Close to activities. Staff would not change room. And we didn’t even go in the room that they originally assigned us. They said we didn’t have a good reason. The reason was that the room next to ours had the door wide open with a screen over the opening and it was a mess. It looked like the person staying there trashed the place. There was no reason why they couldn’t change our room. He just wouldn’t do it.

Management was super accommodating and very friendly. Rooms were quiet and clean. Great value in a very expensive area.

Staff were efficient and kind; I left my earrings in the room they were able to retrieve for me and return.

Ample grass for dogs GM entered my room without any authorization or justification. Then kicked us out because my dog did his job and protected his room. No prior issues or complaints. GM was disrespectful. All other staff were great.z get a new GM and teach them ADA law.

Front desk was super super helpful

I don't think they did anything besides put some new towels in the bathroom and make the bed. The place was so dirty. I found random hairs everywhere. I had to wash the counter so many spots were removed after I did so. I would expect there to be at least a coffee maker if nothing else in the kitchen but there was not. And there was a terrible smell coming from the refrigerator.

Clean room, friendly staff. The only thing I would have liked is for some of the appliances to be in the room already but it's understandable that they could have been requested as well.

Stay clear of this place. The outside is deceiving. It is unclean, cigarette butts outside, wall damages in room all over, scratched up furniture and cuts in their chairs. Smeared dried poop on the bathroom walls. Internet would not stay connected. Then it totally shut of for hours while I was working remote. Fire alarms going off being tested for hours. Guests were obnoxious. You hear everything through the walls. I had to leave early so I didn't lose my job. They refused to give me a discount even though I had brought the problems to their attention several times. The only thing this place has going for them is their staff.
- 5/5
A nice hotel where you can cook a barbecue, surrounded by plenty of trees and greenery. Everything is well-maintained and quiet. Highly recommended.
- 1.5/5
The bed was comfortable. It was quiet. 1st room stunk of cat spray. Had to ask for another room. Not clean. Fan in bathroom was stuffed with dust. Toilet paper holder falling off the wall. Paint chipped all over bathroom wall. Shower curtain holder Brocken and hanging. Bathtub slippery. No safety strips or mat. Had to ask for kitchen essentials and pick up at office Wifi did not work at all. Don’t say you have breakfast.

Parking is free and convenient for all the rooms. It is a little bit of a maze in this complex though
- 5/5
Highly recommend staying at this location. Front desk was very helpful, room very clean, ever since worked.

The microwave was very dirty inside but overall clean.
- 1/5
Upon arriving, we went to the room and the foldout couch was stained with blood and very dirty. Had to go back and requested another room. Now when we went to the other room, the fold out couch now didn’t have any sheets on it. The trash had not been thrown out. Would not recommend staying here.

The staff are racists
- 5/5
This was one of the nicest places I ever got to stay in in Oregon
- 5/5
This was by far the nicest hotel I've stayed at in Oregon. I've stayed from Portland to Salem to Vancouver to Beaverton and this place is very well maintained, clean, great bang for your buck. It's definitely worth the stay. Way to go Extended Stay
- 5/5
Yes, everything was great.
- 1/5
The room was dirty. The bathroom filthy as in NOT cleaned. The “General manager is an Ass.
- 5/5
Love this place
- 5/5
Front desk staff was friendly & helpful! Room was clean & perfect for the one night we were in town for.
- 5/5
Very nice. Only would have liked more cable channels. See you next time.
- 5/5
Great!!
- 1/5
The floor was spongy, the sheets were dirty, the bathroom toilet had blood on it, the shower had a ring and hair on the bottom. The furniture and counter had damage. The carpet was gross. The trash cans outside were overflowing, and people were talking arguing in the parking lot late at night.
- 3/5
Everything was perfect with my stay except for my fridge and freezer had a really bad smell. Other than that everything was perfect and staff was really friendly.
- 5/5
My room was very clean, staff was very helpful with information and parking was convenient.
- 1/5
My wife and I ended up cleaning the place with bleach and cleaners just for the floor and bathroom. I felt like the cleaning service just looked and didn't even try to clean. My wife was in the hotel cleaning services, and she was so upset at how it was not cleaned. I think I might get an infection from how dirty the floors where. Just uncomfortably disgusting. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
- 5/5
Great thanks
- 2/5
We checked out after the first night. The property was filthy along outside stairs and platforms. Bathroom was in poor condition with filth in corners and along base of bathtub. Table and counter surfaces were stained and sticky. This property is sub-par, and needs maintenance and a major cleaning and a power washing of the stairs and landings. Just an overall lack of care and attention.
- 1/5
dirty wash cloth in shower cigarette burns on table mirror splatter with something. do not recommend
- 4/5
Kind staff
- 1/5
2nd staff member was kind, accommodating, embarrassed, thanked me for being kind, and needs to go to a better “hotel” (NOT) and grow into a management role! NOT best choice unless you have no where else to sleep.
- 1/5
The staff were nice. The room was very musty, and smelled like there were pets in there, and the smell soaked into the carpet. Room had ants too. We had to buy air fresheners, otherwise it was unbearable.
- 2/5
It was close to the ER Animal Hospital where I had been with my cat. Liked that they accepted cats. The overhead bathroom light needed repair. A large table lamp with no lampshade was placed next to the sink with the electrical cord next to faucet. There was a gfi outlet to plug in the lamp but even so this is a serious safety issue. Just repair the light overhead. The leather chair was ripped badly in 2 areas on the seat. Other than that, it was ok.
- 1/5
Worst stay. No clean towels available and if so, they would say in 4-5 hours. Place smells like urine, blinds broken/missing in our room, sofa bed had stains all over. Very disappointed and disgusted. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!
- 5/5
Great place, honestly. Quiet and chill. Obviously not the nicest amenities, but very clean & well kept. Stayed here twice and enjoyed both times. King room with sofa is best bet.
- 3/5
The room we had was nice. Very roomy for my family. The little shampoo bottles you get in the bathroom, well the one that was in our bathroom was little to empty. There was shaved facial men hair behind the bathroom sink faucet. Gross. The staff was very nice and friendly. The lobby smelled of cigarettes. You can tell there are guests that live there. The only down side of the place are the full trash cans. Our room was next to one. The day we checked in it was just filled and overflowed with more trash on the ground next to it. Other than that its a decent place. It'd be better to seperate the guests who live there to one building and those who are on vacation or business, etc to stay in another.
- 1/5
Front desk not good
- 2/5
This place was a dump in several ways.
- 1/5
Very gross feeling all around. Will not return
- 1/5
The bathroom was filled with black mold, insulation hanging out of a hole in the ceiling and stains on the bedding.
- 5/5
Clean and safe.
- 5/5
A little dirty but had a nice fridge
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 1/5
Filthy room. Wet urine on sheets. Smelled like BO and curry. Loud people throughout the night. Very nice front desk lady. Hole in the ceiling. Laughed my brains out because it was like a surrealist comedy. Thought places like this only existed in the third circle of Hell. Avoid.
- 2/5
The hotel is poor the breakfast is minimal
- 3/5
Mattress pad sticking out looked like a murder scene had happened on it and just put clean sheets back on. I was so upset that I slept on the other bed with my sister. Place is getting run down. In an extended stay there was no cups, bowls, flatware...nothing. No ice machine. Desk clerk said ice was in our freezer. No ice!!! Really. Wont stay here again.
- 1/5
It was filthy and staff didnt care when it was brought to their attention.
- 3/5
Was as expected
- 3/5
It was surface cleaned to a point, but hair left behind and my grandson got filthy crawling on the floor. The manager was arrogant and did not treat customers or employees with any kind of respect or kindness. On top of his arrogance, he agreed to refund us for one night, in the 2nd room, after our family missed their flight, so long as we stayed the next night. HE NEVER DID THAT!!!
- 1/5
I would not even give this property a star at all if possible. Gross, drug haven, filthy grounds, worn down everything. If it had not been so late and I was so exhausted I would have driven on and found another place. I only stayed long enough to take the edge off and drove away. Was afraid my car would be broken into or my door busted down. Did not feel safe.
- 4/5
The front desk staff was helpful and nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants.

It was old, dirty,

- 5/5
The overall visit was great.
- 1/5
I will not go this hotel again ever.
- 3/5
Noisy even during quiet hours. Sketchy people around property.
- 5/5
great place to just get a way for a bit. quiet near shopping areas. friendly staff always.
- 4/5
Price is good. Like layout of room, especially the seatings of counter. There are overflowing garbage bins around stairwell areas. They should be emptied daily. We stayed three nights and didn’t see them emptied. Can hear traffic of busy road next to it. Otherwise, okay place.
- 1/5
The lobby nanager was severely unprofessional. Upon asking for a refund, since he was not present to allow me to check into my room, he immediately took a stance of defense and was aggressive to me. Mind you, i had been waiting on the premises for over 7 hours and I had already alerted customer support for expedia and for Extended Stay. In the end, he yelled at me over the phone and claimed to refund the entire stay, thus refusing me a place to rest. I will never book a stay here in the future, and I recommend other customers to take caution.
- 1/5
If i were you, i would choose another place to stay. Room smelled of cigarettes upon arrival and fold out bed was full of stains.
- 3/5
Property is fairly run down.
- 5/5
Clean and quiet.
- 2/5
The room smelled very strongly like a wet, dirty dog when we walked in. We found a flea in the bathroom. When we asked if we could get another room the lady said they didn't have any available. She did come and sprayed some room deodorant.
- 4/5
My only negative was 2 out of 3 showers stayed warm but never got hot.
- 5/5
The room was clean and staff was friendly and professional
- 5/5
great place
- 5/5
Very clean and quiet.
- 1/5
However, the rooms are in DESPERATE NEED of updating. The rooms have been abused and SMELL TERRIBLE. PLUS, I did not feel safe with the sketchy looking guests that were there. I looked at two disgusting rooms and got my money back and left to go to a different hotel.
- 5/5
I love it here. Great staff.
- 5/5
Simply marvelous!
- 2/5
The room we stayed in was supposed to be a smoke-free room. THe room smelled like smoke as soon as you opened the door you could smell it. It was like someone was smoking inside as we walked in. The smell did not go away. The blankets also smelled like cigarettes.
- 4/5
I am giving it a good, the outside property is cleand and updated.. the smoking area is located a bit close to office and . Our room was very clean, new bed and quitebuilding 3.. the rom
- 4/5
I was staying to escape DV. The website was frustrating me and all I wanted to do was take a hot bath and rest. Nay asked to take my phone and help me. I really needed someone to be kind to me and she was awesome. I have stayed at this location a few times. The staff is great (shout-out to housekeeping!) the property is clean and quiet, and the rooms are like cozy little apartments.
- 4/5
Clean, comfortable and quiet. "Nay" at the desk is a gem. I was very frustrated with the website but she helped me with the patience of a saint. I have stayed here several times and will continue to staycation here.
- 5/5
Good price
- 1/5
The blankets and the rooms are unhygienic and uncomfortable.
- 5/5
Perfect stay for what we needed
- 5/5
very polite and answered all my questions.
- 5/5
My stay is always good here the manager & housekeepers & the maintenance are always nice & very helpful the work with you no questions ask I rather stay here than other hotels
- 3/5
It was fine enough, however, my family and I were surprised by the bare-bones, no frills presentation of the room.
- 2/5
The room smells like shrimp and there was no hot water in the bathroom.
- 1/5
Pathetic service and unapologetic
- 1/5
Unfortunately it just felt a little creepy.
- 1/5
Trying to settle in for the evening and hear over loud speaker the sheriff's office announcing a search warrant and look out to see more than a dozen officers in riot gear. It took more than 20 minutes to finally get in the room. Apparently we missed his buddy getting arrested by an SUV of riot gears a couple of hours earlier as well. Two days later, hear some of the resident party people screaming at each other, with about 1/4 of guests just watching and laughing. Then the next day, we were walking our dogs and someone who didn't have control of their dog and it rushed out of their room right at my 11 pound ball of peace. It was a miracle we got it to not attack her because it was in stressed out excited mode. Then the last instance wasn't hotel horror but hotel adjacent. There were flyers around the hotel for a missing woman, who actually lived nearby. Search parties were organized nearby, which we were going to join, but unfortunately the media started setting up on the corner of the hotel property, which was bad news.
- 5/5
Love the hotel very clean
- 1/5
Don’t recommend! First time I stayed there it went great girl in the front desk was very nice and helpful. Second time was just 4 days after a different girl in front desk was super rude the room we got the air conditioner wasn’t working there was left over food bags from previous visitors shows you how much they actually clean and worst part is is was full of ants or bed bugs soon as you step off the bed we would have 5-6 bugs already on us won’t be going back ever again.
- 3/5
The Bed in our room was pissed on the one I slept in I get off work at 12:30 A.M and needed a room I was too tired but did notice a small stain in the sheets I didn't find the stain till the next morning you're lucky. Props on a nice T.V and shower don't remember any breakfast lol
- 2/5
Staff was rude and would not give us extra towels for the second day of our stay. Oh well, it’s cheap for a reason.
- 4/5
Staff was great and accommodating. They were doing some maintenance on the lobby building like paint and new door locks. They offer a grab and go breakfast. If you want kitchen items like dishes, flatware, or cooking items you have to request them as they are not already in the room. My husband didn't feel like the bed was comfortable, I didn't have an issue. The pillows are very flat so I recommend asking for more.
- 4/5
The rooms were clean. The bed was too hard. Wish there had been a better breakfast, or at least coffee in the room
- 1/5
The first room we stayed in smelled of wet dog and felt humid and gross. The toilet was broken, the TV didn't turn on, the shower stopper was hanging on by a thread and the shower itself was disgusting. The person working was very pleasant. I told them if the toilet and TV and they promptly moved us to a different room. It was obvious this room was an upgrade as the carpet floors were hardwood instead. The permeating wet dog smell was gone and the toilet and TV worked but the bathroom was DISGUSTING. The paint on the bathroom door was warped and disgusting. I ended up not taking a shower because I felt I'd be dirtier after stepping in the shower. The Microwave looked like it has previously caught fire and I cannot tell you how much I do not recommend this place. I'm sorry. I know it sounds harsh, but I had kids with me and the conditions were terrible. We ended up deciding to go to a different hotel after our reservation was over.
- 4/5
Everything was good
- 3/5
Needs an update
- 2/5
Rooms decent Staffsokay but stained sheets and towels
- 2/5
Unfortunately they did not see I booked an ADA room because I am disable but celena was able to get me in room 322. So the next day I wanted to stay a few more nights. And they John the general manager said all I would have to do is come to the office and give them my id and credit card. I then explain the situation that I am disable and was just released from the hospital from having my hips replaced and that it took me 15 minutes to walk to my room 322 yesterday. I asked John if they could come to my room and I would give them my I’d and cc. He said he can’t do that because it’s a liability and I would have to go to the office myself. He “John” was very uncooperative and unconcerned with me being disable. Then hung up on me. If this is how you employees deal with guests I will not be using the motel again and definitely not recommending the motel to any one. As well as my company uses the motel for stay when employees fly in and have business to attend too in Beaverton. I am disappointed in your employee John. celena the lady at the front desk told him I have mobility issues. But he was uncooperative with my situation. I understand you have a policy. But one not putting me in a ADA ROOM is unacceptable and so I walked to the office using my walker. But when I got to the door of the front desk no one was there. Until Celena came out and saw me struggling to open the door. She came from around the desk and already new I was going to re up so she took my cards. Got me re up.
- 1/5
Inside was not the cleanest place needs updating
- 1/5
Very out dated and not what I expected.
- 4/5
It in a great location from the Tualatin recreation facilities. Grocery store very near. The bathroom needed an update. Especially bathtub/ shower. Mold stains. And trim around the tub was cracking.
- 4/5
Decent place to stay. No coffee maker in our room, just for info.
- 4/5
We were only there for one night. Realistically, checked in at 5, had dinner at 6 and got back to the hotel around 9, slept until 7 and left. The bed was amazingly comfortable!
- 3/5
Someone was already in our room. There was no documentation at the front desk of anyone else checked in. Got another room

I have had worse

- 5/5
Room was great and i slept great. Bed was comfortable as well as the pillows. Checkout the next morning went smooth as well. Love the free breakfast as well. This was my second stay at this location and i will definitely return
- 1/5
The receptionist was friendly. The room smelled of stale smoke and wasn't cleaned properly. The bed was sagging and uncomfortable. Stay somewhere else.
- 4/5
The staff were very friendly, helpful & accommodating. They welcomed us, informed us of goings-on & set is up for a pheasant stay. The location was great for walks and meet blocks to restaurants.
- 1/5
I booked for one night and the manager was mad because I came in late. I had to stay in a truck strop because he won’t allow me to get a room
- 1/5
What they called handicap accessible was not handicap accessible
- 5/5
Quiet and well priced for a one night stay, mattresses could really use updating though.
- 3/5
The room is worn, walls this, decently clean, breakfast was lacking, bed uncomfortable, service was helpful and easy to check in. Just what I’d expect from a $97 a night hotel. It was fine.
- 4/5
We had a problem with the first room that they put us in. The heating system didn’t work and neither did the TV. They graciously moved us to another room with out any hassle.
- 2/5
Unable to set or turn off alarm clock Resolved problem by unplugging it from power Screw in/Unscrewed light bulb to turn it on and off (probably not plugged into outlet tied to light switch and it had no on/off switch on lamp. Bathtub soap holder was removed from bathtub title wall leaving a 6 by 6 hole showing sheetrock, electrical outlet in kitchenette did not work and was unable to reset the GFCI breaker Breakfast consisted of coffee hot water, instant cereal and a few more bagged items. Unable to summon a desk clerk when checking out
- 5/5
Kudos to the Front Desk Agent, our check in qas smoothly
- 3/5
The room equipment was effective. The towel rack was not properly attached and needed repair. Everything else was okay.
- 3/5
Nice

This property could more parking spaces, at night you have to park on the street, can potentially not be safe
