questions we had. Much appreciated! We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return.

We come to Beaverton once a month to visit my mother-in-law and my son and his wife. We always stay here. TownePlace has everything we need and is in a convenient location. It’s clean and has a good breakfast.

I liked the area and property. We were staying there for 2 nights they didn't clean the room. Also the breakfast ends at 9. Overall it okay experience.

Friendly staff. Suites had full size refrigerator, a cooktop, dishwasher, and microwave with dishes, silverware, toaster, and pots/pans. Bed was super comfortable and bedroom clean and modern shower.

Unfortunately we ran into an unexpected medical emergency and we were not sure if we would have to book another night or not. The staff, Janet was amazing, very kind and allowed us to have a later check out. It was just what we needed under the circumstances.

Perfect for family trips

The hotel was great overall. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, nice variety each day. Our room was clean and comfortable. The only problem was that the hotel is right next to the highway so road noise made it difficult to sleep some nights. I would definitely stay at the property again just request a room farther away from the highway or try white noise app.

It was a pretty good stay. Takes a while for the room to get cold and for some reason the fan in the bathroom is not working or not strong enough. Overall a good hotel with good amenities. Kitchen is a plus. We had a great time.

Staffs are excellent and hotel is new and well maintained. The only down side for me is our room is located right beside the ground floor parking lot so it’s a bit noisy and people keep passing by.

Spacious. I was surprised that there was no house keeping for the room, wasn’t sure if they only clean after 2days??? Not a big deal but always nice to come back to tidy room and made bed after a long day.

Each employee I encountered was welcoming, helpful and engaged. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had good options and an attentive team keeping it clean and stocked.

The closet and the elevator don't smell clean. There were crumbs on the table when we first came in. The staff are attentive.

I stayed for three days for a high school reunion and to visit old friends in Beaverton. The location was good for getting around, right by 217 for driving and I was able to walk to the high school, transit center and Cedar Hills Crossing in less than half an hour. The hotel staff was very attentive and I even received and upgraded room on my arrival that was definitely a suite with a bedroom, living room and full kitchen.

Had a two-week work trip in a Portland and decided to stay outside of the city in Beavertown and was SO glad I did. Staying here was an enjoyable experience. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The public areas were always clean. I had a kitchenette and did not need to buy any extra appliances, it had everything I needed for my long stay. Plus, many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The only problem I had encountered was staying on the first floor by the grill and listening to people cook and drink all night. The free parking and pool were a huge sell to me.

Rooms were clean, pet friendly and staff were very accommodating.
